The kids said none of the food was hot. It was warm. Being that my daughter used to work here we know what times they switch out certain foods like the ground beef, steak, chicken, and the potatoes.. Not sure why the food was not fresh because we were there at 4:15. They said the Taco Bell that I normally take them to taste way better than this one. It’s best to find one that works best for you where you know the crewmembers and when and how they switch out their food. It is important to toss it after a specific time to ensure freshness & that no one gets a stomachache. This is why they got three stars. The restaurant is self was clean and the preparation area in the kitchen was clean and the bathrooms were clean and the service was great. However The lukewarm food is no Bueno. Sorry

It's clean and my local place to go. But maybe it's a privately owned and non corporate establishment so the pricing seems higher. I end up going to the Baldwin Park one

Update --- made an order. Salad NO BEANS NO TOMATOES. What did i get TOMATOES. Went back the next day to replaced it and made another order. NO AVOCADO. They said it was guacamole (i said what do you think guacamole is made of. We caught that mistake before we left. An additional order was placed and repeatedly emphasized NO TOMATOES again. What did I get once again. Extra TOMATOES.

I frequently come to this location as I work close by. The employee working this morning 4/23 is extremely rude. Has the worst attitude and literally stood there putting chips 1 by 1 into the chip bag. I waited and he just laughed and kept putting 1 by 1. Last time I had to speak to the manager because the same guy had attitude and threw my cup at me.

I used to enjoy this Taco Bell before but recently the service has gone way down. The food was ok the service made everything a 1 star asked for more sauce and it seems like the cashier Kevin wanted to throw them in my face but practically threw them at me just for asking? Managers really need to get on their cashiers some re training and learn respect or at least some customer service

The food was horrible… there was no sour cream and my ordered was suppose to have sour cream on it… the staff are rude and I was completely unsatisfied. Is one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area. They always get the order wrong and then have attitude when u try to tell them ur order is wrong.

In the evening, the attitude of the male salesperson in the store was very bad. I only gave me one drink for two drinks, and I confirmed with him many times that it was one drink. Finally, I showed the order to confirm that it was two drinks with a look of impatience.

My food was just awful and I spend money on this .and the employees in the kitchen are smoking all you see is smoke in the kitchen this was around 10 pm 2/19/2024
