Dr. Fish Metepec Reviews
We liked the very nice, safe atmosphere, personalized attention, it's a perfect place. It's small, and I liked the view. The prices are very affordable. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a quiet evening, it has everything. It's also open from lunchtime.
I had a great time on my birthday, everything was super cool, you have a lot of fun alone, I didn't like the drink they gave me for my birthday, but everything else was super good.
Super good food at a good price, the atmosphere is the best, they have karaoke at night and the drinks are good too, good place and super central
A very pleasant experience, the food was delicious. It was a busy day due to the holiday, but we still got in right away. We ordered drinks and food, and everything was very tasty. I recommend the Gargamel (Smurf) and the shrimp in all their preparations. Highly recommended for families or for a party. 10 out of 10.
The taco macho is the best, the drinks are big and well-served, and on Sundays there are live musicians who sing very well. The downside is that if you come very hungry, you'll have to order several things because the portions are small, but that's good because you can try a variety of dishes. The view is incredible, a real reunion...
The balcony is nice, I liked the seafood soup, the only thing I needed was white bread :(, the empanadas are good, reasonable prices
Nice place and good service. They need to improve on serving the food at a good temperature. We received a cold empanada.
Super affordable prices. Good view of the Tlanchana fountain, since the place is right in front and therefore does not have parking, but there are places to leave your car in the surrounding area... Overall, I think the service is good, and the music is good, although if you can't stand loud, popular music (mainly reggaeton and banda), this is not the place to visit. As for food, there are a wide variety of seafood options... For spicy food lovers who want to order the shrimp a la diabla, I have to say that this dish is not spicy at all, so anyone, even those who don't eat spicy food, can get it. The salads that accompany the dishes are somewhat simple (consisting only of a base of lettuce, a few pieces of orange segments, and a yellow dressing), but ultimately they don't have a bad flavor... The rice is a good match 👍🏼... The marlyn and the octopus al pastor are delicious! 😋 I don't recommend sodas, they're sooooo sweet (but if that's what you like, then go for it!)...
The food is good, the prices are affordable. The service is terrible, and we've arrived several times at the supposed opening time only to be told there's no service yet.
TERRIBLE, it took them a long time to serve us and not to mention the food time, really very bad, if the owner of this place sees this: if you have a business you can't skimp on the staff, 1 waiter for 12 tables??? Your business is not going to grow like this
Terrible service. The waiter got the order mixed up, they never served one of the requested items, they took far too long to serve, and the explanation of the food was poor. When asked if it was very spicy, he said no, and the food was inedible.
Definitely bad service, bad food, dirty bathrooms. I don't recommend it. And it has nothing to do with luck or bad luck; it's only okay as a place to have drinks, but I wouldn't recommend it for a meal or with family.
Terrible service, raw fish. I told the waiter, and they just re-fried it and delivered it covered in grease. I was never offered salsas, tortillas, or crackers to accompany the food. The only good thing was the person who provided the live music. I wouldn't return and recommend looking for another place to eat.
My experience was as follows: we arrived with my whole family, and initially the waiter was very attentive. Later, when he was about to bring our food, he got confused with the order from the other table, and when we corrected him, he started getting angry, making faces and answering rudely. Some dishes took too long to arrive; some of my family members had already finished eating while others hadn't even started because their food hadn't arrived. Two fish fillets my family ordered arrived raw until we asked them to cook them properly, and two of the six shrimp in another dish, which were supposed to be cooked, also arrived raw. The seafood broth seemed more like potato and carrot soup because it had hardly any seafood and a lot of vegetables. The empanadas had very few shrimp, and the shrimp cocktail also had very few shrimp, although the flavor was okay. The restrooms were unhygienic, and one thing I could say was good was the view of the fountain in the center, as it looked nice. In the end, despite... The food and service weren't good. We left the waiter a 10% tip, and honestly, I don't know if I expected more, but he got annoyed and when we were leaving, he didn't even answer when we thanked him. A very bad experience; I wouldn't return to this place.
The terrace has a great view and ambiance... but that's about it. The food was terribly seasoned; the shrimp arrived frozen and tasteless on the tostadas. The other shrimp dishes were undercooked. There's a lot of room for improvement.
