Sin duda uno de mis restaurantes favoritos para comer pollo

We arrived a bit before 5pm and I think they were closing up for the day. We don't speak much Spanish, but the staff were very friendly and accommodated us despite our timing. The air conditioning was very welcome. The chicken was great, and just what we needed after arriving in town late, having not eaten lunch. It's just a basic diner style restaurant, so no Instagram photoshoots here - the focus is on the food ☺️

The chicken was delicious, and the waiter was extremely friendly. My only suggestion is that there should be more side options, as the salad is very simple and the chips are from a bag. Everything else was excellent.

Good service from the young lady and the young man in charge of delivery. The establishment is very clean and looks good, everything is packaged with hygiene and safety. The only thing I would ask is that if people order everything divided, that it be so and that they do not deny plates or bags so that we can serve better.

I was recommended this place by a local. I love good chicken in the US in other little mexicos around the city and this place I believe ti be a chain was amazing. I traveled to Cancun, took a trip to the whole Yucatán peninsula and lunched as often as I could to this amazing chain of restaurants. I was skeptical that this location was able to find good service as they don’t have a parking lot and for a good time it was only one server. You can find public parking for $13 pesos around the block and the service was very quick and food amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal, great service, and excellent food.

The service was terrible. The cashier looked so unfriendly that I don't understand why they put her in a position to serve customers. They don't greet you or welcome you. The chicken is the star, but other than that, don't expect much else.

According to my receipt, cashier Uicab Martinez is not suitable for customer service. She has a sour face and seems to want customers to leave instead of making them buy. She always serves customers reluctantly, always saying that the item is in stock but that it will take a very long time, as if she wants you to leave. She always says 20, 30, or even 40 minutes when it's clear that's not the case. I tested this by buying something despite her saying it would take a while, and when I decided to wait, she made a face and charged me rudely. The other customers were friendly. In the end, I only waited 10 minutes. But if she doesn't like being at the front of the line ringing up customers, they should hide her away because she leaves much to be desired when shopping. She serves you with a bad attitude.

The chicken remains the traditional flavor of this restaurant even though it's been decades since it opened. It retains its delicious seasoning and is well served. The service is excellent and very attentive. The downside is that the owners have invested almost nothing in the facilities, resulting in a shabby appearance, old tables and chairs, and faded paint.

No tienen variedad de ensaladas y no tienen jugos o bebidas que NO sean gaseosas

Pésimo servicio, no nos quisieron atender por que según estaban haciendo limpieza, después de esperar media hora no nos quisieron atender, muy mala atención por parte del personal.

It's not the people's problem if they arrive when they are already taking out the last pieces of chicken and in order not to sell or for the customer to order, they answer you from the kitchen with an aggressive tone... Better to have more communication with the first person in customer service (cashier) and from that moment on, we already have service to the customer and that's it, not to make them have a bad time.

Terrible home delivery service, they give you an estimate of 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery and I placed the order at 2:30 PM and it's 5:05 PM and it hasn't arrived, I called the place and the receptionists are super rude, they respond reluctantly, saying that the order will arrive at approximately 5:40 PM, by the time the order arrives I'm no longer hungry 🙄 Terrible service, 3 and a half hours to take an order from the center to the south
