Volveremos!

The food was spectacular. We ordered a Betanzos-style tortilla and Galician-style octopus. I'm from the north of Spain, and it was exquisite, absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, both for the food and the service from the waiters and the atmosphere of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful place. Delicious homemade food. We always come back. The best place to eat octopus, scallops, croquettes, cachopo, and meats. We'll definitely be back. The staff is also very attentive, especially Alejandro, who made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

We had dinner there yesterday and were absolutely delighted, starting with the service and continuing with the food. We ordered the group menu because there were 14 of us, and everything was incredible. The Betanzos-style tortilla was finger-licking good, the octopus was amazing, the mussels with that touch of lime were surprising, and the cod was so good we'd order it again. It's truly a must-try if you like fish (otherwise, those who ordered the entrecote said it melted in your mouth). The homemade desserts are sinful; opinions are divided. For me, the cheesecake is the best, for others the dulce de leche crepe, and for others the Santiago cake, so the best thing to do is try everything. And what's more, there's no second dinner seating, so you can enjoy a leisurely dinner with friends, savoring the experience and having a fantastic time. Congratulations to all the staff because their customer service was outstanding; it was a real pleasure. It was our first time going and we'll definitely be back.

I went for lunch today with my family and we loved it. The service was very quick and excellent, very friendly. And the food was delicious, especially the Galician-style octopus we had, which was spectacular.

A wonderful place where the service was spectacular upon arrival. We told the waiter there was a diner with a tomato allergy, and he was very accommodating and attentive to ensuring there was no contamination in the food. Thank you very much, we will return and, above all, we will recommend you. The food is exquisite and the service is wonderful. It's a pleasure to find places like yours. See you soon!

An excellent place for both special occasions and a casual bite to eat. The staff was very professional, and both the service and recommendations were spot on. Special thanks to Alejandro, who took special care of us. 100% recommended.

More than just a pleasant terrace, good service, and delicious portions. With that and the right company (which we had, of course!), you couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended!

We were four people and ordered four different dishes to try a little bit of everything. The food was very good, the octopus was very tender, and I was truly amazed. My friend always goes there, and from now on, I'll be back too. The service is very pleasant; the waiters are always on top of everything and very cheerful. I recommend it 1000%.

Good Galician food in Alcorcón! The quality of the food is quite in line with its price, and they have a heated outdoor terrace for when the weather is nice but not so nice that you'll have to take off your jacket. We ordered: Scallops Mussels in a marinara sauce Octopus with cachelos (fried potatoes) The scallops were really delicious, worth ordering because they're tender and the Albariño sauce really gives it a kick. The mussels are perfect, the sauce gives them a punch, so if you order them, I'd order the ones in a marinara sauce because I think they're better than the regular ones. The octopus was also delicious, very tender and cooked to perfection, and the cachelos (fried potatoes) were very well cooked, a highly recommended dish. In short, a place with generous portions at a good price, and the quality of the food matches, which is difficult to achieve these days. Average price: €20-25 per person

In on a rainy slow Monday afternoon. Ive wanted to visit this comfy relaxed establishment for some time now. Sitting right on a peaceful park area in a clean lively area (weekends) this mid-sized restaurant is nestled in its own little cornor. First impressions were this place is clean and quiet enough but not void on energy. Its got a sleek hip styled interior with modern lighting. The dining area is comfortable with ample room for everyone. The bar area affords for enough room to enjoy a meal without feeling cramped. In dryer month they do have outdoor seating. I decided on the Solomillo done medium and paired with fries and a mix of toasted padron peppers and cherry tomatoes on the vine. The beef was ultra-tender and of a great quality cut. I really enjoy the pan seared crust topped with a coarse salt, a great blend of texture and flavor. The portion was adequate for the price and was all around a very enjoyable expirence. The staff was professional and attentive. At all times there were atleast one server and one barman with eyes on the customers. They were all well kept and business. They kept the dinning area free of clutter and the floors free of debris which is great to see at lunch time. There was a slight inconsistency on my bill which was promptly corrected by the barman. My only gripe was their being no available wifi (as per staff) yet no available physical menu which I see as a failure in most culinary establishments these days. A restaurant is a place to put your phone away and enjoy your meal and the company you share. Pandemics over. *** Very nice place for families, friends, couples and groups (with reservation). *** Also a fantastic setting for business lunches or special events.

Very nice gallego, the only thing I didn't like is that bread was taken to my table with the platter and charged without me ordering it

Food was just average and overpriced I must stress out.

The service is terrible, the waiters are unprofessional. For example, you ask for the dessert menu and they just slap it at you, like a cheap, run-of-the-mill bar menu. That's the level of service they offer. Then they're clueless, they take orders late, they forget things, they serve reheated food because they can't keep track of the timing. Of course, this doesn't happen all the time, but it does, and more often than you'd expect. A bad experience overall, and the only saving grace is that the octopus is at least decent.

Tuesday the 16th, set menu €15.50 x 2 = €31 😱. Young waitress; she has a lot to learn. The radio music was incredibly loud, reggaeton or some other Latin American genre. We mentioned it to her and she said, "I don't know if it's too loud, my boss plays it." First courses: fusilli salad with king prawns. Where are the king prawns? And the mushrooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly to remove any dirt. The pig's ear was cooked just so-so. Second courses: the cod was fine, although the fries were burnt. The beef with tomato sauce was very fatty and tough to chew. Not a single dessert (apple, pudding, rice pudding...). Any cakes? It's my birthday, I thought the place would be better. Disappointing.

Disappointing. We've been to this restaurant several times, both here and there, but I think this was our last visit. We made a reservation for 2:30 p.m. and were asked if we were going to have a set menu or an à la carte menu (a difficult decision if you don't know what the daily menu will consist of or what you'll be craving at that moment). We ordered a double portion of octopus, rice, and fideuá. We were told it would take about 40 minutes to bring it out. We figured that since rice is the norm, what we didn't expect was that it would take that long just for the octopus to get us started. The Galician octopus wasn't bad, but it was cold. The rice and fideuá were bland and had a lot of socarrat. Dessert, recommended by the waiter, was one of those typical frozen desserts that warm you up a bit and come with a scoop of ice cream. We didn't like the service either. Totally disappointing, nothing like it was a few years ago. €177.70 (5 people)

In this case, what I really don't understand are the good reviews. We went for coffee in the mid-afternoon. I understand there were people outside ordering drinks (but I don't understand why the waiters, of which there was more than one, were all focused on the tables outside). Conclusion: if you're not a regular customer and you don't look like you're spending a fortune, they don't even bother to serve you properly. The older waiter was incredibly unpleasant; one with gray hair. We politely asked him about the origin of the chain's name and he didn't even answer… His contempt was unbelievable! The only one who seemed nice was the young guy with curly hair… Anyway, three hours for a damn coffee… I thought the service was awful and I don't think I'll ever go back… It's a shame because I'm from a Galician family and we could be good customers.

Dinner with friends: octopus, cachopo, a few small plates... just fine. When it was time to ask for the bill, the waiter appeared with the POS terminal and the note he didn't leave on the table stating the amount. We asked him to review the bill, and it turned out there was more than €30 for two "set menus" that, of course, we hadn't ordered. Apologies, lame excuses. It doesn't stick, see you later.
