I want to take a moment to command Ms. Herrera for her outstanding customer service during my visits. She is always very attentive and in good spirits, always with a smile. The staff is always working efficiently and seems motivated and in good spirits. Their effective management is the reason this location is always so well run. Ms. Herrera enjoys what she does and is very dedicated. The food is always hot and fresh, and the dining area is consistently clean. Ms. Herrera always walking around checking the guests. Her attitude contributes to a very welcoming and well maintained establishment. Thank you Ms. Herrera for a great service. This is my best Pizza Hut location.

We went to this restaurant on Friday. Multiple groups arrived at the same time after their game. The cashier at the front was amazing and welcoming. She mentioned there was only one server, and she was helping train. She was professional and went above and beyond for me and my family. My nephew kept asking for her name and said to leave a good review. She made our night! The name on the receipt says Maria. Because the server was tied up with the big groups in the dining area, she took our order at the front and brought us our food. She went out of her way to help us. We greatly appreciate her!

My son absolutely LOVES the cheese sticks. I normally come during the afternoon or earlier and have always had a great experience. I made a visit in the evening and it was not good at all. They tried to tell me they couldn't find my order then that it wasn't ready when I had confirmation that it was ready plus I was standing there and could see it. I still visit but I make sure it's afternoon or earlier.

Everything and everyone were awesome, except one middleage male waiter. If I was the manager, I would retrain him, put him on probation for 30 days and fire him. Lacks interpersonal skills, unfriendly, not very attentive, someone had to step in and do his job. I recommend this place and will go back, but I would ask for another waiter or waitress.

Arrived, sat down, took bout 20 mins for a waiter to take my order. Then when I did get my food, it took for me to get up and ask for a refil. After im done, i ask for a box to go but Supervisor takes a while to get me the box. Only reason Im giving 3 stars, the food was super good! If not, they would of gotten a 1 stars

The pizza and the boneless were very good but I waited 1 hour because they didn't put my order in the system and the lady left, and instead of an apology they only told us that in 10 more minutes the pizza would come out

Ordered some spicy hot wings which were mediocre chicken nuggets . Also got an order of quepapas that turned out to be pretty good to my surprise. Along with that got a Pzone which disappointed me it tasted horrible like it had been in the freezer for a while not even with a dip sauce of marinera helped.

In all honesty, it's not the workers fault. I don't know how to get Pizza Hut to notice but their new pasta isn't exactly great. It's lacking in sauce and using penne pasta wasn't a very good choice for the Alfredo pasta dish. The flakes of dry herbs also don't help as it makes the pasta more dry with the lack of sauce. I'm honestly disappointed that they changed their pasta dish which I loved so much to something else.

Please bring back the lunch specials even if they are a bit more expensive. This restaurant is dying for business and the menu plus specials don't help. Normally this place would be packed with people. I'd give 5 stars for the waitress alone super friendly.

Every time I go, the food is great!!! And most times I go, the service is rapid. But this last time, I waited 55 minutes for 2 pizzas and 6 wings. And not even an apology.

Crazy. Ordered for delivery at 4:49 pm to just get told at 6:10pm that my order is barely going to be delivered. Kept getting sent to customer service & kept stalling “5-10mins your order will be there” waste of time. Cant even follow delivery instructions aswell. How are you gonna send a delivery driver with no phone? Its super crazy how they are working. I was being very cooperative but for them to have me wait 1hour for food that can be delivered in less than 30-40 mins. Never order for delivery, order for pick up. I hope they have the order ready by the time you pick up aswell. The employees there dont care if you cancel or not aslongest they dont work or deliver anything they are fine. Im not satisfied with the service at all.

This is 25 min after going to the one on Santa Ursula waited for another 20 min and no one came to our table. Take in mine that both restaurants only had one table with customers each And like that we just walked out

Not reliable with their times. Go twenty-thirty minutes after estimated time. When asked regarding status, met with “idk”. Will go to Dominos or Little Ceasers next time to save myself time and trouble. You can out pizza the hut.

Worse experience ever. Went in to buy a pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni, and ended up getting a marinara pizza with hardly any pepperoni and no bacon, and worse off hardly any cheese and pie was cut into 5 slices, 1 small slice 4 huge slices. Even though the place was dead and they had no orders or very little, they still went ahead and disregarded my order. Pizza was bland and tasted of pure marinara sauce and oil, super oily and no flavour. The pictures do not do them any Justice, the slices were thick and that was the only small slice on the 2nd pic. The huge red pepperoni looking circle is pure marinara sauce. Wish I had gone with little Cesar's instead. At least they care about flavour and actually putting ingredients in the pizza. Really really disappointed with this marinara pizza my family ate.

Walked in for dine in and they had 0 customers dining in. The employees then proceeded to inform us that they were “busy and backed up” and that they will take over 45 mins to get our order. They practically drove us out -.- so we left to the Saunders Pizza Hut which they gave us amazing service. Management definitely needs to change here in this Pizza Hut.

So this is what i picked up. So unprofessional i have never written a review but this is just out of line. The pizza wasn't free i PAID. I dont understand how this was seen as acceptable to be given out. So upsetting.

I have just thrown away the worst burnt pizza I have ever bought, why would the manager if this pizza hut allow his employees to release a burnt pizza for delivery, this is the last time I order from any pizza hut

🚨 1.5 HOURS FOR PIZZA?! 🚨 Pizza Hut… do better. My order was marked delivered when it wasn’t. Spoke to two managers, got excuses about DoorDash… then the COOK shows up with my pizza 🤦‍♀️. Total wait time? 1 hour and 30 minutes — AND I paid service fees for this horrible service. Not the first time either. If I wanted cold pizza, lies, and extra fees, I’d just throw money in the oven and wait. 🍕❌💸

I ordered a medium pepperoni extra cheese. Pizza was dryyyyyy and for 17 dollars is crazy to me little cesars charges me $8 and change for a good quality pizza. I call and this lady answers saying there’s no manager available. I gave her my number she said there’s no order with that then said oh I called with a different number she said “ that’s why I’m telling you to give me a number” I’m like okay I’m already disappointed and you talk like to me this I’m like I’ll call tomorrow to speak to a manager. so I call again to make sure if she was telling the truth and this male answers oh yes we have a manager. Same voice same lady and she says I’m the assistant so I tell her wow and this is how you talk to customers and she was yelling saying I’m not giving you attitude this and that. I understand it’s almost closing time to their shift probably tired but we all work damm hard for our money so if I get something with no quality charged extra of course it will be upseting! Poor management skills off the bat because employees were not giving good customer service. Never going again!

Got my pizza an hour after ordering and with only 7 pieces in it. The manager was extremely rude when I called back. Never again will I order from these people again. Domino's is much more professional about their business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!! Don't say I didn't warn you.
