The speaker was picked up pretty quickly and the lady who took my order was very sweet. It took about 5 minutes for my order and everything was correct, looked & tasted good
I am a regular customer because I love to see my favorite manager George, Monique, and Stacey! I always get a Dr. Pepper with sweet cream. Actually I was the witness of that incident. George was being professional, respectful, and tried his hardest to get you satisfied. George wasn’t giving you a hard time, YOU as a horrible customer (Lourdes Saldana) was giving George a hard time. Why would you throw a scene over a price of a drink when he had no full control on the price? 🤣 Babe you should’ve taken this to the government 😂. If you can’t afford sonic, you shouldn’t be pulling up and waste his time, when you should be working just like him 😬! And plus, I believe George was very professional because he tried to explain your experience, but you took it personaI. So you were just wasting his and he did the right thing and ask you to leave because of your disruptive behavior. Now if you’re acting that way and can’t respect your waitress, then I don’t think eating at any food industry is right for you. I forgot the owner’s name, but I told her about George, very sweet and handsome lookin man. ❤️ I hope George stays at sonic longer ❤️
waited 20 minutes for food.. update: I ordered on the mobile app for Sonic- I noticed that others who ordered via the app were also having some issues. This may not all be in part of the workers. The restaurant has responded which I am grateful for. It also did appear that there were only two young ladies working as car hops. I don’t normally have a negative experience with Sonic in Kaufman but after reflecting I have since updated my review.
They don't put enough mayo on the burgers on Tuesday using the excuse they are low on product. Then my cheddar peppers were just cheddar and no peppers. Attempted to contact the store and their phone was out of order. Very disappointed....
Arrived at 11:45 am on a Sunday, only 3 cars there total, menus went working started to leave, someone finally came out to take our order, Ordered two drinks, after 10 minutes of waiting finally had to get out and walk up to window to ask for our drinks. Way too long for two drinks!

Was there this morning 12-20-25 ordered breakfast breato and it had not meat and all on it and ordered a breakfast sandwich and again no meat.... this place is ran down. I don't recommend anyone going there !!!!!!
Atrocious quality. Want a bacon toaster? No egg and 2 puny pieces of bacon. Want sausage? Nope. Bacon. And that's only the food we received. Half the order was missing.
I ordered a pretzel that was hard on each end, a hot fudge Sunday that was crammed in a mini cup, a large tater tots that was small, and 2 route 44 root beers that was flat, and my small sonic m&m blast add recess, it was nuts that I'm very allergic too, when I got home had about 4 bites then I realized 😳 nuts,, I started to swell and thank god I had a shot for my allergic reaction or I would be in the hospital, those shots are not cheap, and I had to use it, now I have to order another pen, and feel yucky,, thank god I noticed the nuts or it could have been worse, but the car hop Girl was very polite, but they wasn't taking any drive thru orders, they made me go to the spot to order, and it took almost 30 minutes to get my order, I will not be getting anything else, unless it's a drink, I called and all they can say is sorry , I'm the one who had to ask if I show them the blast with nuts if they could replace it, they should have offered, now I'm sick and have to buy another allergic pen, and make a dr appointment to get it, not what I was expecting, very nice staff but sonic needs to be running right.
We waited for 30 minutes for two drinks and 2 burgers. We were the only one in the parking lot. Server was very rude, and got everything completely wrong we paid more than we actually got! Worst sonic i’ve been to.
I can’t really answer how the atmosphere is. Every time I have come here I have used my app and place an order. Usually when ordering online, it’s a lot faster. However, tonight was the last straw! I ordered a cherry limeade and ocean water and half sweet tea and lemonade. Simple things. Nothing complicated. Nothing that’s gonna take a long time. I ordered it at 10pm order should have came out at 10:06. I was the only one in the parking lot!!! The order did not come out until 10:16. The black truck that pulled up eight minutes after I had placed my order. Got their ice cream first. I can understand three simple drinks to make might take a minute if I wasn’t the only car in the parking lot. There were five people working tonight. What really upset me about the whole thing was the fact that the car next to me got their stuff first. Then when I asked the girl that walked out. Not hey so sorry it took so long. Sorry you had to wait so long no sorry at all! Just here you go. Then I asked her. Why did that truck get their stuff before me. She said oh they had an online order. I said I did too. She goes well there was ice cream. I said mine was something simple. You have to make the ice cream. Her excuses made no sense. When I told her I don’t think I’ll be back. She walked away and said OK. No, hey, I’m really sorry about that. You’re right you should’ve came out first nothing. I get that they’re teenagers. But this is how you learn to apologize and not get an attitude. I was not ugly when I asked why they got it first. I told her I had an online order too. This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s not the first time I’ve come and experience this. However, tonight will definitely be the last. I have a friend that works at a different Sonic. I called her tonight. She’s the reason why I’m leaving this review. But she flat out told me that some people will take customers orders for whoever tips the most, they will get the orders first. That’s not how it works! If I tip you, it’s because I’m doing something nice for you. Sonic makes plenty of money and could pay you like any other job. Just because I don’t tip you $5 on a $6 order, doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated less than. I’m over it. I’m deleting the app and never coming back to this location.
I ordered through the drive through this evening for a classic banana shake with chocolate syrup and a sonic bacon stacker. I was handed a peanut butter (extremely allergic) shake and gladly found out before driving away. Luckily I only took a sip of it, could have gone very badly. As for my stacker, I recieved a regular burger with everything on it that I asked to be removed. I unfortunately did not check the bag before driving away. Will not be returning to this location. I should have checked the reviews of this place beforehand LOL.
Pulled up and pushed the red button... wanted 3 drinks... sat for 22 minutes and no one would take my order. Pushed the button again.... sat some more. Still no one would take my order. Finally had to leave as I was getting no where. The truck beside me did the same. There were 4 vehicles there including myself.
Waited 15 min for disappointment sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and the chicken was absolutely horrible. Was majority of just breading and most of the chicken that WAS there was overcooked and super crispy There was about half the patty was straight breading. Paid $6.50 for garbage.
