We had Demaria’s BBQ cater our Christmas party today, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Everyone was blown away by the quality of the food the brisket, sausage, and turkey were all absolutely phenomenal. The service was outstanding, the food was delivered on short notice without a hitch, and the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the level of quality we received. You truly get far more than what you pay for. Demaria’s has earned our business for all future parties and meetings. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for making our event a huge success!
Delicious! 😋 I love that it's a family owned spot. I tried the brisket sandwich but now I have to try the rest of their menu. Definitely coming back here for my lunch break.

Really good barbecue great service. Just be warned they're only open for lunch. I think they open like 10:30 or 11:00 and they close at 2:00

I’m from Texas but live in England and was looking for some good BBQ. The brisket was juicy, tender, and delicious. The sausage had great flavor and a spicy zip. Sauces were great. The staff were very friendly. Recommended.
Truly a hidden gem! The baked potato plate and strawberry cake was amazing. The portions are great… really got my bang for my buck! The employees were so kind and patient even though the line was quite long. I will 100% be back!!
I was looking for a good barbecue place to eat, while I was driving through town, so I checked some reviews and decided to eat here. The reviews were absolutely correct. This place is top notch! Every single employee was super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The brisket just fell apart, and the potato salad and beans were wonderful.
The turkey was the best! Very tender and delicious. The cold slaw was great. The staff was fun and fast. Everything you want in a BBQ restaurant!

Food was great. Staff so nice and it was very clean. I really enjoyed the smoked Bologna. The pinto beans were really good too, different than I’ve ever had before. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be back.

The food is delicious! I ordered the smoked brisket, smoked sausage and smoked bologna! The gentleman at the counter was patient with me and explained everything to me. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Friendly service. Brisket was pretty good. Could use more options for sides. If I go back it will be on Wed for the ribs.
We wanted to pay y'all a visit but the hours on your Google post and the hours at the top of the menu you have in your photos are inconsistent. So are you open until 2:00 every day or until 1:00 every single day? And where can we look for accurate pricing because the pricing in the photos are also inconsistent. Do you think you could possibly remove the inaccurate information and have everything match up for the customers to be able to know what to expect and when to come? Thank you so much for that. I guess we will wait until that is straightened out before we pay you a visit. Who wants to show up at 1:15 and you're not actually open until 2:00 if that is incorrect then I have no way of knowing otherwise.
I am in Waco because my mom is in the hospital. I just got my order to go. I asked the lady if the bbq sauce was in the box and she said yes. By the time I got back to the hospital I saw no bbq sauce, the brisket was dry and it had no flavor. Shoe leather probably taste better than the brisket. Wouldn’t have wrote such a scathing review if there was bbq sauce to help eat the tasteless food.
I was super disappointed. They use bread instead of buns for their sandwiches. So, I ordered a pound of brisket. The brisket was nice and moist but it was rather tasteless. They were out of coleslaw the lady told me I needed to get there earlier I was there about 12:30 pm. Then the guy told me they ran out of cabbage and their cabbage doesn't deliver till tomorrow. HEB sells cabbage. Spell super disappointed with that. I got double potato salad but then that tasted like the kind you get at Walmart but way more expensive. The employees were nice. The food not to my liking.
