Froth Brewing Co. Kenmore Reviews
What a lovely find! My husband and I came here to kill some time before doing a haunted house and glad we did. The building itself is lovely and spacious inside with plenty of seating options. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were many different drink options to choose from and while we had already eaten, the food looked delicious! The washrooms were also very clean and well-maintained. We will be back!
We’re from out of town ands we just had an amazing experience at Froth! First (and most importantly), the beers were fantastic. Their fruited sours really worked well for me (I was especially fond of the Bomb Pop (Barrel Aged Imperial Stout conditioned on Toasted Coconut, Raw Coconut & Dark Brown Sugar)), and my partner loved the Twisted Series #5 (Barrel Aged Imperial Stout conditioned on Toasted Coconut, Raw Coconut & Dark Brown Sugar). Second, Lauren was super friendly and super welcome and acted as an awesome tour guide for the area. Thank you, Lauren! We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Buffalo!
If you’re looking for a brewery that brings a fresh take to beer, this is the place for you! Located off a main intersection, there’s plenty of parking available right infront of the brewery. A nice open plan setting with the brewery section to the right of the bar, which makes you feel like you’re right in it. Our server was lovely and you can tell immediately when someone loves their job. Now my friend is one of those very indecisive people, who needs to try nearly every beer before he settles on one lol. This was handled with patience and grace which again, speaks to someone being very passionate about your job. There are iced smoothie options (Lollipops) that have a variety of different flavors with a sour beer base and many others choices of lagers, IPA’s and heavier beers (stout/black lager) that would be nicer in the winter months. I started with the House Czech Kager which has a rich full bodied flavor and my friend had Lollipop Pina Colada Sour which he enjoyed. If you’re looking for a snack please PLEASE order the poutine ‘North of the Border.’ The shoestring fries are hand cut per order and the gravy is made from the drippings of beef. This elevates bar food to whole other dimension lol. This is the best poutine we’ve ever had and the smell alone, even before the taste deserves 5 stars! This is a chef who loves her job and you can taste it in her cooking. Someone go and kiss that chef and tell her she’s amazing!! It’s loud in the bar and people come here to have a good time, so if you’re one of those easily bothered people by others enjoying life this may be a problem for you. We will be back very soon!
Been wanting to try this place for years and finally made it there. It dis not disappoint! They have great sour and IPA beers. They have slushy drinks and liquor as well. Their new food menu is amazing, I highly recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Alexis provided exceptional service and was a pleasure to meet. This is a must try spot!
Been going to Wingnutz since they were in the Knights of Columbus around the corner. I can confidently say they are the best wings I’ve ever had. They are true to their motto of “size, sauciness, crunch.” I could go on for hours about everything from Ed and Alicia, to their insane sauces. If you can only get one sauce, GET THE WINGNUTZ MILD. I love the collaboration with Froth and think it will evolve into a big deal. They have great drink selection and a great atmosphere. Overall 4.9/5 -BJ
Early verdict shows this place being a massive hot spot this Summer for both outstanding beers and a great kitchen selection. The Mounds Bar beer is a must try, and the IPA selections are all very palatable without being too "safe". The entire room is designed around conversation instead of a dozen TVs, and there is plenty of parking. Definitely well worth stopping in whether it's an after work wind down or a weekend wind-up.
This will be a go to spot in the summer. I visited with a few friends and we had a pretty good time. There were about 4 beers sold out which was disappointing, however, the "purple" beer was amazing, definitely a must try. I tried 2 ciders and they were pretty good as well. I ordered chicken fingers and the cheeseburger sliders. They were pretty good, typical bar food. I hope they will have more variety of beers in the future.
If you like sour beers, this place is for you! Nice variety and the Raspberry Peanut Butter Ale is delicious. PB and J in a can!! Nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Variety of eats from wings (from Wingnutz)to roast beef to burgers. Wasn't particularly fond of the wings as the wings were drenched in sauce. If you like them saucy, these are for you. Staff was very friendly
We have been coming here for awhile now, and have seen marked improvement in a lot of areas. This was a fairly stark beer only kind of place that offered a limited menu. Now there is a very decent small menu, with a range beers, wines, and recently even a few liquors for mixed drinks. my fiancé is a big fan of their Lollipop fruit style beers but I don't drink beer, so I was always left to drink from their limited wine list. The food has always been tasty, albeit a slight bit more than you may expect. They have added a lot of flowers to the outdoor patio which is a nice space to relax.
Local brewery putting a new spin on beer and teaming up with Munch to bring you some amazing food items. Their Liquid Lollipop fruited sours are like having a fruit smoothie. Packed full of fruity flavors and you'll be surprised with the smoothie consistency. They do have a few classic beer types on their beer menu. A bit pricey compared to other location but some place you must check out at least once.
Went here for some food and drinks. They were out of 2 beers I wanted to try. The autograph and the German pilsner. I had the Purple OG and it was really good. We.had cheeseburger sliders and chicken fingers. Cheeseburger sliders were good nothing special about them. The chicken fingers were good. We had the house sauce which is a spicy BBQ. It came with 3 green beans which was really odd and it had the stems on them. I'd definitely go back and hope they would have the beers that were sold out back on tap.
As cool as it is to have a brewery as experimental with sours as they are I feel like it's fairly hit or miss with them. The burgers are really good and the service is reasonable enough. My biggest issue (and why this isn't a higher rating) is the pricing of their sours. A single 16oz sour is $10. In house you can only order cans (sours haven't been on tap at any time I've visited) and when buying to go that equates to a $40 4-pack (unless there's some kind of discount no one told me about when I was there) which is unheard of at any craft brewery I've been to in my time.
