Don't usually do Starbucks seems like they have become passe. But the crew here was rocking to great tunes and cranking out tons of drive up and walk-in orders. I had a pound of beans and as I've been motorcycle camping for a few weeks and didn't bring my grinder they were awesome to make frenchpress worthy grindings for me. Up the PCH and home to Glendale, OR. Thanks guys.

This place is treating me like I matter while I wait for help. I had an idea my fellow traveler should leave his laptop here while he goes back to a terrible place for his passbook, since it is so low on batt and it could sit here at Starbucks charging with my and my dog Chippy. He said “now that’s an idea I like” and he pointed at me. Then he sped away in his Toyota with the Alexandria Vol ume blasting. But here I sit with treads under my feet. Lanes to go. Miles after James. Severally Lovely is the time at this Starbucks. A great place for work and a touch of energy before facing the last mile to whence ~~~~ CA ÑADA

This place is always super busy in the peak season. Don't forget to lock your car doors parking lot has character. Average service for a corporate Starbucks. It's the only place for Miles with good tea and coffee. So, it wins for best tea and coffee in the neighborhood. In the busy season there's super slammed but in the offseason it's a ghost town. I stopped by here after driving in the area. The staff were very friendly, the service was quick and the coffee was good. There was enough parking in the area as well. I would definitely recommend stopping by here if you're in the area and need a quick cup of coffee.

Fast and hot is what you get, rich and dark is what you taste.. its a coffee shop that beats a bar or an instant cup from a service place. Get there early or get there late, it's so fresh and aromatic it will wake you right up.

I usually go there for caramel frappe's but I also liked their other drinks, i would recomend if you like coffee-free drinks: chai tea, strawberry refresher, pink drink or strawberry and raspberry acai! For my coffee buddies I would recomend the basic...😅 caramel frappe, Irish style cold brew, caramel macchiato, vanilla bean frappuccino, and Americano! (I would also recommend looking at their website because their are lot more of drinks to choose from)these were some of my personal favorites.... Thank you!

Drink are good but the drive true was 35min I guess they are short in personal. If you see the line by taco bell were the white Jeep is don't get in line if your in a rush other wise sit back and enjoy the view lol

Forget about our order, young male working (no name badge) not so friendly and didn't apologize. It wasn't busy and no one was in line so I don't know why our order was never done until we went up and asked.

I come here often and I always place my order from the app. I always order a iced coffee and once in a while I'll order a sandwich. This place consistently forgets the sandwich. I always have to flag someone down to complete my order and it's really frustrating. And there's no apology most of the time.

I ordered a venti sized hot americano with half and half cream and 7 regular sugars, but when I tasted the coffee, it did not taste sweet. The employee told me that for some reason he thought the ticket said 3 sugars, so they replaced my coffee with the correct sugar count; it tasted perfect.

This particular location is not on my 2nd stop list. The ladies were not friendly at all. I ordered me drink and it was incorrectly made. I informed the associate, she turned and said i'll make you another one. She never even looked at me. Rude, rude employees.

No soap in men's room,place was very dirty,6 employees working. Slow guy making drinks. Not very busy. Flys! 🚨🚨

This is literally the worst Starbucks in the valley, they are usually out of stuff, the latte hot drinks are not well made, 3/4 full cups, long waits. Customer service not the best, the girls working there tend to get a little cranky. We work down the road and this is not a one time issue, which is why I took the time to write this review, happens very often. Just because its on the east side of the valley and some customers are farm workers, they shouldn't down grade the service and quality!!

I ordered a tall matcha ice latte and in 6 drinks it was gone. And it's makes sense since it's was filled with ice 3/4 of the way. That's sad especially since they are almost $5. And not to mention it was mostly milk too. Very disappointing..

Dont judge me......i never was a fan of starbucks!! I dont see what the big fuss is all about. Plenty of other ciffee shops to go to other than this commercial coffee place. Usually don't review this little amount of stars for Starbucks, but I was extremely disappointed. Will never go through the drive through again at this location, I had no idea it was so slow.. First time at this location and it took 45 minutes to get a iced gingerbread latte with breve. Ordered it iced and it came out hot so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get the correct order. My husband was livid as it took us an hour longer to get home. We were on our way to Baldwin Park from Salton Sea Beach, on New Year's day. Thanks!

