This place was awesome. We were in the drive thru, ordered most of our order and realized I left my wallet at the hotel. I told the drive thru people. When we came back, they had our order already ready and kept it in the warmer. They weren't upset or have an attitude. They were completely professional and had great attitudes!

Yummy! Service is always good. Sometimes there is a need for more attention to "housekeeping" but not awful. Things get hectic & I know sometimes I may have came in after a rush so being a person who has worked in food industry I cut SOME slack. Mostly a clean and great fast food place.

Drive through lady was very polite and patient. My mom had oral surgery and was undecided and she was so nice and patient. Asked how we were doing. She made sure she asked if we needed anything before driving away. She was well prepared and fast. I thanked her for her services. She said she tries to make sure her customers are taken care of both her jobs. I was impressed. Great customer service is rare. Gave her a nice tip. Wish I knew her name

Whoever worked the day shift here on 06/11/2024 should be recognized for their service, efficiency & professionalism! They were top notch employees any employer would be lucky to have on their team. It was obvious they take pride in their work! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

Pretty solid Taco Bell. The lobby itself was nice, but many of the tables were dirty. Also, when they handed me and my friends our online orders, they failed to give us a drink each time. Not a huge deal, they were quick to correct, but it's worth noting. The food itself was great. I'd recommend stopping by if you are driving through and need a break.

The gentleman taking my order tonight is a great guy. I understand this late being the only ones open has them packed and with only 2 people working it's gotta be tough. So I just wanted to say thank you to them for their service. I drove around town late only to find that these restaurants close their kitchen 2 to 3hrs before closing so finding this place was great. The service and the smile even after a long shift was a great sight. Thank you.

Well it was a little late. They were short, & it was taking a little longer than usual, because they were short of help. The workers were triple polite & respectful, very apologizing for the wait. But the food was hot, I was happy. They couldn't prepare what I wanted because no boxes to put it in. Bummer, so I ordered my other item I get. Taco Bell people try hard to accommodate us even when it's busy, late, out of item. Those 2 young ladies were trying hard to help us. It was a line as always. Some cars did leave. But patience is a virtue people. & it's great not to be in a rush, that's why accidents happen, even in drive thrus. Thanks yall. Appreciate those young ladies cause it was a tough night. Bless

Okay usually this Taco Bell has rude workers but TODAY (Feb 6) u had the kindest worker, I didn’t catch her name but she had a great personality and was working the window. She had butterfly eyeshadow on and big lashes! Give her a raise!

Heas up you order inside at a kiosk, not at counter. We stood around waiting & figured that out after a while. Employees nor customers will tell you this... The way of ordering inside is definitely changing. However, the staff were friendly & quick when the order was created. You can tell they work diligently to keep the place clean. If I'm in the area again I'll return and I'll know the process next time. The food was good overall. Thank yall for doing a great job!

I had to wait 20 minutes before ordering my food through the drive thru becaus, I was told the system was done. About 10 minutes later I see people ordering in the drive thru. So, I ordered online and, still had to wait an extra 30 minutes. My food was okay. My order was correct.

First place we stopped at in Texas. Had to ask for a key to the ladies room. Got some food. Not the best. The cinnamon twists had no cinnamon or sugar on them. Wouldn't stop there again.

I took my daughter to have lunch. The customer service left a lot to be desired. I placed our order & paid only to find that the cashier gave us the wrong food order, so I had to order more. This made my visit less enjoyable & irritated me. The restaurant was neat ,clean, well organized & the food well prepared & tasty. The time waited for the meal was extremely short. If they can get a cashier who knows how to ring up an order, it will make a big difference in their bottom line.

This particular location, while articulate and personable over the drive thru mic, the length of time we all waited to get our order was too long. We waited about 20 minutes from the point we placed our order to the time we actually received our order. The food was prepared well and packaged well, and the lady at the window had a wonderful attitude. The campus is well kept, the building is well maintained, and the facade of the restaurant is enticing. Maybe they just don't have enough personnel to move their line at an expected rate. I would return; the movement of the line needs to be more timely.

Quality service and price. As of the past couple of months the rating has changes. The staff is still friendly but they never have the special happy hour drinks that are advertised. The past 4 visits it is always the same reason. (Machine is in defrost). Started to ask for drink first then go to a different place to eat if not available.

