Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend their arepas and boiled yuca. They’re very tasty, and I was blown away by their choricachapa! The service was excellent!

The restaurant was a 15 m8n walk from my hotel. It was cute on the inside with several plants. There is only one kiosk for you to place your order. You can eat inside or to go. I love that the waiter explained the whole menu to us since my mum has celiac disease & must eat gluten-free. He identified gluten-free items (and nonitems) and made recommendations. We had the nachos, empanada, and the Mexican bowl. The portion sizes are large and we all took food to go home. The food is DELICIOUS!!!

My husband found this place by doing a Google search for restaurants near our hotel that had vegan food. I'm so glad that this place popped up on his search because it was phenomenal! The whole restaurant is vegan and most is the dishes are also gluten free or can be made gluten free. We decided to split a few things to try, which included: French Fries with a side of Yummy Sauce The Choricachapa Mr Mitrano Burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun All were so tasty and seemed very clean. The service and atmosphere were also spot on. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area looking for good vegan and gluten free choices.

Absolute win! Only all vegan place close to my hotel and it happens to be AMAZING. I got the Mr Mitrano Burger and the Na Cho Business (I was super hungry.) burger was probably the best vegan burger I’ve ever had. All the taste and none of the gut pain that comes with a greasy burger. And the Nachos??? Heavenly!!!! Owner is super cool too. He wants everyone to have an awesome experience and he does not disappoint. THIS IS THE PLACE! My new normal When visiting Miami!

There are definitely not two places like this, the more tastefully vegan food in Miami, is clean food, made with fresh ingredients and with the tastes of the Middle East and Latin America. Attention was awesome, the server was very helpful and patient in the moment to explain to us the menu. Finally the location is breathtaking, beautiful with nice music at a moderate volume, so you can speak.

Really just absolutely dumbfounded by the level of quality and creativity at this plant-based concept. Personally, I had the Middle Eastern bowl which I was about to pass up on to have the Mexican one but I’m so glad I did. Everything was super flavorful, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. A lot of healthy spots around Brickell, everything just taste like water, but here it was a very intense flavor. On top of all that, the staff is insanely accommodating and friendly, and the vibe there feels really cozy

I have been to this place millions of times and every time I come the experience is better than the last one, they are always improving and I love that! Today I had for the first time the Tofu arepa, and let me tell you that it was delicious!!! The combination of avocado, maduro, and scrambled tofu is amazing. I’m not sure how they exactly cook the scramble tofu but I want the recipe lol. In case that you are wondering, I didn’t order two arepas; one order brings two arepas.

Vegan restaurant in the heart of Brickell. Lovely outdoor seating area. Food delicious and fresh! We had burritos, french fries and cole slaw.They added now Mediterranean options. I had the kafta and it was delicious!!!

I always order the MrMitrano burger and the perrito (hot dog). This time I also ordered the cachapa to give it a try, and I can’t explain the increíble taste and texture of it with the cheese coming out of it, I felt like in heaven. The taste of everything they make and that I have tried so far is like from another planet. They are fast and the food is fresh with quality ingredients that you can notice on every bite.

Absolutely amazing. I'm new to Miami. My wife and I are vegan! She highly recommended this spot for me. and WOW!!! The flavors are explosive! Probably the best vegan burger I ever experienced! ..NO! IT IS THE BEST!! Please come by and try their food. I was lucky enough to be greeted by the owner!!! I didn't know until we left and my wife told me who he was. But what an honor! To see the owner at the store front, working along side his crew. That was truly a rare sight! And his energy matched the food! I will be back! I hope to see him again!

Super impressed! The food was delicious and very impressed with the speed of service. We ordered a lot of food and we couldn’t have been waiting more than 5 minutes before everything was served and then they got hit with a rush of people and I was amazed that they were able to serve so many people so quickly. Andres was in the zone! It’s like he was dancing with a smile as he was serving everyone.

Amazing vegan food. We shared 2 empanadas and an arepa between 2 and it was plenty. Iced latte was also delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend for vegans and non vegans alike. 10/10 delicious. If we lived in miami we would live near here.

We picked up Cocinita burgers, fries, cauliflower “meat” appetizer and a double protein shake from The Cocinita to eat in the car (our favorite) en route to the middle Keys this weekend. Touch screen order scenario at the restaurant, our order was finished in a short time. The burgers were suitable for hungry vegans, the cauliflower meat left a lot to be desired (especially for the pricetag) and the $18 espresso double-protein shake I would not otherwise purchase if I weren’t on holiday & removed from my own blender/daily protein supplements. Vegan restaurants on my reviews always get 5/5 stars by plant-based virtue, but the bang you get for your buck at the Cocinita is probably 2/5.

Best vegan food in Miami and well priced. The flavors and sauces are amazing and different from anything I've had before. After one meal I went back for 2 more during my week-long stay!! I don't think you can go wrong, but don't miss the cachapa or arepas - so good!

