Food was great, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes for an employee to wash my hands. What the heck is the "Employees must wash hands" up for if no one does what it says!!

Great Service and Food. Also the worker named Katrina was by far the most helpful to us. She deserves a raise for her superior work ethic and smile. Katrina is an example to follow, her bubbly personality makes me want to return again and again and again and again. Under her astute leadership this DQ location would exceeds goals and expectations. KATRINA IS THE LIFE AND BLOOD OF THIS DQ, without her there is no Queen, just dairy.

I am not one for sweets, but I love a lot of their drink/blizzards. The chicken basket is my favorite and I love to dip my toast in the gravy. It is just delicious!!!!

A new and improved Dairy Queen for the city of Kaufman. They do a fantastic job of making sure your order is completely correct and the food has been hot and fresh the few times that I have been here. Have yet to try any of the ice cream products but the kids seem to enjoy them!

Friendly staff! They always go out of their way to make our dining experience a pleasant one and always succeed. The boothes are roomy and comfortable as well as the chairs which are cushioned. The dining area is always clean and well stocked. I love their sweet ice tea. The food is very good, always hot and fresh! AND the ice cream is marvelous!!!

Awesome tacos & taco salad, always accommodate extra cheese unlike Taco Loco that charges outrageously for absolutely no cheese. Steak fingers are good too. Nice, friendly staff & great eats.

Probably the best and cleanest Dairy Queen we’ve ever visited. We’re from Dallas and stopped off on our way back home and it was incredibly clean. The service was excellent. Food tasted FANTASTIC! We don’t have the charbroil taste in Dallas so that was nice.

Good food and service but my only complaint is that they don't honor what their commercials show. For example: right now there's a commercial for 2 for $4 snack combos. Pretzel sticks with cheese sauce is one of the items. They don't serve the pretzel sticks or have the 2 for $4 snack combo at this location. Very disappointed.

Last I went, the restaurant was nice and clean, had a very chill atmosphere, and the food was excellent. The server was very polite to my little brother (who I'd taken there as a treat because he was sick), so the staff was pretty pleasant.

Dairy Queen is not a bad choice to eat. DQ was a nice visit. Clean, up to date, and fairly new. Service was great employees were friendly. Drink machine always tastes like carbonated water. Hey DQ, little more syrup in the drinks!!!!!

36 minute wait, and order was STILL incorrect! Avoid this place if in a hurry. But, it is Dairy Queen and they are in a slump I guess.

Usually really good but today hamburger meat was dry and tasted old.

With only 3 people working i expected a longer wait time but not 25 minutes.the staff was friendly just very long wait time.

The the cashier, the person taking the order, messed up our order 3 times,but the other workers actually cared about our order. I'm not hating on DQ, i'm just upset the place hired that man.

Great new Dairy Queen. Only real complaint I have is that the large drinks are not really large. The larges are actually a medium size at other DQs. A large should be a 44 ounce cup, not a 32 ounce.

Drive thru was fairly fast. We just got blizzards, they were ok. Poorly blended and half of it was just plain ice cream.

Their burgers are always a bit cold and I used to order (for years and years) french fries with cheese on top but now they are saying they never do it and never have... But anyway I will order ice cream for sure lol

About as average as it gets. Food is fine. Ice cream good. Service is slow and bland. Mostly clean. Mostly. But hey, hard to go wrong with a Blizzard.

My most recent trip there reminded me why I don't go there. Their drive thru is s...l... o... w. Of course, they make your food fresh when you order it, but so does Burger King, and they don't have that problem. DQ's problem that day revolved around the fact that the person working the window WASN'T LISTENiNG. Had to repeat everything and she still got it wrong. On top of this, DQ is WAY overpriced. For lukewarm sandwiches and cold fries I paid almost $20. Never again. Ever.

Polite, and great food BUT, I have to knock them on cleanliness and security. Part of keeping the place clean and secure is keeping out the riff raff. Every time I go in there it seems there is a homeless dude sitting, almost sleeping, in front of the TV's. he rides up on his bike; walks in and bypasses the counter and sprawls out and watches TV. The whole time I am in there i feel distracted like I have to keep an eye on him. The staff doesn't seem to care at all about this but it weighs heavily on my opinion of the place.

Blizzards are not thick. Mine was melted like it was sitting out. If she held it upside down, it would have not passed the test. And the royal cheesecake DIDNT HAVE THE CHEESECAKE PIECES.

Walked in and like always, the floor was dirty, lights are dim, staff was rude. My family only comes here so the kids can get ice cream. Wish we had other options. Sadness.

Need more staff and not very clean this visit. Staff was working hard but just could not keep up. Always good customer service.

I order here frequently and I'm never surprised on how many ways they can mess up my order, I ordered their chicken strip basket today and their toast was so undercooked it looked like they were trying to reverse the process of making bread

She dropped the cup and picked it back up mad the blizzard. We called them out on it. And then they turned both blizzards upside down and one fell out of the cup and said they don't go by dairy queen rules. If it falls out it's free. Hey management have your people do a better job.