This place is good for a Taco Bell only gave 3 stars because they were busy or lazy when I was there. The tables were dirty, they didn’t have the lid sizes for our drinks. They ran out of money,my order was $10 something and the cashier did not have $4 dollars. She called her manager and the manager was in the back for a long time before she came back with my $4 dollars. Food was good, service here THAT DAY ehhhh.

I've been here a few times, my first time was bad as far as a 30 minute wait for a few regular basic tacos. I couldn't tell you why the wIt was so long but there was a lot of people who came in after me who had to wait just as long but when I came in there were less than 4 waiting and nobody would come to the register to take orders, instead directing people to the kiosk to order which messed up my plans because I wanted to pay in cash but had to use my card. Another time I came in the food cane out much faster but the food tray had a questionable splatter of unknown substance on it. My last time the food came quick and the tray was clean but when I ordered a second order the tray had a small spot of some food residue on it. The food tasted good each time and the employees were kind and courteous but the questionable sanitary condition of the one piece of equipment the customer sees and handles makes this a last resort on my list.

If I have to use the kiosk to place an order and able to customize it- then make sure you make it right !! I paid extra for lettuce and extra chicken, and easy on the beans.... what I got: barely any chicken, not a shred of lettuce and gobs of refried beans... ugh. I normally Love me some Taco Bell ... not this time.

Not sure why I stayed 30+ minutes at TACO BELL. I ordered from the app, thank goodness because there were no front counter workers. After 15 minutes, and seeing 2 men storming out, I decided to go in to see the food was ready but they didn't advance the order. I walked on to a restaurant filled with people sitting and standing waiting on their orders. After waiting another 15 minutes they called me BUT my nacho fries were cold, un-eatable, and I was missing a taco. She said 3 minutes for fresh fries, it took 7 minutes. The 5 layer beefy burrito was EXCELLENT as well as the Chipotle ranch Chicken burrito....maybe they were perfecting those🥴.

Didn't get all of our order and had already left the parking lot when we figured it out and was on the highway couldn't go back. Didn't charge the right prices, it was happy hour for drinks and they charged full price.Overall definite room for improvement. On my most recent visit through the drive-thru the employee was having a conversation with her earbud the entire time I was at the window. She did not say hello welcome to Taco Bell, make eye contact, none of that. I don't even remember her telling me my total because I already had my card out she just took the card gave it back and then handed my food out the window. She didn't say thank you have a nice day etc. She was in a full-on messy conversation the whole time I was there. My order was hot and packed well. Tasted fine, no old grease taste or anything else bad. Plenty of sauce.

So, I sat in my car for 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. I've NEVER had to wait that long at TB unless the line is double digit long. When I finally made it to the window, (the girl at the window was very nice), there were 2 employees behind her leaning against the counter, talking and flirting with each other and doing nothing. I got my order and parked in the parking lot to eat. I saw the window girl delivering an order to a car that had parked. I'm not sure who or where the manager was, but the inequity of labor was blatantly obvious. I probably won't choose to stop there again. I wish I had gotten window girl's name since she was the only one I could see actually working.

I went to Taco Bell this afternoon during lunch hour and they were busy but nothing crazy. There was no one taking orders at the front counter and only 1 kiosk working. I asked a lady for my drink cup and she told me to get it myself from her side of the counter. 4 people had ordered after me and started getting their food before me and all I had was a cheese quesadilla. I waited 35 minutes for my food at least. Not only was the service awful and slow but the people on the food line were running their mouth and being incredibly rude. Never going back.

Probably the slowest Taco Bell I've visited. The "help yourself" supplies and sauce packets were mostly empty or very low, and half of the drink choices were out. The tables were clean, though. Edit: I waited 20 minutes before I had to leave for work without my food I'd paid for. 2 people in front of me left without their food as well. The restroom was not maintained. The only reason they get to keep a second star is the really nice night manager. I called the restaurant as I was leaving and told them what happened, and they let me come back to get my food after my short shift.

I can't remember the last time I went thru a drive thru, and they actually put everything I ordered in the bag. I get tired of getting back and someone didn't get their order or they did it wrong. Then you call back and the manager acts like it's your fault that they can't get it right.

