✨10/10 Amazing experience every time!✨ This is my favorite place to stop in the morning! The whole vibe is always so welcoming. It’s clean, friendly, and even during the rush, the staff still takes time to greet everyone with a smile. I want to give a special shoutout to Martin✨he’s amazing! He always recommends new drinks for me to try, and lately, I’ve been hooked on the Mango Buzz Slush. It’s around $5, has caffeine, and the new recipe is seriously delicious! He also speaks Spanish, which makes it easier for my mom when we go together. 🚨Customer service like this is rare.🚨 🧡Highly recommend!

This is officially one of my favorite places to go for a smoothie. During my most recent visit, a worker named Martin was very kind enough to explain the menu in detail. Specifically, what kind of flavors and ingredients each option has. The açaí bowl I ended up getting was really good! Definitely am planning to come back again soon.

Amazing Location. Always get a smoothie when I’m done shopping at H-E-B. The manager is an outstanding individual and all the staff are highly professional, very friendly and great communicators. They always managed to custom build my drink and I can’t say enough about their customer service.

Such a great moment!! Yummy and good for me, busy (order a head if you can!!!) but Scott (Crystal Falls location) was wonderful and made the wait totally worth it! 10 out of 5 stars 😉 Thanks for adding a bright spot to my day!

I've been in plenty of times but this time is had nothing to do with drinks? Someone close to me loses their family member and I wanted to cook her a meal with roses. But I landed short with the flowers. As I walked by their store I saw 2 employees inside organizing flowers and desperately asked them if I could just have 1. They gave me 3. I'm so grateful. This is what life is about folks. I wish I could post a picture of them here. Thanks guys!

This shop is right outside HEB and is so convenient. I can't wait most days to go in and enjoy the ambiance. The staff is amazing, patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They give suggestions and engage customers in a great way. Jacob is my favorite‼️ He manages this wonderful shop. My daughter & I don't go anywhere else.

Mirabel was so sweet and extra attentive to my drink order, especially since I have a peanut allergy. Great customer service! As always, the drinks were yummy - big plus for making the smoothie nice and thick! I got the originator (my fave) and my friend got the mango matcha. I also love the convenience of having this inside of HEB too!

Great food and service! I ordered a Julio Verde bowl, it was super delicious and came out fast. The girl who helped me was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her name was Emma and we had a nice conversation as I was deciding!

However, we were disappointed with the experience at the new location next to H-E-B. For a recently opened store, the space didn’t feel as clean as we expected. The employee behind the counter was slow, impersonal, and the overall vibe felt off. What really stood out was the way our four drinks were carried out — tucked under the arm of a staff member wearing a visibly filthy shirt. It honestly made us question the hygiene standards at this location. The drinks were great (as always), but we hope to see the environment and service step up to meet the quality JuiceLand is known for.
