Today my order was fine, I'm happy with my sandwich. But what I'm disappointed about is the service. The 2 people working barely acknowledged us when we walked in. Then didn't ask anything so I was like ok here is what I want. I had to ask several times for them to repeat themselves because I couldn't hear them, they were mumbling so bad and very soft spoken. All I ask is that when a customer walks in, the people working there make just a little effort. They need some kind of training- greeting, volume, and positivity is all they need to be a better restaurant. It seems as though every place has forgotten that a bit if effort goes a long way. I hope that whoever manages this Subway sees this and hopefully the employees start to take some kind of pride in their job.
I was thinking when I walked in that this was the cleanest subway I’ve been too but walking out. This is clearly the worst subway. The service was extremely slow. I was in the only customer in there and it took 15 mins for me to get our order. Only to come home and see that my sandwich barely had any tuna or chicken. Literally HALF MADE. Would not recommend

However, when I got home, I discovered there were no patties in the sandwich, and some of the vegetables were missing. Moreover, it was overloaded with chipotle sauce, making it inedible. The too much excessive chipotle sauce felt poisonous and I had to throw the sandwich away after just one bite.

You now have to order on a screen when going in and they won’t make your order until they finish all of the to go even if you’re standing there.
Food was fine... the LOW review is due to an extremely rude employee with PINK hair.. didn't catch her name but she was extremely rude!! We placed an order online for pick up and ready ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING and she was acting as if we placed it ONE MINUTE before closing. As soon as we walked in, she gave us an annoyed look and said "I'm working on them". Not sure who she is,, if she's just an hourly employee or manager.. but no one like that should be employed!
This is the worst Subway location I've ever visited. The staff there are extremely rude. I ordered four Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwiches, but the employee put very little meat on them. When I politely asked about the portion, she responded rudely, insisting that was the standard amount. She even suggested I leave if I wasn't satisfied and threw the sandwiches in garbage . I'm not sure if management plans to address the issue with the staff, but I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location at all costs.
This store only puts half the meat they are supposed to. When I confronted her she said it's always that way. Then she charged me for extra meat? And she didn't add anything, so why the charge? I have been ordering the same sandwich for 20 years, I know what it is supposed to look like. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
The place will rob you! My mother n law asked for meatball sub. She got home to a cheese sandwich. The lady did everything she could to call my mother n law a liar. . First off who the hell will order a cheese sandwich and pay 10 dollars for it? My father n law went up there and both lady's told my father n law that his wife is a liar. Made him the sandwich and charged him another 10 dollars for the sandwich h. I need the owner not the manager the owner treach out.
I never order online but with me and my kids being sick i decided to order online. Never again!!! Do not order online, they will give you the wrong bread, wrong chips and I was missing one, sodas are very watered down. And even though bread was toasted it was cold and I don't live far from the location
Liberty Hill is one of the friendliest places, including restaurant employees, but not Subway. Very Clean business but very unfriendly service. Came in at 7:30pm in the evening to order one sandwich. Only one in there with 2 employees. They were working on a large to go order. Said they would be with me in a minute. I thought one would take my order while the other did the to go order. Waited patiently while one worked on two of the footlongs already in the oven and thought they’d pause to do mine and finish the last three which were just bread sitting out. I’m tired, it’s been a long day, just wanted to pop in real quick and get out. She then started on the three others, with the other guy doing who knows what, so I left. Pathetic service, and not only that there were boxes and trash bags thrown out in front of the double doors coming in that I had to sidestep. What kind of business is this? Sad because I like Subway but I don’t know how long it can last with sub par service and it’s never busy with people when I go in there. Sad!
Subway in LH just lost a family of customers due to horrible customer service. They closed tonight at 6 pm (closing early due to holiday tomorrow), I walked in at 5:58. The young man employee told me “we close at 6, showed me his phone and even said to me it’s 5:58” (his words & phone, not mine). I was already in the store and employee was still making sandwiches. “I said it’s not 6 pm yet”. He said his manager told him not to serve anyone after 5:58. Closing time means you serve everyone who walks in the door until 6:00 pm. You can lock the doors at 6 pm but anyone already inside gets served. I left a voicemail message with the manager, Stephanie, and will be contacting Subway Corporate as well. We moved to this town before the Subway opened. Unfortunately for them, my family was always respectful customers and always tipped the staff. I have worked thankless retail jobs in my younger years and for Fortune 500 companies in their corporate offices. I understand what closing time means from both an employee and employer perspective. They refused to make my sandwich and wasted more time trying to explain why they couldn’t serve me than it would have taken to make the sandwich. I left without any food. I will consider revoking my poor review should Subway reach out with an explanation of their closing time policy and an apology would be nice as well.
