Waitress took care of us very well kept our tea glasses full. Got our order out in a timely manner prices were good. Wish they would bring the chicken fried steak back but food was good

Went out for a birthday dinner with my family and was blown away by my waitress Savannah's customer service. She was completely on top of things, our drinks were never empty and whatever we asked for was given to us in record time. I don't know what they're paying her but whatever it is, it's not enough.

Food was delicious and reasonable priced. Drinks were refreshing and the interior was clean. The best part of our dining experience was definitely our server, Laura. She was personable, friendly and just a joy to talk to. Laura is the reason I'll be going back.

The bartender, Kristen, is awesome! After one visit she knows what I’d like to drink, my husbands allergies, and what I want to order. She sees me come in and has my order being made. Service is top notch and she has a great sense of humor.

I had the special you see advertised on TV, which was the Smash Burger. There is also a Old Fashion Burger. This comes with a drink, a starter and fries with the burger. $10.99 for this. A good value I think. There was seven of us and the service was good for us. The 4 star rating for atmosphere was for the noise generated by chairs being moved. It was LOUD. Will go back, though.

My server Katie and another server John waited on me. The service was impeccable. Katie was attentive and so sweet. I tried something new and it wasn't to much liking and when I asked her to have it remade she was so on it. I asked John so food recommendations and he was ready, recommended two pastas, a Burger and the Crispers. This visit was a 10/10. Perfected service. There was a lot of team effort and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Had a great experience tonight. My Mom chose to eat here for her birthday. We were seated rather quickly & we lucked up with one of the greatest waiters... Jake! Although he wasn't wearing khakis or a red polo, he was great. We had a large group, but it was nothing too big for Jake. All of our orders were correct, our drinks didn't stay low or empty for any length of time. I highly recommend!

If you want a steak that melts in your mouth and fresh veggies that are cooked just right, Chili's Grill & Bar is the place to go. I love my steak to be very rare and very few places can cook it just right where it is barely warm in the middle but Chili's nailed it! My daughter is picky about how her steak is cooked as well. We both ordered steaks and they came out perfect. Our waiter was very kind and stayed on top of our drinks. Although everything was just right, the prices were high. We spent $85.00, no alcohol just lunch and our drinks. BUT, the pleasant atmosphere and quick, friendly service, made it worth every cent. My husband got ribs and he couldn't even pick them up because the meat literally fell off the bone! All around good eating! We will be back.

We went on veterans Day. It was busy, but we had super fast service and the food was great.

Really great place to go to eat, always a table ready and the food didn't let me down a single time the best stop for Tex Mex food there is, I couldn't recommend it here more.

Melvin was a fantastic server! He was very attentive & we never had to ask for refills, he made sure we never ran out of drinks or anything else. Wasn't a fan of the fajitas, but everything else tasted great.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end glad I decided to give Chili's as a whole another try & so glad I tried it here. They went ova the mark in my opinion.

Chilis in Longview always does a great job all around. There is rarely a wait despite the restaurant appearing full, the staff does a great job with timing and the food is always good.

Today is 12-6-2025.. we went to Chilis last night 12-5-2025 for my nieces birthday and we had no reservations it was totally last minute! But we were able to get seated QUICKLY! We had a party of like 20-21 people.. SAVANNAH our waitress was on it! Our drinks came fast our food came fast she took into consideration about me being allergic to pineapples and sold us on the merry drinks and she had a partner that helped tremendously name EDEN or EDITH i may be saying it wrong if i am I apologize but the service and the food was 10/10!! And with the holidays around the corner we decided to leave a very generous tip… we love you guys thanks for putting up with us! And 6-7!!!!!!!!!!!!😂😂😂 Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Enjoyed a fulfilling lunch while working on my laptop. Friendly, delicious food. And the musical choices rock! Everyone was digging the classic rock vibe. Other tables plus us were singing as we ate. I was actually in the restaurant when this happened, and let me tell you, it did not go down the way this lady is saying. They were at the door for maybe 5 minutes, tops. She started cussing at the manager while her kids were running wild around the place half-dressed. The staff handled it way better than I would have! Definitely not the restaurant’s fault — sometimes people just come in looking for drama. Food was good, service was solid. Will be returning. Also, note that she did the same to applebees next door?

