At Okeydokey, we're thrilled to share our Miami gem with you. Nestled at 268 SW 8th St, we've crafted an atmosphere that's equal parts stunning and inviting. Our customers rave about the exceptional flavors and consistency of our dishes, particularly the exotic flavors that have won over Jennifer as a fan. When it comes to service, our team - including Armando, the Brazilian waiter with a warm smile - truly shines. With impeccable attention, delicious food, and an ambiance that's pure perfection, you'll feel right at home in our vibrant restaurant.
Okeydokey receives high praise for its excellent service and atmosphere. Armando and Jennifer are frequently mentioned for their exceptional service. While the Ramen is considered good, some find the service timing inconsistent.
Tip: Be prepared for potentially inconsistent service times between dishes. It's a good option for trying different types of food in one place, but patience is needed.

EAT HERE! This place has many things to offer and I’m glad it’s open for business now. It’s super clean inside with great music, amazing food. Makes me feel in a different city. The veggie rolls on happy hour are amazing (ordered them twice). The bar has a lot of options in terms of wine and spirits. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and the vibe was very relaxed. They have tons of vegan/vegetarian options as well. We absolutely loved the service by Tyler. He was very genuine, smiley, and attentive. I have definitely told my friends about this place and will be coming back soon.
Very nicely decorated place that serves a variety of food choices on its various kiosks. It was brunch hour so i opted for a salmon avocado toast and it was excellent. My waiter /bartender at kiosk was so welcoming and friendly too. I will definitely return to try their happy hour specials.
Our over all experience was amazing! 10/10. The food, atmosphere, drinks was nothing but the best. We tried a couple of things off the menu and with each item we tried loved it all the more. Cesar helped us today and had the greatest impression on us. Helped us with recommendations ,was very attentive to our needs and had overall a great energy. We will be back!!!
A really fantastic, chill place to hang out or enjoy happy hour after work. I went with a colleague and we had some shareable food which was delicious. The place isn't trying to be anything crazy, just somewhere with a great vibe to sit down and socialize. Parking was abundant, so we didn't have to pay the valet. The GM was very present and checked on us often, and even showed us around on what they're planning. Great place, great vibe and great food. Prices are what you'd expect from the area.
Beautiful new restaurant with fantastic decor. Plenty of seating and space between tables. Prices are usual for Miami $20-$30 a person. Absolutely will be going back to try many more items! There is definitely something for everyone!
Awesome! we loved the concept of open space where you can taste a variety of cuisine, DO KNOW that this is not a restaurant, but rather “RESTAURANT COURT”. Similar to food court, but with restaurant approach. Parking was easy during 6:00pm, don’t know what would it be if we arrived later. Overall food is amazing, interior is modern. Prices are fair for the downtown Miami area.
A really nice concept where you can order from multiple restaurants with multiple cuisines. We were greeted at the entrance and sat upstairs by the window. Server arrived and asked us to scan the menu and order and he will get us the food. We got pizza, ramen and empanadas. The food tasted really good. The portion size was decent. Server kept checking on us if everything was good. We paid through our phones which was convenient and secure. The parking spots are tight but it’s free! Iwill definitely recommend this place if you and your partner/friends are craving for different cuisines under one roof.
Had a wonderful evening with a friend sitting at the Mac Kitchen bar. We were spoiled by Chef Michael himself- an honor really to learn as he shared his chef knowledge and is a renowned resturanteur. We had 1,000 year old/barrel aged soy sauce for the tuna nigiri (that was also dusted in gold) and I personally loved the kampachi nigiri- unlike any sushi I have eaten. We had many wonderful dishes- cauliflower and tuna tacos are a must. I really recommend going and sitting at his bar. Thank you!! Memorable evening.
Going easy on this place since they just opened, so you can tell they are still figuring out when it comes to the operations. However, the quality of the food and of the ingredients is totally superior. The drinks are many and perfectly crafted. Okeydokey is one restaurant with many different open kitchens inside (Italian, Israeli, Latino, Asian fusion). When you sit at the table, you order using the QR code on the table, and you can order from all the different kitchens from the comfort of your table. Pretty cool concept. We ordered the crispy beef kebab platter, edamame, and beef carpaccio. Everything was made with care, and you could taste the freshness of the vegetables and superior quality of the meats. It is unfortunate that the parking is so expensive ($5 per hour) and the parking payment app is slow and it does not let you use Apple Pay. I spent 10 min trying to pay for the parking even before getting in, so not the best first impression. Hope the owners do something about this.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. First impressions were good with a DJ to set the mood. It has a food court / luxury restaurant vibes. You wait to get seated and order online on your phone. We got the burger and the special fries with chicken and egg (both very good and from the same restaurant. The cacio e peppe pasta was also very good. The service was great and our server also helped us with his recommendations. Will have to go back for some drinks because they looked good as well. Limited parking and i would maybe recommend if coming with a group to not expect everyone to get their food at the same time as each restaurant takes a different amount of time.
