I recently visited Wendy's and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Christina. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and ensured my order was taken promptly and accurately. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the visit truly enjoyable.
I travel a lot and this is just one of a couple of stores I visit. It is the cleanest store I have ever been in. Well managed, I believe the managers name is Christine or Christina, clean, fast, and friendly. I go in the store occasionally but use the drive thru often. Restrooms are always clean, lobby is spotless and trash never piled up. Drive thru is fast and accurate. Marianne is the one usually in the window. She is fast and super friendly. I don’t always give reviews but this store just goes above and beyond. They flow really well together. It seems they have all worked together a long time as it’s a great flow. 👍 in every area for this store
I have been going to this Wendy’s for quite some time and I gotta say that my recent experiences have improved greatly since I’ve started seeing Marianne working the drive thru. She is always so helpful and kind! Honestly sometimes it feels like you get a drive thru attendant that just truly doesn’t want to be there but Marianne embodies excellent customer service. My fries are always fresh and I don’t ever have to wait too long in the drive thru. Great service. Great food. I stopped going to Wendy’s because back home in West Texas they are honestly just not good… I may have developed a little bit of an addiction now that I’ve experienced what a Wendy’s is SUPPOSED to be. 5 stars!
I lost my receipt so I didn’t get a chance to do the survey, but Marianne was a lovely young lady. She was so polite. I have had mixed experiences here and she was welcome change of pace.
That new manager Bradley is excellent and exceeded my expectations at every point. I came a little late, (around 12:25AM), and even though they were almost closed for the night, he still took my order for 14 Texas Double Biggie Bags and served me with a smile on his face. Had I known what time they close, I would have come a few minutes earlier, and while I wish they would post that somewhere, I was 100% satisfied with the service I received. This place keeps getting better every time I come here, Wendy's fans rejoice, your new favorite location is in Melissa.
I sometimes stop here after dropping my daughter at school. I get the biscuits and gravy. Very good. Usually have to wait for the gravy to be made. I don’t mind, but the last time took a bit longer. The manager graciously included two biscuit and sausage sandwiches. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. I will add one tiny complaint…bring back the vanilla frosty!!!!

I’m giving them 5Stars because they are young. We go here 3+ times a week. In the time we have been coming they have messed up our order a hand full of times but one thing is for sure. They do not mind making it right! They don’t answer the phone due to being busy… But I have spoken to two managers on separate occasions. Both were kind, understanding and made it right. Just have some understanding. The manager Savannah is very sweet. She is great at her job and customer service is superb. Also Ms. Sena(hopefully I spelled that correct) she is also great at her job. My husband did a huge order last night. We were missing items and some items were made wrong, the fries weren’t fresh. But it was close to closing time. And I know everyone was ready to go home! They didn’t answer last night so I called again today and Ms. Sena answered she said she had no problem fixing the order! Honestly just have some sympathy and understanding if something is wrong and speak up they will take care of you. But With that being said we go three times a week on avg. and normally everything is 👍🏾!
this is just a psa for people before they come bashing this store. yes sometimes the service is a little off due to the fact that barely anyone works in one spot for too long so not many of the employees are trained for all of it or have the right mindset. it basically IS just kids every night making your food. the men’s restroom lock looks like one that’s supposed to turn, but if you do that it locks everyone out once you’re done. just push the lock. and for a while we didn’t have a correct key for the lobby doors and we were unable to unlock the doors but one propped open. when the drink machine is out of syrup we truly can’t do anything to help it we just have to send someone to other stores for more or wait til truck comes. we are also short staffed a lot of the time. the frosty machine upsets us too we can’t even try the new flavors. we have to get a whole new machine to prevent further issues which we’re doing right now. we will remake your food and if you paid in store you can get a refund. speak to any manager they’ll tell you nothing but truth and be kind about it. be a person instead of a karen. most of these kids have been working their heads all day at school then making food for people who wanna order 5 biggie bags 10 minutes before closing.

I had Wendy's breakfast for the first time and was very impressed. The sausage, egg and cheese biscuits are not fast food quality, they are restaurant quality. They are definitely on the larger size, the sausage is square shaped and has a wonderful taste, the eggs seem like they are farm fresh and Wendy's cheese is always yummy. The potato wedges definitely surprised me. They were crispy and delicious. They remind me of KFC wedges, maybe even better. I wish I could order these all of the time, they are wonderful. The lady working the drive thru window was pleasant and very nice. That is not the first experience with her. She does a wonderful job with customers. Wendy's is now my favorite breakfast fast food stop and will definitely be back.