Honey Chipotle chicken strips were great, Nashville Hot chicken strips were good but not super hot like I like them. Kids loved all their kids meals and the chips, salsa, and white queso. They ate two helpings before the food could come out and they were pretty quick with the food. Wife said the brisket quesadilla was excellent. Service was excellent, our server was great very attentive and made sure to take care of the kids. So if your ever at the Chilis in Longview ask for Ryan as your server, he'll take good care of you and your family.

Update: Started coming here three years ago and loved it. But we visited April 16th for our Anniversary this year and wasn't impressed. The inside was in disrepair and the staff wasn't knowledgeable but we can understand a new employee. However the food was horrible. The chicken on my salad entree was so hard you could hear it when tapped with a fork! Yes, after a question to two staff members it was removed from our ticket BUT that made our appetizer and dessert price increase to the point that it really didn't make much difference in our ticket. We most likely won't be back unless they bring back the 2 for $25. Table and booth were dirty when we were seated, had to request it to be wiped. Salt shaker was so caked up nothing would come out.

I got the burger from the free menu for veterans, my son got a burger from the regular menu, we had beef nachos for our appetizer, and we both got sweet tea. The burgers got there first, so we had our appetizer after our meal. We did not get drink refills. Even with my free meal, the total still came to $61. Thanks for the free meal, but your stuff is too expensive for us.

Their menu seems to have gotten smaller . It's harder to put a meal together without having to over purchase . The food was pretty good. I like their Quesadilla explosion Salad . The tortillas were a bit dry & hardly any dressing on the salad . Service was ok.

It has been awhile since I have been here but I always ordered the triple dipper. I tried the new fried mozerella dipped in Nashville hot. It was so salty, not a fan! They have changed the chicken, not a fan of it either. The southwest eggrolls still good!

They charge for additional dipping sauce, so make it stretch! The presidente margarita is just as good as I remember it. They sure do pack a lot of ice in there but I guess everyone does that. Drink it fast or it'll get watered down. Fries are wonderful. Could use more seasoning. I would definitely come back but make sure not to get the same waiter; he was awful. Kept forgetting everything, wasnt around when my food was brought and took 10 minutes to bring me the side dish that was forgotten. Took literally 20 minutes for my margarita and I had to remind him twice. All in all, we like the place and it would have been a more positive experience if the server were different

New to area. Very dark and unsafe parking area. We went for dinner. Not busy at all and we were seated right by the kitchen. Asked to be moved but lack of employees would mean a wait for another table in a half empty restaurant. The noise and loud talking from the employees was to much for us. We couldn't enjoy our own conversation. Table was dirty. Seats were dirty and sticky. The food was good. Tea was SUPER SWEET! Waiter was good. Won't be back.

What can I say, it's a Chili's restaurant. I was there for a take out order on the fly. I sat in the area that the waitresses sat in for their break whilst awaiting my order. The order was prepared in a timely manner. The waitresses were cordial and pleasant to interact with. Other than that I really was not in the hosting side of the establishment to speak on conditions. I will say though that I have been there in the past and was well received and hosted. The food is sure enough. I know that this is a good restaurant to bring a family to. Parking is good and it is a clean and well ran establishment.

The wait took forever, they seemed understaffed, it was hard to get refills and they crowded everyone into one small section of the restaurant. I doubt I will return again anytime soon. The only plate that was palatable in our group was the steak and the fajitas. Every piece of chicken was seasoned with lime and coriander/cilantro and had a marinade after taste that was terribly bitter.

We stopped in on our way home from Longview. It was late, so there's always that aspect, but the food was very lackluster. We ordered skillet queso, which was barely warm - then for my entree, I ordered a sirloin. I ordered it medium-rare, but it came out rarer than rare. Service was good. I can't remember our server's name, but she was very attentive. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting.

