It’s MC Donald’s, I can’t understand why a single sandwich is more expensive than a meal.

This is the problem with McDonalds restaurants on the highway: I go 99% of the times for takeout and keep driving. I ordered, it was wrong but realized it miles away from the restaurant, on top of that, the juices for the happy meals were not included. Part of this was indeed my mistake but they could definitely do better.

Got our order wrong so before ever going outside I brought it back to the counter. I finally(!) got someone's (the manager's) attention (Mc Donalds seems to have the worst customer service these days, regardless of location). She walked away while I was still politely telling her what was wrong with the order, taking my bag of food with her. When she brought it back, she was dismissive, acted like I wasn't worth a few seconds of her time, & the nuggets were STILL missing. When I pointed out the still-missing nuggets, she asked for my reciept & my husband realized they hadn't stuck it on the bag well so it had fallen & stuck to my boot that I walk around the farm in. It was the sticky type of reciept so very dirty. I gingerly pulled it off the bottom of my farm boot by the cleanest spot & held it up for her to see so she didn't have to touch it herself. She grabbed it with her whole hand even after my warning & proceeded to handle it, then set it on the counter where customer food orders are placed & slid it around while looking at it. Without cleaning her hands (or the counter), she went back to the food prep area & grabbed my nuggets. After contaminating the nugget box with manure dust & dirt from the bottom of my boot & the floor, she was about to put it into the bag with my other food to possibly land on our fries & contaminate them too. I stopped her dirty hands from doing so & explained the problem but she acted oblivious & returned to helping serve drive-through customers with those same grimy, filthy hands. Both before & after that, we also witnessed an employee going back & forth between cleaning the floors/trash & serving customers without washing her hands. No one I saw was wearing gloves or washing between handling food items & dirty items! Update 5 days later: Gave them another chance. Ordered 2 of the $5 meal deals. Food was all there . . . but they forgot both sauces for the 2 boxes of nuggets. Why is that so hard? They are giving Taco Bell a run for their money when it comes to messing up orders.

this mcdonalds cannot get an order right to save their life. every single time, without fail there will be onions on your burger. went there tonight and ordered a bacon quarter pounder and got no bacon on my burger and my mothers burger had onions on it.

On 02/14/2026 at around 1:00a.m. my order was made through the Drive Thru. Please note that when this lady works orders are slow and sometimes wrong. But on this night when my order was placed it was only one car ahead of me and a guy on foot in the drive through. I guess this was a manager are shift leader gave me my food. I could already see the bag was to lite for what I ordered. When given the bag I started looking in it I always do because the order is something’s wrong. The lady at the window a white lady with I think it’s a blond color hair. Told me to move because she got other things to do. I responded by telling her Ms I’m checking my bag. She then told me I can move out the way and check it raising her voice. I told the young lady what she wasn’t going to do is yell at me. She then replied I’m not yelling but what I can do is give you your money back. I said ok because the order isn’t right anyways. She then yelled and said give me the bag and so as she took the bag i was passing the drink she was so mad she didn’t grad it in time and the drink hit the ground. She told me she wasn’t giving my money back and she was calling the police. I said ok let call then for you. She then gave my money back took out for the drink which is ok. But don’t get mad because you are short staffed and have to do multiple jobs. I did call the police and they said they hadn’t received a called I told them what took place and that she was on the phone saying I want her CT from the premises. Now the whole town knows she might need to have a urinalysis ran. But as much business as myself and the place I work for TDCJ give this place there should be retraining done. I have never experienced this type of rudeness but once from here and that was years ago. Why because after that encounter I contacted the owner. Which I’m willing to do again if Professionalism no longer exists.

Claims 24/7. This is the 2nd time I went at early hours to be told they cannot take an order until their system updates to daytime hours…..whatever that means. Waste of time and not reliable.

Chelsea is the worst manager I have ever experienced. Rude and the workers like to play with people food. Had them remake my burger 2 times and said lite sauce they decided it would be funny to tell Chelsea to put extra sauce. Call the store was hung up on so I had to drive back to get a refund and Chelsea thought it was cute just to refund me back for the burger only when they got the burger and fries back. Only Marlin resident have to out up with poor service but lucky some of us can travel to get better service. I will contact corporate next

This McDonald’s can never get a simple order right. I go there all the time and get the same thing, and they always fail to get it right. I ordered a Big Mac, no cheese, add tomato, and they got the cheese part right but put mayo on it instead of the Mac sauce. Then when I showed the girl who took my order that it was wrong, she was acting like she couldn’t see what the problem was. She proceeded to get the manager, and I told her the problem. The old dark-red-haired lady (the manager) was very rude and dismissive and didn’t even want to hear my explanation about the situation. Then she didn’t want to give me a refund nor remake the sandwich. This place constantly gets orders wrong, and the associates and managers refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. Overall, 2/10👎🏾

Never fast orders always come out slow to where you have to remind them that you are waiting for an order. The bump orders off screen before completing orders just to have good service time but customers still have to wait extra longer. Just to wait and food still.not be fresh but it's the only option alot of people have in town so they have no choice but to keep coming back in hopes that one day this McDonald's will get it right.

Disgusting! Simple instructions. If you pay attention to the reviews, this place used to be a lot better. I don’t know what changed. Old nuggets when ordering fresh, what a waste update: ordered two double cheeseburgers with only mustard. Got two double cheeseburgers with ketchup pickles and onions and not fresh. $1 for a small cup of water
