This location was very busy due to lunch time and construction workers of the Mojave desert. The team inside of Subway moved very quickly and accurately filled the orders. The sandwich was extra delicious and I'm glad you brought back the jalapeno cheddar cheese bread.
They have delicious food. The experience was easy going with moving down the line and telling the sandwich makers what to make. The only downside to this is it is very hard to hear each other so misunderstandings can be common.
The food was hot and amazing.
Three nice young ladies took good care of my son and I during a busy rush. We enjoyed our sandwiches at a high top, bonus points their ac was on point
This Subway occasionally suffers from less than fresh ingredients and somewhat slow service, but the team today was on it, personable and rather entertaining, yet professional. Wouldn't mind seeing more of that when we stop here.

What do you wanna hear? It's a F-ing Subway in the middle of the Mojave! The woman working was the friendliest person I've ever dealt with at a Subway. Sub tasted like every other sub I've ever had from Subway, and thats a good thing.
This is one of the busiest subways I've been to and the staff was making good quality sandwiches and keeping up with the rush like I have never seen before in a subway restaurant before. And I didn't hear a single employee complaint. Nothing but smiles and friendly voices. This is rare anywhere these days. On top of that they had some toppings I haven't seen anywhere else like cilantro. Great food! Great service! A++++.

Pass by every July. Only $7 for meatball subs while the southern California Subways charge $13.99 for meatball subs, so I always tip out the difference. Also a plethora of snacks and beverages to grab while waiting since it is inside a convenience store.

This is inside the Shell station. Three employees working, one happy to be there. The sandwich was built well and to my liking. No real seating to eat there.
Footlong + smaller hoagie-style sandwiches, salads, chips, cookies, sodas, coffee. Add more veggies to your diet painlessly by eating here. Customize your sandwich fillings as they make it right in front of you. Los of popular choices for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is surprisingly good here! Excellent coffee (Seattle's Best). It's fast-food that's not fried so it has an implied 'healthier' appeal. Good not great. Try the meatball, tuna, turkey or steak + cheese. All the breakfast choices are good too.
Bathrooms here are better than any other gas station in Mojave. Definitely worth stopping here to stretch your legs and get a drink.

Its a decent place. I come here darn near every day for one of my lunches. (12hr shifts) and they are open early and close decently late.

I have come to this location many times since moving to Mojave 6 yrs ago. This store was always my favorite. The staff was great but what in hell have you done to the TUNA? I have always loved Subways tuna sandwiches because they dont taste fishy and no bones and perfect consistency and tasted fabulous!.. well guess what? Its fishy and many bones.. i am so very disappointed in my sandwich and i got a foot long.. at least my cat liked it!! Fix it!! Oh yea..i miss my swiss cheese also!
It's not all that fancy of a place, it's kinda lacking curb appeal. Its decent healthy food prices fair. It could be way better if they actually worked for better appearance inside and out. Parking is a nightmare, handicapped people stuck walking a distance. A distance of any distance for handicapped is a distance too far. Needs some improvements, stail smell in the air , not sure if old bread or what. It wasn't all that clean, scraps on cutter boards vs cleaned and tidy. Pretty huge disappointment
Went to the subway off the 14 in Mojave I asked for double meat first to put double meat on then they took the meat off I'm looking like what's going on and the girl kept making a point to say that I ordered double meat to the cashier even the cashier said that's enough that girl has to have an attitude adjustment and better understanding of how to make a sandwich I think I'll pass on that Subway in Mojave at the Shell station from now on
Very slow!! Worker did not appear to be new, they just moved at about 20% of normal speed. Nice enough people but it took far too long to get my sandwich.

Normally service and food is good. However some of the night crew are more concerned with closing than giving good service. You walk in and there is trash which they are trying to get together. There is one female who has been less friendly to me several times. Why I do not know. I also perceive that the same person has issues with the way I want my order. I have never had this experience at a Subway in many different states. It is a great disappointment and I am considering NOT GOING BACK.

This is the worst subway for on line ordering. Every time I make an order the sandwich’s are always wrong. They don’t toast sandwich when asked they put raw bacon on sandwich’s don’t even heat it up . Employees in the corner al says eating . Even when write what to do sandwich’s still wrong. It’s like can’t employees read or just don’t care. When never go there again.

