Though it wasn't the staff's fault, the atmosphere was loud and people were shuffling around, and a man threw a tray at the wall after yelling at a worker, nearly hitting me. It was later at night so admittedly that's every 24hr place. Parking lot was dirty and stank with rotting food & milkshakes. None of this is the establishment's fault as the food and service were excellent. A shame that customers can't be responsible enough to grab a burger without bothering other patrons. Keep your head up, crew, y'all were great.

Old fashion feel to fresh made fast food. Watched as they even cut potatoes into fries. That’s unlike any place I’ve been, others use frozen. Had a #1 meal double burger animals style. Tasty!

Food was absolutely delicious, I will say their fries are not the greatest compared to other chains but their burgers in my opinion are some of the best if not the best. They gentleman taking our orders had a great personality and genuinely looked like he enjoyed what he does. As far as inside the restuarant, lacked space and seating comfortability. We also showed up at the right time at 11:30 because once 12 hit, you would be lucky to even find a place to stand.

We go here pretty often and the service is always amazing. Its cheap and even with a line around the parking lot they get you in and out quickly. They don't have a ton og menu items but the burger, shake, and fries are amazing! Animal style all the way for me!

I like in-n-out, but its nothing special. I would never drive across town, or out of my way for a burger from here. I myself prefer steak and shake as the prices are similar. This location was fine. Quick service, and good quality... Just not my cut of tea.

In-N-Out is home for me. I grew up with it being raised in California. Quality ingredients, simple menu, and a vibrant atmosphere. There is a secret menu you can look up. I don't want to spill all the beans. I had a Double-Double animal style with animal style fries and a strawberry shake. Any In-N-Out I have ever been to looks and smells like the first one I ever visited. The nostalgic white tiles with the red palm trees just brings me back home every time.

We are from Oklahoma therefore we don't have an IN AND OUT near us but we visit one every chance we get driving to Texas. The service was great and fast and food was yummy.

This is a nice location. The staff is courteous, and service is fast. I order the Grilled Cheese nowadays which is their meatless option. I usually get it “animal style” to add even more flavor.

Service is always excellent the workers are always Polite and courteous and very happy Disneyland happy. The menu is not too big so it's easy to make an order And it's difficult for them to get the order wrong. You're able to up your dinner there, to go or dine outside on the tables or get a box for your lap While enjoying your meal in your vehicle. Burgers are always meat fresh and juicy and the fries are fresh and don't seem greasy at all. highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal for a great price. they stay open pretty late, which is a plus for me since I'm a night howl.

I love In-N-Out burgers! Fresh, and crisp... these burgers never disappoint! The fries are freshly cut as needed from never frozen potatoes, and you can watch them do it from the drive-thru... I always get me a 3x3 protein style (no bun, wrapped in lettuce)... don’t forget your Animal Style fries; fresh fries topped with melted cheese, grilled onions and that secret sauce.... nothing fancy, just the best!

Hands down the best hamburger I've ever had! In-N-Out never disappoints. It's been over 15 years since I last had an In-N-Out burger, and it's as good, if not better, than I remember. The dining room was immaculately clean and organized, adding to the overall great experience. The only downside is that I live in Florida and don't have the opportunity to eat there very often. Can't wait for my next visit!

It's a burger joint, what kind of atmosphere you think they have? I've been a few times. This last time the fries were old and cold. I always eat fries first, all of them, so they didn't sit around on my tray. The burger was excellent as always. The complimentary pickled peppers are honestly my favorite. I went in thinking it would just be an average burger place and I was incredibly wrong. It was undoubtedly The BEST burger I’ve ever had. There was a tall girl taking my order I didn’t catch her name but she seemed like she actually enjoyed her job and she was so kind I wasn’t sure on what to get but she suggested I get the double double with grilled onions and thank god she did I added ketchup and mustard and it couldn’t have been any better. The service was so good I couldn’t believe it was fast food they had workers in the dining room engaging with us and offering to get us refills which I was appalled. Was a great burger here after a basketball game. The line was easy to find but it did seem to get stuck and not move too much. In n out always hits the spot. It's hard to say "No" to an In-N-Out Burger especially since we were hungry and we're already right here in Waco. Super busy today but even with a line out the door, it moved quickly enough. "Double-double, animal style. Fries well done." I've just about worked out my order. Double meat, double cheese. Animal style means it's topped with extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I find the regular fries to be underdone and rather light, so it's important to order them well done. Next time, I'll get the fries animal style too which adds cheese and grilled onions and the Thousand Island style sauce. Restaurant was clean, inside and out. If it's busy, parking will be a challenge.

