Pleasant experience in the store, welcoming and helpful staff. Unfortunately they did not have my size in the dresses that saw there. I was so looking forward to coming home with a Giada dress and doing the brand justice at my next formal event! The store manager was very polite and apologetic for not being able to find a dress for me. The only bemol, unfortunately, is that they did not offer to email me with new dress arrivals or to stay in touch in any way. This is where the luxurious experience dropped into a somewhat dismissive and flat "sorry we can't help".

I returned to the store the very next day after making a purchase, hoping to return two items. To my surprise, I was told that refunds are not offered — only store credit, which must be used by the end of the year. This was never communicated to me at the time of purchase. What if I can't find anything else that fits me or suits my taste? And since I don’t live in Milan, using store credit isn’t practical. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a store, especially one representing a high-end brand, refuse a simple refund request made within 24 hours. I won’t be shopping here again. The brand has lost me as a customer, all because of a rigid return policy that feels more like a trap than good service. If a store can’t afford to issue refunds, it raises questions about the brand’s confidence in its products and its overall business health.

Absolutely horrific experience with this brand. Would absolutely not recommend investing in any of their pieces. Poorly managed company with no escalation mechanism if you have an issue.

The security is so rude , he speaks with us in italian , we asked him to speak in English, he kept speaking Italian, we didn't understand what he wanted but it seems he is so angry
