Came here on a Monday night during a road trip right before closing and the lone worker provided superb service, best I’ve had at fast food place! Order was cooked fresh, made perfectly, and he was nice enough to let us use the bathroom even though the inside seating was locked. Wish I got his name, he definitely deserves recognition!

Burger King in Bellmeade, Texas near Lacey Lakeview has a manager named Latisha who is phenomenal. She help me resolve a problem that I had with an online order and then prepared my new order quickly and it was scrumptious. I go there dang near everyday. I've never had a issue. Always friendly service, good food, and good management. I think they all need a raise, from the employees to the managers. Especially the evening management and employees. Great crew working afternoon/evenings!

This place is a little dirty but passible especially when you order take out. The food was pippin hot, accurate to what I ordered, and delivered quickly. I did make a scene and cheep entertainment (my pleasure) when I forgot to ask for ketchup and instead went to the condiment area to get ketchup in the paper cups instead of the packets. It was a mess but they cleaned it up.

My food wasn't warm at all, well my fries were. The food came out quick though. Conveniently located near the freeway

Ordered Impossible burger meal. Onion rings and fries were fried in stale oil. Will avoid this location, after repeated food quality issues.

I ordered online a $22 deal I get to the store they're rude on the speaker I pull up to the window nobody ever greets me then after 10 minutes I get my food and all they did was handed it to me and close the window the lettuce was old the chicken wraps looked old all around with that service and the food I Won't Go Back

Just left drive thru 03/13 @ 11:19pm customer service was beyond horrible I can understand closing shift wants to go home but I couldn't believe how bad attitude was they were so rude since the moment we started ordering. Gave us our food and closed the window and left us talking had to wait a few minutes until another employee saw us wave asked for Ketchum which he also just mad stared us. Honestly makes me never want to go back and im sure if this is how they treat there customers all the time they will eventually go out of business and lose their job. I'm still in shock this is my first negative review and felt it was important to share this negative experience. Please do better