I’ve always had a very good experience but today was different. Chamuir took my order and was very rude. Rushing me through my order and when I got to the window no greeting or any type of interaction/communcation. She gave me my drinks and walked off. I had to ask the young lady who brought my food to the window for my receipt. Also, want to preference that I was the ONLY customer at the restaurant at that time so why all the rushing idk but it was uncalled for as well as her customer service!
The door to the interior was locked from the outside, because they couldn't find the key.. No signage for store hours. The only self-service soda machine was not carbonating properly. The self-serve ketchup pumps were out of order. The sales area lights were either off or 70% of the bulbs were out. No paper towels or hand-dryer in the restroom. The manager was nice and helpful to provide what we needed to eat our meal.
Employees are nice. Low rating because: They offer cookies on the menu but do not have an oven to make them. I have never had an order here be both correct and fresh. When I’ve used the app, they’ve had items be unavailable but haven’t said anything until I’m at the window and the order had already processed, where I cannot change it without going through a lot of trouble. If I was told at the speaker that they were out of the item, before they processed it, then I could’ve changed my order or decided to go elsewhere. This has a happened several times. Honestly I just drive to McKinney if I want Wendy’s now. Don’t even bother with this location.
Make sure you check your order made it home and missing food I paid for just dam shame I miss the 90s.
Placed an order on the app. Wanted chili for dinner. Got it home and it’s more beans than chili. Really disappointed. I usually go to the one in McKinney and never had an issue. Even the onions were sliced on top and not chopped like normal.
Didn’t know they switched to shredded cheese instead of sliced. We ordered our food and waited on it. Got it home, everything was just barely warm. Most, not even warm enough to melt the cheese. The one item that did melt the cheese was so dry it couldn’t be eaten.
Food was cold, fries were greasy and my burger had runny sauce on it. Not to mention I spent over 30$ and asked for 1 Bbq sauce and the guy said that will be 50 cents. Really? Never again

Hate this Wendy’s I will literally drive to the one in Allen off Stacy rd because this one food never fresh and taste horrible
Gave me the wrong sauce and forgot a fry we ordered and then argued that we had enough sauce we ordered 20 nuggets 2 sauces isn’t enough. Do better and have better service for paying customers 2/14/25 @4:20pm. They weren’t even busy! Next time I’ll drive to another location not worth it.

Went for breakfast this morning before work, had to wait for so long that we drove back through the drive thru. The employees we spoke with were so nice, but it took forever to get our order. We ordered 2 2/$3, 3 sausage biscuits and 1 egg and cheese. They gave us 2 sausage and 2 egg and cheese. The biscuits are dry, the food is bland, and the sausage is dry. I didn't even finish my breakfast. This is not the first time we have experienced such low service at this location....now I remember why we usually go to McKinney for Wendy's it's worth the drive if you want decent service and food.
I've been in fast food business and a manager for quite some time. If I could give a zero rating, I would! My family & I's food was incorrect, cold, and had hair in it😡!! I tried calling twice, (to receive my refund) and nobody is answering the store's phone.
My burger was dry and cold. I’m pretty sure the meat had been just sitting for a while and the bun was tough. Just went ahead and trashed it because I don’t like taking food back. My daughter’s nuggets were fresh though! Fries, meh!
If I could give lower than one star I would! The food is served luke warm at best . The chicken nuggets were stale and the fries tasted moldy. On numerous occasions this location is out of items that should be available. How is a fast food place out of fries or soft drinks? Have gone to this location several times and they are somehow out. This time they had and they were bad. What is going on? You serve like ten things and don’t have two of them! The dining room is closed at hours that should be normal open hours. Brands are built on consistency and you are blowing it! This location has been a cluster since its opening. Get it together or close the doors permanently!
I would give one star if I could! It’s beyond ridiculous waiting an extra 10 minutes when ordering mobile orders. When I asked why it took so long the cashier just smiled and laughed saying the food was cooking. When someone came inside a made an order and left before me that’s crazy. No wonder you guys have so many bad reviews! I don’t recommend
Convenient location, poor food quality and service. Long wait times with every visit. Uninterested staff. When ordering at the drive through today, I was told, “you want…. Wait…. Hold up…. Total at second window” after waiting 7 minutes at the second window I paid for my order, received my drinks with soda on the lid that spilled on me and my large French fry order was half full and half of them were completely cold and the other half room temperature. Horrible food quality and service. The Wendy’s in Princeton has superior service and food quality to this location. Skip the Melissa location.
Did mobile order they forgot one of my 4 pc nuggets did not add pickles or the Asiago cheese that I paid extra for and when I called it only sends you to a voicemail. Worst experience oh and my food was also could and the onions they had in my chill had ice on it and made my chili cold as well.
We were the ONLY ones here, I ordered through their app 3 kids meals yet they told us to pull forward?? Waited a long time, again we were the only ones here. Once we got our bags I saw they were missing 6 items! Our 3 cookies & 3 chocolate frostys for our kids so we had to go back. They didn't apologize or care, they said they don't have any cookies and they gave us our frostys, just becuase you're out of stock of something doesn't give you the right to NOT tell us on purpose.
Truly awful from every angle. The place was really run down but we hadn't been to a Wendy's for some time and thought we had to at least try. What a mistake. Soda machine was inoperative, the place was dirty. When the food arrived, it was cold, and rubbery. And even the chili had big chunks of what looked like left over hamburgers instead of chili meat. After three bites, my wife discovered her cheese was actually paper. We threw everything away and left.
They only take orders when they feel like it in the morning. They’ll ignore the drive thru and watch you leave. No communication