Well… to begin with, the burger I had was fair at best. Usually the food is good. The service today was not good. I thought my service provider was sweet when she did come to check on us but far and farther apart. Couldn’t get napkins or silverware. We are so unhappy about the chili disappearance because that’s what my husband looks forward to. How can you be Chilis without it? Raised the prices and it’s just not up to standards. That’s too bad…. THE GENERIC response was completely expected. I’ll keep my money that I spend there weekly. Thanks. 🥵

On June 21, 2021 I got charge three times for my meal 45.41, twice on my credit card, and I paid cash because I didn't want them charging my card for the third time. The manager said the charges was pending, and both would fall off tomorrow. Well they did n't fall off like she said. I will dispute the charges. The waitress was nice, my food was fresh, and the food was ok.

Terrible meal. Sizzling fajitas. No sizzle, when beans arrived, 5 minutes later, they were warm at best. Food was not good. Had to wait several minutes before we were even acknowledged at front desk. Not busy but several staff walked by just ignoring us. I started back out the door when waitress finally showed up. I wish I had kept on walking. No more Chili’s for me.

The brisket was as thin as a slice of lunchmeat. My chicken caesar salad came out with shrimp instead of chicken. And no cheese at all. And then I get charged to add chicken to my salad. It was nasty. The whole restaurant just looked like it needed to be cleaned. We were there at 8 on a Saturday night and there were only about 15 tables filled. Never again.

I usually try to refrain from giving places negative reviews. Both times within the last month that I've been visited. There has no problem with the food. The first time I was with a party of eight, and my food came out 15 minutes later than everyone else is and I ordered first. The second time, the most recent, I ordered the steak loaded potatoes and broccoli. The state came out ridiculously hard. It was explain to me that they have new people in the kitchen. I usually enjoy Chili's but this has been a disappointment the last two visits at this particular store.

The waiters was not wanting to check on there customers much. 2 visits by us now and the young workers keep sitting down at corner booth table while on clock with friends eating and on phones and manager gotta come out of kitchen to get them up over and over. Customers waiting on re fills and what they need. The girl we had did a better job than other ladys..

Tonight was my wife’s birthday, her family and brother in laws came to celebrate, just as we usually would since this is one of her favorites places. We sat at the table for around 15 minutes after being seated in a crammed corner with 7 people. Not one waiter or waitress came. I have never experienced such poor customer care from the place that always exceeded my expectations.

The waitress was nice but the service was terrible! It took over 48 minutes after the 3 other meals were brought to the table and returning my order 4 separate times due to it not being what I had ordered. I finally had to request our server to have the manager come to the table to address the multiple issues with the service and quality of the food that was served. Once that was achieved it took the manager 2 separate times to resolve the issues on the check. We were comped 2 out of the 4 meals but 3 of the 4 meals had the same issue and were delayed bringing out the sides for over 35 mins after the main entree was brought to the table. Whole process took over 2 hrs and I had to leave and get dinner elsewhere since the food was never edible to begin with!

I ordered curbside. Was told my order would be out at 2:56, I waited until 3:11 and never got my order. I finally went inside, they were just sitting down. Their reason for not bringing out my order is that they were out of the egg rolls I ordered. Then as I began to drive away, my daughter realized that they didn't give us the drinks that came with our order, which was 2 medium drinks. They were out of medium cups so they gave us 4 kid's cups. The manager came to exchange the egg rolls for something else on the menu. After telling him how long I waited outside for my food without anyone coming out or calling me to let me know what was going on, he never offered me anything for my troubles. Horrible staff... I will not return there again. And I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Our server was great. Guy with the man bun and some other girl were really annoying. I will never sit near the kitchen again. The food was horrible and I had a burger but it was burnt and nasty. I got sick almost instantly. Had to call in the next day to work. My wife had them remove her chicken crispers because she didn’t eat any of them they was so gross. My wife got my favorite desert thinking I would eat some. Couldn’t even think about eating it. Will not be visiting that place again.