I barely write reviews but I have to write this one. Me and my girl friends went here to eat for the first time and everything was absolutely amazing. We arrived and the owner, Yonadov, greeted us and we spoke to him, He was such a nice man and so were the servers! They invited us to relax on the second floor, take pictures, and sit down whenever we’re ready. When we finally sat down to eat I love the way the food is ordered, you scan the menu, open a tab and pay whenever you want without a server having to come to you. The food was soooo good, we tried a bit of everything from all the menus including the drinks and all I can say is that we will for sure be back here. After we finished eating we went to the photo booth which is $6 for 3 photos and 2 copies, the third set had gotten stuck and we had asked Yonadov for help and he really went out of his way to help us. I just loved the people, atmosphere, food, service, etc.
Caesar was such a bright spot in our rainy day in Miami! The food was great, drinks were great & his service was even better! He made great recommendations on the menu. When we visit the area again, we will be back! :)
Amazing new food hall in the heart of Brickell. Service was amazing, food was delicious and the vibe was fantastic. Sundays they have a live DJ on the 2nd floor, valet and self parking is available. Large selection of different foods and drinks.
Amazing space. Highly recommend the food from the different restaurants. A lot of cute lounge areas. Best part is that you just order your food from the QR code on your table and they bring it to you. And you can order different foods from different restaurants at the same order
Love this place. It’s super clean and beautiful and the staff are friendly. Really responsibly priced and good for lunch with friends or a meeting. Loved that the music was business friendly. Omakase is a stand out to me - it’s a great price. Also loved the Mediterranean dishes and the ability to mix and match from different vendors. Also has free parking right out front so that’s a huggggeeeeee plus and unheard of in Brickell. And there’s an outdoor patio for beautiful Miami nights, happy hour and a huge bar.
Loved our experience here. All of the food was delicious and the service was great. Loved being able to order from a menu to a server from a variety of really great options. Will definitely be back!
Super cute new food hall in brickell! They have various foods and you are seated and then order from all of them! I got the birra tacos which were fantastic and the spicy miso ramen which was also fantastic! I highly recommend but it was a little pricey
The staff at Okey-dokey and the manager Tyler are truly amazing. We were a small group looking for a place where everyone could have different choices of food, centrally located to several areas around Miami, Okey-dokey checked the boxes for everything. We found this here. All the food we ate went beyond our expectations. The wait staff were attentive and informative on the menu items, gave great recommendations to the items we might like to try. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Great place to hang out with friends. Great location with inexpensive valet parking or other parking very close by. To Tyler and your staff...Thank you for a memorable evening for our group from Host A Sister. We will definitely recommend you to all are friends, family and Sisters traveling to Miami.
Great modern and copy new place to have lunch and donner. The concept is multiple restaurant with choice of food from all over the world serve at your table. Great service Great food. I trier the poke salmon and the truffée pizza. Delicious. Will come back
I had an amazing experience at this place. The outdoor area has a very chic and cozy atmosphere with QR code service. Love the variety of food options and the happy hour starting at 4pm. Convenient parking space. Highly recommend!
Food was top notch. We had a poke bowl and ramen with Thai donuts for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. Friendly, fast service, great music, clean, fun vibe. We’re definitely coming back.
We went for lunch and ordered a very diverse selection including steak skewers, poke, ramen and chicken. All were very good and the skewers and tonkatsu were exceptional. Service was particularly friendly and efficient with Armando but also the supporting staff. Will def come back for more once in Miami. Recommended!!!
One of the best restaurant concepts I have tried in Brickell. It is a bit pricey but the food was delicious and worth it. I like the informal but stylish atmosphere. Excellent music and service. The online ordering platform can get confusing but I enjoyed the unique experience. Great for casual night out with friends for fun vibes and unique culinary and cocktails. I can also see this being a great date spot. Great to see spots like this opening in Brickell!
Okeydokey has an amazing selection from 6 different cuisines/vendors, and our server Armando treated us to a great time. Very courteous, spectacular service. A relaxing ambience in the heart of Brickell. I really recommend the cauliflower from MAC, as well as the rotisserie chicken sandwich from Little Bird.
This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere is so pretty, the food is phenomenal. Cesar is great, so helpful and gave a lot of options on what to order. It’s so nice when you have someone who wants to help and make the experienced a great one!! Coming back again.
