BierHaus Lubbock Lubbock Reviews
French Fries were excellent. FOLC Burger was great, I prefer well done instead of small ammount of pink, issue was corrected. Atmosphere I fantastic. Biscuits had a lot of butter, I liked them the person that ordered them did not. Staff is really good about being friendly and respectful. I ordered the tuna poke not made aware that it was raw. The manager had it switched to a burger.
Great food. Comfy atmosphere. Sat on patio. Enjoyed the ambiance. Got wings that came out hot and delicious. Shrimp tacos tasted great also. Will definitely be back again.
Went here for lunch with friends. Had the club sandwich and some drinks and also tried the buffalo chicken sandwich. Everything was great, the patio was extremely dog friendly, and everyone was nice. Lunch was cheap and I'll be coming back again for sure.
Good selection of adult beverages and great menu. Food was outstanding with large portions. You are more likely to waddle away full than walk out hungry. Great patio area. Highly recommend.
We had an impromptu reunion there for two family members who had come to town for Mom's funeral. Several of us ordered hamburgers, and they were delicious. It was a little loud since college kids were nearby, but we met upstairs and it wasn't so loud up there.
When to go have a few beers with my friend and it up having dinner. I was so taken back by the atmosphere inside and out so homey but yet so old and modern. Loved the outside area the DJ the bartenders the food it was all amazing!!! Not usually my neck of the woods but I'll definitely be back many times for sure.
One of the friendliest places for members of the LGBT+ community with both great drink and food options. Drag brunches every month, hot drink specials for game days and holidays, dog friendly, and some of the best staff on Broadway. A must have experience in Lubbock, Texas!
This place is awesome. I went during lunch and it was not too busy and the service was fast. I had the spicy fried chicken, and it was hands down, the best fried chicken I've ever had. The only drawback is that it's a college scene, so expect a bunch of college kids on the weekend.
This is the best bar in LBK!! So much fun great atmosphere. Bartenders here are fun and always make the best drinks/keep the evening exciting! Bouncers always keep it safe during the busy weekends and just overall awesome vibe!! RiRi Rhone was the most best and really took care of our table. Highly recommend!!
We had left Joyland and it was past 10pm. We called ahead because it was one of the few places open this late to eat. They let us still dine it especially because the kitchen closed at 10:30pm. Food was delightful. Fried pickles were salty but everything else was delicious. Great environment. Since we were in the top floor it was a good eating experience for my 3 kids (2 kids & 1 teen). Make sure to go when you are super hungry Hamburgers are HUGE!!
Bier Haus is an AMAZING place to be! The food and drinks are divine, the bartenders and staff are all welcoming and kind, the atmosphere as a whole is amazing. Kathryn Gehrke, probably my favorite bartender there. Highly recommend coming here with family, friends, and dogs :) Definitely affordable for the college crowd. They have deals everyday of the week (except weekends).
Last night I had the fish and chips the family member had the chicken tenders! The FOOD was absolutely gross, never I buy any food there! Spoke with the manager Connor today and explain to him what happened. Dude didn’t care!!!
Great Place to get drinks with friends! Even for date night! Amazing patio! & Even better food! Definitely the best burgers in town! My friends love the spicy fried chicken!
Was throwing a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom and the original place I had reserved fell through. I called them like 20 minutes before the party was supposed to start. They reserved two tables for me before I got there! They saved the party!! Awesome food, drinks, and service! 110% would recommend!
This place is awesome. Great vibes and great atmosphere. It is a bit pricey for Lubbock, i haven't eaten here but the people i went with said the food was "not bad." Whatever that means. Everyone needs to check out! It's really nicely decorated with a well thought out design.
I came here because I wanted to see the Gardski's of my youth (the previous tenant). The ambience was fun and boisterous, though quite loud indoors. My family ordered a burger and buffalo chicken sandwiches, plus onion rings. Onion rings were 10/10- highly recommend. Buffalo chicken also excellent. Burger was fantastic! The sandwiches were buoyed by the incredible bun. The bun is everything. I actually tore off part of it to share with a friend who was having a salad. It was as delicious as a dinner roll. Buttered and toasted. Like a Fuddruckers bun, but better. Wasn't expecting great food, just good food. And it was GREAT! Keep up the great work, guys.
