The manager Marie in this Wendy's is so pleasant as well as all the others staff. We stopped going to any other wendy's. Very clean and well managed.
I really enjoy Wendy's. Whenever I don't feel like going home to cook, I stop in at Wendy's for a delicious cheeseburger, a small vanilla frosty, and a chocolate chip cookie! What a treat after a long day!
The salad is very good
One of the best Wendy's I've been to the staff is very friendly, they move there line along very quick. I don't eat a lot of fast g good but these guys do it right.
It was a good time that I went, no lines. The seating was plentiful. Staff was pleasant, and the food was hot.
I stop by here sometimes if I'm driving by. My food tastes fresh and hit's the spot. It's also worth mentioning the staff here work hard to get orders right and should get some praise.

Wendy's has the best fast food burger. Their chicken nuggets and fries are also at or near the top of the fast food hierarchy. The drive through was very efficient. The order was processed quickly. All covid protocols were followed.
Note: Inside bathroom & counter service not open until 9:00 a.m! However, food served hot, accurate order, by going thru take out window, which moved quickly. Pub burger on pretzel bun=yum!
Nice, modern layout. The men's bathroom is in a weird location (have to walk through the line) but other than that small thing there's nothing to complain about. Delicious stuff, fast service, etc.
reaaaally long drive thru line that spilled out into the street during the lunch rush but it moved so fast i got my food in less than 30 seconds. kudos to the staff there they’re on their A game
This Wendy's is very clean, food is fresh, and atmosphere here is great. Staff works diligently, and swift. This is one fast food place i can actually recommend.
I mean what can i say, Wendy's always delivers, and that pretzel pub sandwich is really good. Also they still do spicy nuggets, everyone else randomly discontinues those...haven't had a frosty in a while tho...
Great new chicken sandwich but this location is right off Rt. 9 and seconds from the Saw Mill Parkway. Plenty of parking.
After having lived near the worst Wendys in America (garden of the gods in Colorado Springs) it's refreshing to live near one that gets it right. I ordered a big bacon cheddar combo to go, and I think it was like 11 bucks with tip? Great value, and the food was very good. I gotta ding one star though, because the thing that's never supposed to happen just did: My fries were soggy. I didn't even know the new fries COULD be soggy. I'm like a ten or fifteen minute drive from the location, which shouldn't be enough for them to go soft, so I assume they had them in the warmer for a minute. I DID order during the lunch rush, so I wouldn't be surprised. Edit: Order number 2, fries were soggy again. Clearly they can't cook their fries because these were legitimately undercooked. Not cold, actually not prepared correctly. Quit overloading the baskets, guys, half of the fries just taste like blanched potato when you do that. Also, my burger was missing a sauce (which sucks, because I took off all of the other sauces so it was just dry as hell) and they didn't include my dipping sauce. They messed it up last time, gave me ghost pepper ranch instead which I was into, but nothing? I'd have put the bbq on the sandwich and been fine... IF I HAD ONE. Takeaway from this is that the location is very inconsistent and they need to teach the cook how to make fries properly. Order the baked potato or something, that's what I'll be doing instead. Final edit: The manager offered me 2 free meals and a free sandwich when I said something. 5 stars, the management cares. Definitely go with the baked potato instead, it was fantastic. 5 stars just for making it right.
Although I am not a fan of fast food my opinion Wendy's is the finest of all fast food places. Great quality reasonable pricing and fast service. Love the ghost pepper chicken sandwich
Went for lunch today around 2pm. The food I was served was one of the freshest I’ve ever eaten from Wendy’s and the fries was the best Wendy’s fries I’ve had. To the employees please keep up the good work customer service is everything!👊

Love this Wendys....drive through is very efficient. In-store dining is very clean and usually not too full/busy. Food is reliably good. Great selection of drinks and the frosties are great !! Their biggie bacon bag is a great deal....kids love it !!

Just your classic Wendy’s spot that always hit when you’re in a pinch. Good service and never had an issue. Place is well kept and clean.
I grew up in this Wendy's and never had any serious complaints. Only thing I can say needs improving is their app, especially with drive-thru features, but besides that it's all good. (Also I'm now blaming this location for the app I know it isn't their fault).
It was a quick pop in for lunch. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, but it was a bit chaotic inside. The food was served fairly quickly. It was good as expected. The experience was all in all good.