Miami needed more coworking spaces like Okeydokey! I’m actually shocked that a place like this exists. The parking is tiny but the space is actually huge. There’s 3 floors, 2 of which have ample laptop friendly seating for working and eating. We came here on a random Wednesday afternoon and it was quite empty. They have a system to order via your phone from all the little food stalls on the first floor. I didn’t have high expectations for the Japanese spot but the nachos and the tuna crispy rice were actually not bad
Wow, amazing place! Super nice atmosphere, management is very helpful and enthusiastic about business. Plenty of room for big groups, patio seating, upstairs lounge area. Food was great, Ramen and Tuna Nachos, m-m-mmm, were "delicioso". Highly recommend!
Delicious food Michelin level! The owner was the man who created the KOMODO LOUNGE MENU IN BRICKLLE! This place is top notch and highly recommend. The service is insane! The atmosphere you feel like you’re in a very high end kind of restaurant like komodo and nusret, the prices though are INSANELY AMAZING for the insane quality of food. I swear this will be the next hot spot in all Miami. Everything was incredible. Loved every single thing about this place from ambience to food to service to the staff and the owner being there just means ti me that he cares so much about his customers. Absolutely highly recommend. Reminds me of me and my fathers family business of owners who actually care about their customers. Best menu variety in Miami right now , & the way that the owner/ chef came up with these amazing food combinations that make you have a flavor explosion of flavors and tastes in your mouth is just so talented . Will be back .
First off - I love the concept of a food hall where you sit down, order and they bring the food to you. Food was great, service was exceptional (definitely ask for Cesar) and can’t forget the Thai donuts - Ah-mazing! Will definitely be back soon!
Amazing place! ARMANDO was our waiter he was one of kind, very friendly with the kids too!! Majo the host made sure we had a great seat… and Micky the manager topped the night off with the best customer service!! We will be back!!!
Great location with easy parking. Big variety of food styles for everyone. Great for a larger group or a happy hour. Enjoyed the fact you can have a different food experience each time you go.
This place recently opened and better than Julia & Henry’s in my opinion! My group ordered from MAC and Little Bird and all of our dishes were reasonably priced, tasty and came out quickly. The service was great too; many people came quickly to check-in on us and clear our finished plates. There was a DJ playing and the overall vibe was great.
Really nice place! I went here during a break between clients to finish up some paperwork and get some bites. The ambience is really great and they have such nice seating. Decor is gorgeous as well - very peaceful. The service is awesome - staff were super nice and checked in with me and explained everything. Food was good too. I got a hot chocolate, a chocolate croissant, and a maicena alfajor. All was great except I do wish the chocolate croissant was warmed up. When I bit into it I was just taking a bite of a chocolate bar rather than it melted within the croissant. However, outside of croissant was flaky and beautiful. Will come back again! Super easy QR code system using Toast as well so everything was able to happen on my phone. Great place to spend my break :)
Best restaurant ever! There are no words to describe how good the experience was. I really recommend this place to anybody. It has five kitchens and a ton of variety of food. This undoubtedly will be your best choice when looking for a cozy and relaxing restaurant
I love this place. Laid back atmosphere makes it great for a spot to get some work done or hang out with friends for some great drinks. And they love my dog who is welcome too. So it has that going for it!! Ceasar, our server, couldn’t have been nicer. Great spot, highly recommended.
A beautiful surprise!!! A cozy, homey, ambiance & 4 menus to select from! Talk about enough variety for ANYONE that comes here. Once you are here & being served like a queen... you don't even want to leave. Can't wait to come back. (Plus, the food is fabulous, portions are generous and the prices are fair)
I love the versatility of this place! You can order from different kitchens, you have your own account so you don't need to split the bill. It is great for large parties or just if you have not decided what to eat. Great ambiance, music, delicious food and drinks.
Very great experience! It is dog friendly which is a huge plus. The food was amazing, everything was incredibly good. Our waiter was Cesar and he was great! He has tried the whole menu so his recommendations were on point. Coming back very soon
Cesar was our server and he was great! The bar manager Mike was also amazing, he recommended really good drinks and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our time! Overall, the experience was fantastic!
Highly anticipated! Hopefully it turns out to be as great as it looks! I've been following the construction for about 2 years patiently waiting. I'm curious how the parking situation will be however since it's such a big venue but it doesn't have a big parking lot. I'll be sure to check it out when it opens!
Okeydokey is a very cool place. A complete different experience where you can get different restaurants food in one place. Kitchens in the first floor. The dining area in the second floor where the servers take your order. I didn’t venture in the third floor. Looked like a market and bar. There is music and the atmosphere is very nice. I chose the pollo a la plancha which was really good.