Good little bar. The swing seats were popular and they had heaters for the outdoor bar.
Best place for food and being drunk. Its a classic and will be sad if it’s ever gone. Best place for adults and college kids to go in town!
First time husband and I try this place. Tried the lamb burger which was really good, and had lots of flavor. Also tried the mushroom Swiss burger which was also very good! I did add the tzatziki sauce, and it was so good! Fries were also good. Can't go wrong. Girl at register was also nice and helped us out by recommending what to get.
Food was great. I had the chipotle chicken club. The bartender recommended to add avocado and I was not disappointed. The place is cool. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Some swing seats and picnic chairs outside. Super cool place to hang out with friends. The only problem is that it is located near Texas tech so the crowd is not really my taste. I'm a little old for it.
Shane was so awesome and inviting!! We are not from Lubbock and we stopped by, off of recommendation, pulled up and realized it was the old Gardski’s!! Even better!! Such a cool atmosphere and I really want to give Shane a hands down. We just came in to have a couple of drinks and he made our experience!! We didn’t get to stay long, but the time we had was super cool! Thank you Shane! Wish the best for you in school!! You will do great things!!
BierHaus was very accommodating to us as we had just gone on a cross country flight and needed a place to hide from the rain while we waited on our Air B&B to be ready. The staff were all very welcoming and the food was top notch. It's too bad it was raining because I bet the outdoor patio is awesome on a nice evening!
Just went for the drinks and atmosphere and it did not disappoint!
Really great live music and the drinks were good.
Great food, cold drinks and a wonderful location. Loved the old Gardsky's sign on the wall, took me back 35 years to college days. Great bartender never let us down. Always ready to suggest a new drink. Great food, wonderful service, fun atmosphere. Great place to meet friends and family and just hang out. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large. Onion rings are hand breaded and fresh, great appetizer. Lots of great drinks options at a fair price
DYLAN is by far the best bartender!! We had a negative situation with our drinks and he helped us without hesitation. A thoughtful bartender even when it’s extremely busy!!
BierHaus never disappoints. Great atmosphere, amazing drinks, and the staff are always friendly and quick even when it’s packed. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends, watch games, and just have a good time. The vibe is always fun and the music keeps the energy up all night. Definitely one of the best local spots to grab a drink and unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with great service.
Had an amazing time at BierHaus this past Sunday!!!The place was full of positive vibes from the moment we walked in. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. DJ Alan was incredible – he brought such great energy and kept the good vibes going all night. The atmosphere, music, and overall experience were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing my friends with me. Highly recommend!
I love this place during the day time! I’m always getting their delicious prickly pear margaritas that are frozen! The pretzel is pretty good as well as the nachos. I tried a burger but wasn’t big on the sweet bread but was still good.
I visit Lubbock for work and I always make sure to hit BierHaus at least once. Their cheeseburgers and fries are amazing!!! The service is top notch. The staff are always friendly and frequently check on you to make sure you’re perfect. The patio has a great vibe and the beer is always cold. If you visit Lubbock visit BierHaus!!!
Thank you! To the team for making sure my pet was safe when he decided to escape and go on an adventure in the neighborhood! To the manager for allowing one of your team member who recognized that he was someone’s pet because he was so well behaved to take him and get his chip scanned and return him home! You guys are amazing!!!
The burgers are fantastic. I dined there twice, once ordering onion rings, once fries. The onion rings are amazing, and while the are fries are fresh cut and tasty, it will be onion rings for me from here on out. The staff was pleasant to deal with, no issues there. I would definitely return, especially since I did not get a chance to try the giant pretzel. There is also outdoor seating that is dog friendly.
Great environment! Loved the vibe. We sat inside with our baby and felt well taken care of. The outside patio was poppin' and loud, but looked like a great time if you're there for the crowd. Mostly college students but noticed the bar had older gentlemen. No other kids there when we went at late lunch on a Sunday. When we called ahead to see if it was busy the guy who answered picked up the phone and said, "yeah" as his greeting and "not busy" as his response then hung up. Kinda curt and rude. The food was great for bar food, the burgers were delicious. We did have to remind them of our order components several times. If youre hoping for craft beer this is not the place to go. But they carry classics from the US of all varieties. Definitely good. 4 stars was for service issues. Reality for me was 4.5.
