My son and I went and had subs chicken tender and cheese steak it was great,a little pricey, but it was delicious

Authentic, local, and delicious Italian food! I would highly recommend the stuffed shells and calzones! The owners and staff were really friendly and I’ll definitely come here again :)

Sal Makes the best Sicilian pizza Its the authentic raised dough overnight ) It you like thin crust get an extra larger , they roll it thin . I get extra crispy.

Best pizza I have ever had. This is no lie the best pizza and I've had a LOT of pizza. NY pizza exactly how it should be done. I was staying in the area for 2 weeks and got some pizza here one night. It was so good I came back a week later for more. Also the owners where there when I picked up order on the 2nd visit and were very courteous and I could tell they take pride in their restaurant and treating the customers well. If I lived in the area I would return here over and over again.

Got a medium Supreme, added Ricotta. Large salad, drinks. One of the very best I've had. Perfectly done. View of falls was a bonus. Great job.

Their pizza is hit or miss along with the staff. It's sometimes to greasy which causes the bottom to be soft. I order here a lot because its local. They like many other Pizza or take out in the area do not deliver. I gave it 5 stars because I like my pizza greasy and the employees work hard.

Went here after hearing great things about the wings. Turns out they just do it all right. Fantastic garlic knots, pizza and those wings too. A table near us ordered a cheesesteak and coming from Philadelphia as my home, it looked better than anything Pats or Genos will ever turn out.

The service is pretty fast for how busy they usually are from what I saw. The pizza is alright, but the garlic knots, let me tell you these are a garlic masterpiece. The garlic knots here are dripping with delicious garlic butter and maaaan are they amazing. Eight is just not enough!

Outstanding service and food. The staff is extremely efficient and polite. I have been here many times and I'm happy to travel from Corning, NY for their pizza. Never disappointed. Highly recommend.

Best garlic knots I've ever had! Their subs are good and fresh. I stop in whenever I'm in the area, and have made the 70 mile round trip on the bike just for the knots.

This Italian family has spent over 20 years perfecting it's menu with some of the best Italian dishes you can find; made with quality ingredients and lots tlc!! If you are not familiar with this area I'd say it is even worthy of a long distanced drive; just to have such awesome pizza. In fact, unless you are from the NYC area, I suspect it will be the best pizza/meatballs/spaghetti etc.. you've had; leaving you craving more! The key is that their sauce is absolutely the best (made as they learned and experienced in Italy)!! I've occasionally stopped along the way and purchased and taken dinner's/pizza to family/friends who equally loved the surprise tied to such quality.

Five stars quite simply because their calzones are awesome! I get meatball, pepperoni, sausage, and sauce inside. Greasy? Yeah. Price for what you get? Fair. Service? Ok. Atmosphere? Fine. Yum? YES! I stop in every chance I get(when I'm in town).

Traveling from Kansas and stopped to try some pizza and wings. The employees were super nice and the pizza (without Cheese) and wing were both sooooooooo good. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Doubt if we ever make it back this way. If your in the area go check this place out.

I got a calzone and it was delicious. It wasn't all dough like some places. It was full of toppings and the dough was light and crispy. I loved it. I've had their pizza before and it is also excellent. Everyone there is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

4 hour drive for me from PA to Jerlando's and it's worth every mile! We ordered our pizza to go because we had our dogs with us. We sat outside while we waited and they even brought the pizza out to us when it was ready. There's bar pizza and then there's gourmet pizza...Jerlando's is definitely gourmet and probably the best I've ever had.

We have been here a couple of times recently. The only thing we haven't liked so far was the bacon in the one calzone was undercooked. The pizzas are very good. We also liked the pasta dishes we ordered.

Food is always great and correct. Staff is super friendly and usually food is ready promptly. We will drive out of our way to go to the montour location because it is consistently better.

Some of the best wings (medium sauce) I've had in a while. Almost tastes like the sauce was partially tomato based, and had I suspected that might be the case, I never would have tried them. I don't know what was really going on, but whatever it was, it worked. I was initially put off by the massive quantity of sauce, the wings were swimming in it and normally I despise that, but by the end I just wished I'd had something else to sop it up with. Good quality chicken wings, fried well, decent amount of meat on the bones. Regarding price, I think my mind is still stuck about five, ten years ago; feels expensive, but these days it probably is a fair price.

We always like to find little local places when we are out of town. This place did not disappoint. I had the buffalo chicken calzone and it was amazing. My wife had the stuffed shells and she said it was great.

The very best large pizza I have ever had. The restaurant is small but clean. Very efficient staff. Owner usually on premises. Bathrooms are fresh and clean. During warmer weather, consider getting it to go and head two blocks away to Chequaga falls.

We were in town for the race and ended up trying this place on Saturday night and then again on Sunday after the race. Saturday we had a medium pie with sausage and mushrooms......we pretty much devoured it. I also ordered a small Italian hero with everything and had them add hot peppers, delicious. The next night, we had 2 small Italian heros and had a small chicken parm, again the Italians were good and I had a couple bites of the chicken parm, very good as well.

Love this pizza place! Reminds me of my childhood, went here all the time when I was a kid. Moved out of state and when we come back to the area, this is an absolute must stop! Pizza is incredible, but so are the other options on the menu. Whatever you order, you will not be disappointed. Comfort food, very nostalgic of childhood. Love. Food is amazing every time. Service is the best around. Atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and friendly.

