They were so incredibly nice. My pizza was messed up so it was replaced, refunded, and got to keep the old pizza. This was all done faster than I would have had to wait for just getting a pizza at any other shop. These guys will have my business forever.

Second time ordering, delivery is super fast , dis forget dipping sauce , I called and they delivered it and a complimentary cookie, they definitely made up for it.hubby joked with delivery guy about the sauce and I don't think he knew he was joking, lol , great food, great service,and they made sure to make up for the mistake ! Probably the best domino’s in the area The manager (I think because he has various pins on his hat and seems like other people look to him for decisions when I’m in there) is very helpful I even watched him bring out pizza for an elderly man with a cane. The other employees are all very helpful but esp. this one guy he always seems to go the extra mile

Get o the app and use pick up. This is good pizza, I always get the hand tossed crust. There are timely and have a drive through pick up window so you can stay in your car.

Had a few bumps like a forgotten icing cup for my daughter's cinnamon twists and 2 incidences of undersauced pizza, but they were nothing but courteous and apologetic. The manager personally contacted me on one occasion to apologize. I have ordered here at least 5 times this past month because it's so good and I really enjoy their gluten free pizza.

Last month I mis understood the order I asked for. I called the store and the manager was so friendly and offered me a credit, for a future purchase. I called today and asked to use the credit, leaving a balance owed of $3.21. when I picked up my order the manager said We got this, Smiled and said Have great day. I have ALWAYS gotten great service for this location and I am sure I always will. Great Job Dominos Team.

Service and delivery was excellent. I commented that they forgot my marina sauce . Much to my surprise thru read it and 5 minutes later they called to deliver it!!! For those of yous saying to go buy a frozen pizza or you didn't like the food,,, go pay $20.00 bucks for a pizza and if they mess up your order let's see them call you on the phone and offer to make it right. Usually friendly and knowledgeable. I always get carryouts, and each time I always was able to pay for and receive what I wanted within 20 minutes. Plus, the food was exactly how I ordered and pleanty hot, even by the time I get home, which is about 5 minutes away.

Love the hand made pan pizza and the cheese stuffed bread. Always fresh, hot, and literally ready in less than 10 minutes! Also love the app. It's easy to navigate and saves lots of money because you get all the deals and can use up to 2 coupons. For example I get the 2 for $6.99 each deal. Plus use my $3.00 pick up tip discount. Plus I use another coupon for 4 blue cheese dips for $2.99. So with tax it comes to like $16 for pizza, stuffed bread, 4 dips ='s 4-5 meals for me. Also both reheat well. I just put a damp paper towel over the plate and microwave for 1 minute. Call it good, fast, cheap, & easy! 😊

I just ate my new FAVORITE pizza. It was excellent! And, before I forget, thank you John at Domino’s on Dysinger in Lockport for making good on the email offer that I couldn’t get to work in the newly downloaded app. I’ll say more about that later. I ordered the Pacific Veggie Pizza, large, with a few changes. It comes with feta cheese, which I don’t like, so I removed that and added extra spinach and roasted red peppers to the basic Pacific Veggie list. Also, I added pepperoni. Of course, there isn’t supposed to be any meat on a veggie pizza, as it should be, but I love pepperoni and I just had to have it on my ‘veggie’ pizza. I chose the Brooklyn Style crust which I’ve never had before. That was excellent. A nice cross between thin/crispy and hand tossed. That’s now my favorite crust. I asked to have it ‘well done’. This too was a great choice. I didn’t know I could do that previously…and wow! Even better. Crispier crust and pepperoni. From now on it’s ‘well done’ for me. In addition, I always have my pizzas uncut. I find this helps prevent the crust from getting soft from the cheese oils and juices on the way home (or during delivery). I simply cut it up when serving. (By the way, good quality kitchen scissors, the spring-loaded type, are the easiest and quickest way to cut up a pizza.) Neither the website or the app tell you what’s on each of the specialty pizzas when you first go to the site/app. I’m not even going to try explaining how many steps it took in order to find a complete list of ingredients for each one. In fact, I didn’t find it until after I got home with my pizza and did some more looking around on the website. This should show up right on the main specialty pizza menu page. Initially, when I went to place my order via the app, on my phone, the list of ingredients for each specialty pizza only came up after I started an order by choosing one of them. That was a major nuisance because I had to go back and forth to the menu and pretend I was choosing the different ones in order to see what each included. The other issue I had was with the email offer that gave a code to use for first time app users. Which I was. I purposely downloaded the app for the first time into my phone last night with plans to order the pizza at work for pickup on the way home. On top of the above mentioned difficulties finding complete topping lists, I finally finished my pizza choice and then found no place to put the offer code in as part of the payment. So, thinking I did it wrong, I cancelled, closed the app and went to the email. From there I opened the app and tried again. Same thing, no place to put ANY type of offer code. Thank you again, John, for making the adjustment manually for something that should have worked via the app. This is not the first time that an email offer from Domino’s did not work. Last time it was an email offer for online ordering, not via an app. It’s a national Domino’s issue, not an individual restaurant problem, so I will also let them know also.

