The grill room is the best Resturent in the Paris. The food here is very good, the service is very friendly and everyone is very friendly, the food is very yummy and thanks Mr Tipu for wonderful Cocktail best of luck to the grill room restaurant .

Excellent! We were 11 (with reservation). Service: They brought the dishes for all at the same time (which is a sign for an excellent service). They located our table in a somehow private room and we could hear each other quite well. Food: we ordered beef, pork, fish and even octopus. Everything was delicious. Even though the portions on the plate seem small, the main dish together with the sides and the bread were the perfect quantity. All the desserts were also great. Ambience: the music was calm, but fun. The room was bright and very comfortable. We would love to come back!

Truly the most wonderful restaurant in Paris! I am thrilled! Food, service, ambience... everything! The servers are extremely pleasant and kind, and on the other hand, they are not too forced to go around so that they don't allow you to enjoy and talk - unlike most places here (because they usually approach you with refills of water and questions every 3 minutes, which is mostly tiring, because you can't talk from them). Absolutely every segment deserves a pure recommendation from me! Our server Omor was wonderful and many compliments to him.

Without a doubt the best customer service I’ve had in a while. To add on my food was prepared quickly and fresh. There was one employee in particular who went above, and beyond to make sure I received the best customer service ever. His name is Omor. He is by far the most patient and wholesome person I’ve encountered.

As an active traveler who’s eaten in many cities all over the world, I can confidently say that The Grill Room is my favorite restaurant in Paris. The steak was absolutely outstanding — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and honestly the best I’ve had in the city. I visualize the Hamptons style in it very well represented, both in the menu and the overall vibe, without feeling forced or cliché. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in Paris. Highly recommended!

The meal started off with a little bit of a mistake. I made reservations for the following day, not the day I arrived. The Host was charming and made room for me, and I was able to get a table. A+ for being forgiving and accommodating. The decor is lovely and the staff pleasant. The food was good. I started with the stuffed peppers entree. It was nice on a hot day, and after a long day working, It made for a good landing. I saw a Bourgueil on the menu and was not going to pass it. So I had to look for something that would be good well. I had the Cote de Cochon BBQ. It went well with the wine. The wine was great; never pass on a glass of Bourgueil. The pork was French BBQ. This is not a dis to the Chef; on the contrary, it is a tip of the hat. I liked it, and the sauce on the side was good. The pork was coated in a dry rub and BBQed. I will have to come back to try out some of the other dishes. I am looking forward to returning. My guest had the Magret de Canard.

Very well located in the heart of Paris 8th near the Parc Monceau, this French steak house has a wide range of grilled meat options! And the food is really good. The venue is spatious and they have a nice terrace too! Perfect for a business lunch and casual after work drink.

Great little restaurant which we were happy to find open on a Sunday. Staff was decent. I have to say the beef/steak tartar was pretty darn good. I usually don’t care for tartar too much - the mustard, raw onions, etc aren’t my fave but this one had great flavor. The foie gras de canard was great and my calamari good - the sauce was good and the calamari tender. Poke bowl - good although a bit sweet with the mango sauce. Desserts were alright. Overall a decent meal.

Loved my appetizer, liked my main. Wasn’t crazy about the main’s side (mac and cheese). Enjoyed dessert and my drink. For me, the food was pretty good, if not excellent. Not quite justifying the price. The ambience was s plus and the service was quite attentive. I’d say a good place on occasion, but not necessarily an occasion place.

Nice ambience and surroundings, waiter was attentive and welcoming. We ordered the Rump steak and cheese board, both of which were amazing. The flavour and tenderness of the steak was especially good, so hats off to the Chef !! Only small critism was when we received the bill, they had over charged us for the wine by 12 euros. Not a massive deal as easily rectified but still worth a note. Overall, great experience and in my opinion worth the price for the quality! After all you are in Paris.