The maid on duty is the worst I have ever seen, she is extremely rude and her attitude is overly arrogant towards the client. They are working for one of the largest fast food chains. His goal is to be friendly and responsive to customer requests. she sells and she is extremely rude, it seems that she gave or paid for the comfort of the clients, the attention given by this employee is completely unfortunate
The employees were good; nice friendly, efficient. All I purchased was a large Diet Coke, though; and I guess I should have known better to get a fountain drink from a Subway in a Shell gas station in Mohave, CA. The soda was nasty, because the management decided to be cheap and use old syrup tubes in their fountain machine. What was supposed to taste like Diets Coke instead tasted like Diet Coke laced with rotten fruit; which means the syrup tubes had previously been used for one of their fruit drinks. So, this place gets one star because at least the service staff were great, at about 5:50pm on Monday, Jan 27th, 2020.
Terrible customer service. I ordered online for curbside pickup, the girl that brought out the sandwiches seemed irritated and put out, then they completely screwed up my co-workers sandwich so I called and was told I could come back and they'd remake it. We work graveyard shifts so I asked if I could come by later in the day since we were both exhausted, the girl on the phone was rude about it but said that was up to me. When I went back they literally gave me just the items missing from her sandwich. If I had known they were going to handle it that way, I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas to drive back there for some mayo, mustard and veggies. I've worked Subway before when I was in college, it's not hard to get an order right, especially when it's written down for you, and to miss the sauces especially, NOBODY likes a dry sandwich. Horrible customer service.
This subway decided that the *more* options for things doesn’t apply to them, no extra anything, nope we’re not allowed, and when i verbally expressed that I selected more, she didn’t care, i like alot of black olives on my sandwich, i had to go to a store to get them because 10 singular black olives is not MORE i wanted extra sauce, NOPE, then they had the audacity to ask if i was pleased with her service, thats a BIG RESOUNDING FAT NO MA’AM, MORE MEANS MORE NOT LESS THAN EVERY OTHER SUBWAY!!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had at this location in Mojave California. Ordered 3 sandwiches today 3/6 at 6:47pm pickup was supposed to be ready at 7:05pm. I got a notification that it was ready. Went to pickup my order and… Well at 7:20pm came along and Sandwiches weren’t even made at ALL!!!! 🤬 There’s was 2 young girl’s working today Monday 3/6/20203 A taller one and then the shorter girl she’s the one with the BAD attitude!! I asked if my sandwiches were ready? CRICKETS LITERALLY!!! 😡 I asked again and she said “ I still have to make them”🤬 WHAT THE F !!! And she turned around and started making some other guys sandwich, which he came in way after me smh.. she ignored me and then I asked the other taller girl she said no they are not ready she hasn’t made them 🤦🏽♂️ at 7:20 not even made!!!! Well I told her to cancel order . ATTITUDE GIRL SAID “ we don’t cancel phone orders. call” That’s it. not even a care in the world. At least show some compassion for the customers smh!!
The service while I was in the store was great. I bought an extra sandwich for the homeless man outside. He came in to pick out his chips. The girl behind the counter told him he wasn't allowed. I apologized and said I didn't know. The man got his chips and left. The other girl from the store followed me to my car to yell at me that the guy wasn't allowed in the store. He is banned which I as the customer have no way to know. And was just trying to fed someone who is hungry. The girl literally knocked on my window to yell at me. I'm so angry about the whole thing. Not only that I mentioned while they were making my food that it was for the guy. And they could have said he wasn't allowed at that point but no. Go anywhere else.
Every toxic environment! MANAGER (Indian lady) calls her employees stupid all the time (very disrespectful). I have to walk in on one occasion, she says they lack common sense while she lacks communication and empathy. I order a veggie footlong and the veggies looked old and tasted horrible! I have never been to a subway so rude and felt unwelcome. Don’t get me started on her not accepting any coupons! I guess thats one way to “save” money. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Went to Subway with my son because he had a coupon. We've used this coupon plenty of times at different locations and have always been given the proper cup. Coupon was for a free 20oz drink plus chips with purchase of foot long. The cashier gives my son a small see thru cup and tell me this is the cup we get for free and its 20 oz. Nope it was not. 4 oz may mean nothing to you but it does to me. If you're going to advertise something for free with purchase it should be what u advertise not what you want to give. FYI.. I know it was 16oz because I bought a 20oz drink and poured it into said cup.
Ordered a pizza with spinach and 2 sandwiches..Got home no cheese on top of the spinach ..I have never had to ask for cheese on a pizza ..Lettuce was brown disgusting
Female crew member Jennifer very customer unfriendly very rude disrespectful to myself and handling my food. Although I used to go to this place every day for lunch. I promise I will never go there again. I asked the young black woman who is the manager I would like to speak to them. She told me we do not have a manager are you serious. I have never been more disrespected and humiliated in my life with no ability to take action. So if anyone does know the manager or how I can get in contact with a GM to this place cuz obviously the young black woman working with Jennifer says that there is no GM ever there on site. GM means general manager. So that means these people are without supervision handling your food. And I quote Jennifer said to me this is not Burger King you can't get your sandwich made the way that you want it "

Either she smoked crack or was on meth for few days cause she was everywhere but for sure not listening to what I wanted on my sandwich. Truly disappointed.
Was told not to show up early (on time, they are just slow) for my mobile order because they don't want "you people" lingering in their (empty) lobby. I'll drive to Rosamond if I want Subway rather than put up with the staff here and how rude they are.
Being blatantly laughed at by the RUDE girl behind the counter asking a question about their bread. Thanks. I actually have a dairy allergy and don’t feel like being sick for days. Not a smart thing to do, laughing at your customers. Nobody knew nutritional/ allergy info, which is not too surprising at a place like this, but don’t be RUDE. Making snarky remarks and laughing is so childish and unnecessary. There’s clearly no other option to stop in this rundown town. They feel they can get away with terrible treatment to customers. After reading the other reviews I’m not surprised by this interaction. We’ll never be back.

The sauces are old and separating which leads me to think they just update the labels without actually cleaning the containers and replacing it with new sauce. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to and it’s a wonder why employees don’t last. Every single vegetable looks mushy and the lettuce is brown. And she doesn’t allow coupons because like I said she’s trying to save a buck. It’s a wonder she’s still the manager with the treatment of her employees and customers. First time ordering from this restaurant at the kiosk, I ordered and waited for my order to be complete. All was well, until I got home. My sandwich literally had only 3 pieces of Spinach, 5 pieces of lettuce two cucumbers 1 medium 1 small tomato....that is ridiculous, as if every price.of item the over use will be docked from they're paychecks😑👎🏻