This is my preferred Wendys. They've all mostly been redone in my area, so they're all nice to sit in, but this one is quieter, has good service, is set further back off the road, and has some pretty landscaping to top it off.
The manager of this location (on duty at 6pm on Friday 11/8) was just doing such an awesome job managing this location. For once, a great experience eating fast food.

I am sorry that I haven't been able to go to Wendy's because i am having medical situations with my walking condition and i don't own a vehicle because of financial reasons..but i do remember Wendy's as a really wonderful restaurant with really COOL employees!! Thank You from ernie caplanson

The store was clean, management looked like they were keeping everything in order during the lunch rush, and everyone behind the counter seemed friendly. The good was very good!
The only con is that the cashier almost overcharged me for my order by $10. The decor looks almost the same as the Central Ave, Yonkers location. It looks & feels great, it's slightly better than the Yonkers location for I only saw 1 other customer present there. Just the night before on 4/27th, 2019.. I went to the Yonkers location & thankfully I did mobile order for the line was freakishly long! The line extended from the register all the way outside to the parkway! The lemonades there were poorly made, while they were better crafted here.
Clean bathroom and eating area. Staff seems a little disorganized but they are all working hard and my take out order was made for take in. Other than that standard Wendy's experience. Establishment is up to date with digital menus and has a variety of seating types, nice leather seats next to a faux fireplace.
Every time I go there, they rush me to finish the order, like I am asking for free food. Last order, yesterday, nuggets where spicy which I didn't order. Went straight to the garbage, because my son doesn't eat spicy.
Wendy's is a good option when looking for Fast Food. The Burgers are fresher and, in my opinion, taste better than McDonalds or Burger King. You can try their Fresh Salads and Chicken Sandwiches to switch things up. The Frosty is great for dessert and also great for fry dipping (Don't knock it! Have an open mind and try it out!). Keep in mind that it does get busy during lunch time and dinner time. Only rarely I've received less-than-hot and crispy fries or a tired looking burger, but overall it's a great option for a quick inexpensive meal.
Service here is very fast in Drive Thru. This is the only Wendy’s I have gone to where I can get my food within minutes without having to wait on a line turning my engine on and off to not waste my gas.
I love this location because they are really consistent with providing tasty and fresh tasting food! Andrew was so lovely, a true asset to the location! One star is taken away due to the unprofessionalism of the manager that was present!
Nice options on a ,99 cent menu. Ordering went fine, food took a time to come. I think the order person was new but staff putting food together not on top of things
As a personal rule, I just can't give a fast food joint five stars, BUT I will say this... As far as salty, unhealthy, processed garbage goes, this Wendy's location is A+. I'm not saying the food, doesn't taste good...but come on. You're not going to have your daughter's wedding catered by Wendy's. I mean, you might, no judgement here. Aaaanyway, this particular restaurant is clean, the food is always as good as fast food can get, the restaurant itself is accessible (not in a difficult location to get to), and there is always ample parking. Online orders are promptly made, they have a nice staff, and if there is a mistake in the order the staff has fixed it for me with a friendly smile.
This is a busy location that does an good job of delivering fast quality food. Sometimes the volume overtakes the speed of service. Food is always prepared correctly. Service staff are good at taking complex custom orders. 4 stars due to restaurant cleanliness not always great.
It's always busy, there's nothing really special here. If you've eaten at any other Wendy's you won't notice a difference. It always has a long line I recommend using the app to order
Went through the drive thru at around 1030pm and it took a while. However, not blaming the staff at all because there were only 3 people working which isn't their fault, that's management. I give 5 stars for how well they were handling the 10 cars behind me and 5 in front of me. 4 stars for the time and 3 stars for the management.
Employees are pretty cool (9/10), fast services. Dining area is usually clean (7/10) although I cannot say the same for the restroom (6/10). It's gross at times! Otherwise, service if ok and the food is pretty good.
This particular Wendy’s is not quick at all. I guess they figure if you want to eat you got to wait.They don’t have high chairs for toddlers and it’s not very spacious.Doesn’t seem like it was remodeled for a large crowd.However the food is always great tasting and the place is kept pretty clean.I do encourage to eat here.