Nice restaurant, quite expensive. Good ambience, good service. Tasty appetizers, rich and generous desserts. We ordered a tomahawk for two. For my American friends, a typical French steak: a lot of sinew, cartilage and generally very tough. We ordered medium rare, but it came cooked outside and rare inside (saignant). We had to send it back, but it was already sliced. A memory of a wonderful tomahawk in a small chef run restaurant in Seattle influenced our decision. You should order filet instead. I live now in Paris and I cook. I tried to buy various steaks in a butcher many times. Only filet. I rarely bought filet in the US. The credit (debit) card machine in the restaurant offers choice of tip amount (15%, 20%). Never have seen it in Paris. Tourist oriented? We had an early dinner and left at 9pm. More than half empty at this time on Sunday.

Three stars is being generous. The restaurant was clearly understaffed for a busy evening. Upon arrival the table was not dressed and the waiter added various things to the table throughout the evening (for example there was a 20 min gap between giving us knifes and then bringing us our forks). An hour wait to receive our food. The food was bland and overpriced for what it was. Disappointing dinner.

The food is good some of them is really nice , but apparently the restaurant has no enough well-trained server , we sit there for a long time nobody come for ordering , and when we need something it’s always slow or they just ignore . The whole environment is too crowded and dark , not very comfortable. Price is a bit high .

We dined here on the weekend and I can only say it was ok, the price for the meal was very high for what was very average. None of the meals came with sides so you have to order on top, the fries were cold and unfortunately the steak was not great. When I walked in the front door you could see a tray of steaks that had been pre-fried, this meant when my steak came it was very dry and chewy on the outside. The chicken was also quite dry and you can tell it was all pre-cooked as it arrived only 5 minutes after ordering. We did enjoy the side potatoes, green beans and the dessert, but there was a big language barrier so we didn’t get both desserts we ordered or some of the drinks. We did not meet the wonderful Omar as we were expecting from the reviews and the service was not as described on these reviews. Overall it was very average and costing over 120€ for 2 people, 1 dessert and 1 round of drinks i wouldn’t go back again.

Quality of the meat was very average, annoying for a grill place. We had beef and pork and none created real pleasure, no real flavour came out. Portions are ok, nothing exciting, and prices are fair for the area. The atmosphere is good. It is ok but could be better.

Standard fare. Nothing to shout about. Maybe I am missing food back home. The numerous steaks (t-bone and cote de boeuf; former more tender than the latter) we shared was good, sausage was smoky and tasty but chicken was dry. Dessert was below average (profiterole came in a single big choux puff with ice-cream instead of cream). Great service, especially when it came to splitting the bill.

Good food and cocktails. But kind of overpriced. I had the best Mac&Cheese there though. I’m giving 3 stars because the barman(indian maybe) was very creepy and kept on looking at my wife and even tried to bump into her and talk to her when she was on her way to the wc.

The place is gorgeous, really look expensive and well thought. The only thing the food wasn’t as good as the place look. I had the Tigre qui pleure and the meat had a lot of nerves not easy to chew, the fondant au chocolate wasn’t fondant was just a regular chocolate cake, you can also tell that the fries were frozen. I will recommend to order the rib or entrecôte, all the rest was not that good. Also we spy the desert cook licking his finger and touching some cake after with out washing his hands. We will not go back.

We had a very rude and sarcastic waitress. This woman made it clear in her face when something bothered her. First of all, she kept pushing us to order when my friend and I were just talking and catching up. Mind you this was just the first 10-15 minutes and the waitress literally came back the second time saying when are you guys going to order? Then she made sarcastic comments about our food choices, and why we chose them. Then my friend got the tuna, which was definitely expired and old. It had a bad smell to it so we asked to take it back. The waitress gave us attitude and didn’t even apologize. Her defensive response was everyone tried it in the kitchen and it smelled fine. We hope no one gets food poisoning tomorrow. When we ask for the check, she just came with the machine right pay and leave. We had a question about the bill because we thought our bottle of wine was cheaper and she didn’t she didn’t try to explain nicely she gave me attitude once again. The food was OK, but honestly drenched in oil or mayonnaise. I got the Caesar salad, which was probably just as heavy as a steak. My friend had the beef tartare and it wasn’t the best. The interior of the restaurant is cozy but they need to work on their service. The bartender is really nice but I don’t think he understood English or French. In the end, we asked him to have a drink, and he forgot our order. So we just left because we were pretty tired of the service at that point

I feel like these reviews must be fake. The food is horribly overpriced for the quality and portion size. Your wallet will be empty but you’ll remain hungry and unsatisfied. Ambience is nice and service was good but if you’re looking for actual good French food I’d skip this one.