The food was good but the worker who took my order asked if I would donate my change and I said yes and when I paid her and she gave me my change back I asked if she still wanted the change for donation and she was like what and I repeated my self she gave me my food I said to myself forget it and drove away got home and realized I didn't get my drink. Woman who greeted me was nice and location was decent but could have been better. My order was not complete as paid for but when a patron walks in and is instructed to use the Kiosk by a different employee than whom helped who then turns and walks off that’s terrible service. My entire time there I could hear employees having afar better time than the elderly woman trying to use a Kiosk.

We had a horrible experience at this location. Their is no customer service here. When you walk in they automatically tell you to use the kiosk to order your food so they don't have to take your order. Once our order was ready and we picked up the order at the counter, they didn't give use our drinks. I stood there patiently try to tell some one about our drinks but ther purposely ignored me. I went up there twice to get the drinks we paid for. As I was sitting there waiting for them to help me get my drinks I noticed every customer was missing their drinks with their order.

Just got out of the taco bell drive way. The staff that delivered the order was rude and making faces for no real reason. We have ordered 3 chicken quesadillas, burrito and soft tacos. In chicken quesadillas mean we have asked them to replace the beef taco with chicken but they said they cant do it. I mean? Seriously? They burnt two of the quesadillas and we could feel the burnt taste while eating. They really need to work on the customer service and get some additional training. They at-least need to double check the food before packing it and not give out burnt ones. Didn’t expect this.

Gave me my wrong order and I tried my drink before the food came and it was watered down bad. I asked for a new refill of another kind of drink and the lady in the window said that all of it is watered down. I asked if everyone gets watered drinks and then I asked for a manager and she did nothing about. I ended up asking for my money for the drinks...and when I got home the food was all wrong.. Not happy. This taco bell sucks...workers sucks and don't care about orders. I use to like taco bell but there are better places and better tacos.

Ordered online went to go get my food went though the drive thru was told they weren't open that they were closed at 1120pm when they are normally open till 1am. So now I'm out of money and food. Taco Bell in Lacy Lakeview I placed my order i asked for my burrito to be changed from beef to steak the asst manager on duty got an attitude and said it was an extra $3.00. I ordered a combo #2 with an extra taco paid $9.+.then she wanted to charge me $3.00 more for changing my order. I took my original order and watch her with other customers. She was just as rude when customers approached the counter to pick up orders she would slide there trays across the counter and not even look up. The cashier was wonderful and kept making sure everyone got what they wanted. I was there 8/27 about 1:30pm. I will not be back

Went to order 2 beef soft tacos ... they are out of beef and tortillas ... seriously?? ... last week they say no tomatoes or chicken. Can yall never do a truck order right? ... and when out of what you want, they love to upcharge for what you didn't want. This place is horrible. Get a better owner!

Ate food here and within an hour after eating my boyfriend and I started violently throwing up for hours after. I called and was told after 10 to call because that’s when the GM would be in called multiple times no answer so we came up and just asked for a refund. They got very agitated closed the window on us and we’re talking back and forth and finally said they couldn’t do anything because it’d be admitting guilt and there was no way it was them anyways because food poisoning takes 24 hours for you to get sick. We told them as we ate the beef was funny so we stopped and that’s what we felt like this issue probably was and she said she worked that night and knew that wasn’t possible because everything is on timers. So I guess we both got sick after eating the same food for no reason. They opened a case and said they will look into it so I’m sure it won’t go anywhere but for y’all’s sake save the money and your time. Getting sick isn’t worth it and dealing with the attitude from it isn’t either.

The Crunchwrap supremes we got tasted like rancid oil. The cheesy potatoes were dry like they had been microwaved. Other Taco Bell locations have never served me food that is spoiled. Ordered on the app, but waited in the drive through for half an hour. When we got to the microphone no one talked to us for more than 5 minutes. I would not recommend this Taco Bell location to anyone.

This is the worst taco bell out there. Drive through is always "down" or they tell you it's a 30 min wait when no one is there. If you go inside no one takes your order or they just tell you to use the kiosk. They are usually out of important ingredients like beef. Sometimes they won't take cash, others they won't take cards. The food is never fresh. They usually forget at least one thing from your order. It's like they dont want customers so I'm not going back again.