Great little spot while we were in town. I got the lamb burger and it was SO WELL DONE I can not even believe it. The flavors blended together so wonderfully. The red onion jam they put on it was perfect and I seriously need to know what they did to those cucumbers that tasted like heaven! The bun was cold and was way too much bread for the burger but all in all it was very tasty. The fries needed some salt and the bierhouse burger my boyfriend got must have been good because by the time I looked up he had finished it and he sure did NOT let me taste it.
A festive atmosphere that is both family and dog freindly. It gets a little loud after 9 but a perfect spot in the afternoon and early evening to enjoy an adult beverage and feed the little guys. Simple menu of basket meals and no wait service. Good beer selection and just a very good vibe.
The atmosphere here is just wonderful. The patio is nicely decorated and it feels very relaxing. The food was ok. The only concern was how long it took to get our food. The servers were very friendly too.
Went to branch here. I got the eggs Benedict. They were delicious. They changed it up a bit by adding brisket. Our server was spot on and even though the kitchen messed up my daughter's order she was very apologetic and attempted to correct it asap.
Patio is cool a hangout, good tap selection (if you like good beer) and the staff is friendly. The burgers fries and onion rings are really good! Also, the patio has heaters and other weather considerations to keep it a year round friendly place.
Really love that this place is Pet friendly. Enjoyed the outside patio. Went with a group from work and had a great time. Our group was a little older than I am sure they usually get being so close to tech campus. But school was out of session so it wasn't to bad at all. Only complaint was the service was pretty lousy. Ambivilent and bordering on rude. But drinks and our appatizers were good.
Good food, great atmosphere, and friendly crowd. No servers ever approached us on the patio, chicken pieces were small, patio needs to be a little larger according to the wife. Over all, we loved it and will be back. Being dog friendly makes it our family place and I hope to see this new establishment grow and do well.
Its cool,,,i like that you can take your dogs out there... Outside patio is nice...this was my favorite place to eat before it was turned into a bar. I like the history,, but i wish they wouldve left some artifacts on the walls,, to show the history there. It was a families home before it was a restaurant!!! Awesome.
Great friendly service. Limited food menu was even more limited by unavailability of some menu items. Patty melt was poor even by college hang out bar standards--white bread, small burger, far too much of a pretty tasteless cheese or cheese like product that drowned the grilled onions.
Staff is great at service. Entire place could use a good cleaning. College kids seem to like it though as is been way over crowded each time I went. Have some good drink combos
We visited here for the first time today and was not disappointed. I do not recommend going here when Tech is playing unless that’s your thing. I know, I know. It’s a college town, but I wasn’t thinking when I suggested coming to dinner here on a Saturday, which happened to be during a game. It was pretty loud. Still had great service and the food was absolutely delicious!! We loved the fries and both ordered a patty melt, which was delicious as well. They forgot about the pretzel we ordered and one guy tried to tell us they didn’t include it on our ticket. We had to talk to the girl we ordered from and she gave it to us to go since we were already done with our meal. We would definitely come back here again and try different food next time and not during a Tech game.
College atmosphere for sure! Great vibe with good beer selection! The hamburgers were extremely delicious! I was not too hip on the fries and the pretzel because it was salty. The employees were great host engaging and asking if we needed anything. Would recommend this place if you enjoy being around an energy crowd and staff. Great outdoor sitting area!
Great renovation to a Lubbock staple that has great atmosphere and solid food. It’s draft selection could be better but the bottle selection helps with that. I used to love Gardskis back when it was around due to the cool home-turned-restaurant design and feel to go along with the great food. I was very excited to see a new concept has renovated and turned it into something new and exciting. There is plenty to remind you of the rich history of the building as you walk in. The entry way, stairs, and inside dining feels familiar to those who use to frequent its predecessor but as soon as you open up to the patio, then it’s becomes all it’s own. Swings as seats that are on rollers suspended from I beams, places to charge your device, and a GIANT bench seat perfect for pictures are just some of the awesome additions. As for the food, I chose the Monte Cristo and was not disappointed. Battered and fried as a whole sandwich, then topped with a sweet and lightly tart raspberry jam and classically topped with powdered sugar; this simple dish packed some flavor. Perfectly melted cheese and not hot ham inside paired perfectly with the sweet topping. I added steak fries to the order and they were also cooked perfectly. Suggest giving this place a try.
