Einstein Bros Bagels Leander Reviews
I'm so excited about the new Einstein Bros. Bagels that just opened on HWY 183 in Leander! I had the pleasure of visiting, and it was a fantastic experience. First off, the Texas Brisket bagel is a must-try! It was absolutely delicious. But what truly stood out was the incredible service. The shift manager, Kevin, was awesome - so friendly and helpful. He made the whole visit even better. I highly recommend checking out this new Einstein Bros. Bagels. Great food and even better service!
Einstein Bros at Leander has always been to my go-to coffee. The staff there is always amazing! Anytime I walk over to the place, it’s always smiles, love and kind hearts. Their professionalism is also top notch.
Customer service was excellent. Leslie is really great at her job. She quickly recognized it was my birthday and offered a birthday bagel! Thank you for being awesome and making my day special!
This place is great, the staff is very friendly, Leslie made me the best sandwich EVER! (The new hot honey spread one) It's always great to come here, I always feel welcomed. Forever coming back to this specific location until the end of my days!
I ordered the hot honey nova lox, it was better than I could get anywhere else. This was my first time and I was not disappointed! My husband got the farmhouse which was amazing too. We will be back!
I haven’t been to Einstein Bagels in awhile so I decided to visit the new Leander location. So many options now! I got half a dozen bagels, coffee and 2 different flavors of cream cheese spread. All fresh and delicious! I want to give a shout out to Anaya G.( I hope I’m spelling it correctly 😉) She greeted me with a welcome and a smile. I asked her for recommendations and she was very helpful and courteous. She’s an asset to the Einstein brand for sure!
I am a regular at this location! Ohmayra is amazing and makes my morning every time I come for my breakfast! She remembers what I get and how I like my coffee! I would 10/10 recommend this location! The bagels are delicious every time!
I had an excellent experience! App orders had stopped, but the friendly employees helped me use the rewards in my app in a different way, which made me very happy. The bagel I ordered was soft and chewy. The store was clean with sunshine brightening the place. I'm happy to have a new place for breakfast

My 1st time and they were so helpful with knowing what all they had. Very friendly
The staff is very experienced and helpful. My first visit was amazing

I always have the best experience here! The food is amazing, the manager is always super friendly & the employees are wonderful too! This is my favorite location by far.
This group is highly accurate with orders even through the morning rushes. It’s almost like they embrace it. The energy is always good, which helps It seems like everybody smiled when they were in there. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order handed to me without a smile
This is a great location because the people working there are so good at what they do. The manager is always hands on and ready to help. I went into the store with a reward discount that I was supposed to only order online. I had trouble getting the discount to apply online, she was incredibly helpful. I have also seen her lead individual team members who are learning with grace.
I’ve been coming here once a week to meet a friend for coffee. The vanilla hazelnut coffee is delicious. But what has stood out the most is the kindness we receive from the employees. Kevin the manager often goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. This outing is a highlight in my busy week.
We went to pick up an order before heading back home from a trip and the bagels were good. They did take a while due to it being a bit busy but again I had placed a big order. I was given extra items due to the wait time. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the small issue.
This one in Leander is just Ok, it seems like employees are overworked and overwhelmed. We waited for 30 minutes for 2 bagels and coffee, at the end they gave us a ticket to return another day. They're more focused on fulfilling online orders, then drive through, and walk-ins are just an afterthought. Einstein Bros is very good in Cedar Park, sadly since this location is extremely busy it also translates to the food not being up to par, drive a little longer, and go to Cedar Park for a better experience.

The bagels here are always delicious, no doubt about it. That said, getting them can take a lot longer than expected. It feels like this location isn’t equipped to keep up with the demand from Leander and Liberty Hill. Just be prepared to wait, stay patient, and you’ll still leave happy with the food
My 4th trip here, disappointed again with my order. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with bacon and cheddar. They asked if one egg or two, I stated one, received two. Ordered a honey almond smear- no where to be found, frustrating. Bagel sandwich was good, plenty of bacon and cheese. Irritating that they can’t seem to get my orders correct. I’m pretty sure I was their first drive thru customer, no one else in line, so not busy. Will go out of my way to the Einstein’s in Cedar Park, never had an issue with my orders…
First Experience - I had a bagels dozen and asked them to slice and realized they haven't after returning to my home. Second Experience - I ordered two bagels and when I'm back home I noticed they haven't added shmear. I had to go back to the store and then get them replaced. Not a great experience both the times.