The Bellmead, Tx location is the absolute worst location that I have ever visited before. #1 upon visiting we was not not greated at all. #2 When we approached the counter to place an order we were told they do not take orders at the counter and instructed us to use the kiosk. We informed them that we were paying cash and the crew member rudely replied "go through the drive thru then!" As we were leaving my wife asked to use the restroom and they had to unlock them with a switch on the wall and I said "we'll just go next door and eat at McDonald's and the same crew member replied that the restrooms are for taco bell customers only and promptly locked the restroom doors back before my wife could use the restroom. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service at any restaurant and the fact that it was at a nationally recognized brand like taco bell is truly appalling. My family and I will never again give our business to taco bell in the future at any location due to the unbelievable poor customer service that we experienced here. The crew members are rude, the management is rude and the location closes often before it is advertised to close as well as the ghastly treatment of paying customers is atrocious and seems to be the standard that taco bell now has.

I pulled up around 10pm… I went through the drive through, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait… because their system was down… I was annoyed, but was fine with waiting, until I was told the same information about 4 minutes later.. as three cars pulled up behind me, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and that I couldn’t sit in the drive through. I asked what I was supposed to do, since I wanted service and would be fine waiting. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait and that I can’t wait in the drive through… I was more than disappointed and this Taco Bell is severely mis-managed with terrible service and horrible practices. I really can’t stand this Taco Bell.. in the last few months, every time I go, I experience some kind of disappointment. Either the food is terrible, or the service is terrible or the system is down, or items are missing. I am so tired of this Taco Bell establishment. I don’t usually leave reviews. But this Taco Bell has really gone down hill and needs to be shut down. They have even stopped serving the boxes in actual boxes and have resorted to just throwing everything in a bag… which leads to missing items and incomplete orders… I called and asked for the managers number and they didn’t know it.. I asked for the corporate number and they didn’t know it and couldn’t find it.. I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell and it should go ahead and close down. Their “system” goes down often after 6pm… I strongly advise this franchise just close down.. they can’t get it together. If I have to wait, fine… but to be unable to provide any kind of service and to be requesting unreasonable requests like, “Wait in the parking lot until the system is back up” is frankly ridiculous and unprofessional. I highly encourage to stay far away from this establishment. I was fuming.

Terrible experience. Food was all wrong and cold. Person working the drive thru was incredibly rude. When I told them my food was wrong and cold they said “oh well”. Was also told there wasn’t a manager on duty. Will never come back to this establishment. Won’t let any of my family or friends go here either. Easily the worst restaurant experience of my life. How are these people still employed?

Came in here on Fri 5/19 around noon time wanting a simple slushy. Came in, stood at the counter while ALL 3 EMPLOYEES took turns looking at us just standing there. Female working drive thru politely ignoring us on her phone. One male came from back stared at us, didn't help. And lastly the finalist in rude customer service, walks right past us to use the restroom. Stood there 5 minutes and not a single soul addressed us. We walked out saying everyone there, deserved to retire from a job like that. I would say never stop here if you expect any type of customer service, but hey, its taco bell. Sad you cant even expect the bare minimum here. Rudeness at its finest..

So I went to this Taco Bell location a month or so ago on my lunch break and ordered a meal. They had a few cars in the drive through and a few people in the store, but nothing outrageous. Several people were called to get their food, but I noticed all the people getting their food were already sitting down when I got into the store waiting in their food. It took 45 minutes for me to get my food after I paid. Everyone in the store was in the same boat as me. No one was getting their food in a timely manner, no one in the back making the food was in any resemblance of hurrying, and even had a guy sweeping that was supposed to be on the food line. It took a month before I was willing to try this location again. I went in today, there was 3 cars in the drive thru, a few people inside, and 4 guys in front of me. As soon as I walk in the manager tells the new counter lady to stop taking orders because the food line was slammed, and to wait about 20 minutes before she starts taking orders again. Never going back to this location again if this is how it’s going to be. I walked out(so did the guys in front of me) and went next door to eat and got my food within 5 minutes, and they were busier than Taco Bell.