Going here reminds me of going to your backyard to drink. There was a bartender that was basically like the actress Brie Larson, because she had no expression on her face whatsoever and acted like she did want to be there. The bar smells exactly like it does it in their restrooms and all the bartenders under-pour as if they were trying to fill up a test tube. Overall, a decent place to chill and hangout with friends
I love this place they always have great customer service, the food and drinks are amazing. However, as I was getting my ID checked I did see the owners walk into bierhaus without a mask on and proceeded to walk around without a mask, despite being the owners I feel like they shouldn’t be able to disregard covid-19 guidelines. Which is quite sad considering the great lengths the employees go to to make sure the place is safe and sanitary.
Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities. Don’t expect German beers or a variety of beers from this place. They have the standard set of beers every generic bar carries. Expected actual beer from a place called BierHaus. Shiner Bock is the closest they had to a German beer.
Not bad. It was a nice place. Love the outside sitting area. A little over priced and food could do a little better. The nachos were a little too salty. But good atmosphere. Love that there are dogs!!
My wife and I have enjoyed several meals here, including chicken tenders, Monte Christopher sandwich, and burgers. I also enjoy the variety of beers, most recently a great tasting Octoberfest by Pauliner. However, I was disappointed in the shrimp basket we shared recently. There were only six small shrimp. When we have ordered things in the past, baskets have been overflowing with fries. This time I substituted onion rings. We received 5. It was a very underwhelming basket, especially when we were splitting it. We will certainly return to the Bier House again, but keep in mind, the shrimp basket not for someone with an appetite. It's more a small appetizer.
We ordered monte Cristo and wings. The wings were really greasy, good flavor but greasy. The monte Cristo was a ton of bread and very little meat. Flavor was good but needs considerably more meat. Was 3-4 bites of meat and the rest was just fried bread. We didn't eat most of it because there was too much bread. Atmosphere is more like you would expect at a college town, more geared towards your college kids. Service was fine. You order and pay at the bar and they bring you your food, so it's not like they are waiting on you and refilling you drinks or anything. Sodas are self serve. I'm sure the locals(and those that like to drink and party) like it, but for us it's not really a place we'd go back just for a sit down meal.
Yeah the patio was nice, but we didn’t get the sit out there because of the crowd (mind you this was at 9:30pm on a Sunday). Definitely a college hangout. Beer selection was good. We ordered chips and “white” queso, which wasn’t white. I swear, the queso you buy in a jar was better than whatever we were served. It was obviously microwaved and still cold. Huge disappointment since I’ve heard great things about this place.
I can't say as I went in with hopes of finding German fare. Menu is mostly American fare. Atmosphere and people were nice, though! Just don't go if you're craving German food! 😀
Tried it out for Monday lunch. There were 4 tables total. The table next to us with 3 people each got their food about 15 minutes apart. Our appetizer (a pretzel with beer cheese) came out after the main (buffalo chicken sandwich with fries). The chicken was so overcooked and tough it was like jerky and the fries were way overcooked. The pretzel was decent and so was the cheese. If I ever go back, it will be for a beer and pretzel. But, not likely to happen.
Used to be a great place but the bartenders stopped caring about customer service. One had me running all over the place to find the soda to finish my drink and then because he didn't have house shots, he had me go to a different bartender and wait in line for 30 minutes for 2 shots. In the end, he felt the need to tip himself more than what I did on my tab. This is the last time I'm going there as long as they have thieves like that working there
Cons: Recieved a very small burger that was supposed to be 7 oz. Food was not good enough for what we paid. Not enough seating on the deck. Very long wait time... Pros: dog friendly, friendly workers, cool patio. Veggie tacos were delicious! Probably won’t come back.
This place has such potential. It is in a great location and could be really cool. The menu is quite small, the portions are even smaller, and the price is quite high. The beer selection is small (eight draft beers) and the patio is hot with not a lot of coverage and no fans or misters to help move the summer air. To top it off, the music played on the patio is straight out of the 50’s.
I’m a bartender and the margarita I got was so bad. I asked for Tajin 3 times and the bartender didn’t dress it with salt or Tajin. She didn’t shake the margarita and it was a really bad flavor. The pretzel we got was okay but as soon as it wasn’t hot it got hard as a rock. This happens sometimes but they were also out of limes if none of the other stuff was off that wouldn’t be that big of a deal. It’s got a great patio but we won’t be back.