We have come to The Grill Room twice in the past couple days. The first time we went, we had a full dinner complete with drinks and an appetizer. The service for this meal was great, we were constantly checked in on and had a great experience. However, the second time we went, we came for coffee and desserts. This time, we were made to feel as if we were a waste of time and unwelcome. Our server even stopped serving us halfway through and the host (I assume) took our order and brought the food. We were then left alone for the rest of the time. The inconsistency in service was interesting, to say the least.

I The service at this restaurant is quite slow, and I believe the staff need more training in proper etiquette. The food is decent—I'd rate it as average—but the main issue is definitely the service. They really need to hire more experienced staff.

The staff are very kind and the atmosphere is lovely, but the food is simply inedible. Salty, bland, and stale. The lobster roll does not taste like lobster—or anything else—and the polenta dish is just water, grains, breadcrumbs, and about 10g of salt.

Maybe we are unlucky; but I hv to say that this is the worse meal in our 23 days European trip across Portugal, Spain and France. We ordered the Tuna Tataki which was, to be fair, above average at maybe 6/10.... the pork ribs, which the menu claimed to hv been braised for 4 hours, is rough n fibrous; it gets harder as you chew on. The quality of the pork n the preparation process is at best amateurish. I'd give it 3/10. Then comes the €110 Cote du Beauf......OMG OMG OMG.....this has got to be the most unbelievably worse piece of carcass ever presented for human consumption First n foremost, the meat was a bad cut from a less than prime specimen. Secondly, medium was my request but not only was it more than medium well when presented, but the cook (I couldn't bring myself to address him/her/them as chef) sliced and unnecessarily re-grill over charcoal fire again....OMG my heart skipped a beat when the the 1.5kg carcass was presented. (Take a close look at my unedited photos and weep with me).... Thirdly, which is totally inexcusable.....the whole pieces of 1.5kg was over-charred to the level of bitterness that was so apparent, even my most forgiving granny would have frowned at it.....I can't bring myself to rate this, but out of fairness, it's at most a 1/10 Finally, other than the male maitre d', who was at least friendly, the rest of the crew from waiter/waitress to bartender who prepare my bottle of wine to the Boss(I assume) n cooks were basically nonchalant and cold to the guests. My advise....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY & YOUR LIFE's QUOTA ON BEEF AT THIS RESTAURANT Final note: plenty of great Cote du Beauf, Tomakawks or T-bone 1.5kg in Paris Bordeaux, Barritz, Barcelona n Madrid.....even cities that are more famous with the seafood than meat, like San Sebastian n Bilbao, crafted a much better Beauf than this shop AVOID AT ALL COST

Do not recommend this place. Despite the nice looking decor and decent food, we encountered an explosive and racist ‘welcome’ from the manager working at the Grill. I hope the staff under his care are not met with the same malicious treatment, as they have always seemed very kind and welcoming. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

I recently visited The Grill Room restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The steak I ordered was incredibly chewy and had a lot of connective tissues in it, making it impossible to cut with a steak knife. I was hoping for a juicy, tender steak, but it was far from it. To make matters worse, the side dishes that came with the steak were served cold. I found this to be a significant letdown as the sides should be served hot to complement the main dish. Furthermore, the service quality was subpar. We had to remind the staff multiple times about the wine bottle we ordered, which arrived after our food. This lack of attention to detail and poor service quality was disappointing. In addition to the issues I mentioned earlier, I must also add that when I brought these concerns to the waiter's attention, he responded by telling me that "this is how it's supposed to be." As an experienced steak enthusiast, I know what a good medium steak should taste like, and unfortunately, the one I had at The Grill Room fell short of my expectations. It was disappointing to hear the waiter's dismissive response to my concerns, as it showed a lack of interest in addressing and rectifying the issue. My experience at The Grill Room restaurant was not up to my expectations. The quality of the steak, the temperature of the sides, and the service quality all fell short. As a result, I would hesitate to recommend this restaurant to others and would suggest that they look elsewhere for a better dining experience.

