Total beach/marina dive with good and afforable food. The Mahi was fabulous and the bar was fully stocked and cheaper than any place we drank in Miami the entire week. Recommended.

I can't say enough good things. When you first walk in it seems odd to look at the menu and go to the bar to order. I didn't know this was a big thing to do in the area, but out of all the places that did this Joe's bar worked the best. The lady's at the bar where extremely nice and didn't mess up my order. I got the chicken Alfrado and it was probably the best I've ever had and I've been to Italy. Overall amazing place to eat

Fist off you can't beat the view on the patio. The staff was courteous and friendly. They even helped us out trying to find other places to eat, we are from Ohio. The food was great, the drinks are great. If you're around stop in. Just ignore my food I destroyed, i forgot to take a before pic.

Whiskey Joe's is a super lowkey restaurant/bar with excellent fresh seafood options. Located on a marina, it has incredible views of Brickell and Downtown. Highly recommended happy hour here, Wednesday - Friday, ends by 7!

Really great food and awesome vibes! This is the perfect Miami spot, complete with the Jimmy Buffet, marina views, and tiki canopy. The drinks are generous pours and come very quick, and all of the food, even the appetizers are a good size! The fish tacos were my favorite, along with the Mahi Mahi burger and the mango scallops. I'll definitely come back!

We spotted at whiskey Joe’s after spending the day at Virginia key on Cinco de Mayo around 4p. The ambience was nice on the deck. We watched the boats be carried from the dock to the storage area which could sound boring but was actually entertaining. My friends order spicy margaritas which they said were very delicious. I had water bc I couldn’t drink. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I ordered the “Whiskey Burger in Paradise” which has BBQ guava sauce, so delicious. I really enjoyed their fries as well- crispy! We were a little in a rush bc we had to get to an event at night but I would definitely recommend this spot to hang out and enjoy drinks with friends!

Great restaurant. We went fishing, and were able to bring the fish we caught to the restaurant. They cooked the fish three different ways and it was delicious! Great spot to share a nice variety of appetizers and drinks with friends from out of town. If you’re coming to Florida you need to try their alligator bites served with also pickle bites... is a must! And second place for appetizers would be the coconut mahi mahi bites, delicious, don’t miss it!! We’re locals and love to come to this place. Location, food and service a great! The only thing is, that the summer is extremely hot. They have very small fans and it gets very, very hot and humid. To thw Managements, please get those huge ceiling fans, and you’re going to see the difference, your customers and employees are going to be happier 👍

Great place to stop for drinks and bites. Very easy to get to from Brickell and also fun to come in by boat since it's right in the marina. Especially good wings that are always crispy but not breaded. The tables are great for groups but I prefer to sit at the big wrap-around bar under the palapa, especially when Ana is on.

Chef Jacques is amazing. We brought our fresh catch and he cooked it for us. Very delicious! We will be back.

Relaxed and laid back restaurant and bar, not pretentious at all like many places on Key Biscayne. Nice view, lovely outdoor seating. Day one of this new menu and let me tell you, the Cajun Seafood Pasta is incredible. Delicious rich white wine cream sauce, linguini not overdone, muscles, scallops, and shrimp. Not rubbery, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Super reasonable prices for Miami and delicious cocktails. Try the Whiskey Joe's Sunset Lager, tasty! Would come back anytime, especially for sunsets.

Great outdoor seating area and bar with amazing views of the bay and downtown both day and night. Happy Hour specials on weekdays make it a great after work spot after a long day. Mango habañero wings are a personal favorite here, however if you are big on fishing they are more than happy to cook-up any fish you catch yourself for a small fee. The service is consistent and usually very good. Ask for Maegan for a fun energetic server!

I went with my boyfriend and his mom and I can confidently say they got the best piña colada’s. Nathaly helped us and she was really sweet, only thing I would say is that my wings were a little undercooked. Also the dessert was the best part of the night, brownie was super warm.

I really enjoyed my time there. My friend Mike works in the kitchen. So I wanted to check it out. Great food. Good service. And dog friendly. The Manager Nat even gave my puppy whip cream which she really loved. I highly recommend this place. Really great vibes.