This place just opened down the street and it was worth the wait. The drinks were really good and there were a lot of options (American, Italian, Indian, Asian). The new way to order took a bit to get used to but was fine. The managers went out of their way to greet us and ask for feedback. Will definitely come back here
This place is great! Great energy, good food, excellent service. What I enjoy most is that it's a QR code type of service so that there is no pressure to rush your dining experience. You order when you want, you pay when you want. When you sit, you will have a server attend just in case you have questions about the menu. My server, Alex, was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole dining experience and I will visit again just for him. This place is definitely a spot you'd visit more than once because they offer a large variety of food items, as well as three different floors to suit your desired service, including a lounge and a casual bar setting.
First time there, enjoyed very much. Five different kitchens with food for all tastes. Inside and outside seating with upstairs lounge. Order drinks and food on your phone which is quickly delivered to table. Very nice personnel and setting. Can be improved in terms of service like cleaning up table and also music playlists. Will definitely come back
If you have not been to this food hall, it’s a must! They have tons of food options and also has rotating events throughout the week to come and enjoy your time. They are also pet friendly. Armando is an amazing server, extremely friendly and courteous. Absolutely my new favorite place to come hang out, have some great food and drinks! The managers are also very involved! You will always see them walking around and showing face to customers :)
Everything about this place was 1010! So many options, also loved that everything on the menu had a picture. You can order and pay from your phone so there is no waiting for a server to take your order or bringing you the bill. Food was FANTASTIC. (We had ramen, poke bowl, and Tiramisu for dessert). The staff were all very helpful and kind. Food was served quickly. Outside patio also has a bar. Loved Everything.
Been watching them build it! So excited to finally try and it totally blew my expectations away. It has a similar system to sistrunk marketplace in Fort Lauderdale where they bring you food from any of the concepts. The concepts are varied and the portions are all very large. It isn’t just variations of Japanese dishes they have Mediterranean and cuban (Asian fusion) dishes. I like how it’s sharply Mediterranean and Latin with a Asian twist rather then the typical vice versa. The drinks are quite nice and are affordable considering they are high end cocktails. The service is great and attentive and definitely feels like a high end experience. I also like the upscale industrial use which feels very true to this side of Brickell which is known for luxury industrial (ie neo vertika)
Found this place by chance, what a great surprise! Delicious food. It has ample space inside with a great café atmosphere and plenty of outlets. Outside patio has a bar and beautiful hanging plants. Perfect for a working lunch, hanging out, or getting things done while enjoying creative drinks and good food!
The service was amazing, food was excellent and drinks far cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been in Miami! They have a great staff and the place decor is beautiful. Good for families of all ages, or just a girls night out for dinner and drinks. Also, great date nite, you can each have whatever you each like to eat in one place. Our new hang out!!!!
It was my first time visiting okeydokey, I wasn’t really prepared to go to a place I had so many different dishes but I am really happy that we came here. We just so happen to stop by during their happy hour which is every day from 4 PM to 7 PM, we tried the cheese croquettes, tuna tacos, filet mignon tacos and truffle fries. Everything was good but the TRUFFLE FRIES WERE THE BEST ! Husband had fettuccine bolognese and he was obsessed and I had the spicy tuna poke bowl and was really surprised because it’s the best one I’ve had. Everything was great including our server Reese, we will def be back and will be asking for her for SURE!
Great Shwarma three decker meal with very quick service by some very friendly, courteous, individuals. There is an 18% service fee for the runners and kitchen, doesn’t include server. My server was great, so I was happy to tip on top of that, but it was a surprise. The $32 was then $48, with no server tip, so plus server tip = $60 total
Excelente servicio excelente atención buena comida sabor sazón y amabilidad de parte del mesero armando brasileño jugaron un papel muy importante conmigo y mi familia 🥘🍗🍟🍖🍛🍱🍙 Excellent service excellent attention good food flavor seasoning and kindness on the part of the waiter armando Brazilian they played a very important role with me and my family 🥘🍗🍟🍖🍛🍱🍙 (famili Ramírez 🇻🇪❤️🫡)
La comida es excelente, el ambiente es muy bueno y la atención espectacular. Thanks to Armando for his excellent service, he was very kind and attentive at all times.