My experience was not good. The problem was that the meat was too tough. I paid 76 euros for the chef’s choice for myself and my girlfriend and It was so tough it couldn’t be sliced. I should have complained but didn’t , my bad. However when asked about the meal I told them we were disappointed. The waiter said he was sorry, and the cook didn’t look at us as we exited. He actually stared down at the counter and would not look at us. The vegetables were average but digestible. I’m sorry I went there and ashamed of myself for not having brought it up as soon as I attempted to saw into the meat.

Besides a small misunderstanding we actually had a lovely meal at the restaurant. But the service left much to be desired. I ordered tiger prawns and they instead brought me tiger beef. I (Hindu) don’t eat beef so reiterated that I can’t have this and in fact ordered the prawns. We laughed off the misunderstanding. But the server kept talking to me like it was my mistake rather than his even though whilst ordering, I tripled checked, pointed at the menu and even said ‘poussin/fish’ to ensure he understood that I wanted the tiger prawns. All of this would’ve been forgotten, and we would’ve put this down to the language barrier but at the end of the meal, the server brought the card machine around and told us it was going to be €207 in total. We trusted him and paid even though we didn’t receive an itemised bill. Silly mistake. After we left, we got thinking and checked the amounts against the menu only to discover that he had charged us for the tiger beef after all - on top of the tiger prawns. This is despite it being his mistake. He misunderstood the order even after I confirmed it multiple times with him and then charged us €40 for a meal we didn’t have. It’s left an overall sour taste in our mouth and ruined an otherwise lovely dinner. Won’t be going back there cause I don’t enjoy giving away my money for free. If you go, be sure to ask for the bill at the end and make sure they haven’t charged you for stuff you didn’t eat.

Food was really lovely our personal waiter was attentive however their was another CREEPY waiter when I was at the toilet asked for cuddle after telling me I was very beautiful I took it as a compliment the first time. The next time I went to bathroom the same CREEPY waiter asked for my phone number when I said no he asked why not? I said I am married & he asked me again to which I said my husband will go mad he asked again after this I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND RAN BACK UP STAIRS. My husband asked what was wrong I had anxiety by this point. I do not recommend going here as this was completely unacceptable after the very same CREEPY waiter had served us food to my table. For a lady this not a nice thing to happen. It completely ruined our experience. We complained to our waiter who completely agreed it was unacceptable. The manager however on our way out did not take any time to listen or apologise he ushered us out so others could not hear. Ladies be very careful going to the toilet. We were charged €200 for our meal which was grudged after CREEPY waiter experience.

I am very upset at the cold and racist reception at the Grill Room. The man managing the establishment was very volatile which made us feel unwelcome and hurt. It is never acceptable to act so unprofessionally to customers, let alone people who have been returning time and time again for many years now. It is disheartening to be met with this explosive and racist behaviour in 2024.

Extremely disappointed by the professionalism at The Grill Room. The male manager’s behaviour was offensive and unnecessary. We were met with rude behaviour that was explosive, including a racist comment towards Asians. It’s a shame as our family were loyal customers for several years, however, will never be returning again. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, as there are many more polite and welcoming restaurants in the quartier.

I am deeply concerned that the man managing this place was able to treat customers with such disrespect, malice and ill intent. My hope is that the kind staff are treated well as they were hardworking and respectful, as always. Sad to say I will not be returning with family nor colleagues to this establishment, despite having been a happy customer since its opening. Do not recommend.

I booked for 1 person however when I went they gave seat on the bar which is very tiny and uncomfortable at all when I asked the host why they didn't ment that if the guest is solo he will be seated on the bar not have a table like a decent restaurant and she was its full yes it's full but I have reservation bad experience will never recommend it or come back again I have glass of wine and left