Was greeted upon coming in with a large dinner party by Nikki, she was very kind and accommodating. All the recommendations were good. You should definitely try the Gator Juice if you come in. She is knowledgeable of the menu and knows how to make you comfortable. Definitely made our experience that much better!!!!

We stopped in on the way back from Crandon Beach and it’s the best decision we made during our entire vacation. The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. This place is greatly improved, waterfront location and views can’t be beat. In the past, service was slow and food quality was mediocre. They have significantly improved on both fronts. You now order at the bar, and we received our food in about 10 min, amazingly fast. And the fish quality (grouper and mahi) was so fresh and tasty. Calamari was great too. Loved it, highly recommend

Just came here while I was on vacation and my hotel wasn’t too far away; just wanna say the bartender was amazing. Johnathan took care of me and my 3 friends. This place has so much potential. You can tell it’s run by a corporation. I hope they put the time and love into it that it needs. The bartenders were incredible. Steve took care of us and it was a great experience. All the staff were exceptional. Can’t wait to come back.

I went there yesterday with my girlfriend that came down from NY. The atmosphere was really nice! I must say that our server who’s name was Carlos was amazing! When you come across people like that is what makes you want to go again and again to that place. We ordered some gator bites and crab cake sandwich and they were delicious! Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family and will tell them if possible to ask for Carlos! Thank you for making our experience a great and fun one!

Not impressed with the menu options for diversity, but what we ordered was good. Enjoyed the view of the bay and the boats. The singer that was wrapping up his set was good! I found the white chairs for the lower tables horrendous because you cannot lean back against them/they don't hold your weight.

Best view of the Miami skyline! Unfortunately, today November 5th 2023 is the last day for Whiskey Joe's, thanks to their landlord, the marina next door, who will not renew their lease.

Super fun spot! We stopped here after a dive trip down the road and it was super chill & had a great view of the marina & Miami! The wings were also incredible! Highly recommend the Thai chili wings & coconut run m glazed. Katrina was our server & was awesome & made good recommendations!

"Island Vibes" (hey, it is on a small island) with terrific views. Verrry laid back. It's like being in the Caribbean but with a perfect view of downtown Miami. Drinks are very reasonably priced for Miami. There is free, limited parking nearby.

Easy going 'beach bar' style spot. Great views of Miami at night, actually you can stroll around at sunset and enjoy the magnificent colors of it from Virginia key and the nearby marina. Really liked the cocktail and the sandwich. Parking is free if you visit the bar just in front of it.

The ONLY reason I give this place 4 stars is for the view. The best on the water in miami. The food is not good at all and would rate the food 2 stars. I ordered the muscles, which I have had before here, and had to send them back last night because they tasted rotten. I ordered the quesadilla instead (which is hard to mess up). It was eatable but I wouldn't order it again. Go for drinks and the view at sunset. The service is not good and the food is even worse.

Definitely worth it to go for sunset. The view is amazing. Food is ok. Drinks were good. Service is ok. Indoor and outdoor seating. Of course has the fishy smell..outside. In the end of all it's a good place worth visiting.

This place was nicely located by the water and it is a cool place to take either a date or some friends. The music sets a nice mood and is not too loud. The food is pretty good but not amazing but it is quite filling. I enjoyed the fish tacos. This place is nice but not at the top of my list of places to go.

View was superb of the Miami Skyline. Service was at times a little slow, however the manager Manny and our waitress Maila were very friendly. Covid has short staffed everywhere so the timeliness was not a surprise. We ordered the nachos, buffalo Quesidilla and bbq fried chicken tenders. The food was not the best. A little cold and soggy. Did not care for the nachos flavor. But they did comp us for the nachos so I am not mad at that. All in all, food not the best but the ambiance was beautiful and friendly service.