This is a beautiful space with lots of potential but when I went it was dead. One table inside and three outside at 12:30PM is not a good look. I found out they do live music on the 3rd floor and there’s a bar outside and one on second floor but they need to either do some type of promo or advertising because even after Yelp had an event there not too long ago, this should have more traffic. I personally believe it’s not the food but the lack of variety and vendors onsite. Other food halls are doing better because of the many vendors offering a variety of cuisines for everyone. Anyways, I went for the ramen/poke joint and ordered the pork bao buns and $15 lunch special spicy miso ramen. The bao buns were to die for and some of the best I’ve had in town. The sauce was finger licking good and the pork belly was absolute perfection. As far as the spicy miso ramen, unfortunately, it wasn’t the best I’ve tasted in the city. It wasn’t as spicy as I expected to be, lacking both heat and flavor. Yes the pork belly was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh but the actual broth was closer to being tasteless. Service was impeccable and the staff is super helpful. They have a few gentleman walking around asking to help and also bringing the food and utensils to tables which is not traditional in food halls. Outside area is gorgeous and perfect to enjoy your meal and drinks when off the clock. I hope they find a way to get more exposure, otherwise I don’t personally see it open for long.
Unique spot for date night or for a family who all have different tastes. When you’re seated, you can order from all 6 menus from the same waitress. This allows everyone in your party to enjoy Italian, sushi, Mexican and more all in the same meal. Was an excellent experience. Does not have specific kid menu options. We had the friend chicken bowel, beef birrata tacos, queso croquettes and the mango lemonade is perfectly blended. Highly recommend checking it out. The coffee and baked goods menu is only available until 7pm though. They do charge an 18% gratuity fee that goes to the “back of the house” individuals that prep the food. You need to leave a separate tip for your waiter/waitress and I found it unusual that the ticket suggested only leaving a 2% or 3% tip for the waitress themselves.
An interesting concept of having multiple cuisines under one roof. We tried several of the appetizers during happy hour and had a breakfast and dinner dish for main courses. All of the food and drinks were flavorful and well presented. I think we may have been dining during a shift change because there was some delay in being waited on and we ended with a different server than we started.
We had a mix of Italian, Asian, and Middle Eastern foods. For the most part the food is good, but way overpriced. My pet peeve is not getting all the food at the same time, each person got their dish at a different time, some finishing before some even received their order. Cocktails tasted watered down.
This place just opened 3 weeks ago, and it’s a got the most “Miami” name you can have.. Okeydokey. Really brilliant! Wife and I decided on an impromptu visit for lunch on a Sunday to check it out,… and we were delightfully surprised! The owners and staff are trying really hard and doing all the right things to build a great reputation and positive word of mouth. We ordered the queso croquetas and huevos rotos from the Little Bird menu, the Shawarma platter from the Jaffa menu, and a pair of cortaditos (of course!). All the plates were delicious and large enough to share. I especially loved the cheese croquetas which come with a yummy mango marmalade for an extra burst of tasty goodness. They were darn good! The wait staff was excellent. The feel, look, and energy of all 3 floors were on point. Restrooms were well designed too… you can tell some thought went into the design of the entire establishment. The only thing that needs improvement is their menu ordering app. We didn’t mind snapping a photo of the QR code to get the menu and order from there, but there are so many types of food options, that it was overwhelming trying to nail down a meal. When you go to an Italian restaurant, you know you’re choosing from Italian meal options. Here you’ve got six types to choose from so it’s a bit much for a first time visit. They’ll need to streamline that experience at the front end, otherwise it’s a stellar addition to Miami’s plentiful options for dining out. On our way out the manager made a point to ask about our experience and thank us for choosing them today. They’ll soon open a rooftop bar and lounge that’ll be open late (4am!), so that’ll be a nice addition, too. Overall super dining experience, and excellent food and service. While they want to be called Okeydokey, what they offer is much more than okdk. We’ll definitely be back.
My bf & I decided to check this spot out for dinner. I got the Parma Tortelloni and Marry Me Margarita & he got the sticky pork ribs w/ the garlic queso truffle fries and Freshly Squeezed. Honestly, all the food was so good (way better than I expected tbh) and the drinks were refreshing. Service & atmosphere was amazing, the only thing holding me from coming back would be the price. I will definitely be returning for happy hour
Love the food and atmosphere! Great food options and vibe. Music was on point. Visited multiple times, but the service was sub par always, I understand it’s a busy place, but service definitely needs to improve.