Service was extremely attentive and caring! As a non vegan I was very impressed by their guaca burger. The patty is made in house from pea protein same with the cheese it was moist and still gluttoness. The alfalfa sprouts added a nice brightness to the burger as well. Another cool perk are the vegetables and herbs they have growing both inside/outdoors. Price was also fair. 🤙

Healthy and tasty food! The appetizer bites were flavorful and delicious. The smoothies were good although we both agreed the mango smoothie was better. For those were are hesitant to try it because it's vegan; in the bowl I ordered that used pea-based protein, you'd never be able to tell it wasnt meat. The staff at the time I was there were (at the very least) bilingual and very friendly and helpful with figuring out what to order. The music and outdoor seating were a lovely accompaniment to the food.

Gem of a restaurant. Started with amazing friendly welcome. Help with ordering. Was by QR but so easy to add, remove things, have things on the side. Food not only came fast but also hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. We tried a range of food, from kafta, to burgers, to kale ceaser salad, chips, perrito and even the lettuce burger, had to try that. Everything was great. I am vegan, my family vegetarian no egg, fish. All of us enjoyed, but we did take out vegan cheese so cannot comment on that. Our favourite restaurant of the trip, don't hesitate trying.

Visiting Miami and my 1st time at The Cocinita - can’t wait to come back! I wanted to try their different vegan meats so I ordered the Parrilla Bowl without yuca (not a fan) and added a side of kafta. So many incredible flavors! Andreas was kind enough to offer me a few extra sauces to go with the meat (pea protein), sausage (pea protein), salad & guasacaca. A new vegan favorite right in the heart of Brickell!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves it. I travel a lot for work and have tried (vegan) burgers all over the world, and honestly, these were the best I’ve ever had. Even my husband, who isn’t even vegan, totally agreed. We also had the pancakes and they were insanely good. The food came out fast, no long wait at all, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Vegan or not, you’ve gotta check this place out.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how good this place was. The burger was really really good. We are not vegan, but would come back for how good the flavor was. The decor inside is really cute. Service was also fantastic, even when we came really late at night.

That feeling of “I can eat everything here and it’s sooooo good” is unbeatable. Craveable, indulgent food, with tons of plant protein, with some Mexican and Mediterranean classics - and desserts. My only complaint is that we don’t have it in our state. yet. Even the pickiest of eaters (my younger girls) loved the food, and I had so many gluten free options to choose from. Not to be missed if you’re vegan in Miami / Brickell area!

Yum yum get some Choricachapa! It’s unlike anything I’ve ever had and it’s crazily crave able corn and cheese. The chimichurri sausage was amazing definitely deliciously herbaceous and the bun was outstanding. We got a potato empanada and paired with the sauce it was uniquely flavorful. The kids meal was great the fries were better than any fast food restaurant and don’t get me started on the buns hun. Yum. Vegan food for the win!

So good, we went twice in 3 days on a recent visit to Miami! Best vegan burgers I've ever had, amazing enchiladas, the peanut butter shakes we great....and to top it all off, the music selection was on point, and our server was so friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. Highly recommend this place. Apparently Billie Eilish loves it too ;-)

Highly suggest checking out this spot! All plant based and so delicious. Pablo was super helpful in helping us make decisions on what items would be best to share and he did not disappoint, mirrored by his excellent service and great hospitality making us feel really welcomed as visitors from Canada!

Burger was great, sweet potato fries were amazing and if you’re looking for something more healthy the Middle Eastern bowl is the bees knees!! Try the espresso protein shake if you’re looking for late afternoon boost or finish with the 49 shake for a sweet treat. I wanted to try the Açai bowl but it was sold out, so I’ll be coming back soon to see what that jam is all about!

Simply amazing. I’m a born vegetarian, and there are only few places I consider when it comes to food. We went there for lunch, and we tried the falafel burger, and few other things. It was delicious. Finding a good parking spot was little challenging.

Excellent food! This was our first visit to Cocinita and it was outstanding. I had the nachos and my boyfriend had the cheesy burger and the lentil soup. We also had the cheesecake. We love it all! Portions were generous so it was very reasonable considering sizes. We will be back!

I can honestly say I would normally never step foot in a vegan restaurant, but this place absolutely blew me away. I am so happy I decided to stop by and will 1000% be back. I haven’t eaten McDonald’s in 6 years but the cheeseburger here tasted even better than the McDouble as a comparison. The attention that they put into accommodating not only people but animals is truly heartwarming. There is a parking garage across the street. We went when there was a $20 flat rate for 12 hours. This place was great came in late at night before a cruise and they were very accommodating. The staff was polite and courteous the place was very clean and had lots of seating. The menu had lots of tasty options and was a great value. I definitely will be back.

We were in Miami for 7 days and ate here 5 times. It’s that good! The kafta is a favorite along with the burgers. Incredible empanadas too. If you’re in Brickell (or anywhere else in Miami) and looking for good vegan food, COME HERE. The only thing we didn’t love was the arepa.

This Latin-cuisine-inspired vegan restaurant is fantastic. You must must must get one of the veggie burgers (the arepa was slightly disappointing) we tried the Mr. M something and it blew my mind on what a veggie burger can taste like. The juices/shakes are also super refreshing, and I’m always a sucker for sweet potato fries, which were delicious as well. A grab and go spot in downtown Miami, this place isn’t necessarily one for the aesthetics but the food and service is awesome.