Usually well done on everything but today I ordered chicken taco salad it came as just chicken salad cause she didn't take order right I was in the wrong from her look then they dumped the salad into a taco bowl. Then got home both of the taco shells are no good not a crunch at all. Lol

Dairy queens are usually slow, but this one is the absolute slowest, always. Took 10 min to take my order, and that's once I was at the drive thru menu. Then 20 to get to the food window. Only 2 cars in front of me. The fries I ordered didn't take long once I got to the window

I can't take it anymore. I come almost once every 1 to 2 weeks to enjoy a split and I always ask for extra whip because they are stingy and even with extra whip it's pretty much the regular amount they give as usual just the tiniest bit more. I went ahead today and told them extra extra whip and they charged me the extra whip 3 TIMES. I would have been absolutely fine with that if they ACTUALLY GAVE ME EXTRA EXTRA WHIP. They gave me the same amount that they normally do when I get extra whip just once. If braums was closer, it would be game over for this Queen. 🥱 I just want extra whip yall. There has been only one time in the past 3 months I've gotten actual extra whip. Bless that girl working that one evening.

This is the second or third time I’ve went to this Dairy Queen around 9:30 or 10 am and they are always closed. Change your hours on the website or something. This is very frustrating!

My husband went here last night, specially told the people to make my blizzard first because I’m allergic to peanuts. Well, we get him, I eat some of my blizzard , and there was pieces of recees in it. Had a severe allergic reaction, and almost had to go to the hospital. Will never eat here again.

If I could give a zero star I would their tea was so sweet I could not drink it I asked them if they could give me a half and half and they told me no they could not exchange my overly sweet tea for half sweet half unsweet I then inform them I will never be visiting there again my corn dog was burnt they did not have any grilled chicken ready at 12:50 in the afternoon told me it would be over 10 minutes so I changed my order ended up sitting in line waiting for over 14 minutes for a BLT in a corn dog that was a burnt poor service

Sunday 8/22 @ 3:20pm: we sat in the drive-thru for 12 minutes as 3rd car, another 7 minutes and 2nd car, and 7 minutes at the window only to then find out that if I wanted something to dip my chicken in I'd have to buy sauces at $0.89 each.....left without sauces and 2 miles up the road when I started eating the fries were soggy and the chicken WAY overcooked. Definitely don't recommend this location.

Order a banana split got home mind you I live 1/2 a mile away and everything was melted , odd...well there was only banana chocolate and lots lots of whip cream , maybe a small spoon of ice cream.. 6plus dollars and a very rude Hispanic lady taking my order later ...I just decided there goes our Dairy Queen, ... Apparently they can not order enough ice cream to make it through the week. This is the second time this month. And it takes 8 minutes to get a dilly bar. The manager said that Tom was the owner. Well tom maybe you should order more ice cream than you have been ordering or sell your DQ to someone who knows how to run a ice cream store. Maybe try your hand at mcdonalds. That way your customers will have lower expectations.

Went to the drive-thru at 10:40PM, and a lady on the speaker said "I'm sorry, we're closed." The hours weren't posted on the window and I didn't get out to check the door, but they should change the Google page that shows they're open until 11pm.

Waited 5 minutes at the register (nobody in line but us) just to hear a man say “somebody go up front I don’t want to do it.” He was just standing in the back. We ended up just leaving. Horrible customer service.

Forgot to give me my son's drink and a burger, been trying to call their line for over an hour but line has been busy. Also, don't understand why their drive thru window is completely blocked so you can't see in. Very shady and frustrating.

So much for staying open till 10, it's 930 and they're closed, I had a door dash order that I better get refunded on and you can bet I'll never deliver for them again

I would of gave it no stars but that was not an option. This is by far the worst DQ I’ve eaten at and I’ve eaten at a lot of DQ’s throughout the state of Texas. If you’re around the area go to Whataburger instead or you will be disappointed.

Went in and ordered 3 chicken strip specials for 4.99, they ask if we wanted drinks we said yes, so instead of ringing the specials x3 and then ringing the drinks x3 they charged me for a meal which ended up being 1.53 more not much but the principal. Refund left

Absolutely trash I got here and ordered the chicken strips and got bugs in my food and the service was trash will not return got here we'll before close almost an hour an the employees felt like they shouldn't take any customer before close apparently I'm so disgusted with the food and service I will not return and file with corporate and anyone else I need to get all issues addressed this in completely unacceptable and I will get my attorney involved

So we go to DQ tonight @ 9 pm, mind you they don't close til 10!! We go in waiting on service to order she comes over and says they are not taking anymore orders cause they are short staffed and the Drive thru was backed up. I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY BUT NOT MY PROBLEM!!! All we wanted was some ICE CREAM!!!

Just frustrating when you order through the drive through, you get home and its wrong. You call and the say well come back and we'll fix it. It should not happen in the first place if they would pay attention to what they are doing. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm not calling anymore. You pay your employees to to a job, but there again they will only be as good as their leader. Please take the time to care.