Unable to locate my mobile order. After waiting a while they found it. Hiding in plain site behind the counter. Everyone online had come and gone before I got the pickup order.
This was a great experience. We were introduced to a $5 combo meal and with it I ordered an extra small cheeseburger. It was pretty good. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the place was immaculate. Like other Wendy's the staff here was fantastic. People are diligently doing their jobs and management are very kind and considerate people. What more can you ask for from fast food. You don't find this and other restaurant chains but in our opinion, The management in Wendy's chain go far beyond the call of duty and they make it a great experience when you're there. The food was terrific. Who knew that Wendy's could be so good? Visit this one because it's worth every penny.
Very nice and CLEAN location, emphasis on clean because for some reason a lot of other places don’t get the memo to clean. Went inside and the line was fast and smooth, took the order with complete accuracy, and the food was hot and fresh, that’s really all you can ask for when visiting anywhere for lunch. Will return.
Went to the drive thru and asked to upgrade my drink and was rudely told to drive up to the first window. I did and was met with an attitude by a heavy set AA woman. She said it’s not a problem with an attitude loudly to make sure u heard her. She had to change drink cup and was visibly upset, even her co workers looked at her weird. I asked for ranch and honey mustard was in the bag. Good thing I checked before driving off and then I asked for ketchup and they gave me chili seasoning smh… very rude and incompetent service.. I’ll be giving them a break. Never had issues before this.
Be warned around lunch time, the lines almost run outside. I got there just in time to be served in an acceptable manner. This place is like a goldmine, lines inside and drive through. It pays to be the only fast food joint in the area. Food is fresh and only spent $5 to get the JBC with fries nuggets small drink and COFFEE !!

Food was solid, but it came out cold, which kills the whole point of ordering fresh. Service was fine, no attitude, but the temperature dropped the rating. Simple fix: serve it hot. I’d come back if they tighten that up.
I decided to give this place another chance. It was a much better experience today. The service was good. The last time I was here was a couple of months ago. I saw a guy with a head set and hat making out with a woman in a uniform. I was so grossed out that I left. Thankfully today was better

Seriously Wendy's, listen, your drive thru is poorly designed. The menu is after the loudspeaker and it's not angled towards the driver so it's hard to see. It doesn't help either when the employee is rushing me and telling me she can't hear me. It's because I'm trying to read the damn menu :/
Cashiers can't get simple orders right half the time. Food quality has gone downhill over the years as well. I wish they would offer grass fed beef so I could have a hamburger again.
Would do one star but the food was good. The manager was arguing with a cashier because the cashier asked her to bring more change to the cash register. Sounds pretty pathetic as a manager to me. Especially cause she kept telling the cashier to shut up and the cashier wasn't saying anything. Very poor management skills portrayed by the manager.
Fresh food but they forgot my 6 piece chicken, then gave me a 4 piece when I brought it to their attention. I never got a receipt so I couldn't prove it but I was charged for 6. Probably not a scam since it's only a 60c difference but if they do that a few hundred times a day............
I have had multiple issues at this location. I love Wendy's and this is the closest location to me but they have horrible staff. Ive had my credit card literally snatched out of my hand while being given a nasty look at the takeout window and at least 50% of my order have been incorrect (either missing food or given the wrong food). Lastly, and I mean this with the most respect possible, the people who take your order have a very difficult time understanding English. I speak very clearly and never order anything elaborate but they seem to have a difficult time understanding what I, or anyone I know that has gone there, says.
Wow the amount of chicken in the Wendy's chicken sandwiches now about 50 to 60% what it was just a few years ago, its now a thin piece hardly there, it used to be a decent piece of chicken. And its pretty substandard for what's now a $10.50 meal (price up substantially too). Also, received dark brown fries, not golden-brown. Need to change the oil in the fryer and make fresh fries more often...
Im not the type of person that complains but the only good thing based on my experience is that my order is right. I go there almost eveyday at lunch, i order online and once i get there is a total mess. My order takes almost 10 minutes sometimes and its just a salad. My break is only 30 minutes and i dont have enough time to eat and this is the closest fast food restaurant near my job. Everytime i go they sent me to different places to pick up the order and sometimes i am told to do the whole line to hust pici up an order that i placed online.. Then what is the point of ordering ahead of time. The workers dont understand me sometimes and treat me with attitute and finally they are a mess inside, yelling at each other, and so unorganized and they dont even know they have a mobile order sometimes..
