Disappointed today. 😭 Lupe, one of the staff members, seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, but she didn't even fold the turkey properly, just threw it in the bread. When I asked her to toast it twice, she got defensive and snapped at me. The other staff member at the register even chimed in to confirm my request, so it wasn't like I was being unreasonable. I've been coming to this shop for a while, and I've always tried to be considerate of Lupe's preferences, even when making my sandwich my way. However, it's clear that her attitude and frustration affected the quality of my meal. As someone who appreciates the hard work that goes into the food industry, I understand that customers can be challenging, but it's essential to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when serving food. Hopefully, the management will take steps to support their staff and improve customer service. In the meantime, I'll be looking for alternative options (and my sandwich cravings) elsewhere... or timing my visits strategically 😉, so I can enjoy my usual sandwich without any issues.

Food was pretty good, but the lady doing the vegetables for our sandwiches had a really bad attitude. They unfortunately only had one type of bread left, not to mention a 6" pre-made sandwich, which was left where the bread was being stored. I would not be lying if I said I put no tip when paying. If you don't want to be there, you can find other job options, no one is judging you, just don't take it out on the customers.

Most times they make amazing sandwiches here. Today however, I was a bit disappointed as someone manning the front seemed almost upset that I asked for specific tweaks to my sandwich. More over the bread was so over toasted that several inches on either end were nearly rock hard/in-edible.

Been here multiple times to give them a fair chance but I've been disappointed every time with how sloppy and overly sauced the sandwiches are. Staff is polite and friendly they just need retrained.

My husband picked up sandwiches from this location the last two times we have tried it. Last time sandwich was sloppy and I ordered online and didn't get half my order. This time the sandwich was just a thrown together mess. So much sauce, all of the over the top toppings were just thrown on, and it was a disaster. I took off most of the toppings and wiped off the sauce just to eat the sandwich. They also took forever on the orders and the take away attitude was that they didn't want to be there working. Definitely will go to another location instead of this one, it was just convenient while doing stuff in town.

Came in today and the 2 employees (Dustin and Crystal) were too busy talking to their friend over the counter to even acknowledge us. After waiting 10 minutes they finally noticed us. Dustin was rude and acted like he was annoyed by the fact that we interrupted his conversation with his buddy. The food area was in complete disarray, with vegetables mixed up. There was dressing, onions and peppers all over the tomatoes in the bin. Both employees were talking loudly to their friend over our shoulders while we were trying to tell them what we wanted on our sandwiches. This was the worst trip we've had to this location, but none of our visits here have been very good. Someone needs to get control over this location, and quickly.

Service with a smile. This subway has always been my preferred subway, great friendly service, speedy food, and always a great job. On August 3rd, 2017, a new employee was hired. Her name is Crystal Stone. She is the worst employee I have ever encounter in any restaurant. She complained, rolls her eyes, has THE worst attitude, plus shes slow and sloppy, and just slaps things around and throws stuff. She has ruined my previously sacred subway location. And my very own happiness, I used go to subway once every two weeks to get a sub, now I only go because nothing else is open, and God forbid Crystal Stone is working. Dear Subway of McGregor, Texas; do us all a favor, fire Crystal Stone, hire employees who can carry their own weight and do so with a smile, or I'm never coming back.

Slow and disrespectful employees. They spend more time joking and horseplaying than actually working. Sloppy food prep and store appearance. Our food is so poorly put together that everything falls out and is a huge mess. It seems everyone who works in here is young and there is no accountability for running the store as a Subway. Need upper management to come in and clean house. They are ruining the name for the franchise. We eat here very often (several times a week for healthy food choice) and 9 times out 10 this is the same experience.

It's 5 o'clock on a Monday only 1 person working....then after ordering 2 pizzas and 3 footlong sandwiches which is about 30 bucks only cash I had was 22 dollars change and a 100 dollar bill they refused to break it and threw all the food away rather than take my money....how stupid is that a total loss over their inability to have change in a store. Sad thing is after the last visit there is said I'd never go back because food was bad now worse service and the manager was actually there eating at a table and came up to me with an attitude because of the dollar size.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch . Was given a footlong with shredded chicken and bacon . When I called about my sandwich, I was told that thats how they make it which is not as advertised, or how I previously had in the past. I wish I could post this disgusting sandwich 2 thumbs down

Employee Kristi is unprofessional can be! She made a rude comment with attitude when I ordered, I ask what she said and changed the topic. Male employee Michael was okay. These people definitely need customer service training. Everyone keeps complaining about it and leaving bad reviews. Mostly bc of the employees. Definitely not coming back. Floor was sticky .

I come here all the time for lunch. This is my first time coming for breakfast. It says they open at 7am and it wasn't until 707 that someone came out to open. It may not seem like it's a lot to wait but had I known I wouldn't have wasted my time and I would've gone to eat somewhere else. Once they finally opened i went in to order soup and they didn't have any ready. Why open if you aren't prepared?

I thought it was an honest mistake but out of the 7 times I've been 6 orders have been wrong. And they'll ring you up for sandwiches worth more than what you order. Worst subway to date.