We were turned away at the door at 9:12 pm, being told, "the lobby closes at 9:20ish and its to go only". The door and Google clearly state hours are til 10 pm. This was ridiculous.

Clean is about the only thing good I can say. Manager is God awful, ( older lady with short grey hair) employees are rude & work like robots, they do not speak, food was wrong and God forbid if there is not a button on the computer for an order alteration then communication to the cook standing 5 feet away from them or the drink (slush) maker is not possible. If lazy technology does not allow it them simply opening there mouth to to let the cook know is not an option cause that's to much to ask. We will never go back.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a chicken salad when you’re the only person in the lobby, come here. Workers kept going in and out the main door yet didn’t see me sitting waiting for my food until 30 minutes after I placed my order… All they did was apologize, and the one that cooked the food brought it to me and blamed it on the supervisors… The chicken on the salad wasn’t fresh, it’s like it had been sitting there and they just forgot about it… usually someone would also try to make it up… nope, just a lukewarm chicken salad for waiting 30 minutes for something that in the majority of it, didn’t need cooked… ***updated to add*** Tried to give these guys one more shot today. Ordered the same thing that I usually get a crispy chicken salad with honey mustard and wouldn’t you know that they gave me the honey mustard dipping sauce, not the salad dressing. I mentioned this to the lady and she was like “ well we’re out of a lot of things, but I can assure you it’s the same thing.” no it is not the same thing. It’s not even the same brand. I would have appreciated being told that they were out of that dressing because that is the only dressing I use for my salads. I would not have even gotten the salad had I known that they were out of the honey mustard DRESSING. Instead of asking what could be done to remedy the situation after she failed to mention at the speaker that they were out of the honey mustard DRESSING, I was met with attitude and no solution. Do better DQ, hire better people. She wouldn’t even ask if they had dressing somewhere, no apology for not mentioning they were out. Nothing.

Contacting corporate now. Customer service was terrible. Told it was a tough day and very busy. Amongst other matters that do not comply with Dairy Queen policies of staff members, nor with terms and agreements with regard to customer satisfaction, conduct, and outlined policies unstated and regulations, by DAIRY QUEENS ETHICAL PRINCIPLES AND OTHER PROCEDURES regulated and enforced by DAIRY QUEEN and all staff therein. Also, when I said something...for the lack of kindness through customer satisfaction and care i was surprised 😮 to see my kids coupons are voided for ice cream. Why? Do not know yet but will shortly.

3:44pm on 5/29/2024 sat in the drive thru for 15 mins no one answered drove to windows no one answered drove back around walked up to the doors they were locked and lights where out, they could've at less put a sign up that said they where closed... why they closed anyways looks like a new location and plenty of people keep pulling up to the location to eat but you can't no one is here.... smh....

Every time I’ll walk in there picking up DoorDash quite a bit. There’s no respect or Customer Service they act like they don’t wanna be there just a little bit more. Customer Service will be nice and say hello and good afternoon. How are you doing or something not just here you go that’s it, they don’t say here you go I just put it on the counter. I was just in there 10 minutes ago Tuesday night March 12 around 745, 7:50 PM. So I go in there another time second time for the evening at first review above at 9:51. That girl is working the window I use to go up there almost every night. I’m out the door dashing to get ice cream and I get the same thing every time, this ice cream cone is had 3/4 of the size I usually get it’s a medium but it is a lot less ice cream and dip that I normally get. She has no personality she wears glasses she’s a brunette no personality no respect no Customer Service she does not need to be working there. She acts like she don’t want to be there , so I don’t know what y’all gonna do but she don’t need to be there. I don’t like her because of her attitude in this ice cream cone that I got tonight wasn’t even the full size I normally get with a shame shame shame do something with her. Period period

This place was HORRIBLE. I will not be going back. It's Dairy Queen! Come on! It's ridiculous that a simple order! The charges us for 4 combos. We ordered ONE. Then the charged us for two salads. We ordered ONE. They charged us for two cokes. We ordered ONE. The manager was so unhelpful. He asked if we wanted a refund? Like DUH. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU CHARGED FOR THINGS I DID NOT ORDER. Then we get home and see this toast. Looks like it's been eaten. I called the manager and he asked "oh did they not put fresh toast in there?" IS FRESH BREAD CONSIDERED SOMETHING THAT HASN'T BEEN EATEN OFF OF?! Then he said the toaster makes it look like it's been eaten from. WHAT?!?! He never apologized, he said he wasn't going to force me to come back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So my husband ordered a burger from the DQ on kaufman… I should’ve learned my lesson when they took 30 minutes to get me a salad last week but wanted to give another chance… THERE WAS A HUGE PIECE OF PLASTIC IN HIS BURGER! NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, THIS WAS THE LAST DRAW. Not only was this unsanitary it’s a choking hazard!!! This place needs shut down!!