Was not pleased about my experience! I ordered on my app, they didn't have my order right. I sat in the drive thru way too long for them to correct it. When it did get corrected the manager had to correct it. Sad that you have the kind of employees that don't care & then when a customer speaks up because they couldn't get the order right, the customer is the bad guy! SMDH won't be going back to this taco bell! Too much drama for food that ain't that good!

I went to Taco bell on my way to work, took forever and i had to use the restroom. As my friend was ordering for us i waited at the counter and got yelled at to use the kiosks. I (as politely as i could) said we’re ordering i have to use the restroom though, got told that i could only use the restroom as a paying customer so i said again yes ma’am we’re ordering right now but i have to use the restroom(im assuming i’m talking to a manager) walked to the kiosk and another employee got a guy his cup for his drink because apparently they forgot it and saw me ordering so she turned around and asked the manager if she could go ahead and let me in, when finally the manager yelled “fine”. SO rude and disrespectful, the food came out missing ingredients and they ended up forgetting our cups as well.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Went through the drive thru but had to come in to attempt to get our food made proper and fresh. That did not happen and while waiting for my remake 4 other people came forward with a problem with their orders. To which they were I'm no rush to make right. At this rate they should just shut the doors for good. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Save your time and money and go to the one at Baylor. Seriously a joke. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

I haven't been there in a while now I remember why that Taco Bell is so dirty the side of the soda machine looks like it hasn't been washed down in months. The counter where the soda machine is has not been kept up. It took over 35 minutes to get our food. The seats were sticky and under the tables were sticky. When we went there they were not that busy so the service should not have been that slow. The workers are not very friendly the one we had anyway. I understand some people don't like their jobs but if that's the case find something you like to do. If not at least act like you like your job in front of customers and think of it this way there's some people out there that don't have a job so be grateful that you have one and be proud of what you do.

Worst dining experience ever. Rudest woman took forever to come to counter and help us and acted like she was put out to have to press a button to unlock the bathroom. Horrible attitude and seemed to be affecting the rest of the staff. Food was terrible. NO MILD sauce. Had I known that, we would not have even eaten there. I cant even eat tacos without it. Total waste of money. And I fed a family of five! My very first job was at a Taco Bell when I turned 16 years old. I have a strong connection to the place and I've always LOVED it, but the last 4 or 5 visits have just about ruined it for me. It's just a shame that this place has become something I now have to avoid. Disappointed is not a strong enough word. 😕

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Don't waste your time stopping here. The staff won't help you or take your order at the register. They want you to order by kiosk. The staff can see you standing at the register to place your order, and they won't even acknowledge you are there

i work nights nearby, i’ve tried to go through the drive through multiple times and they are either closed early, or the systems are down and the employees are outside smoking. i understand being short staffed but saying your open until 3 and then closing at 11 everyday is not ok. either change your hours on the website or hire more people.

A elderly gentleman and I walked in at the same time. No one greeted us for about 5 minutes then a lady told us if y'all want to order there's a kiosk y'all need to use to place it. As i was helping him out his order in another gentleman walked in and she took his order at the counter. We placed or order and after 15 minutes the gentleman recurrence his order and we were both still waiting to even be acknowledged. No one said a word to us so we both left. 7 people working in this site and no one could say a word to us. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I don't expect very good food or good service at Taco Bell because for the most part is something quick to get me through but I do expect someone to acknowledge that we were even there!!!

The car in front of me sat at the drive-thru order station for a long time and never had their order taken. I pulled up and sat for a very long time never had my order taken. We both pulled around to the second window since no one was working the first window. They took the first car's order and let them pull around. When I got to the window they told me I was not allowed to order at the window because it slows their time down and they were too busy and could not let their time fall that far down. It's a shame Taco Bell doesn't teach them how to push the button and simply say we will be with you in just a moment. And evidently Taco Bell values time over customer service. Left there went to McDonald's next door in and out and under 5 minutes. Will not be back.

Horrible customer relations. I went through the drive thru, got home and realized over half of my order was wrong. So I called the store and a crew member answered. I asked for the manager and was told "he's busy, we have two party packs!", I said "yes I know, I just came through drive thru and my order is wrong". He handed the manager the phone and the manager hung up on me. So not only was my order wrong, I didn't get what I paid for, and they didn't care at all to attempt to correct the mistake. Unacceptable! I will never eat Taco Bell period and if I ever decide to give em a shot again, it will definitely be at a different location. It's Saturday, January 15th, 2022 at 8:24 pm.