After leaving the Miami Gran Prix, I was in search of a great place to eat. Upon entering the food hall, nostalgic 80s and 90s music filled the air, taking me back to the time of the Vice City game. It was a casual Sunday afternoon, and I was excited to be there. I ordered the I'VE GOT 99 PROBLEMS, BUT A PEACH AIN'T ONE, and it was a heavenly concoction of heaven's door bourbon, crème de peche, blackberries, and strawberries that left me feeling delighted. I loved the drink, and I also decided to try the Pita Swarm from Jaffa, which was incredibly appetizing. The ambiance at Okeydokey was lovely and cozy, with dim lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive, and my food arrived quickly. However, the ordering system was slightly unclear, and I was unsure if hitting the pay button would result in me ordering twice. The menu was accessible through a QR code, which was a minor inconvenience. As I enjoyed my food and drink, I felt like I was in a movie scene, surrounded by people having a great time. Overall, Okeydokey provided a delightful atmosphere, great drinks, and delicious food. Despite the minor issues with the ordering system, I would highly recommend it.
Went on a Friday night. Parking was a bit of a hassle. There was an option to valet, but it looked full. So, we parked across the street. Never been to a food hall before so we browsed the menu of each restaurant before finding a table. We used the QR code on our table to order. Lemonade was just ok, but the Guava Nojita was so refreshing, I ordered 2. They also serve different flavors of Jarritos amongst a long list of alcoholic choices. We started with fried rice chicken (our favorite dish of the night) and chicken dumplings from Yoso Sushi and Ramen. Their staff were very inviting and friendly. The chicken parm and alfredo from In Crust We Trust was average at best and had small portion sizes. Perhaps, we should have gotten a pizza. Also, the gentleman working there didn’t seem to be in the best mood. We chose not to order anything from the Mediterranean restaurant, Atlas, as we just had gyros the previous night. Little Bird had several dishes we were curious about, but we just settled on the short rib butter burger. My kids didn’t care for it, but I found it simple, yet juicy and sophisticated. The chicken and waffles looked good, but we didn’t try it this time. Overall, we would definitely return and try other dishes.
I popped in for a unique midweek food hall experience. Okey Dokey is so convenient to I-95, it was easy to find but not so easy to find parking. Where I assume the valet was, was very congested so I ended up parking on the street a block or so away. There are 6 eateries in Okey Dokey and we tried a little from a few of them. My favorite was the pita with falafel ball from Jaffa Miami. Next up was the rigatoni and oh-so-cheesy, pizza from Dal Plin. The vegetable gyozas at Yoso Ramen were a hit. Okey Dokey has a cool hip vibe. There is also an outside patio area with cushioned seating that was comfortable after the sun set and the temperature went down a bit. All staff were delightful and appeared to be happy to be working there. Okey Dokey is 3 floors of fun, food and drinks in Brickell.
Overall: modern food court, great environment, friendly staff. OkeyDokey is a three-story restaurant nestled in the heart of Brickell that boasts industrial, modern decor with a chic touch. The attention to detail is impeccable, making this establishment a sight to behold. With an ambiance reminiscent of New York's Timeout Market, OkeyDokey radiates a vibrant energy that is both inviting and alluring. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that their patrons are comfortable and satisfied. The owner, Stephane, warmly welcomed us upon our arrival, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. In conclusion, OkeyDokey is a great addition to the Miami dining scene, and I look forward to trying their other restaurants. 👏
Okeydokey is finally open and my review overall is mixed on this new food hall restaurant. It's different from Shoma Bazaar in Doral and the popular Time Out Market. You are seated at a table like a restaurant and then you are provided about 6 restaurants to order different dishes from. The cool part about this concept is you can simply do all the ordering from the barcode provided at your table. You can simply add or update your order at any time during your visit and meal and the app is awesome when seated with a large group of friends. Maybe someone wants to pick up the tab for the group? Or you want to split the tab between all your friends, the functionality is there within the software for both functions! Really love that feature, big kudos! Another big plus about this spot is the cocktails. I do believe the cocktails you're paying for here in the downtown area are absolutely worth the premium. The flavor and the pours of these drinks are generous, creative, and tasty. My favorite dish? Tuna tacos, they're small but wow just look at the photo! How are you going to tell me that doesn't look mouth-watering! Haha! After that though the rest of the food just didn't seem exciting flavor wise. I tried a pasta dish that just didn't seem worth the price and didn't match up with the rest of the exciting experience provided from Okeydokey. The Chicken Milanese very much like the pasta dish lacked flavor and didn't really have much else to say about it... it really was pretty bland and the short rib empanada was the same verdict. I haven't tried a short rib empanada before and was looking forward to it but it also came up short. The beef empanada I have to say was great but nothing else came close to the tuna tacos. If you don't live in the Brickell area, it could be tough to get to this location. You will have to find a parking garage nearby, or if you're lucky enough street parking. So be ready to pay a premium for parking because it can get pricey in the area and there is no parking near the restaurant. If you do live in the Brickell area, just walk on over for a smooth experience and try the drinks out. They really are great. I will definitely visit again and try some more dishes out but the best part hands down about this spot are the fun, creative, delicious cocktails.