Food was good but overpriced. I see people talk about the view, unless you grew up in an alley the view isn't good at all. Drydock with s loader constantly going back and forth. Salsa for chips and queso appetizer was very good, just the right amount of spice. They didnt earn five stars because Service was ok ordered San Pellegrino was told they only had seltzer water which the server told us it would be free. When i received the bill there was a charge for two sparkling waters in the amount of $7.90. When I questioned the server she said the manager went behind her back and added it to the bill. Apparently seltzer water is more expensive than sparkling water and honestly the fact that the waitress told us it was free, the right thing to do as a manager was keep it that way and tell the server to tell us that next time will be a charged ,we don't mind to pay for what we consumed at all,but like the server said the manager went behind her back and charged us was very inappropriate, you can usually purchase sparkling water in any restaurant for $2.99 a piece. And dispite the reviews i still want to give whiskey Joe's a try.

Great view, good food, staff could be more attentive and the place was dirtier than an outdoor eatery should be. Terrible smell coming from the bushes really disrupts dinner.

One of the best views in Miami, poor service. It seemed our waitres had her mind somewhere else: we had to repeat all of our needs two or three times. Food was decent, but with such a poor service, my willingness to be back is really low.

Went for a post-graduation celebration. Had confirmed there was inside seating, but upon arrival we were directed outside on deck instead. With a breeze not too bad, but we were in formal wear. Knew ahead of time there were no servers so placed orders at bar and tried to help out best we could. Restrooms in disrepair. Drinks great and food even better. View and marina activity pretty cool!

Hemos estado varias veces en Atlántica Restaurant y hoy quisimos probar un sitio diferente. No valió la pena ni el tiempo ni el dinero invertido.

Two stars for 1. Food was good 2. View was great. Minus three stars for bad service, long wait time for food, and photos advertised did not show the actual menu item served. (I added their Instagram photos vs. Our order) The waiter was terrible. Never refilled drinks and we were there for over an hour. Other tables were growing irritated as well. We had to ask 4 different people to get our check. We waited 20 minutes to have our order taken, and 45 minutes more for a burger and fish sandwich. The view was the saving grace of having to wait so long. Many people did not have masks on inside.

Nice location with nice view and atmosphere. Owners are letting place go and it's sad... you have to get up from your table to place any order, need to get up to pick up your food and drinks and even your silverware after you've gotten up to order. Definitely change over the past 15 to 20 years.

I have never given a bad review. This place is not good. The dining room was completely empty and you were directed outside. Staff tried their best with service. I ordered grouper tacos and there was one small piece in a big shell. Also ordered side of broccoli that arrived 10 min after I got my tacos. Unless you're coming in for beers don't waste your time.

Server was great. Food sucked. Management sucked worse. One burger had patty paper cooked into it. Another burger “medium” came out totally uncooked. Wings were so hard. Teeth weren’t strong enough to bite through them. Management might have been worse than the cooking.

ok I start by regretting to say that the service has fallen, I have been a client here for 8 years but today I came and they have changed things that mean that the client does not come back, for example, how is it possible that tw charge $80 plus tip for a service that do not give to the table? There are no waiters to serve you at the table! I had to stop 3 times to look for napkins, forks and even to look for our own plates of food 🤦🏻‍♂️, it priced me super expensive! when a few steps away they have one of the best restaurants in Miami "RustyPelican" charging almost the same and the service is 5 stars, today I came with my wife that we are celebrating an anniversary and it was a very unpleasant experience, we regret not coming back again.

The only thing good about this place is the view, other than that it has gone totally down hill. Food is subpar and service is nearly nonexistent. Servers and bartenders are slacking, with no management in sight, I asked to speak to a manager about an issue I had and the server told us she didn’t know where he was that he was probably walking around the marina like he usually does. Another employee who heard our conversation agreed. The server was quick to throw the manager under the bus so that tells me the employees don’t have any respect for the management team!. Obviously poor management is the problem here! Went with a group of friends and I can honestly say we will NEVER go back until changes are made.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I am sure this was a wonderful restaurant at one time. The restaurant was empty. Only seating was outside which was fine because that’s where we wanted to go anyway. We wanted Bluemoon and Mic ultra, but they were out of both. Honestly we should’ve turned around then. We ordered wings and fish and chips. The wings were over cooked. And the fish was so overcooked it taste like chicken. French fries are horrible. Service not so good either I had to ask for a refill. What really turned our stomachs was when we went to the restroom. Do yourself a favor save $50 and go somewhere else.
