I was rather impressed with the positive attitude of the person working the front counter. Very vibrant and friendly. She actually looked like she enjoyed her job. Its a pleasure to be treated like you are welcome rather then hurry up and leave. Thank you

I stop here for lunch when I'm in town for work. I've been to a lot of Round Table lunch buffets in several different cities, and this one is by far the best. Friendly staff, clean dining room, consistent flow of fresh pizza. Two thumbs up.

My experience was exceptional! I placed my order through my Round Table Reward app, it was prepared efficiently and on time. The pick up was flawless and the food tasted great! Thanks again for the great service! 👍

Classic, dependable, mainstay pizza. My favorite pizza chain. Great crust, best sauce. Good salad bar. Excellent all you can eat lunch buffet at a great price. Convenient, consistent, delicious.

My order was ready at the scheduled time. Each box was labeled with the pizza type. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Paper plates were offered. The customer service was excellent.

Personal pizzas are the best! They probably cook slightly more due to their smaller size. The slices are much easier to handle as well. My favorite is sausage and bell pepper. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how roomy the restaurant felt.

I also really appreciate the fact that they've added more specials to their online ordering! (As a working mom, that's most definitely appreciated, especially on days I don't feel like cooking..) I've always loved Round Table, it was my first job and I've even worked at the Pleasant Hill location a few years back. Maybe the logo has changed, but the flavor is definitely still there. (Big plus!) I've never had any issues with my orders and the customer service is always great!

Great location code to where I live. I must say that this is the best round table pizza location I've been to in a very long time period. The staff was great treated me with a lot of respect and the awesome about it is that they actual remember you as a customer. Marcos who took care of me he knows how I love my chicken wings and how I love my twist, and pizza. and he always makes my pizza, wings & twists done to perfection. He even takes the time to pass by and ask how everything is going if we need anything if maybe we needed some sauce because I eat my chicken wings without sauce and he's always been very courteous even the staff that he supervises is also amazing I think this is the best way that round table pizza should be handling all its customers. One time I placed order for pick up and they were backed up and I loved the fact they told me it might take a little more time for my order. It was all good as long as my food was on point and it was. GREAT JOB ROUND TABLE PIZZA IN MARTINEZ KEEP IT UP. My parents come all the way here to Martinez to Round table because the one in Pittsburg is bonkers.

I placed an online order for pickup an hour later. I show up an hour later and they don't even have my order isnt even in the oven. Supervisor told me it was because they had to thaw the Alfredo sauce which was part of my order. Suggestion to the store manager; make sure your staff has sauce thawed for the day. I'm rating 4 star because the shift supervisor redid my purchase and added a discount. And I love Roundtable Pizza.

Be forewarned that this particular location tends to ask for ID, even if you're not buying any alcohol. It drives my dad up the wall - he suggests they may have had issues previously with people abusing gift cards or something. Good pizza, anyway - I've been going here since I was a kid. Their crust (especially pan crust) is thick and fluffy, uncommon in many trendier pizza places.

Great pizza here. Always extremely good. They have an awesome pizza buffet for lunch that is a great deal. Besides that, it’s expensive compared to a dominos, but worth the price. I always go with the $19.99 large special at the time. Only downside is the interior of the restaurant could use an upgrade, carpet old and booths unsupportive.

It was okay. Not one of the best as far as pizza. Ive had better Round Table that's for sure. Also lettuce in salad bar had mostly white hard pieces if you know what I mean. Pizza was not as done as I would have liked. Wasn't terrible.

Went to the dinner buffet with the wife. I was pleased, great variety of pizzas, nice selection at the salad bar and all the food was freash and tasty, lots of tvs with sportsball playing. However there was no cheese pizza, a favorite for my wife, and the men's room was in poor shape. It was very clean but the fixtures were old or just not functioning at peak performance. Overall good place to eat.

Never been here (this location) before and I live like across the street. A little pricey for a medium pizza but man, it tastes really good! The pizza was cooked in 8 mins.

My rating for this place is a 3 start because our pizza was not made the way we instructed. We gave specific instructions on how we wasn't our pizza made but it didn't come out that way. Anyway we mentioned it to the cashier who took our order and she apologized and gave us a break for the next time we come for pizza. Her customer service in dealing with us was excellent. She listened to our complaint, acknowledge their error in order and defused the situation. I hope she went back to the attending person in charge to leery him or her know about a customer concern.

I did request more sauce but I couldn’t tell if there was chicken on my bbq chicken pizza. My wing order wasn’t split and the were overcooked.

Everything about this restaurant is great except for one staff member, whose name I believe is Rina or Raina. I am not completely sure of her name, but she has been extremely rude every time we have visited. The food is good, and we have been coming here for years, but her behavior toward customers is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Because of the way she treats people, we have decided not to come back as a family.

Is taking twice longer than what they said with a wait off time will never return again

Pizza is absolutely amazing, but their service is not timely and, at times, inaccurate. Order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes at the time of order but were ready anywhere between 20 minutes and 1 hr late. Some of our orders were also incorrectly made and/or missing. UPDATED TO 2 STARS (-1 STAR) Pizza is still good but they constantly mess up our orders. They better step their game up or else there's another star gone. UPDATED TO 1 STAR (-1 STAR) Pizza is still good but service sucks. 5/5 times we've been there, they've messed up our order. To make things worse. They're not timely. We ordered 1.5 hour in advance and they were still late by .5 hrs.

Yeah, I tried to order a pizza and have it delivered, but Round Table wouldn't do it simply because I only wanted a personal sized pizza, that's it!, and apparently that's not enough for them to deliver. Lame as hell!!

Hours read 10am-11pm... Great! I come in for take out and the doors are locked at 10:20am. I call, the lady (very snarky) says they're open, to which I reply that the doors are locked. She then tells me they're open but not open all the way. How does that make any sense!??. I mention that I wanted to order and am outside to which she very rudely answers as if I have somehow done something wrong that somebody is in the front and probably opening the door soon! If your hours are not 10am-11pm don't post those as your hours and you won't have customers at that time. Most definitely don't make your customers feel like an inconvenience because they are there for your services. Will not be returning to this location.

VERY dirty! Waitress walked in and asked if we were done with EVERY single plate and cup. This usually wouldn't matter but we had a party of 20+ people. She then asked if she bothered us, since we looked since we were having a meeting,which was nice except the total sarcasm in her voice. Then the next time she came, she pointed at the plates she wanted. She then continuously poked my dad on the back to ask if he was done with his drink. The pizza was pretty good, except that there was sausage on the so called "vegetarian" pizza.

The owner was rude and the staff seemed disorganized. He acted irritated that we were even there to order in person, asking if we were just picking up, and didn’t bother to say hello. After placing our order, he forgot to include our drinks—we had to reorder and pay for them separately. I understand food service is tough, but if you can’t handle it, maybe it’s time to consider another line of work

I get that Round Table franchises their locations out but why this franchise thinks they can get away with charging 45 dollars for a large pizza is beyond me. Then, their staff is SO RUDE! The latino girl who seems to run the place is extremely rude, condescending, impatient and very short with you when you ask questions. Bottom line, if you can afford to pay 25% higher than any other Round Table and you have the patience as a paying customer to be disrespected by the people serving your food than by all means, give them your business. I will no longer buy from this place, which is unfortunate because I love Round Table.

I've seen the store manager argue with a customer about coupons and remaking food cause it wasn't what they ordered and she just goes it's not her problem! Who does that?! I decided to never come back here again. Tables were a mess. Bathrooms were disgusting. Overall store is just horrible. Get help.