Food was good, service was good, Atmosphere was great! Parking was cheap for the area. I got a sandwich, soup and 3 drinks & paid $140. 18% for a service fee is understandable, but to tip the standard 15% on top of that is excessive. Makes you wonder if the restaurants margins are too tight to pay a good wage or if the landlord is charging them 30% like TimeOut did on South Beach which ultimately pushed away their best vendors. I tipped well of course but a 33% gratuity for a food hall is wild. I def would do back for drinks but expect to pay more than a traditional food hall.
Wildly overpriced. Miami can’t keep offering mediocrity for gourmet prices. It doesn’t matter how high the rent is. 3 bite size fake fusion tacos and 2 cocktails costing over $100 is diabolical. The fried rice is OKAY. It tasted good enough and I finished it but it was absolutely not worth more than $16 max for the portion.
The cheese croquettes were delicious! The salad with feta cheese was amazing! The ramen was insipid, no flavor whatsoever. The eggplant parmigiana was ok and do was the desert we ordered. The place is very pretty and clean!
I had a bloody Mary and it was ok, needed more body. But my friends matcha latte looked amazing. They had a DJs with a nice music. They charge 18% of gratuity automatically and I didn’t like that at all. But that’s my point of view. They have a parking lot area. Not too big and they also have valet parking.
Cool concept but a flop in the food department. Decided to stick with the sushi restaurant option and was very disappointed with the quality and tastes here. The tuna tataki roll literally smelled old and bad, the shrimp dumplings tasted like falafel with ground shrimp, the California roll was ok and the califlower was the most edible things we ordered. Service was very pleasant and the happy hour drink menu is a good value. I would recommend drinks here either after you eat or before you eat and basically avoid the food.
I went on Saturday and trust me it’s not really worth the taste.. I have tasted better in other places. The margarita tasted like pink lemonade, I asked for rice and they gave me still salad, my friend did wanted the salad I stayed quiet about it because I wanted to leave. The smoothie my friend got, she did not like it whatsoever it taste like the fruit, that’s why the manager gave us the money back. The waitress never told me about the fries were extra, but I am writing this review. Should do a little better.
The new concept of many different types of food in the same restaurant is growing in Miami We tried already Henry and Julia also Shoma bazaar and they are way better than okey-dokey We tried Ramen bowl and the hamburger and they are ok while the cheese sticks wasn’t good Overall we tried the new okey-dokey and it’s less than average
3 star rating because it has A LOT of kinks to work out. Menu is EXTENSIVE so read up before you arrive (all 20 pages). The waitress came to our table at least 6x before we knew what to drink. This is a wonderful concept of a restaurant, but too much to read on the menus. Maybe if you split the 3 floors to what you want to eat would make it easier to enjoy. Food is great and comes out fast. I look forward to revisiting maybe next year when they have all their issues worked out.
My friend recommended this place and off course I had to come and give it a try. It’s a very different concept from Shoma Baazar in Doral or Time Out Market in Miami Beach. It’s a 3 floor venue (eatery in the first and second floor)& 3rd floor is a lounge. So it’s typical like a restaurant but with very different options. You get sat down by a hostess which it will be up front once you enter, you scan a code which asks for your name and number. Add a credit card, order everything through an app & at the end you can split payments or just one person can pay for each of their checks. They use the Toast app so you get points out of it if you’ve used this app for other restaurants before which means getting points will get you discounts at other places. ••• Second time around visiting the quality went down the hole! The drinks are as delicious and strong as usual but the food plus how you will get extra reward points with toast app went down the hole. The lobster roll has more imitation crab than actual lobster (do not order, you will overpay for something isn’t worth it), the wild mushroom truffle roll is now grated “truffle” instead of a fully shaved one (according to owner Chef Michael; guests weren’t happy with the texture of a fully sliced Truffle. One or two customer complains and we get our experienced ruined 🤦🏻♀️) and no truffle flavor whatsoever. Major disappointment as I was expecting to try their Wild Mushroom truffle Roll that I’ve tried since their first Saturday opening! I will only be visiting for happy hour; no more lunch at this spot with coworkers! Not worth it rather visit different cuisine restaurant over this place. Only good thing it hasn’t change was the free parking if ONLY you’re lucky enough! Now you can’t make orders through the app; and servers are extremely slow!
Good food. Strange for a food hall to have wait staff especially when if that wait staff messes up they can't do anything about it. There with a party of 11 and 5 of people in our party had more than one issue and manager would do nothing about it. Food was very good though.