This was my very first time trying in n out and it was okay! My burger was fresh . My fries were stale like they redipped them in the hot grease . Wasn’t good at all . I ordered take out at the front desk , they were super busy and got all the orders out as quickly as they could . The customer service was great!

I have heard about In-N-Out Burger for many years. Finally got a chance to try it in Waco. There is a limited menu which makes it very easy to order. Very reasonably priced. This location has a drive-through and plenty of parking. Clean and well organized inside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. The sign says quality you can taste. That is all truth. I got a double cheese with their sauce and onions. Really good quality burger with just a little bit of grease. Their fries are hand cut in the prep area. They take a fresh potato, put it through a machine to cut it, and then fry it. I had it plain and animal style. Animal style was much tastier and had more toppings. The regular fries with ketchup were also good. Afterwords, I got a chocolate shake to wash it down. Very thick and tasty. It hit the spot after a long day. Definitely think I will need to go back before I leave in a few days.

Stopped here on our way to Austin and, sad to say, it wasn't up to the standards of other In-N-Outs we've visited. For starters, the young lady at the counter acted like we were bothering her, and seemed perpetually distracted while taking our order. I could have understood if it was during a busy time, but we were the only guests in line. My wife joked that the way she glared at us, she looked like Eleven from "Stranger Things" and she expected her nose to bleed at any moment! I brushed it off looking forward to my Double-Double, but the slice of raw onion was nearly as large as one of the hamburger patties, and completely drowned out the hamburger flavor. It was literally too much of a good thing! We love In-N-Out unconditionally, but we will not be back to this location.

The bathroom floor was truly covered in paper towels. It had not been tended to in a long while. The workers were great. Passing through Waco and on a road trip, you always want something consistent and gentle on your stomach. Well… 1 hour after eating, wife feels nauseous and cramps all night. 2 hours after eating, it hit me. We were both up all night cramping. She vomited 4 times through the night and I could barely sleep a wink. It was definitely the In n Out. I could taste the burger 15 hours later the next day in my burps. In n Out is my favorite go to in DFW, so I know I never get any bad post-feasting effects. Whew, this one will forever be crossed off my list.

We always make it a point to stop at In-N-Out on our trips from Fort Worth to Houston and back. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly. However, we’ve noticed that the fries have been a bit hit or miss. Mostly a miss. They tend to come out burnt and overdone, even when we ask to exchange the burnt ones, the new ones come out the same.

I told my order 3 times. It still was correct. I sent it back twice. I would've sent it back again but I ran out of time. My burger was DRY and almost crispy. That's NOT how the 1st In & Out in Southern California fixes them. In fact this is the 3rd in & out I've been to in Texas. They're ALL nasty, dry, crunchy, burgers with vastly Overcooked fires. I honestly don't know how they stay in business in Texas.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Was driving home on I-35 and went through the drive thru. It took forever just to put our order in. That should have been our first clue. Took more than 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of us. Really rough. Plenty of people working and hanging around talking. So sick of getting old fries with my burger in the drive thru I’m assuming maybe I need to start going inside to get fresh fries.

I love this place and come here all the time but the girl taking payment this evening around 5 pm was horribly rude and basically threw my money at me. i’m not one to leave a bad review for someone but i was so shocked by her behavior i think customer service is something they are great at just not today:(

Let put it this way good thing it was a gift card! Because if I payed out of pocket for this I would’ve been pissed. The girl that took orders nice and polite after that it goes down hill. Food ready I watch this order come out and thinking it was someone other then us it sat there for 20 minutes my wife got up and asked for our drinks and she asked what number my wife said 9 or here’s your order too. Wow cold and fries that tasted like sawdust I can say the ketchup was delicious. In & Out sucks.