This place is the worst when it comes to hours of operation ,mobile orders, and keeping there dinning room open ..... Fyi to corporate this is a truck stop so when your lazy employees don't have your dinning room open you loose thousands of $ and customers I recommend new management that actually cares about you ROI cause this place should be a gold mine... Infact while writing this review I was informed that they are no longer excepting orders for the day and it's only 5:45 on a Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend

Towards their closing time they don't have all the ingredients to make what you want because they sale out. Seems like their lazy to do the work when their 1 hour or 30 minutes away from out of work.

The Starbucks time lost, friendly but the two iced coffees were not made very well. Bitter, little ice and not enough syrup. Furniture in disrepair and exterior smelled like a dumpster.

Super slow service. Been in line for 15 min already drive thru and seems theres only one barista. Understaffed location.

This is the second worst service and experience here at this location. It's unacceptable!The first one, they got my wife's order wrong. They gave her a mocha instead of a caramel frap. The second mistake was today around 8:30pm, an oversized short women on the drive-thru window was so demanding and hustling my order .I ordered a Teavana ice -tea Venti and she gave me a toll , also i ordered 3 toll frapps and the cups where half full ! I'm really upset .Hopefully they make a positive change on their service .

I love Starbucks in Mecca there's some great people working there, but I went last night to the drive thru and they got my order wrong, I went inside was really nice asked if they can make the correct one, the guy had an attitude and I swear he gave me the same one. I ended up throwing it away at home.

Extremely dissatisfied waited at the order screen for a five minutes then drove up to the window and they tell me they can’t take my order there they told me I can either go inside and order or go back around in line and now there are multiple cars now in line and running in a rush for work so that doesn’t work so I decided to leave that is not proper customer service. Every other Starbucks has taken my order at the window if there was an issue at the order screen.

I am a gold member of Starbucks. I spend hundreds of dollars here ...This is the second bad experience I've had in this Starbucks. I gave them another chance today and stopped by today at 9pm I asked if i can use the restroom becuase my daughter is pregnant and they said i could not use the restroom because they are cleaning it because they are closing. The hours say it closes and 10:30. At 9:00pm as i walked in the store it smelled like strong cleaning supplies the bakery case was empty lights were shut off. I dont understand why the store looks closed at 9pm when the hours are clearly 10:30!!! This is really upsetting! I was so upset i forgot to ask for her name .She also suggested i use the restroom at Del Taco when i purchased Starbucks!

This is my second time receiving bad service here. It has nothing to do with the staff for this time, but rather the quality of the drink. I specifically ordered a Venti Horchata Almondmilk Frappuccino with caffeine. When I received my drink, it was only half way filled in the cup, the cup did not have the dome top as it has to be for this drink, and it was poorly made. When I asked for them to fill it all the way to the top, they said they couldn’t. This is the second time I don’t get a good drink, and still paying in full. I would not come back to this store again because I do not feel as if they can even do their job correctly.

Trying to make a order and dining room is closed and they won’t let you walk thru the drive-thru since we have a trailer that can not access it - this location runs right along the road to Glamis therefore there is a lot of people who have trailer stopping here and it is most inconvenience - I guess they don’t want to make money - I was not the only people walking away today

on Sep 5, I was buying a coffee on 90496 66th Ave, Mecca, CA 92254 The girl who was caring on drive-thru gave my coffee with the cover opened, and all coffee feel in my leg, feel ma lot of pain, but the saddest of everything is that girl didn't tell me anything, she didn't anything to help me, I ask for some napkins and she is angry with me. well the point is that every day I bought a coffee from some Starbucks, and never happen before .But I want to you gays know what happen with one of your workers.

This Starbucks is extremely slow. The drinks we ordered were poorly made and tasted mostly like water and it left a terrible after taste like medicine. Payed and didn't get a receipt back.

Ordered my drink @140 pm. Didn't get my drink till 205. Now why would a corporation only have 3 employees for a location right off the freeway ! Poor girls they looked so exhausted ! I'm pretty sure they have the money .