My family loves the pizza here. We have had nothing but positive experiences in the past year of ordering. By far the most consistent pizza in the area. My son loves going in to watch them make the pizzas. The staff is always friendly and engages the kids.

Food arrived hot and fast. They did forget small items such as a dipping sauce and a 2 liter soda. The driver complained about the stairs. When I placed the order it stated that they would have to walk up stairs. The driver said to ask for a "young buck" next time. She even asked when she comes back if we could meet her downstairs. We are not lazy it is just our doorbell is broken and we don't hear people sometimes. Especially if they do not have our number. Other than that food was delicious, hot and fresh. We will definitely order from Dominos again.

First time having dominos in like 15 years. It was ok but messed up a lot of people stomachs .🤣. Loaded with oil and grease. But it was cheap. We got 8 large pizzas for 60.00 with a coupon so can't complain that much in this economy.

This is a great Domino’s. They are fast and efficient. The only reason for the 4 stars is because when my husband and I go to pick up our order in the evenings, the parking lot lights are not on and this makes it challenging to see the entrance to pull into the parking lot. Otherwise, I have no other concerns.

The pizza crust rocks!! I worked for Domino's 20 years ago and the crust wasn't as good as it is today. Buttery, garlic oh just makes the pizza so much more tasty. Dangerous though ..you can be full but can't stop eating it..seriously. Would have given 5* but didn't feel employees were friendly. Attitude is everything, so I may try delivery next time and see how that goes. If I pick it up again, and get same attitude, I may suggest speaking to manager or corporate about attitude adjustments

It must be the day of the week when you should get pizza example we got a pizza on a Thursday and everything was made just right then we got pizza on a Friday everything was over cooked and hardly any cheese on the pizza did not get everything that was told come with the pizza deal so I would order on a week day and not a weekend when they have so many orders to have time to make sure you're get the best of their products

Pizza is over cooked sometimes but they are very fast delivery and good customer service

I didn't go to Dominos pizza I went to Empire PC in the same plaza. I honestly didn't know Dominos was there. I only have rating because I can't post without it. We aren't big pizza eaters and usually get Pizza Hut but may try Dominos sometime.

Great customer service. Still no indoor eating available. Pizza is just OK. nothing special.

Ironically enough, as of this writing, I'm waiting for my order to be done so I can pick it up. That said, it's domino's, what more can one expect? The last time I ordered, I got a 3 topping stuffed crust. When it got to me, it was just a regular, pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. It was late at night, so I figured, no big deal... Ordered myself a brookie for dessert and wouldn't you know, it was burnt all around the edges and crispy in the middle? I tried to get through to someone, but no one could give me a direct answer. I waited until one night I called and asked, and I was told I had a "$10 credit for the wrong food." Moral of the story? I guess it was better than a kick to the mouth, but I almost felt cheated at that. To be fair though, it's Dominos, so I can't expect much more. It's my usual go to when I'm at the end of my weekly paycheck and want something cheap to eat. Don't go expecting gourmet, authentic Italian food and you'll be disappointed. Go in expecting to get what you pay for on a budget? You won't be disappointed. Update: Remember how I had mentioned that I was waiting for an order as I was posting this? Well... I went to the drive thru widow... They kept me waiting 25 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Two of the guys even looked at me, made eye contact, but decided to ignore me. I even sat there honking, and still, no one came. I drove around the building and to my dismay, 4 of the 7 spots were taken up by two people that don't know how to park in a single space. I was helped by a young guy, who according to his own admission, didn't know I was waiting at the window, didn't know what his coworkers were doing, and only just got there. His other coworkers... One was changing out the trash bins and the other was refreshing all the toppings while it looked like he was feeding a group of friends/family. The guy that saw me storm in got me my food, and to Dominos credit, their pizza warmers so indeed keep your food warm. When I got home, I checked my food. I haven't eaten anything yet (I'll include some pictures). It looks like they got everything right, it smells good, so here's hoping it tastes good. As I mentioned, I like Dominos for being cheap and affordable on a budget. You get what you pay for, so don't expect perfection. The food is 3 star quality and the service I experienced tonight? I'm kinda struggling to give it a 1... But then again, what do I expect to happen, another $10 off a purchase of $15 or more coupon? There are worse things...

They had my order on one computer but it didn't transfer to the one in the kitchen, so my pickup later order on the app still had me waiting outside for 45 minutes. I deleted the app.

