I sometimes come at night with my bf to get some nacho fries. The employees there are always nice to us especially this girl with glasses I don’t know her name but she’s always nice.

The staff and managers could not have been nicer. We had a gaming party and my son wanted Taco Bell. Seven 12 packs of tacos plus more. Not only was everyone at Taco Bell super nice, they offered excellent advice about timing for best freshness, carry out of food to the car, and they threw in a few extras that made me feel my purchase was appreciated. Note: I called and spoke with a manager in advance to get the scoop and so they would have a clue ahead of time.

I love this restaurant, the people are nice and polite and always make me feel welcome. The store manager is always courteous and has an attitude that just makes you want to comeback, which I do. There are many choices as far a fast food go, but I have to admit that I keep coming to this Taco Bell because of the service the employees give me every time I'm here. It is that good!

Food is standard Taco Bell, come here once a week and they have never gotten my order wrong. It's a little chilly in the dining room but that's better than warm and stuffy. Workers are very quick and efficient. They are always kind and friendly. Best TB around.

Got home w/ our order. My son wanted a Crunch Wrap Plain regular taco cheese instead of nacho cheese. & Red Strips. Needless to say it had everything on it. I tried calling & no answer. She didn't give us a receipt. At all. I it was 1:30 -2:00 am. I too tired. To go back. Oh did I mention it was Correct on the Screen! When a order cost you $36 you kind of expect it to be Right! But NOPE NOT TONIGHT.

It's a Tacky Bell as all the others. Dine-in is now available, and the restrooms don't require a code. The real reason to come this particular Taco Bell, as well as any, is for the Mountain Dew Baja Blast. I don't know how they were able to hold exclusive rights to this sugary nectar, but it irks me it cannot be found elsewhere.

Taco Bell is taco Bell but my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru. It was slower than normal around 9pm on a Friday night which was fine. We received our food pretty quickly but when we we're ordering they asked us if we wanted any sauce. When we got our food, we didn't receive any sauce and there was no napkins. We didn't realize until we were driving away.

DONT USE THE SELF SERVICE MACHINE U WILL NEVER GET YOUR FOOD! Ordered one fountain drink on the self service and never got my order. Waited 1hr in the dining area with air conditioning. Giving 3 stars for the air conditioning.

Food took a bit longer then usual compared to other restaurants, but it was fresh. One issue I had was my grilled stuff burrito only had 2 pieces of steak, and those were both chewy smh. Will not return

The kids said none of the food was hot. It was warm. Being that my daughter used to work here we know what times they switch out certain foods like the ground beef, steak, chicken, and the potatoes.. Not sure why the food was not fresh because we were there at 4:15. They said the Taco Bell that I normally take them to taste way better than this one. It’s best to find one that works best for you where you know the crewmembers and when and how they switch out their food. It is important to toss it after a specific time to ensure freshness & that no one gets a stomachache. This is why they got three stars. The restaurant is self was clean and the preparation area in the kitchen was clean and the bathrooms were clean and the service was great. However The lukewarm food is no Bueno. Sorry

Make sure u ask for your senior discount; it's not offered. Last nite, the cashier messed up and did not give me my senior discount, though I told him. He did not/would not refund me.

Tired of them getting my order wrong through the drive thru when I specifically ask for no tomatoes in my food due to a food allergy and they never listen.

Every time I come here they always forget something. Today I was going to call because they forgot 3 items of my order but I’m just so tired of this regularly happening and don’t feel like arguing with them about it so this is why I’m just leaving a review so you are all aware to make sure you get your receipt and check your order when coming here

I'm very disappointed with this location right now. The last few times I've been here they've had multiple problems, from Hard Taco Shells and Cinnamon Twists being stale. To Nacho Chips being Rancid and they keep getting items that have been forgetting. I'm very disappointed and the Nationally Advertised $5 meal being more than $6.50 I'm so disappointed! I used to really like this location.

The taco bell application let me order take out from in the store and when I got there it was drive-thru only.. I had to walk up to the drive-thru window to tell the lady working. She had me wait by the front door to which it took another 10 minutes + to get my food. Thats why I order ahead for it to be ready. This Taco Bell blows.

Use to love working here years ago... I work for postmates so that's the only reason going. They didnt wrap the soft tacos correctly so the bag had leaking oil...

Waited 30 mins to get our food. After waiting 10 mins I asked how much longer the employee asked and told me and another customer who was also waiting it will be right up. He got my drinks and took them to us he was very nice.

Update --- made an order. Salad NO BEANS NO TOMATOES. What did i get TOMATOES. Went back the next day to replaced it and made another order. NO AVOCADO. They said it was guacamole (i said what do you think guacamole is made of. We caught that mistake before we left. An additional order was placed and repeatedly emphasized NO TOMATOES again. What did I get once again. Extra TOMATOES.

The most horrible experience at a taco bell I have ever had I had to repeat my order 4 time constantly correct cashier at speaker box then charged me for additional upgrades I asked for and I didnt recieve them unfortunately when I got home I realized my order was all wrong location is 6 miles away I wasn't going to drive back I tried calling them apparantly they do not wander phone either please avoid this taco bell they need to retrain their employees !! I waited at the counter while 3 people worked the drive thru. I waited 2 minutes longer, when someone preparing food said 'take the counter order', as the drive thru took 3 more orders. Not one of the 5 people working here acknowledged me, nor told me we'll be roght with you. No one was inside eating - so it wasn't busy. My order took an unusually long time to prepare. Want Great service? = MUST HAVE CAR AND BE HISPANIC.

Came to order lunch and me and coworker ordered sodas. The fountain drink machine in lobby had no ice, every single drink was warm/hot and flat. Asked them to fill our sodas inside the kitchen and those sodas were also flat. They did not care to change this. Also asked for extra sauce and i got 4 sauce packets. The food was adequate. By far the worst Taco Bell experience.

I frequently come to this location as I work close by. The employee working this morning 4/23 is extremely rude. Has the worst attitude and literally stood there putting chips 1 by 1 into the chip bag. I waited and he just laughed and kept putting 1 by 1. Last time I had to speak to the manager because the same guy had attitude and threw my cup at me.

I used to enjoy this Taco Bell before but recently the service has gone way down. The food was ok the service made everything a 1 star asked for more sauce and it seems like the cashier Kevin wanted to throw them in my face but practically threw them at me just for asking? In the evening, the attitude of the male salesperson in the store was very bad. I only gave me one drink for two drinks, and I confirmed with him many times that it was one drink. Finally, I showed the order to confirm that it was two drinks with a look of impatience.