Stopped by there on Thursday at around 850pm the door was locked and said only drive thru was open...then order was wrong. On Sunday, I stopped there again as I'm traveling back and they took a long time and it was not busy at all, customer service was not good like other Starbucks I've been to. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The hours of services are ridiculous. It is really hot out there in the Valley talking of Mecca and is closed when is on the hotes hours. Worst coffee i ever had. Ordered hot caramel machiato and my friend took hot mocha. The coffee tasted like a diluted hot milk with coffee flavor. Total waste of money.

Ordered two grande mochas w/ almond milk and whip cream and a pastry. They took forever to make it and no one told me my pastry was sitting on the counter. I watch the barista, she had filled the cup to the brim with no whip cream, she put the lids on and then took them off to add the whipped cream, but there wasn’t any room so she did one squirt of whipped cream in each. I guess she felt like adding a teaspoon of whipped cream was still adding it. But I didn’t want any hassle so I left. Our mochas taste odd, my husband who never complains said it tastes like water and chocolate and it does. Terrible!

They are never open, they have a sign on the front door stating they open sundays from 10-6. Drive thru line was full & at 10:16 they put a sign that it was going to be closed. Never AGAIN oh my goodness this Starbucks is so horrible never again will I go here again in my life. When I ordered my drink and got it it smelt bad like sweaty testicles making me gag every time I took a drink I threw it away what a waste of 4.95 dollars that I will never be able to get back because my drink tasted like a teenage kid who wanted a the new iPhone 15 horrible horrible.

I go every weekend to this Starbucks and never had any issues until today. I ordered 6 drinks via mobile order. Upon arrival to the drive thru window, I asked for a drink carrier because I was the only person in my car and my car only fits two drinks. The guy at the window told me I had to go inside for a carrier and I had to pay for it. Never heard of paying for a drink carrier, but ok. I clarified and he said I could not pay for it at the drive thru window I had to go inside and pay for it to get it. I asked him what the difference was between paying at the drive thru window or getting off and paying inside. Mind you there was no one behind me in the drive thru. I told him I don’t mind paying but be realistic man you see it’s only me in my car and it’s six drinks. The math doesn’t add up in this situation. He just looked at me and gave me a blank stare like if he didn’t care. I told him ok it is what it is my tough luck and I left clutching onto all 6 drinks while trying to drive. Horrible experience from a normally good spot I liked to go to.

Ordered 5 drinks and didn't get a holding tray for my drinks. They didn't have anything resembling a box to hold my drinks during my drive. My car only has two cup holders. I tried asking for additional help with my drinks and the drive through attendant just closed the window and went about her business. Loved the coffee but hated the costumer service.

The staff is all lovely but the quality of coffee at all Starbucks has gone way down and this is no exception. We actually stopped going as part of the boycott but really needed a bathroom today and they were close. As we still had a few dollars on a gift card decided to just use it up and I will say, very poor quality. Again, it had been going downhill at every location for at least a year before the war and we had not missed it at all. We don't do foofoo drinks so drip or Americano are our go tos and Starbucks used to be very consistent across the country for quality and flavor. We didn't mind supporting them before because they offered full benefits to even part time staff but we definitely don't want to give them money now. Again, it was a gift card balance so they already had the money. So, not only are they supporting an aparthied regime, but they are chincing out on the product they sell. Support local!!!

Employees are always so rude and in a bad mood. I had an employee try and tell me where to pick up my drink next time I ordered . Tall blonde lady, I felt profiled or just treated differently from other customers.

And used the gift card I bought them with the drink to buy the correct drink again! Very disappointed

I go every weekend to this Starbucks and never had any issues until today. I ordered 6 drinks via mobile order. Upon arrival to the drive thru window, I asked for a drink carrier because I was the only person in my car and my car only fits two drinks. The guy at the window told me I had to go inside for a carrier and I had to pay for it. Never heard of paying for a drink carrier, but ok. I clarified and he said I could not pay for it at the drive thru window I had to go inside and pay for it to get it. I asked him what the difference was between paying at the drive thru window or getting off and paying inside. Mind you there was no one behind me in the drive thru. I told him I don’t mind paying but be realistic man you see it’s only me in my car and it’s six drinks. The math doesn’t add up in this situation. He just looked at me and gave me a blank stare like if he didn’t care. I told him ok it is what it is my tough luck and I left clutching onto all 6 drinks while trying to drive. Horrible experience from a normally good spot I liked to go to.
