We had a great experience at this Chili’s! We came with a party for my niece’s birthday, and the customer service was beyond measure. All of our food came out hot and made to order, the staff was extremely accommodating, and made my niece feel special on her special day. We will definitely be coming back.

The beer is always cold and fresh! Atmosphere is always inviting and I love that they always have multiple sports games on! My steak is always perfectly cooked. This is one of the best chili’s I’ve dined at, hands down!

Phenomenal Experience – Hats Off to the Management! I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at Chili’s deserves all the praise – especially the management. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this location is run with excellence. The staff was upbeat, organized, and incredibly attentive – a reflection of leadership that truly cares. Our food came out fast, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What stood out even more was how the manager personally stopped by our table to check on our experience. It wasn’t just a quick hello – they were genuinely engaged, ensuring we felt welcomed and valued. The entire restaurant ran like a well-oiled machine, even during a busy evening. That kind of consistency only happens with strong, hands-on leadership. If you’re looking for great food and an even better atmosphere, this Chili’s has it all – thanks to top-notch management that clearly puts people first. We’ll definitely be back!

The service at this location was great and fast. They got the order right. It was a Togo order and it was perfect. The person taking the order was very helpful and good suggestions and recommendations on food and the sides. Plenty of parking. Place was clean.

I give this location in Marshall a 3.5 star. Chili’s is one of those places that in my opinion you would go more to hang out with people than to find an extraordinary meal. Don’t get me wrong the food is okay but it’s just that, okay. I don’t frequent this establishment because the cost of food is definitely not worth the quality and quantity that you get. The wait staff was excellent this last time we went and really working hard and that says something! The place could really use a good deep cleaning though!! Another reason I don’t frequent this place is because years ago when my child was a little boy the waitress put his plate too close to the edge of the table and he dumped the contents out of the floor the minute he got his plate. She admitted it was her fault and still charged me for the spilled plate and the replacement plate. Then the next time we visited their was a fly in my child’s ice in his drink. They still charged us for that too! Maybe they do not do this to their customers anymore but it still stays in my mind from many years ago. It is still just an average restaurant in an average city in America.

The big hostess was very rude. Didn't look at us when greeting and then proceeded to throw our menus down on the table and walk off. Throughout our meal she was constantly eyeing us down and made us very uncomfortable. Ruined our lunch. Food was good and our waitress was also very nice. Created a bad environment. Think her name started with a G. We went around 1:30.

We arrived at 8:15 and there was no employee to be found. A few waitresses popped out to wait on other tables but we were not acknowledged. We waited almost 20 min and finally left. I don't think I will ever step I to another Chili's. Terrible experience 😪.

This is the second time I waited 10 minutes to be seated. Not going back. There wasn’t anyone there but me. Then people started piling up at the door. I guess they don’t care about their customers anymore. I agree their food is good and I used to eat there 2-3 times a week but I would rather go to McDonald’s now

Food and drinks are over priced. The service was quick but had no plates from the start for appetizers, and didn't come frequent enough for additional help. The atmosphere is cool, spacious, and entertaining with televisions at every corner. No recommendation based on outrageous charges that should have been complementary

No one seemed happy to be at work. I witnessed several mistakes happening for both dine in & Togo guests. The manager Michele Williams did not seem good at the art of B.L.A.S.T. Guests were still leaving angry with no food. The highlight of my bad experience is that part of my meal was served to me in a heavily used dirty cardboard Sav-A-Day. The bartender had no personality, but did check on us often enough. The food was good, but I was told NO that I couldn't get what I wanted, then was surprised when I did get it. The building was in good condition & the assistant managers names were listed on the front along with the GM's, Jordan Alsadi. What kind of place are you running Jordan? I'd be embarrassed to have my name on it!🌶️