Ordered a Avacado Toast and there was not enough avocado spread to even cover the toast. They went cheap on the other spreads for every bagel. Greedy corporate chain. They coffee is more expensive per ounce than Starbucks. Do not waste your money here.
I’ve had a much better experience at the Cedar Park location, but the Leander Einstein Bros is always a gamble. Service is consistently very slow, and more than once I’ve been given a bagel that was flat or poorly made. When you’re paying for a fresh bagel, you expect better consistency. Unfortunately, this location has been too unreliable and staff are too slow.
I could tell I walked in on a rough morning. Upon walking in, the restaurant had a strong smell that something was burning. I waited in line behind about 4 other guests. No one approached us to take our order or check on us until a delivery driver walked in and grabbed someone’s attention with their phone. They were telling the drivers to contact their customers for certain substitutes and still ignoring the line. Finally, the first person in line asked to place their order and that is when we were finally told they are too backed up and won’t be taking new orders from us, that we should leave. I felt bad that the workers were clearly very busy, but this was poor customer service and management
Avoid this location. My last two visits have been the worst. They are always out of stock on popular flavors in the morning. Yesterday, they shorted my half-dozen order (only gave me 5 bagels) and messed up the flavors I actually picked. On top of that, they can't even slice a bagel correctly. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I thought the point of mobile ordering was to be able to fast? Ordered for 9:10am, asked if the order was almost ready at 9:15 and finally received the order around 9:27. Drive thru zipping by and no sense of urgency to take care of my mobile order. Handed the bag without even a "thank you work waiting." Excellent food, terrible service.
I’ve now had two bad experiences in a row at this Einstein Bagels, and it’s clear the customer service here is seriously lacking. On my first visit, I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Instead of a simple handoff, the employee spoke down to me, telling me the drive-thru “isn’t for mobile orders” and that I needed to come inside. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I decided to give them another chance, but today was just as bad. The young girl at the window acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for the coffee I had already paid for. She handed the bag with no word, seemed annoyed when I asked about the drink, and then slammed the window shut in my face. Between the rude attitude, lack of basic courtesy, and repeated poor service, I’m done with this location. Management really needs to address this, because it’s driving customers away.
If I could give no starts for the customer service I would. I understand being out of items but talking to a customer like they should know what you have in stock, is not good customer service. I work in Customer service and would never want my customer to walk out feel stupid for paying for something we did not have in stock. So with that being said. I went in to buy smear I need two diffrent flavors. I walked in went to the counter and paid. When I asked for my smear I was told there in the front cooler. I explained to her they did not have the flavor I paid for in there. So she told me " well normally people come in a look in the cooler first before paying for items" Wow that all I can say is wow . I have been to many locations and no one has ever acted like that.
Irresponsible people working in this store! They not even gonna observe the order what they're making, they just blindly make order whatever they like! I ordered for Hot Honey Shimmer Bagel! But, they gave me the Bacon Egg Sandwhich and telling me the I ordered the sandwhich. When I showed them the receipt they were speechless. I need to come back again from 5 miles to change this too worst service!! There is no option to give zero star..
The employees here are rude and uneducated. Why have a business if your employees keep your customers from returning? I mean what's the point of being open? The customer in front of me was told after her order was placed that they didn't have her items. When she asked if they could check the back, since it wasn't stocked in the front cooler, the female employee caught an attitude. She then asked forna refund. I was told after filling out a guest survey that they would not honor the item offered due to "hundreds of thousands of dollars being scammed" by other guests. Well, why would you send out a guest survey and offer an item as a thank you? The item not being honored really wasn't an issue. It was the dismissive attitude the employee had that ensures I will not return here. Do better Einstein Bros.
Save your money and the headache. Drive up to the cedar park one instead. I’ve came here now 3x and every time the bagels are made like crap. Cold, the lox bagel they barely give any salmon or capers, but a crap ton of onions. The service sucks, they somehow are the ONLY Einstein that doesn’t know what the brunch special is and the coffee tastes like watered down vanilla with a hint of caffeine. For $30 it’s not worth it! Tried to give them a few chances and every time it’s worse and worse. Such a disappointment
The staff is very rude. They gave the wrap with beacon in it, when I ordered an egg sandwich with no meat. Definitely the worst experience I ever had. I would highly recommend cedar park location on Whitestone. Will never go to this place again.

I’m not sure whether the app messed up the order or the staff did, but my order wasn’t fulfilled as requested. I ordered 10 bagels, sliced and toasted. None of them were toasted. I specifically avoided ordering a dozen because the bagel box had no option to request toasting, so I ordered 10 bagels to make sure they would be toasted. This was not worth the money or the time.
