I have a Subway that is closer to my home but I came to this one because it is closer to my son's school. David is an amazing Sandwich artist and he is so friendly. He has so much patience and always makes the salad so good. Because of David I made this Subway the only Subway I go to. The service is so wonderful. I will continue to be a returning customer thanks to David. I really appreciate you!!
We used to go to the other location in McKinney on US 380 but due to a terrible worker there we came to this one. This place is clean. I know there is only one person working and you have to wait a little bit. Yet the service you get is great. She answers questions with great attitude and manner. She looks at you like trying to get you what you want exactly. Great service and great clean place. It is Sunday January 11th 2026. Family of 5.

Subway quality isn't the best but it's still good. This location has Cherry Coke, which many places to not. 😀 I've coming to this location off and on for a while now but never knew it is open 24 hours a day, every day. Knowing this now, I'll probably come by at the late night hours, when everything else is closed, for the night.

Hire more workers. 1 person shouldn’t be working during peak hours. I’ve never came here and not had to wait. Even when I order online and have a set pick up time it’s still 10+ minutes.

I like subway, but every time I am at this location the only music that plays is Christian rock. I find it a bit disrespectful towards the rest of the 12 main religions out there, along with my upbringing with religious trauma. It's not at all acceptable for the broad public. Please remember that other people outside of this one religion, full of the most disrespectful and cruel people towards others, exist. Please play something everyone can feel safe with.

This was my favorite subway spot to visit but tonight Maria left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be visiting this location again. Maria was very sarcastic for one I got 2 all American salads. The Hispanic guy was putting out toppings on their and she came from the back while he is fixing my salads to stop me to pay. I was the only customer during that time so she made me feel rushed as if I wasn’t going to pay for my food. I didn’t understand she was in back working while getting my salad fixed. She stopped me from finishing my salad to pay. She over charges me and was charging me for the wrong thins. I got an all American salad and she was charging me separate stuff way higher than I ever paid. I normally pay 9 something for one all American salad which is for regular meat not double meat. Marie didn’t want to hear me out nor explain why I’m being charged that much. She was like you can call my manager and the price is what it is. I have been to this location all the time and from my understanding there is a difference between a 6fr versus 12ft. I am highly unhappy with this location and will file a complaint very displeased. She interrupted in the mist of making my salad hell I forgot the other stuff and ranch I was gone get to go on the side.
I had the worst experience ever with subway! I order online and it didn’t have an option to toast my flatbread. So I asked politely if they could toast it. The lady who was there on night shift told me that I need to purchase an another sandwich and to call corporate. Very rudely! So asked if I could purchase the flatbread and she yelled out CALL CORPORATE! softly said N words always trying to get free food.
Typical subway atmosphere and service. Food quality has tanked and prices are absurd. $21 for three six inch subs? The bread was stale and the veggies were clearly old. What happened to subway?
There is one girl who when she was making my footlocker sandwiches was super stingy with the ingredients, 3 cucumbers on my footlocker sandwich and 5 jalapeños. Please give me what I'm paying for or retrain on how to make a sandwich
I ordered through DoorDash and had ordered double meat on my sandwich. When I got the sandwich I didn’t see any. When I took it in to get it corrected the worker told me that there was double meat on it and coped and attitude saying maybe it got squished. There’s no way double meat got squished enough to not even see any of it. Photo attached of the “double meat” portion.
I opened my sandwich and this is what it looked like there was mayo alllllll over the bag. Back to never eating subway. The lady who made my sandwich seemed like she was in a hurry and was a bit aggressive with the staff.

Had 2 footings made just now 10/19/24 at 1pm. Went to pay, had a coupon. Their scanner didn’t work to scan it. And she claimed there’s no way to enter the coupon without scanning it. Makes absolutely no sense, and something that needs to be addressed.
Whoever MARISOL is she's complete trash. My daughter's and I stood in front of the line for no lie 45 minutes without even a gretting. After I asked what the issue was, MARISOL decided to lash out that ONLINE DELIVERIES TAKE PRIORITY. This is not posted on the store door, this is not listed online. If this information was accessible, I would've ordered online first then picked up my kids food. Instead, she decided to tell me I could just leave. Not once did she say hello, give me a second, I need to complete these orders, not even eye contact! So to tell me I could leave AFTER waiting 45 minutes to NOT even order is unacceptable. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. I literally watched them scrap bottom pieces of the bins to put on sandwiches. They were dripping records receipts on the food and on the floor and just kept going, they weren't even heating the food up all the way. I witnessed SO MUCH in that timeframe, I'll never go to this location and I advise everyone to CHOOSE BETTER!!
Older lady there is extremely short and rude with people. Would recommend going to another sandwich joint where you can get better food and service. My tip is dont work at a place if you're not happy there!!!
The little girl who was working tonight(11/19) at 6pm was extremely rude. Placed an online order and requested ghost pepper bread. Got to the store and she said they were out, so she replaced it on her own WITHOUT consulting with the customer THEN gets mad and talks under her breath about the substituted bread is basically the same..She then goes on to say that they were out of a lot of the other items, so we then asked for a refund because our sandwich wasn’t going to be the way we like it.. I was told refunds cannot be done in store and has to be done online, which was a lie. So we called the store and asked if a manager was there and she asked “why” then stated “yall made me waste 4 sandwiches”. She also mentioned that THE ASSISTANT MANAGER THERE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND EITHER..
Yikes. Management of this store clearly doesn’t value their customers. Scheduling one person to work while there’s a line out the door? Wow. This review does not reflect the person working on the counter as she was probably trying her best. Corporate, look into the manager running this facility. Nobody should have to run a store alone when customers are coming through the door non stop. The food quality was poor but it’s definitely due to only one person being in the store, no time to change things, no time to clean. Bathrooms were disgusting as well.

The bread was stale and we ordered a sandwich that came with avocado and there was barely any left and she didn’t offer to either take a charge off or make more to add. The bathrooms are disgusting and even worse is the bathroom key which is so unsanitary.
Ordered a steak sandwich as it comes to try. The people behind the counter asked me multiple times about what I wanted to put on it to which I responded multiple times as it comes... They almost put the wrong sauce in it lol. The sandwich was disgusting but after spending ok very 12 bucks for it for my lunch I finished it anyways. Big mistake ended up vomiting it all up. Not coming back to this location
I wouldnt go there even if I was hungry from past 1 week. Rude staff, made up prices and policies. Apparently only this location has jacked prices for simple sandwiches, and they want to charge extra $0.89 for 1 more line of sauce. Crazy!! Asked about it, they said yes subway increased their prices just 2 weeks ago. Now I cannot find anywhere on the entire Google,nor on the subway website about this new prices, and extra for 1 extra line of sauce. Save your money and go at a diff location..

When I went to this subway I was charged for two sandwiches when I only ordered one. I was told that the manager would be informed and a picture of my receipt was taken and sent to the manager on the phone. I was told that the money would show back up on my account within 24 hours. It did not. After 4 days of waiting I called back and asked since I wasn’t getting my money back could I atleast get the sandwich I was charged for. I was told that the employee who answered the phone “vaguely remembers” the situation but could not give me my money back or the sandwich I had paid for without the receipt that they had taken a picture of. I know it’s only like 10 dollars, but I didn’t get what I paid for. Also I wish I had a picture of how the sandwich I did receive looked, the entire thing was spilling out and was stuffed like a hotdog in a bun, like actually made sideways. Don’t go here. There’s plenty of other options.