Waited in the empty drive through for 5 minutes when they were open and didn’t get any sort of acknowledgment that anyone was there to take my order. Finally ended up going inside to order and no one was even working the counter. Me and some other customers were asked to order at the kiosk after standing at an empty counter for a minute, we didn’t want to bother with that so we all left. Store is obviously understaffed.

The person (guy) taking the orders was extremely rude and pushy. He asked me if I had "made up my mind yet", and "what did I want?". Every bit of everyone's food was barely lukewarm. I went to take a bite of the steak quesadilla that I ordered, and the cheese was cold and unmelted. (Not to mention that there was maybe 7 pieces of meat in the whole thing! 😏) I had to go home and cook all of the food I just bought. So, definitely a very bad experience. 😕☹️

Non-existent customer service. There is no one to even take your order and no signage to tell you to use the kiosk and everyone on staff ignores the dine in customers. It took over 20 minutes to get our order and it was all wrong.

Every time we order, the order is either made incorrectly or we are missing items. We always order with no tomatoes because we are allergic, yet every time, it has tomatoes. The last time we had to take a trip to the ER. Don't get me wrong, on the one in ten times the order is right and we get everything we ordered, the food is amazing. But it is extremely rare that we get both. I used to love this Taco Bell, but over the years, it's just gone very downhill.

I work five minutes away and went on my lunch break which ive done plenty of times and can make it back on time and enough time to eat. I went with 20 minutes to spare and i left 20 minutes later they were standing around after serving the people in front of me and someone gave me my drink and nothing for ten minutes after then after standing in the front someone finally decided to see what i had ordered. Two nacho bell grandes with meat, cheese and lettuce. Not only did they take forever to make the order, they burnt them kids quesadillas customers quesadillas that ordered before me. When i walked in I smelled the food burning and they still gave it out with it being almost charcoal colored all over. Pathetic experience.

This was the first restaurant I've ever been to in my life where I was rudely told to go behind the counter to get a cup myself. If time & gas aren't an issue, plz go to the one on Cleveland Ave. I promise it's worth the drive. They put more meat & cheese in the tacos & quesadillas, and the customer service is miles ahead. Look at this emaciated taco I was served! 90% lettuce, 1 teaspoon of meat & no tomatoes even though it was allegedly supreme 😒

Zero customer service, period. Don't expect to receive any service or food inside unless you want to order from the kiosk or go through the drive thru, seems to be a common theme for most Taco Bells now. The bathrooms are locked to guests unless you can get the key from one of the employees, but good luck getting their attention.

The workers here are absolutely horrible and so rude. My mother came to pick up my order, and the drive thru window was slammed shut in her face. The worker had nasty hands and continued to roll her eyes. Where is the customer service at? Does it not exist anymore and we just hire whom ever shows up at the door? My family and i will now drive further if we decide on tacobell.

Came to pick up a Togo order. They didn't have my second drink ready. No problem just asked for it. They didn't say a word to us the entire time. No "Welcome to Taco Bell" "Be right with you" not even "have a great day" or "thank you come again" when I said "thank you. Have a great day" they just ignore the customers. Can't run a business if can't show customer service. Food was as expected but I don't come here often because have no customer service.

Will never go to this location again. Literally placed an online order paid for it and waited for it to be delivered for hours just for it to never show up. I go to get this order I paid for delivery and a tip just to be told by their manager Amanda that it doesn’t matter that I paid for the order on their app since she can’t see the order she can’t give me my money back or my food. Even told me it wasn’t her problem. Worst customer service ever. She claim her general manager Caroline would do the same eventhough it shows paid for in their app. Can’t wait til morning bc I’m definitely making a big deal about this and I recorded everything!

