Manager has the worse attitude for no reason we were driving pass monahans from our trip stopped to feed my kids wish I hadn’t she took our order with the ugliest faces she can make! Took 45 mins to get our order no one was in the lobby, then my daughter went back to ask her for ketchup she grabbed about 60 packets and threw them down and walked away! She’s the worse! Will not be stopping here ever again!

Worst bk I’ve ever been too . If u can’t speak Spanish do t even try . I ordered two simple double. Cheese burgers and go double meat with no cheese. Drove 30mins back to get my order fixed and manager smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes . Won’t be coming back

I ordered my food at 5:45 and at 6:15 was still waiting. I asked for my food or a refund and the less didn't even check to see where my order was in the que. Just refunded me and walked off. No dinner before night shift for me

Dat in line 15 minutes to order. 15 at the window for good, mind you little to no customers which should have been my first sign, then he tells me to pull forward to wait, and we only ordered two chicken fries. I sat there 10 minutes and he brings the food. Cold and cold can be after waiting all that time! 😡

It’s always hit or miss if they’re open or not. They never follow their own hours. Order is rarely correct. On several occasions they are out of hamburger meat. This store is completely sub par.

Not very happy why have signs saying lobby open till 8 am if it is not, well ordered online got to Burger King at 7:40 pm and doors are locked then there’s an extremely long line at drive thru so have to wait in a line of about 10 cars. This is ridiculous will not come here again ummm Burger King do better.

Got there at 1257pm. The man looks at me and days I'll be right with you ok coo. 10 minutes go by before I ordered. Then I get my food at 137pm. A family walked in and after the manager locks the doors other customers were coming and the manger said the lobby is closed. McDonald's had a long of people in drive thru and they were gone before I got my food. And the workers there clearly don't give a damn

Went there, around lunchtime, and was told they were only serving chicken products, at that time. Drove off....highly unsatisfactory. Also, I had a trailer on my truck, so didn't want to go through the drive-thru. I parked in the parking lot and walked over to the front door. They were locked, so I had to pull my trailer through the drive-thru. I quit the Burger King, in Fort Stockton, for the way they send out crappy products. The Monahans Burger King was always good, until lately. After my latest experience, I am done with Burger King. I used to love them, but officially done.

Ordered a #1 whopper. Pic clearly shows lettuce, onion, and tomato.. Mine came without. The bun was a day old yesterday and dry beyond edible. So, I ate the meat with my fingers.. The milkshake was the best part. Thanks!

Every time I go in Burger King that’s one little girl is very disrespectful. I went in today and I asked for a drink Carrier . She took one and threw it at the counter I tried to speak to the manager, but they were in the back behind the wall, laughing when I walked in, she was on the phone. Some Cook has to go over there and told her I was waiting. She’s very disrespectful. making $20 an hour and being so rude and disrespectful and being on your phone constantly this is happening all the time

I went through and ordered French toast sticks , they’re UNCOOKEDi asked for a refund the manager and everybody was rude and said there was nothing I can do about it but get more.. you could literally see the batter still and said they couldn’t do anything about it besides give me more but how could I want more when they were uncooked I couldn’t even eat after that I mean who would ??!! They continued to say I ate them all when there was only 3 I ordered one of them I spit out and the rest was there .
