The girl that made our food is a caring sandwich artist. She meticulously places every item evenly. I even watched her in the background, make a to go order and looked like the elite chicken & bacon ranch, and it looked almost identical to the picture. She didn’t even know anyone’s watching her and still made sure the Togo order was going to be perfect for her customer! Love it!!
I get lunch from here all the time, and always have a great experience! The entire team is awesome— especially Aqua!! Thanks for always smiling and making some great sandwiches!
Just be aware that curbside is not an option even tho it’s available on line and a sign in the parking lot, And if you try to ask why it’s not available you get a head shake no even a verbal response. Pretty sure he was the manager, kids making the sandwiches were very polite and were helpful.
The problem here is the person making the sandwiches. I came at 8pm when the store was empty and the lady took 10 minutes to make one single sandwich. Sloppy preparation, ingredients not well placed inside of the bread. Management needs to make adjustments and train their staff properly
Went here twice, first time was good. Second time they put some gross looking moldy cheese on both our sandwiches.
This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever ordered from. I couldn’t find the tuna in my tuna sandwich at first, and I finally peeled back the cheese and found the thinnest layer. The other sandwich I ordered also apparently had very little meat in it as well. Never ordering from this location again.
8 slices of meat is what is advertised. 4 slices this time and 5 slices last time. $12 for about 2.5 ounces of meat, veggies and a bun isn't going to get it done.
3pm in the afternoon, I walked in and they refused to take my order since I didn’t prefer it online. This is ridiculous customer service.
Me and my family of 3 walked in and our experience was terrible. We asked this lady for 2 toasted footlongs with turkey and provolone cheese. She took maybe 15 minutes when there was nobody else in the store. she stood there for a good 5 minutes not doing anything and waiting for the other lady who spoke english, but was not helpful. i got so tired i had to sit down in the resturaunt while my mom was standing there waiting for her to use her simple knowledge (which she didn't have). She also would not make eye contact with us and started doing other projects like taking out bread of the oven, putting gloves on and off, and trying for 3 minutes to separate this cheese. If you come here, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes and be treated terrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!!
Manager needs to get rid of the lady with the big hair!! First of all she's slow as hell, extremely sloppy with the food and can't understand or read the orders. I ordered online and it still took 20 minutes to get my order!
I have been ordered the same sandwich for the past 10 years and have never had it made so sloppy. New workers need sandwich making lessons. Protein on one side and topping on the other. Felt like I was eating two different sandwiches the whole time. Also have had multiple issues with language barrier.
I got a Philly cheesesteak with a bunch of stuff on it such as extra onions, cheese, and peppers. The only things that came on it was the steak, mayo, and bread. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS RIGHT NOW. Terrible service. The employs suck. They didn’t even get the bread right. Fix your employees.
Horrible place. I ordered on the app and had to order in the place because they wouldn't take my order. After waiting half an hour, it was just a bowl, and they only gave me half or less of what the order actually have. It was almost empty. Terrible service. Please, don't anyone go there. The food at any gas station is better. That place sucks
I ordered two footlongs in the app at 8pm, received the order email confirmation, paid for my meals, but the store refused to honor the fact that I had a confirmation email, already paid, LEFT A TIP, all because their system had an issue and they claim to not have receicved the order and the guy said, and I quote, “not my problem”. Then claimed to call a manager, then proceeded to tell me “I would if I could but they said no”, right after telling me no. Never order ahead here. Never prepay a tip. Customer service is dead and the employees lie to your face smiling about it.
This is the worst service I’ve ever received at a subway in my life. I ordered online came into the store and there was only one person ahead of me. My order wasn’t started, they did two full orders that walked in after me before even starting on mine, and then when the young lady started making the order she told me she was out of ranch and her coworker told me that it was more in the back. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. While waiting for them to fix my sandwich they made two more orders And one of the young men was getting ready to start making another order while my sandwiches sat there getting cold. All they needed to do was wrap my sandwiches so I could leave and I had to politely ask them to please wrap my sandwiches because I have been waiting. The store was dirty it’s never like that.
I recently visited this Subway location and, while the food itself was excellent, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I politely asked the employee twice if she was ready to take my order, but she didn’t respond or even acknowledge me. Eventually, the manager stepped in—but rather than improving the situation, she made it worse. She rolled her eyes, was visibly rude, and began speaking negatively about me to the other staff right in front of me. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the team completely overshadowed what could have been a great experience. I hope this location takes steps to seriously improve its customer service.
I ordered two subs through the Subway app for pickup, hoping for a convenient and reliable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly—wrong ingredients, wrong bread, and even toasted when I explicitly did not request to sub toasted. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the food, which was absolutely unacceptable. I reached out to Subway to address these issues, but the franchisee's response to my complaint was dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of attention to detail, poor food preparation, and subpar customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I expected better from Subway, but this experience has made me reconsider ever coming back to this specific location.
