If you order on the app they don’t make your order correctly. I ordered a mocha frappe they have me a strawberry shake. They forgot my 2 small 1 large fries. They left out all the veggies in my burger. They didn’t get anything right.

it's not bad The really do forget things on your order all the time. But if you call them they will have it ready when you go pick it up. Some highschool kids work there and they are very respectful. I have never gotten a bad attitude from anyone. The bad thing is that the staff changes pretty regularly.

Not very clean. Bathrooms are ok, the day I was there was lots of paper all over the floor. No one is at the cash register so if you do not use the kiosk, you’re gonna be standing there for a very long time waiting for someone to help you. Also, the day I was there the sweet and unsweet tea was sitting out in the lobby by the fountain machine with no lids The flies was crawling around inside.

How many times was my party reheated?....shame on you for being a McDonald's. If there's always one thing about a McDonald's restaurant if it it's that it's 100% consistent every time. This place however is content with sending out food that's been cooked before it's been ordered. Both of my cheeseburgers were cold and my double quarter pounder wasn't even warm and the patties look like they've been heated up over and over. Disgusting. I did speak to Karen the manager and she agreed to replace my order. The most upsetting thing about the whole deal is that you could always count on McDonald's to be so consistent and this one just is not with the others. 01-05-22 6pm

Ordered like normal at the menu the drive thru kid was cussing out a car in front of me and was calling the person a lazy ass and telling them to go home and cook I couldn’t tell if they knew eachoth…

I placed my order and when i got there the resraurant was closed so i tried to cancel the order with no luck my card had already been charged. I reached out the following day to let them know what had happened and they told me they would issue the refund it has been over a week amd i have not gotten a refund so i reached out to customer service and they keep going back and forth telling me the restaurant will reach out but i have not gotten a single call from them my bank says there is no refund in process either.

Went to get breakfast. Ordered on the application they didn't honor the price. Charged me double the price. Manager Didn't really know what was going on. Back window worker felt overwhelmed with the language barrier. Food was cold. Please fix application so we are able to use it correctly. And maybe get some diverse workers so some won't feel out of place with language barrier.

If you use your credit card beware an d check your receipt. I ordered 2 $5 meals for the kids. Later I was checking my bank transactions to see what came in and realized they charged me 20 for that meal . So I looked at the receipt and it had 1 large Big Mac and 1 large 2 cheese burger meal ? But when I got my meals they were the $5 meals. So if they gave me the wrong ticket when I got to the second window they should have gave me the wrong meals , ? But they were the correct meal? Common sense makes me believe someone has got a little scam going on pocketing money which was about $9 from me and no telling what they got by the end of the night. Also tried calling but they kept hanging up on me I don’t think they care about the customer or review, I plan on leaving a post on Facebook so the people of Monahans know something is not right and someone could be stealing from the customers

If I could give zero stars I would they are slow it’s not the best definition of fast food everything seems to go down 1 hour before closing no machine seem to work even tho I placed a mobile order and already paid my money got played with and was not able to get what I paid for I mean seriously something has to give this is outrageous all u can hear over the speakers are them saying go Home n cook I’m trying to leave do u think I wanna get off a 12 hour shift where iv been standing on my feet and go home n cook when I have fast food to go home and eat to go to bed I mean this is crazy

I ordered food and the dude at the window didn’t feel like doing extra work i guess so I went to check my bag for my food and it wasn’t there. Everything else was but not mine and the manager said that it was my fault cz I just looked at the receipt and noticed my food wasn’t even rung up and she absolutely refused to fix it cz i didn’t pay and because they closed she said they are done cooking and taken orders. Never in my McDonalds history have I ever experienced a manager not wanting to fix an order cz they was closing and told customer it was there fault.

Long story short I drove for 4 hours from El Paso trying to get home to Dallas but got hungry. When I got the food it’s was so cold, the fries were super salty, and didn’t refund or give me 2 MCchicken since that’s what I order but never got it

Ordered door dash, dasher had to wait 20 min xtra food is cold inedible, had to rewarm all food. Fast food isn’t rocket surgery, I worded for Arby’s and Hardee’s in school. Yall can do better. Covid’s been over for five years don’t use that excuse for lazy people.

It seems like they have meetings in the cooking area. You practically have to beg for someone to take your order. People do not want to use the order stations all the time. It seems like they feel obligated to help the customers. There is no customer service and you can clearly tell that this attitude starts with managing. This is by far the bottom of the barrel store. Only the grandma's working there seem to provide the customer service.

Worst McDonald's in the country for me so far. I thought the one in montrose, pa was the worst but Monahans wins it. Slower than Christmas, no matter the time or day. Get the orders wrong 9/10. Terrible terrible McDonald's. The franchise owner should be embarrassed. Half the employees don't wear uniforms. Tonight I ordered a number 1 medium with a sprite. Charged me for a large fry. No salt on fries. Box wasn't full.