This place just picked the perfect name because it’s just Okay. Went during the “soft opening” ordered 2 items that never showed after waiting almost an hour while the table beside be had a constant stream of orders. Thankfully they removed the items but still a huge time waster. Also no very little parking choices and no option to include notes about food allergies on the menu.
The food was great but the concept is way too extra and takes away from complimenting the food. There are too many rules to follow thus creating an awkward experience… making the thought of my next visit a hassle.. as a foodie i find this style of ordering and service to be inconvenient. Eventually people will consider going elsewhere even though the food is amazing. I like to walk up to the counters and personally like to walk around. This time i had to sit down and look at my phone as if i was ordering uber eats? Not my favorite thing about my visit. The ramen deserves 10/10 but the ordering system/experience gets 2/10 i guess thats Okey?
We ordered the Miso ramen, sushi and a bunch of things from the asian menu. The food did not taste as per our expectation. I have had a lot of ramen around the country and I would probably rank this at the lowest. That said, the service is good, the people are really polite and I wish I had the heart to give them this feedback in person.
Dear Owners If you are serving an international array of food - make sure your kitchen staff are superbly trained to cook the food. Apart from the delicious yuca fries - the rest of the food was sub-par. You are inflicted with what many Miami restaurants do - serve up what's raging off people's palates - dumplings, ramen, etc., charge high $ but serve lowly tasting food. Your shrimp dumplings were like fried and dried lumps of something. Your ramen was this plain-tasting broth, and it appeared to have all of the additions but was sub-par. You have a fabulous spot, great service, and good drinks but please review what you are serving. If you are unable to serve up the exotic, then stick to the staples.
I went to Okeydokey with a friend after work and I was starving. I have been to the restaurant before maybe 5 months ago and it was very good back then. this time I ordered the tacos 1 shredded steak taco & 2 fish tacos. Honestly the only reason why I gave the restaurant any stars at all is because the service and staff is impeccable. There is no question that the management knows how to hire their staff. Everyone was extremely personable and the drinks were amazing! I sat down stairs near the out door bar and Pierre made my friend and I the most delicious espresso martini and old fashion. The food on the other hand was extremely underwhelming the meat was extremely dry and unflavorful. It seemed like the kitchen ran out of pickled onions because there was 1 sliver of onion on each taco and long strings of raw red onion. PLUS the steak taco had the same sauce the fish taco had all of them were extremely dry with 0 flavor what so ever and it was almost like chewing on a dry sponge. The sushi chef was out that night and (this is what I was most excited for) so I was already disappointed. I would go back for drinks but not the cuisine.
I’ve been two times. The first time, not a bad experience. Second time, everything was terrible. The service was HORRENDOUS. They sneakily up sell you. I ordered a pasta and they added burrata on it, which I did not order. I pointed out exactly which one I wanted in the menu. The cups for water were extremely dirty. And after my food came out, it took them over 10 minutes just to bring utensils.
A steal, they charge you $3 per ice, plus 18% (for a party of two) but it is not tip, it is NOT tip “ Service Charge (18.00%) This fee helps restaurants to cover different operational costs.” Tip is separate, and waitress makes sure you do understand that. Everything is pricey And make extra time to wait more than expected for your order. Bottom line: there are plenty of better options nearby, don’t waist your money and time here.
Cool concept, awful execution. This place is almost always empty for a reason, and it definitely won’t make it past another year. Don’t believe the influencer hype. The food is mediocre in exception for the Japanese place. The Mediterranean place is NEVER open. This is the most inefficient place I have ever experienced. They have no system in place if you return a food item. Ridiculous. The make you pay for it anyway so good luck disputing the charge with your bank. The servers are basically just food runners since they don’t take your order and you order from an app, and still sometimes you have to beg them for a napkin WHEN THEY ARE ALWAYS EMPTY. And yet they default the tip to 20%! For what?? What the heck are they doing that they can’t be on top of the 3-4 tables I ever see there at one time?? I’ve been there 3 times to give it shot but it’s honestly it’s just an overpriced gimmick. The chicken tacos I had there were the driest I’ve ever had. The pasta tasted like something I could make at home with jar sauce. The pastries from the bakery were just plain stiff and insipid. To top it off, they built a huge space with no thought behind parking. This is the toughest most uncomfortable parking situation I’ve ever seen. You can maybe park 6 car tops, and it’s TIGHT AND DANGEROUS to maneuver. Just overall, this place is bad and then they have the audacity to charge about $22 for a plate. Embarrassing. They wanted to make a co-working space with food, like WeWork but better. This is so poorly executed though, that they will go bankrupt just like WeWork did. The only thing that was done well is the aesthetic. I don’t know who invested in this place but they’re about to lose all their money. It’s sad.
