Oro Nero Milano Reviews
Very nice service, very nice panacotta, great tea selection, smooth coffee, the pastries we got also tasted wonderful. Best place we’ve been to in Milan so far!
Exceptional! The puff pastry, in particular, is of the highest quality, as are the other desserts, and the value for money is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and well-kept. A fantastic experience, I still dream about their delicacies!
A refined pastry shop where croissants, pan suisse, and other baked goods are truly top-quality. The coffee is excellent too, served in a clean and elegant space. The staff is kind and welcoming. Highly recommended for a quality breakfast or a sweet break in Milan! Elegant and high-quality pastry shop, where croissants, pan suisse, and baked goods stand out for their freshness and flavor. The coffee is also excellent, served in a refined and very clean environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. A recommended stop for those looking for a high-quality breakfast or sweet break in Milan.
Oro Nero Milano pastry shop, elegant and relaxing café. Here you will find high quality pastry shop recognized by Gambero Rosso. Today I tried the pain suisse at WOW. I recommend this pastry shop and I give it a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the quality of the products and the courtesy of the staff. I will return to try other delicacies 🔝
High quality, gentlemen! The puff pastry here is top-notch! I went to this place just for the puff pastry. The experience absolutely lived up to expectations. The cream croissant was 8, especially the cream! Velvety, delicate, and super vanilla-y, truly high-quality. The pain au chocolat was very good, with two lovely sticks of dark chocolate; very crunchy on the outside, while the inside was a little softer than usual. The highlight, for me, was the pain suisse. Amazing. However, the cream used in the pain suisse didn't seem to be the same as the croissant, but maybe I'm wrong. The prices, I must say, are fair, still reasonable compared to the general trend; and a bonus: the individual pieces are medium/large in size! In short, full marks, and lucky for those who live in the area!
How wonderful is it to have a high-quality pastry shop in your neighborhood? As lovers of patisserie and viennese pastries, my husband and I really appreciate this place. The prices are high (average for large pastry shops, anyway), but you pay for the quality, especially since these days they're offering products of far lower quality for slightly less. I also loved arriving at 10 in the morning and finding the display case still full of products, despite the small, crowded place. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!
A high-end pastry shop for breakfast in Milan. A charming place with very friendly service. I had a cream croissant (which I recommend trying because the cream is truly amazing) and a raisin roll, accompanied by a cappuccino. I spent €7.30 in total, a price absolutely in line with the quality of the products.
Probably the best french croissants I have tried in Milan, classy space, great cappuccino. And the people (the staff) make all the difference: they care so much about quality and delivering the best for their customers that I think they are completely right to kick out of their shop anyone who disturbs the clients or damages an asset ( I was there when it happened) So, yes, I will come back to this shop because I feel the staff/owners truly care.

Great coffee and fabulous pasticcini.Lave it and don't miss it! Top super la pâtisserie est super ! Buonissimi pasticcini...
Oro Nero, in the Lorenteggio area, is a modern and well-maintained pastry shop, where puff pastry is the highlight: croissants, pain au chocolat, and well-crafted leavened pastries, fragrant and made with high-quality ingredients. The bakery uses sourdough starter and select ingredients, and it shows. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service attentive, but I would like to see a wider and more varied selection: the offerings tend to remain the same, and it would be interesting to see seasonal rotations or more frequent new additions.
The atmosphere is very refined and well-decorated. The pastries and baked goods are well-made. I had a pan au chocolat on my first visit and a maritozzo on my second, both very good. My only complaint is that there are no menus at the tables, so you have to order before sitting down.
A slightly out-of-the-way pastry shop. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Authentic French-style puff pastry, with some more unusual options. I had a really good pain au chocolate. Thick, crispy, golden pastry, a softer but not heavy interior, and melting chocolate. Good value for money.
Beautiful location, well-kept, quiet, and welcoming. We had breakfast. The croissants were very good, with delicious puff pastry and cream. Seating was plentiful. Friendly, attentive service. The only drawback is the slightly high prices for the area, which are at least offset by the good quality of the products. I recommend it.
I went to this place for the first time this morning with a friend. The place leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness, lighting, and atmosphere. We only ordered drinks, which were nothing special. The main problem, however, was the staff, who were quite rude, arrogant, and unprofessional (the guys at the counter were exposing themselves in front of the customers). Upon our arrival, we were immediately told to get a receipt before sitting down, which we didn't appreciate because we were going to eat at the table and would have appreciated a few more moments to think about our choice. My friend didn't want anything, but we were immediately told in a very arrogant tone that a drink was mandatory for both of us, so my friend also ordered a ginseng. Our order was then brought to our table, along with the cappuccino, half spilled on the floor, the table, and my shoe. The girl didn't even apologize, saying in an annoyed tone, "Oh well, I'll make it again," and a minute later brought back the same cold cappuccino. The table and floor were never cleaned the entire time we were there. Let's just say these are all things that could be overlooked, but I expect such superficial treatment from a more down-to-earth cafe that doesn't pretend to be a high-end pastry shop and offers lower prices. Response to the review: As I've seen from other reviews, rudeness is the order of the day at your establishment, especially in your responses to customers who politely offer criticism. You accuse all customers who write negative reviews of your business of being "fake" or "unfair competitors," and you even resort to threats instead of showing a little more humility and admitting your shortcomings. My sincere advice: if you can't take criticism and don't want to serve your customers with a smile and courtesy, giving them a positive experience, change your career! Kind regards!
Very rude. I live nearby and come for a coffee every day. I love their brioches but today they kicked me out. I had a bag with me and just wanted to get a take away coffee and they said no, bad customer service. Also on Christmas. Disappointed To reply to comment made by owner: I didn’t aggressively demand a coffee, I couldn’t even enter the shop they told me to leave straight away without asking what i want. I asked for a coffee to take away, I didn’t have time to sit down anyway. I think the owners need to work on their manners and attitude