What is the deal with the lobby being closed????? Arrive at 7:15 on a Thursday evening and told the lobby is closed. Cars were lined up. While waiting in line saw a car parked at the door with an employee walking in & out with food along with other people come out & get in the car. When I finally get to the window & asked why they closed the lobby & if it had been closed all day. The answer was no, the lobby was open earlier, but at 6PM there were only 3 people there to work. I just have a very hard time understanding a shortage of people wanting to work, when they all still want to spend money on things that are not necessities, that just bring joy to their lives, along with the cost of food increasing so much. Are we at a point when people are so selfish and do not understand that things are not free & you have to work to be able to spend money. So as a business, if you cannot hire enough employees to keep your business open & running, then close & lock the doors & put a for sale sign up. And for any business to be successful & there is a shortage of workers, why do we not see managers, district managers, etc not rolling up their sleeves and work. Lead by example otherwise how you manage will be reflected in the staffs desire to work.

First of all I came in and no one even greeted me while I was trying to figure out the digital way of ordering. I guess that computers took over that takes away the need to greet the people that are paying money to pay your paycheck. As if that wasn't rude enough, my name was yelled out and just pitched on the counter along with a cup to follow. I guess everybody doesn't always have a greatest day so whenever I decided to get my drink and leave, I told everyone who is well within hearing range to have a nice day and there was literally no noise back whatsoever. So I get in my car. I'm driving down the road and I go to get one of two tacos to eat it on the road and it's upside down and wide open it pours out into the bag totally getting all over my car and seeping through the bag. What a trash place. I used to love coming to this place whenever I roll through town, but I will never stop again. Not even worth turning around for one taco but totally Ruined the lunch vibe. Good job. Oh yeah, don't bother calling because they won't answer the phone.

I ordered through the app. Went through the drive thru and we ordered Pepsi, she gave us Dr. Pepper. When we told her our drinks were wrong, she refused to change them for the correct drink. Had to go in to correct it. We ALWAYS have issues with this location. We usually drive all the way across town to the Taco Bell because their friendly and clean. This location is filthy, rude, and the food is sloppy.

My grandson and I stopped by for what we thought were beef tacos. Where's the beef?? Dirty tables, Dead flies on the window ledges , nasty store. We also got 2 chalupas. Another joke. Not only was there hardly any meat in them, the edge of the tortilla was hard as in OLD! I'm never stopping there again!!

You had ants in your diner, and were told about it and you ignored them. Then when my husband told you we were missing our 2 crunchy supreme tacos, you started being disrespectful (manager for night shift, occurred at 7:20 pm on July 1, 2025) and saying to bring all of the food back instead of coming to our family table and looked. This Taco Bell has taken a turn for the worse. I watched as this couple came in and stood at the counter for several minutes. Two employees made eye contact with them but didn’t have the courtesy to tell them that they don’t take orders at the counter anymore, and they need to order at the kiosk. They had to figure it out themselves. There were three other parties dining in the dining room, and each one had a problem with their order. The employees never smiled and certainly never hustled. This is not a problem with the employees but with the leadership.

I ordered a beefy melt burrito today. It was missing some of the ingredients the only reason I didn't take it back is because I had to get back to work. Last time wife and I ordered soft tacos and there was maybe a smear of meat and cheese on them. This location NEEDS SERIOUS HELP

If you look you can see the hair I got in my nachos and something else that looks like a cinnamon crunch. NEEDLESS TO SAY couldnt eat this after finding a hair gross. Also we ordered on the app and still waited about 1hour and half in the drive thru for our food.

I don't visit Taco Bell often but when I have I've much better encounters than this, first they got my order wrong. Though they got my friends order correct which is appreciated I ordered the two grilled chicken chalupa box with a 🌮 I specifically asked for no tomato which didn't happen. I was instead given the cheese chalupa box with a taco and cinnamon twists, the taco was lettuce and a teaspoon of cheese no meat the was in the chalupa plenty of sour cream and lettuce I had to remove the tomatoes.

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the history of the franchise. Order time to handing it to me... 22 minutes! Impressive if it were run by a sloth. Mop buckets on the counter also add a real touch of class to the place. Very homeless chic. My favorite part was when one of the two people actually working (four standing around and two working as seven people wait on food) hands me my food on a tray. I politely let him know it's "to go". He says "ok" and walks back to the line. So.... I've got your tray. If you'd like it back, it's hanging in the Taco Bell Hall of Shame.