I got the bacon and jalapeño cheesy bread and it was very disappointing. It was 95% bread with like 4 pieces of jalapeño and a couple pieces of crumbled bacon in the center. Not even sure if there was cheese. The only positive to my order was that my wife said her pizza was delicious.

This place has gone down hill since opening. Only reason I eat their pizza is because my kids love it and it’s usually quick. The last two times I ordered, the app said my pizza was out of the oven and in quality control. It was another 40 mins before my pizza was finally delivered! Probably done with them at this point.

I was disappointed here. The guy that waited on us we could hardly understand. Had a very hard time ordering our pizza. I was going to order more was it was taking so long to just order the pizza, I didn't. The pizza didn't take long. We didn't stay to eat we brought it home.

For the second time ,we ordered a pizza that was shown ready many minutes before normal. The first time it was soggy and cold. This time I called the store to say I DID NOT want a pre-prepared pizza that was soggy and cold. We got the pizza, it was soggy and cold. Good bye Dominoes!!

The pizza doesn't seem cooked properly and there definitely wasn't any "Cheese it up!" (AKA extra cheese for the extra price) happening on my pan pizza. Even though I watched it come out of the oven myself and I dived right in as soon as I got in my car it wasn't even hot. I was expecting the skin on the roof of my mouth to be instantly melted off from scolding hot cheese and sauce being it was on a direct route from oven, to box, to mouth. I was prepared to suffer the consequences of my actions to get that cheesy goodness of Domino's Pizza in my jaws but I'm saddened to say I have no mouth blisters on the roof of my mouth from the hot greasy, cheesy, saucy pizza! Because it was cold! Every single Domino's location I've ever ordered from the pizza was always steaming HOT and those orders were always delivery and they still were steamy hot, mouth burning hot. So this time being at location waiting while it cooked, watching it get pulled, boxed and cut you'd think the pizzas would be scolding hot. And yet they weren't. The pan pizza was doughy, cold and undercooked and didn't taste nearly as good as the 50+ Domino's pizzas I ate previously from multiple locations across WNY! I'm severely disappointed Dysinger Rd in Lockport NY location. I don't get to enjoy Dominos often so when I do I want to to be just as good as every other location.

Ordered a medium cheese, pepperoni & mushroom NY style pizza on 6/25/2024. Was totally disappointed when I opened the box. It looked nothing like the tv advertisement. The pie was 6 pcs and very small. It was mainly sauce and had hardly any cheese, pepperoni or mushrooms. There was no way you could fold it BUT it did flop downward when separated from main pie. Definitely not worth the $21.00 and change.and will definitely not recommend that any of my friends order it.

I will not be forced to order online to get the price advised on the TV. I have been ordering the 7.99 deal for a long time. I love there pizza but I will go somewhere else.

The pizza was terrible, there are so many wonderful delicious pizza options in our area , try them, this was an awful pizza to be selling in WNY... It's embarrassing really.

Ordered 5 pizzas the order would go thru then after about 10 minutes I would get a message that my order was cancelled I called the store and tried to place the order over the phone and they kept saying the gift card wasn’t working this is the second time they’ve done this to us last week they called me to tell me would you like us to cancel the order it’s gonna take an hour to be delivered of course we said no and the food was here in only 30 minutes

This is the second time my order was messed up. My veggie pizza was missing sauce, I had ordered extra. The toppings were extremely light. Although the app, and service was efficient. And the restaurant is very clean.

10/15/20 I got a notification saying my order was at my door. Went out and nothing. Gave it 10min and nothing. I called Domino’s and whoever the lady was that day around 2pm at the phone got defensive and rude before I could even explain my problem. Then after she realized they took my order to the wrong address she hung up on me. Anyways so I had to walk around my building looking for my order. Tried to complain to online but dominos only offers coupons. This is why I hate ordering from kind these places. People hate their jobs and obviously costumer service !!

Called to place an order while driving to this restaurant and was put on a hold loop of advertising. Pulled into their parking lot and was still waiting. I wasn't in a rush, but realized it had almost been 10 mins...and in looking around the parking lot realized there was no one there. Drove around to their pick up window, still on hold, and found that the place was completely empty. Why was there "on hold" advertising on the phone if the place wasn't even open?? No signs on the door stating they were closed for business.

I ordered online and was paying with cash on delivery. The food said it was delivered so I ran outside expecting a delivery person but no one was there. I checked my phone and I had zero calls. I waited 30 minutes in the cold and no one showed up. I tried calling but no one answered within 10 minutes. I decided to reorder thinking I missed the food and they just didn't call. I was hungry and just wanted to have movie night with the bf. I mess up the order so I call them to fix it and I end up on hold for 30 minutes. I get hung up on at least 8 times. I message their facebook and they read my messages and do not respond. All the while I am on hold again. Then my food gets to quality check where it sat for 20 minutes. Worst delivery experience of my life and I will NOT be ordering from domino's again after that. Just thankful I was paying with cash!