Came to this location to eat a quick dinner but our experience here started out horrible. They only give you one menu so you have a hard time deciding on what to get when the other person is looking, they were completely out of everything we were wanting so we had to make other choices, the starter we got wasn’t what we thought it was gonna be, I got Cajun chicken pasta and it was cold and the pasta wasn’t cooked properly (not sure if they cook it on site or get it like that but either way it was not good) we made sure to clarify we did not want any jalapeños or spicy elements on our food (aside from my pasta) because my partner doesn’t like it, his food ended up being spicy.. waited a long time to get things together, had to order something completely else because my food wasn’t any good so got battered chicken strips (I eat out to eat food not at home so that’s a waste of time for me) and the only thing good about the entire meal was that our server was a nice lady and wanted to make sure things got fixed.. ended up paying for everything which isn’t an issue but we left disappointed and unsatisfied. Do better for future customers because we won’t be back and we won’t be recommending this place.

While our server was wonderful, the price of food has gone way up and the steak, I paid for I didn't even barely eat it. It was not good at all. My daughter who loves chicken couldnt even eat hers. She said it hurt her stomach . My toddlers barely touched the Mac n cheese. Usually spend about 60-70$ on me and my 4 kids. It's was 92$ this time. Felt like a total waste of money I am really disappointed I won't be back.

My husband is and I went it, nobody greeted us, walked by the manager and a server and didn’t ask us anything. Went to the bar where we sat for at least 10 minutes, no bartender or server in sight. Ignored us and served other people that came in after us. Decided to leave. Would understand if the place was packed with people, but it was not anywhere near packed. Food is good, service is bad.

Where to start... We called ahead, by several hours, to inform them of a party of 8 for my son-in-law's birthday on a Tuesday at 6:30 PM. We arrived at 6:28, and while they knew about our party, the table wasn't ready. After about 15 minutes we were seated. The only bright spot to this evening was our waitress, who was on top of things. She took our drink and app orders, which were brought out in a reasonable time, and we waited for our mains, which after about 30 minutes were brought out. My son and I both ordered the old-timer burger, and they looked as if they had been cooking since the previous day. Well past overcooked, dry and tasteless. Normally I would ask for a new one to be fired, but then I realized that EVERY entree was just terrible. Fajitas that were undercooked and almost raw, cold shrimp pasta, overcooked ribs and cold french fries just to name a few. I realized that sending food back was probably a lost cause, and a cook that can't cook a simple burger any better than that probably won't be any better the second time around. I could be a little more sympathetic had it been busy, but this was on a Tuesday evening with maybe 15 other people in the entire restaurant! Nope, We just cut our losses and used it as a learning experience. There are many better dining options in town, and we will not be returning any time soon. Or ever.

Ive only ever ate inside the longview tx location twice. The last time being 8 years ago, it was horrible the service was horrible, all around just bad. Fast forward 8 years later (2024) and I decided to give it a shot TWICE- thinking it's been 8 years so we will see. Both times I did a to-go order and got an appetizer. First time- I waited and waited to get the text to come in and get my food and never did recieve it. 45 minutes after the time they gave i went in and it was sitting there, I got a text an hour after I went in. This go around I got the same thing appetizer. Nashville cheese sticks, southwest egg rolls, and regular cheese sticks. Last time they put the Nashville cheese sticks in foil so the sauce didn't get on everything, this time they didn't so everything is now Nashville sauce'd and they didn't give avocado ranch. I usually am not one to leave reviews but I've tried and tried to give this place a chance and they keep letting me down.

It is graduation night so they were busy, but any service would have been better than no service. Mismanagement or lack of experience- either way not the fault of paying customers. They quickly took our order and promptly delivered food, but had zero contact after. Waited 40 minutes to get a spoon for my son (because we had not seen the server for that long). Had to pester to get refills (which we got once we asked for the tab). Think about how long that is. Just terrible over all after order was taken.

We sat in the bar area. The waitress was not attentive to who was in the area. I had to get up and let her know my husband needed another drink and we needed to order. We sat at the table 20 minutes before I ever got up. She finally checked on the other table when I got up and said something to her. She was too busy talking to a lady at the bar. When we finally got our food, it was cold. This is the worst service I have had in a long time. We are ones that will leave $20 or more for a tip. NOT THIS TIME!! I was a waitress and I know what the service should be like.