The fries were old, dried out and over salted. The burger was ok, but something was also off with the fountain soda machine (unless the fries were just so salty that I couldn't taste anything else...). Overall, not thrilled with my first fast food experience in a long time.
Absolutely no issue with the food at this Wendy's, which is part of a chain that to me makes among the best fast-food burgers. My lower rating is strictly about the service on the drive-through at the Hawthorne Wendy's. It is consistently among the worst. This is not a random one-off. That wouldn't bother me as it happens. It's been bad for years to the point I finally gave up and will drive several miles further to the Wendy's in Elmsford. The person taking your order can never hear you. Spend a couple dollars on a better mic or headphones. We all know what we're looking for when we go to Wendy's and a drive-through. Good fast food, served quickly. We don't need a constant battle with the people attempting to take our orders.
Make sure you check your order.Every.Single.Time. They leave items out on a regular basis and even if they do put your item in chances are they left out the sauce or the cheese or some other key ingredient.
Not sure bad night. Food was poor. Staff trying their best but looked overwhelmed with issues. It’s fast food but you expect the burger cooked past raw.
The only open order line was held up for 15 minutes while the order taker was "helped" by two other staff members, one of whom appeared to be the manager. They should have simply opened another register to clear the long line. The bun was soggy, and the coffee wasn't fresh. The rest room was not properly maintained - the paper towel roll in the dispenser was empty.
This is consistantly the slowest Wendy's (or any fast food joint) I have ever been too. I decided to write my review and finished it all while on the drive thru line. Service is awful too, this location appears to be understaffed and undertrained.
I ordered from here on uber eats and I ordered a baconotor meal. I was delivered a disgusting burger drenched in this yellow sauce (which I was told was a nacho burger). How hard is it to expect the food I get is the food I ordered. Never ordering here again.
I would of gave it 4 or 5 stars because the food was good and service was fast. I did not enjoy my experience there, Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was arguing with an employee and telling them to shut up. She is very nasty and was more concerned with arguing then the customers.
Forgot the ranch after ordering a nugget party meal, didn't include cutlery, and overall was a little disappointing
2 of us stopped for breakfast, I went drive thru, buddy went in, luckily for us we checked orders before leaving because both were wrong, I was missing items and my buddy got biscuits instead of burritos. On top these ladies were rude, didnt understand me speaking English and couldn't be bothered to say thank you or sorry. Will not be back.
The UberEats delivery was down and no one let me know; I was waiting for 2 hours for my food to arrive. I called the restaurant about the status of my order and was told I got the wrong number. The person hung up on me.
“Fast food” means the food is prepared quickly, not that I’m rushed when placing my order. I’ve gone to this drive thru multiple times and I’m getting pretty fed up with how I’m given my total before I’ve even finished ordering. In addition, my orders are generally wrong. Speed is pointless if it isn’t efficient. I won’t be coming back here…
Women who took order was very rude. Instead of just telling me that they no longer serve the jalapeño popper sandwich she in a rude way asked me to find it on the menu. I am a regular customer and just didn’t know that was gone now. Uncalled for attitude. Woman at the window was snippy. Service could be better.
Clearly, there is zero quality control at this fast-food dump. Manager, (with terrible attitude), working the register talks me into the bacon burger sandwich, charges me for the bacon. When I get home, I have a single, NO Bacon!!! And, the single is horrible. the pickles look as if someone had eaten half of each of them. Drenched in mayo and ketchup!
Read the reviews!!! It’s all true; they can’t get your order right. I ordered a frosty pumpkin cold brew, got to the drive thru and drove away without realizing I got a frosty pumpkin instead of a frosty cold brew. I went inside, talked to the drive thru lady, & even showed my receipt. Guess what she gave me … a pumpkin cold brew without the frosty on top. I tried to get her attention again; she said hold on and went to the back. Minutes later, she PEEKED to see if I’m still there, SHE PEEKED, like we’re playing hide & seek lmao !! and of course I’m still there. She saw that I saw her, so she walked to the front and asked another Wendy employee to help me instead (they're speaking in Spanish, so I don’t know if they’re talking smack about me lol) so this dude finally asked me what I ordered , I showed him the receipt and pointed at the menu that I ordered a Pumpkin Frosty Cold Brew. I still don't think he made it right; there's no frosty on top of the cold brew, but I'm done with it. Lesson learned: don't go to this location; you need the patience of an Angel 😇 to order from here lol . They'll screw up the simplest order .