Whoah… what happened? I haven’t had Wendy’s in a while but their chicken sandwiches used to be thick and juicy. Man, the one I got was very sad and anything but juicy. It was so flat it looks like a patty at first glance. How Sad.
What is this? I ordered a number 11. Cost $10 and I am getting half a fry. Then you wait till I get to the window and you don't give me the cookies or the Dr pepper. And wait till I get to the window and tell me there is no dp as if you were just never going to give me a drink that I ordered in the first place. I told the guy that hopped me. He didn't care. Then so I pulled back through to order a medium fry and this is what I got. Are we for real right now? And I'm in my uniform... disrespectful.
TLDR; go somewhere else, this place is poorly managed, highly understaffed and they close the lobby without notice or signage. Food quality is also subpar, even for fast food. Update 09/16: Arrived at 9:45am to grab a quick breakfast on the road, door was locked, no signage why, outside trash was overflowing and trash was in front of the door.... what is happening here folks? Where is the management? I looked inside to see someone leaning against the counter inside the kitchen, obviously super busy. Orig review: Doubt the Mgr or staff will read this.. but it's worth a try. We stopped in to order some food while on the go, easy order.. FOUR $5 Texas Biggie Bags.. all the same. They made it quick and we were on the road.. all goo so far. Then my daughter turned to me and said there was a hair melted into the cheese of her half eaten burger 🤢 🤮 So, I called, got a VM and left a message thinking someone would reach back out to make it right. Three days later, no call back, nada. You're better off eating anywhere else but here.. too many options within one block to tolerant this kind of service.

They forgot my chicken sandwich, and got my drinks wrong. They tried to get us through the drive through so fast, that they got our order wrong. This happens EVERY TIME.
This Wendy’s has gone horribly down hill - Probably because the entire building smells like pot and the staff acts like it’s an inconvenience to order any food. The staff also left all of their food on tables and trashed the restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting and food was cold. Will never return to this Wendys and will be calling upper management.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. My intelligence was clearly insulted! I was given a half-full cup of lemonade because I requested no ice . THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION I EVER KNOWN TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS! Are the lemonade portions coming out of your paychecks ? I’m so confused. Furthermore, I asked for fresh fries, but what I got was a batch of fries that had been sitting out and were simply reheated. What's even more concerning is that the manager was present and condoned this nonsense. I'll be taking my business to other locations where I can expect better quality and service.
Ordered door dash. I know not door dash falt at all all 3 meals were wrong and missing food no cheese on any burgers no nuggets. And cold an I live maybe 10 minutes away. I'd add photos but we trashed it.
Definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It took over an hour to get our food and we even ordered in advance online. They were also completely disorganized and they weren't even sure they handed us the right order. The food was also insanely cold and stale. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
Waited for 20 minutes for my food. Burgers were on the cold counter for 15 minutes while we waited for nuggets and fries when they had them and were orders of people who came after us. The young man at the register was not helpful at all getting the orders out while the rest of the workers were busy getting drive through orders completed. I was extremely unhappy with this visit and will not be coming back to this location.

Until recently we used to think this was a good Wendy’s location. Not only was the food bad, cold, and our order was all wrong, but right at 10pm the entire staff decided to light up in the back and make the whole restaurant smell like pot. Pretty sure thats illegal and against health code. Probably why the food and staffs service was so terrible. Will not be returning to Wendy’s for long time.
Just placed a pick up order ahead of time. When at drive through still had to wait over 15min and watch drive thru cars behind me get their orders before me. Unreal. What's the point of online ordering ahead of time if I had to wait longer and still get my order with missing fries.
Horrible horrible horrible. Very expensive and food was old and not fresh. The waiter didn't know how to work. Didn't even ask if I wanted receipt. Then when i asked for it as i was getting the food, he said he threw it away. He also forgot to give me 2 drinks that i ordered. Never returning again. I'd advise you, do not come here as you will regret it. Not worth 35$ to ruin my night. And the owner doesnt even care this place sucks