The hostess needs a raise…just do not sit at the bar area if you want to eat. 🤷‍♀️ We were sat in the bar area by a pleasant and prompt hostess but…after that it went downhill. The bartender/waitress came to take our drink order and gave us the menus then after someone else delivered our drinks we had to finally flag down the waitress and she was not helpful and never asked for our food order. At that point we asked to cash out for the drinks and she just pointed to the kiosk and walked away. Needless to say…we went Nextdoor to Applebees and received awesome service!!! We will not be returning to Chili’s in Longview!

Me and my friends have been here for a hour and still no food. We never even got a server come to our table. The manager had to take our order. After 45 minutes passed a nice gentleman tried to get everything settled. Well guess what?? A server came out after our orders were already taken by the manager. Still waiting for 3 triple dippers. It’s been an hour Chilis. This is such an empty restraunt. Where my food???

I don’t eat out much, but decided to treat myself after a long week.. Spent $30 on a chicken salad, queso, hot sauce and chips. The salad was $17, it had maybe a 1/3 of a chicken breast, and the salad lol I can’t even put it into words. The queso had to be leftover from lunch, at least 4 hours sitting under the lamp. Idk if this was Chilis fault, or the employees.

We stood for 30 minutes before we were seated and then we sat for 30 more minutes and nobody came to our table. I know it was because we were black but baby me and my children don't tip under 40 at any restaurant. Both me and my daughters worked for Chili's, I worked for 12 years and I don't expect special treatment but at least acknowledge us. I promise you I will never eat at another Chili's ever again this is the second time getting disrespected.

My husband and I are obsessed with the triple dipper at Chilis. It is always our go to, we go very often to the Texarkana location and love it. But this Longview one has been sad twice now! Both times were the same. We gave it a second chance because of the reviews but no. Both times it seems deserted in there. Waitresses don’t come to tables often enough at all despite nobody there. But on Saturday, our waitress never even brought us silverware. Not even after our food came. I had to track some down myself after waiting several minutes with our food getting cold in front of us. My ice water also tasted salty somehow? So I asked for a watermelon tea and it was about 3” full of straight syrup and was UNDRINKABLE! 😭😭 my husband ordered a ranch water but was instead served an overly sweet watered down margarita that was gross. And don’t get me started on the food, both my husband and mine’s chicken was so chewy. The Nashville sauce on his wasn’t a sauce at all, it was just pure orange grease that soaked into EVERYTHING on the plate including his slider buns. Our waitresses didn’t even come to our table enough for us to complain about it, and it wasn’t worth staying to wait on her. We ended up leaving so much food when normally we take our food home to enjoy the rest. It was so disappointing and the way our stomachs hurt afterwards has us debating on ever returning here again. I gave Chili’s the benefit of doubt to resolve the situation by contacting them directly on there website but to no avail, so I’m now reviewing the location instead. Like I said, we normally go to chilis as our go to, but this was horrible!!!

We were seated in the bar without being asked if that’s where we wanted to sit. We went with the flow though, assuming there were no other tables available on the other side. Service was slow and poor. We were served the wrong soda and it took 10 minutes for our server to come back to us to even tell her it was the wrong drink. We waited for our food longer than normal and when it did come it was incredibly disappointing. My carne asada was crispy because it had been so overcooked and the rice on my plate was ice cold. I ended up switching plates with my husband because I was nervous to eat bad food being pregnant. His chicken sandwich was okay but the fries (what little were on his plate) were undercooked. We finally got refills when we were both finished with our meals. I also noticed spots of black mold on the wall next to our booth. Not an appetizing site to see with a mouthful of food. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I would have given my $35 to anyone else over that waste of a meal.

There was no host there to seat us, so we just found a clean empty booth and sat down. Eventually a waiter came to take our order. Then another waiter brought us our food and asked us what we were drinking so she could refill our drinks; since our glasses were empty. Finally after we were done eating we had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill. I had to tell another waiter to go to the back and see what was going on. The other waiter told me that they had given our bill to the wrong table, and that they thought we had paid already. I have eaten at a lot of Chili’s restaurants and this one is by far the worst.

Me & my bestie went here for drinks & appetizers. I ordered the triple platter & spinach dip. Spinach dip was horrible, had tomatoes, & guacamole in the dip. My chicken strips were hard. Our waiter was great. My Blue daiquiri was good.
