I chide they pickle slushy and I didn't like it at all. It was so sweet and I expected to be sour.

I ordered cheeseburgers, chili cheese tater tots, onion rings, and French fries.\n\nThe French fries were mediocre, but everything else was great! Made and delivered quickly!

Food tasted good but the mozzarella sticks got cheese all over the place because they had like giant holes in them and some didn't even have cheese in them.\nDarlene was a lovely lady!

Ordered Sonic blast and it's all vanilla ice cream with only a tiny bit of toppings on top, not mixed in, no extra despite paying for extra. It's not a one time thing, have given benefit of the doubt and multiple chances. They look nothing like the topping-loaded blasts advertised on the menu!

Ordered the Large Tator Tots with Chili, Cheese, and Jalepenos. They didn't look like the order I had the week before. One side was almost empty. I called and spoke to the manager and she gave me a refund. She stated they are only supposed to put 26 tator tots in a Lg order which they haven't been doing. I can't rate the food because we never got to order. We were going to go to the drive thru but there was a woman that was parked at the speaker leaning up against her car. We waited about 10 minutes and she was still ordering or trying to figure out what she wanted. So we decided to pull in a spot. We parked & pushed the button to place our order. All we wanted was slushies. We waited for another 10 to 15 minutes with the order screen saying that the red button had been pushed & someone would take our order soon. After waiting that long & our order had not even been taken we left. They obviously were too busy to take our order. I know they were busy but to leave a customer waiting that long is just bad customer service.

This place used to be my favorite sonic and now I have to beg for fresh cheese sticks that are cooked all the way through. Seriously.. the cheese sticks are never done all the way anymore. They also have a really hard time following instructions, I’ve ordered plain or took certain items off or I wanted something with easy toppings. ( When i ask for easy it’s like they load it up more ) . It comes back wrong, no biggie, I tell them so they can fix it and now it’s my problem bc I don’t have the receipt or remember what stall i was at. I don’t work there, I’m not gonna remember what stall i was at. I never understood why I had to beg them to fix my burger when it was stated “plain” on the sticker, and they still were being rude about it. This usually happens on the later shifts, the morning I rarely have issues. And when I do, they get fixed no problem without attitude. This place is only starting to be good for drinks and icecream sadly. And I noticed this change about 2-3 months ago, and judging by the recent reviews , I’m not the only one who feels this way

When someone asks for a # this or a # that it's fairly likely the person wants burger, drink AND FRIES..... And on top of that when someone orders a BACON CHEEBURGER, THERE IS SOME LIKELIHOOD THEY ARE EXPECTING BACON TO BE ON THE BURGER.... At this point I don't know if I can trust them to fix it without adding any "special sauce" to it.....

Would give negative if we could. They had order right on screen then it flipped out, the carhop brought partial wrong order, then was sparky, waddled all the way back in, in the heat with our food and drinks, came back with "corrected" order, then wanted to take my card back in, again carrying all our drinks, melting ice and now luke warm food, instead of giving to us. So our food and drinks, on super hot day now made 3 trips out to our car, I just refused it all, tipped the car hop, she did not even thank me for that and left. Will never be back to this one again

Trash , I sent a simple order back twice for the same thing mustard only on one , plain and dry on the other .How complicated is that ,they sent the same burgers back every time with a special sticker on them

We had a simple order of three drinks and three medium cheese tots, first time they only brought out one tot. Then we re ordered where we now ordered the other cheese tot and now a large coney, in which they brought the coney and a normal tot, bad service and wasted money. If you go here please make sure your order is correct, but the screen may be wrong because ours was.

Burnt tater tots with crispy crumbs... you'd think for the prices we pay, yall could serve fresh, decent food... not what's left in the bottom... and this is not the first time!!!