We went Aug 29 for lunch. It was crowded, but that was expected. There is not enough seating for a day like that. I ordered a cheesesteak, I didn't say Philly cheesesteak so the cashier didn't understand what I wanted. The meal was mid. There was not enough meat on the cheesesteak. I was disappointed with the quality of the meat in the sandwich. The mushrooms it came with it had a very odd taste and I could not finish the sandwich. The fries are cooked to be extra crunchy and are heavily salted. I won't be going back.
Tried for lunch and was very disappointing. I tried to stay healthy and ordered a Cobb Salad. $13 after a $1 tip and get a very average smallish side salad. No ice in beverage machine. No paper towels in restroom. The patio area looked very inviting and nice but not sure I will make it over to try out after first experience.
Staff seemed bothered to be there. Manager on duty was rude and also seemed annoyed to be there. Food was not appetizing except for the burgers. Fries were cold. Nachos were awful and guacamole should have been thrown out. Would not recommend. Not worth the poor customer service
This place treats their customers terribly. Used to love this place so much we came weekly and would continuously tell our friends how great it was. You can forget about that now. My husband and I went on a Thursday night, at 8 pm, with my sister, her boyfriend and my parents to have a going away dinner with some drinks for our parents. While we were standing in line to order food the bouncer comes up and starts telling my sister’s boyfriend he has to leave, no explanation. We repeatedly ask why he has to leave and all he said is “because I said so”. No explanation at all! We had only been there about 20 minutes, no one has been drinking either and we are all adults. A horrible start to what we thought would be a great night on the patio with our dog. We will NOT be coming back and will make sure everyone is informed about the poor customer service and unfriendly staff.
This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had for a brunch. $19 for a continental breakfast that most cheap hotels serve for free. Bloody Mary bar is a joke. And was nasty even from the bar.... embarrassed to even say I spent $72 for 3 brunches and 2 gross bloody Mary’s. Friend order chicken and was over cooked.... left as hungry as when we got there..... disgrace to the restaurant industry. Do better or close!
Unfortunately I ordered burger , but it wasnt as i was expected , the quality and appearance was awful, then they said we can change for you with sandwich but they didnt pay me back because sandwiches was cheaper. I was satisfied with overall service. And fries were so salty
They have Touch Tunes but don’t waste your money/credits. They play the songs they want to play and they cancel what you have in the queue. And they stopped serving my party at 1:40 instead of 2 o’clock. Don’t waste your time or money.
Place was terrible not very inviting at all. Waitresses were terrible they weren't very attentive to the needs of any patron. The food was awful. They best experience i had here was leaving the restaurant.
Not a good restaurant. Went there for lunch. Ordered fried chicken. Took the staff 15 mins to tell us the chicken hasn’t defrosted and it would take 30 mins for it to be ready. Ordered fish and chips instead. Took another 10 mins for our food to come out. Total of 25 mins on this ticket and we were the only customers in the building. Already not a good experience. Once the food came out, it was fine but then I realized the batter on the fish and chips wasn’t cooked all the way through. I said I just wanted a refund for the fish. Just a really bad experience. Owner should retrain kitchen staff
Went for their wing special, paid for 20 wings and a fries appetizer, 2 soft drinks. Soon as the card was swiped she let us know they had ran outta wings and if wanted to exchange them for something else so we got the tender baskets and fried pickles. Chicken was fresh. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out a while and the fried pickles weren’t even edible, the pickles crumbled with the breading from how fried they were and sooo greasy it was just soaking in grease at the bottom🤮 Gross. If you’re a place running a special at least have enough for the special you’re promoting. Staff could’ve cared less about their service. Wouldn’t recommend
Definitely a college slosh joint. Seemed run down and dirty when we walked in but we figured what the heck and gave it a try. We ordered our 2 sandwiches from a very uninterested cashier and headed upstairs to wait for our order. Shoes sticking to the floor the entire way. We waited a total of 50 minutes before asking for our money back. Odd that it was taking so long because the place wasn’t busy. Tons of people working but apparently they were short staffed. Definitely wouldn’t go back and it’s a shame what has been done to this historic house.