The atmosphere is very relaxed. The staff are very kind and the service was quick. We are from out of town and stayed at a nearby hotel so we just took a short walk over there. We tried the guaca and the sassy burger with one empanada to share. 10/10 flavors with everything. All menu items are vegan and it was among the best we've had while traveling. The prices are reasonable and we spent less than $40.

Vegan or not, I’ve eaten a lot of burgers, and this tops the lot vegan or not. Great place and the egg is genius, it has something for everyone from kofta to burger and tacos are ace. Like I said vegan or not, you will not be disappointed and even the die hard carnivore will be impressed. If there was ever a restaurant that has it it’s this one.

I ordered the potato fries, which were fresh, piping hot, and perfectly crispy. I also tried the choripán with black beans and guacamole, along with the falafel burger. Every item was flavourful and well-prepared everything was absolutely delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing, especially the Cocinita burger and the delicious appetizer with chips, avocado, and vegetarian sausage. The seasoning was incredible—I loved it! The service was quick and friendly, and I even enjoyed a beer with my meal. All of this came to $43 USD, including the tip, which I found reasonable. The ambiance is nice, although I think it could be enhanced with some background music. What really stood out to me was the restaurant's eco-friendly approach—everything from the cups to the napkins was sustainable, which I truly appreciated.

This place is a sneaky contender for being one of the best vegan spots in Miami. It doesn’t look like much at first - kind of like a smoothie bar that happens to also serve burgers and burritos - but it’s really so much more. We love Latin flavors and also seek healthy, macrobiotic type meals with plenty of beans, grains, and veggies. We were able to get exactly this type of food by customizing some of the classics: the Mexican bowl and the green bowl. They make customizations easy including healthy options like substituting brown rice or quinoa for the white rice. The more we inspected their menu, the more pleasant surprises we discovered, such as the whole grain arepas made with flax and chia seeds and moringa (revolutionary!) and the baked plantains (a rarity). As if the great food weren’t enough, we were astonished to find that they carry a hyperlocal kombucha made by Dr. Simon that we have yet to find anywhere else. And it was delicious! We loved the peach flavor and kept going back for more.

Nested in the heart of Brickell you will find this hidden vegan gem. From the tropical decor to the friendly smiles of the staff everything about this place is inviting. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed and like family! Seating is outdoors and covered and you must go inside to order. When inside you will see some beautiful greens growing in their hydroponic garden and a loaded menu. After consulting with the staff and decided on a few options and was quite frankly blown away with the flavors and unique taste of all my items. The food came out quickly, hot and fresh. I was super glad to hear everything on the menu is vegan and made to order. If you are looking for vegan food in Miami I recommend.

My wife is vegan. I’ll eat just about anything. This was absolutely delicious. Price wasn’t horrible for what you’re getting. I got a burrito that was extremely filling on its own. Then the cheese cake. HOLY MOLY. It was so incredible. I love my sweets. Definitely love me some good old fashioned cheese cake but this one might rewrite the history books for being the world’s best cheese cake. The service was top notch. This place was a hidden gem. I wasn’t sure about it because it’s a vegan restaurant. However there is something on the menu for everyone so much variety and everything we ordered was so good. Don’t over look this spot. And the service was fast and very friendly.

I enjoyed my food. I got the choirpan, which was my favorite. Lots of vegan meat on it and the sauce went well with it. Also tried the cocinita arepa which was very good but was a little messy. I wanted to try the avocado bits but they were out so I got falafel instead, which was very good! The protein cheese cake topped it all off perfectly. For vegan Venezuelan food I would definitely recommend! Everything had flavor to it! This location is off 5th street, basically in the heart of brickell.

I got the Cheesy burger and despite the small size of the, it was actually amazing - the amount of cheese was decently generous and the patty did not feel vegan. However, I felt it was not that worth because the whole set here cost $17 (before tax), with the burger costing $15.35 with that size.

I ordered and paid extra for gluten free bread. They say they don't have any gluten free bread and will replace with lettuce. When I asked them are you still going to charge me for the gluten free bread, the manager or English speaking guys smiled and said yeah that's the cost of lettuce, so that's what I'm going to charge you. The brash audacity to not even apologise and see my unhappy, not getting what I ordered and the dishonesty to take money for something they don't give you is astonishing. Not going here again. That in addition to being the only person in there in the evening speaks volumes. If you want fair value for money don't go there. Waste of money and time. Now they want to tell me in their reply that gluten free means lettuce. Tell me where on my receipt does it say lettuce. They advertise one thing, sell another and then try to protest innocence. Enough said.

I just paid over $20 for this tiny bland burger that didnt even include fríes or any side. A total rip-off for a vegan burger. Most of the sauce and cheese had stuck to the wrapper, too. Not worth the price at all. It could have at least included a side for this pricey amount.

Unfortunately both burgers I ordered to go had hairs in them. Please wear some kind of hat when you cook