Drove out of my way to get some fries late night, got here at 11:54 and they told me they were closed and couldn’t give me fries while they served the person in front of me. It wasn’t even 12, extremely rude customer service. All I wanted was fries!
bad experience, ordered food, picked up and got back, they don't label the sandwiches, i ordered two different fish sandwiches and you can't tell the difference, i ordered one ice coffee without milk and one with milk, and they both came with milk, i had 5 drinks and they did not supply us with straws, also they left out a order. it was not like it was busy, it was dead, i recommend anyone when ordering food to make sure they have everything!!
Been to this location many times and it just doesn’t change. Wait in the drive through for 15 minutes when it is completely dead. Feel rushed every time I order. My food comes out cold and sometimes soggy
Did the drive thru this evening. Was asked to park in the mobile order parking to await our order. This is fine, happens at McDonald's all the time, though this first time for Wendys. After waiting for 5 minutes I hear an employee calling from the drive thru window calling me over to pick up my food. There was no way to pull back up to the window so I had to walk up to the drive thru window in front of other cars and pick up my food. When I got back to my car and checked my order I was missing items and had to walk back up to the drive up window. I expect if the drive thru requires you to pull over and wait that they bring the food out to you and that it's actually correct.
Worst Wendy's in the state of New York! ! I went through the drive through and requested that my fries be made fresh as I normally do with any fast food chain. Well the guy who took my order stated to me that "its not on me its on the fryer" and that's verbatim. So, I immediately asked him to repeat it again and he did! So, when I got to the window I asked for the manager well she was worst than him!! I explained to her what happened and she acted as if it was nothing wrong at all concerning the statement! I asked for the phone number to the cooperate office but she gave me the number to the store as if I am not going to follow up!! And get the correct number she also refuse to give me her name after me asking her several of times!! Also I was never given a receipt for my order! Terrible beyond terrible service!!!!!
I was very disappointed with my time today at Wendy's. I ordered combo meal with sides and they forgot both of them. When I called their service line, they told me to come back for a refund "meal". At this time, I was very happy with there response but little did I know it didn't end well. When I got there I was told to wait for my refund "meal" in a spot but the proceeded to have me waiting for 30+ min.The only way they knew I was still there was by me going in and asking if my "meal" was ready. They were apologetic, but I did waste an hour total at Wendy's. I hope they do better in the future.
I normally don't leave reviews and used to really love this wendys, but I dont know what happened in the last couple months that they can never get my order right. I've seen similar reviews from other people so I've decided to leave one as well. The last 4 times in a row I've been here, I've had something missing from my order. Then just this morning, I ordered breakfast through uber eats thinking they couldnt possibly mess up a delivery order too and they forgot my iced coffee. This used to be my weekly stop for lunch when I'm out running errands on the weekend, but I'm tired of having to constantly wonder if I'm going to get everything I ordered so I'm done coming here.
This is like the 5th or 6th time mistakes on my order happened here and I've let it slide. Ordered a $6 bacon double stack combo and received the $5 regular double stack and was still charged for the more expensive order, that's happened twice. Other times I'll order extra nuggets on my combo and not receive them. I understand it's the lunch rush that's why for the sake of being courteous to others I am quick to drive out, but to everyone else, I recommend just checking everything before you leave even if you hold the line up a little longer.
I went for breakfast and the bacon was old, I asked them to please change it and the new sandwich was the same. I asked for sausage instead and my sandwich was too saggy, I can’t believe they would put something weird in my breakfast just because I asked to change old bacon. This is the first time something like this happens in Wendy’s for me…
This store sell the condiments, I never buy condiments at any other store. When I advised them that I've never purchased it at any other Wendy's the Hispanic Manager on duty got very defensive and angry! Shame on Wendy's, what next we need to buy forks and spoons?!
Hi, Wendy’s showed complete dissatisfaction in due to my order of two biggie bags. Double cheese with bacon had deep finger prints, the bag was not secured with the sticker and drinks was not secured as well. Linda referred to checking the orders before serving cashier Erick took the order.