Seems like a cool place to hang and grab a bite and a drink. We just ordered a few appetizers and grabbed some beer and waited for our food for almost 40 minute. Did I mention we only ordered chips and queso and onion rings. I asked an employee to check on the order at around 30 minutes and it did not make things move any faster. And when we got the order the queso was cold and barely editable. So if you go maybe stick to the beer. We probably will not be going back.
Bartenders are inattentive and don't seem to know what they are doing. They were throwing ice behind the bar and hit people in our group. Overall mid, any other bar on Broadway is better and less out of the way anyway. Save your time and money.
Went on a Sunday and waited in line, when we got up to the counter to order we were told that the kitchen was backed up so we couldn't order food for at least 15 minutes. They wanted us to come back and wait in line again to place our food order and risk it happening again. After the good reviews and it being nice out on the patio we decided we would order drinks and wait hoping it was worth it. This place has THE WORST bloody Mary I've ever had. I felt like I was drinking straight bbq sauce. It was so disgusting we ended up not even wanting to try the food. Which was a good thing because every single table around us had been waiting at least 45 minutes for food. After the service and nasty drinks I don't think we'll give them another shot.
cool spot, definitely need new bartenders. the guys are cool, the girls feel entitled. tipping isn’t mandatory but are given for good service. don’t expect tips. just DO YOUR JOB. then maybe your female bartenders wouldn’t get drinks thrown at them.
My husband , daughter and I went here for dinner when visiting my daughter at Texas Tech. It was 7pm and the place looked fun and lively. There’s a sign on the front of the building that says must be 21 to enter after 8pm. However the guy at the door would not let us in because my daughter didn’t bring her ID. She wasn’t planning to drink alcohol and we (her parents) were with her. I referenced the sign on the front of the building that said 21 after 8pm. He replied “that’s only on Sundays”. I went back outside and it doesn’t say that. I guess we’ll never know how the food is, this rule is ridiculous.
Not pet friendly as claimed online. Get to the door and it says pet friendly with a sign that says no pets in side. So we asked and it's a overall no
This guy has personal issues. Threatening me when i was ordering. To put this in perspective I was on their swing and because of my momentum not hurting a sole he threatened me. DO NOT SWING ON THE SWINGS. I worked in a bar for years and I have never seen such hate. Tried to order a drink left the swings and he rolled his eyes.
I went with my family for graduation weekend activities. I'm truly embarrassed that I brought them here. It was fairly empty yet still had a customer yelling across the room (but I guess that's yo be expected). When we ordered, the cashier wasnt familiar with the menu and told my brother that his meal didn't come with fries, so he ordered them on the side and decided to get them loaded. My cousin ordered the exact same meal but had her fries, so unfortunately my brother paid extra for some nasty over cooked fries. He also ordered onion rings but they must've been cooked right after some pickles becuase they tasted sour and no one ate them. My boyfriend ordered the salad ans asked for additional grilled chicken (two portions) and unfortunately it was CANNED shredded chicken!! Same with the wraps and loaded fries -- all had canned shredded chicken... the wraps were unpalatable because of the saltiness, surprisingly my boyfriend still sucked it up and ate the salad because he was starving. Our pretzel was rock hard stale, and mushrooms looked burnt. My boyfriend went to the bar to order a drink and the first one had a fly in it, so the bartender remade it and that one also had a fly in it. Finally he just asked for a different drink. The bartender looked at the spray gun, and liquor bottle but couldn't find the source. We were lucky enough to find a large table upstairs that suited our family well. I did like that it looked inviting outside with the swings and such. And it was interesting to learn that the staff pick their own prickly pears for the margaritas... but thats about the extent of my satisfaction with this establishment.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place was a letdown. The $14 nachos were stale and barely edible. On top of that, the menu clearly listed a mimosa carafe under the “all day every day deals” for $15 (image attached). When I tried to order it, they suddenly claimed the deal only applies before 7 PM. Then another server said it’s a weekend-only thing—completely contradicting what the menu said. At checkout, they tried to charge me $19 and basically said “take it or leave it.” No apology, no effort to honor their own menu. I left it. Between the bad food and the shady pricing, I won’t be returning. P.S. The pitcher was small (2-3 servings) and plastic and full of stains from what seemed to be orange pulp residues.