Product is inconsistent. Asked for extra sauce, hardly any put on it. This has happened many times. Pizza is dry most of the time as well. Just this location. Will not be buying until issues are fixed.

So this place that delivered to my daughters HS which is Starpoint HS and is 13 minutes away say they won’t deliver anymore cause it’s not in their district. Which is crazy cause it’s literally a straight line down the st from them. But they will come to my house which is the same time and mileage away. Unbelievable but oh well I’m sure they don’t need my Business anyway.

Wings were soggy and pizza didn't taste cooked. Put it in the oven when I got home. Didn't even eat the left overs the next day. And I love cold pizza. Lockport would have been better with a little ceasars

Ordered two pizzas last night very simple order. I have celiac disease so I'm not allowed to have a wheat pizza. when the order came they were two non-gluten-free pizzas when I clearly specified a gluten-free pizza on my order. So I literally wasted $30 for food I can't eat. And because my phone number changed they wouldn't let me report an issue with the delivery. Have given this Domino's a few chances however I don't think I will be ordering for them again which is a shame because I love their gluten free pizza but they can never get my order right.

This is in reference to the Domino's on Dysinger Rd.... If you don't tip, even if you're 3 minutes away from the store, they have a driver that will mess with your food. We brought our $35 purchase back to the store with photos upon receipt with what we discovered and the manager was rather dismissive and non-chalant. We've never gone back and I advise others to keep an eye on these people. The evening shift is very sketchy.

Ordered the bacon tator tots and the box was literally half full. I've ordered multiple times before and this was never a problem. I got a little 4 by 4 square of tots with ranch on them and like 2 little crumbles of bacon. It was like they ran out in the middle of making my order. I took a picture bc it was that ridiculous.

Large ny style was small and disgusting. Picked it up at designated time, looked like it was on the heat rack for a while. Lock city or pizza oven give you a large twice the size for less money. And much better quality. Won't be going back.

I’m a regular at dominos but lately they’ve been real lazy on quality. Today I ordered a Philly steak sandwich at work and when I took a bite I was wondering why I all I was tasting was bread. I took a look n saw there was no steak, barely any peppers, 1 mushroom, barely any onions, and burnt cheese. I’m beyond disgusted n pissed off by the lack of effort n quality put into my food. I called n they did not offer to make me a new one just tried to give me dominos credit back. It took him 15 minutes to put in an inquiry for me. Was very nonchalant and didn’t say sorry or too much of anything the whole call. I will not be returning for quite a while. I’ll go to another dominos. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with my food. I usually order the Alfredo and last few orders it’s been little to none in the Bowls. I mean at the very bottom of the container. Very unprofessional and a waste of my money n time.

Last time I'm ordering from here. They have taken extra money off my card after I had already paid and I didn't authorize it. It's happened more then once. Instead of paying what my total was they would deduct more after the fact. Beware before using your card to purchase anything.

Pizza was undercooked, spicy and didn't taste good. I'm a regular customer at Dominos and I'm disappointed with the pizza I received. When contacting the Lockport location, the supervisor was dismissive of my complaint. The supervisor said he was working when the pizza was made. Poor customer service and horrible pizza. Won't be ordering from that location again.

Domino's website is awful. I tried to find their menu with prices, which I eventually found, but when I clicked on "find menu with prices," it took me to a page with the background showing various pics of pizza and other items that are available at Domino's but with 3 options to choose from...delivery, carryout, or Domino's pinpoint delivery. I tried scrolling down in hopes that the menu with prices would appear but I couldn't even scroll down. I called the Lockport Domino's to find out where I could find the information I wanted, but the employee didn't even know. I'm not alone with wanting to find out this information, and I'm sure Domino's has lost a boatload of potential customers due to them not listing prices. They need to remember that in today's market with high prices, not everyone can afford to purchase the food, but customers won't know that if Domino's doesn't make it accessible to the public. Also, it wastes the employee's time and the customer's time by having to call, place an order, get the cost, then have to cancel the order due to being too expensive. I cannot leave a review of the food since I did not order

Place is terrible!!! I ordered online and it tells me 20 mins. It's Friday so I figured it would be busy. I get in line behind 4 cars and I'm watching all these people yelling and storming off and I'm wondering wth did they run out of dough?? Then it's finally my turn and I'm wondering if my food is cold by this point (40 mins after order) and she tells me to pull around and try again in another half hour!! I'm like 😳, she looks at me and says it's Friday you had to expect that!!! I said NO I expect that since you gave me a specific time to be here, it would be ready by that specific time!! Are you kidding me? So I guess their customer service is as good as their pizza!! If I could give 0 stars I would have!! Worst place for pizza!! Don't even bother!!