Decent spot in the heart of Montour Falls, we stopped here for a quick slice before we went about our day. Food: just got some simple slices, they were better than expected and a good overall place. A bit expensive I thought, but it was the only pizza in the area IIRC. Service: guy at the front counter was great. Super nice and managed to multitask between cooking and all that well. Aesthetic: small store front with ~10-12 seats, I feel like its appropriate for this amount of people in town.

My first time trying this place, and all I have to say is it’s freaking awesome. The sauce is the definition of mild, little zing but not too much where your ears hurt and you start to sweat. Only thing I would do next time is ask them to make the wings saucier, but they’re still delicious dry! Pizza isn’t greasy, super cheesy and they don’t jip you on the toppings. Great place, would 100% order from them again. Very friendly staff too!

I was staying at a hotel in walking distance from here and the hotel clerk recommended Jerlandos. My family and I walked here, its in a quaint village that seemed very safe. It was owned by a sweet Italian family and was absolutely delicious! Well priced, fresh, large portions. The mozzarella sticks are the best I've ever had and the marinara was devine! The boneless chicken was perfect too! I can't wait to eat there again on my next visit.

We were at the place next door getting coffee and met the guy working the oven in line who said we had to come over and try a pizza, so glad we did! The pizza was extra thin and crispy and delicious! The people working were so hospitable and made you feel like family. Oh, and you have to try the homemade cannolis! Highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Good sevice, good food, and friendly - fyi nobody wearing masks these days, and the watkins location was just shut down for covid cases (posting week of 6/15/21). The Montour location is smaller but hands down the better of the two.

Food is good and resonance prices. Tell them how U lie something made and repeat it. Also have then repeat it back. There may be a hearing problem or a mask problem.

Called in takeout order. They are always polite and efficient, even when they are crazy busy . Like I said to another waiting customer, if their food wasn't so good, we wouldn't have to ever wait for it.

There are a lot of pizza places in Schuyler county but this location is by far the best. Great sauce and all kinds of options by the slice. And I don't mean add a few toppings and re-heat.

I didn’t realize that Jerlando’s in Watkins is not affiliating the one in Montour Falls. Ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza. Nice flavor and crust and not as greasy as the slices we got in Watkins Glen. Only thing that really concerned me is none of the staff were wearing masks. I had one on and the person who waited on me pulled up a gator. Both my husband and I have to be extra careful during Covid so will need to remember this until Covid is controlled.

Pizza and garlic knots are fantastic, but the wings need some help they are always soggy, not sure what they are doing to make them this way

We did a take out lunch from this place during our Watkin’s Glens trip. The pizzas were flavorful and the service was quick.

Great little pizza shop with a lot of delicious options. We stoped here after this location was highly recommended by a local bartender in Watkins Glen. He was definitely correct! We’ve had food at the other location in Watkins Glen but it was definitely better. Staff were superb. Service was excellent. Menu options are fantastic. Lots of choices but not overwhelming. Prices are great.

My husband and I didn't feel like cooking on this sunny spring day. So we decided to order delivery from Jerlando's in Montour Falls. Delivery was on time and very friendly. Food was delicious as always.

Wonderful food, staff in montour can be quite rude and rush the customers. Staff in Watkins are unbelievably friendly and funny! They make sure you get what you need, When you need it.

I had the pasta and Italian sausage and it was just meh. The sausage was cut up in small slices, which is not the way I like it. Instead of a processed bread roll it would have been nice to get a garlic knot or two with my meal.

The pizza and wings are best around We did discover after years of ordering once or twice a month that you have to ask for the Specials, or you do not get the better price. This is new, the employees have always been helpful when ordering to give the deal. We get a sheet pizza and two dozen wings. Last month $10 was added to the price on one of our orders. When we went in today to pick up, we mentioned this. The employee stated that it is the owner's way of doing business and too bad we didn't know enough to ask. This is really a poor way of doing business with a loyal customer

Been by it several times and gave em a shot. Large 2 topping and dozen garlic wings for.$41.00. kind of exuberant for a small pizza joint in a small town. For $2.75 per topping, received 20 slices of pepperoni and literally 2 TBSP of sausage crumbs. Finding the sausage was an archaeological dig in the cheese ad you can see through the pepperoni slices being so thin. Too much sauce making the crust a bit soggy. The garlic wings, used butter and garlic salt to toss them in. They were cooked the way I like them at least. If you decide to go there, just get a cheese pizza and wings Al dente.....to go. You're better off putting your own toppings and garlic butter at home. In summary.....one and done...go somewhere else, not for $41.00. I can get better quality for 25% less.

Came in a few hours afternoon and a bunch of younger people were working, typically have a great experience but when we called the girl on the phone was very rude and when we came down the guy who checked us out was very sarcastic when we sat down to wait, the third person was whispering while looking at us and laughing. After waiting about 5 minutes they three were talking about another coworker and using foul language very unpleased.

I called at 3:07 was told 30 minutes I arrived at 3:27 I understand I was a little early but I watched them put my pizza in and then was told "you are super early". Take it as you will the food was good the customer service kinda stinks.

Disappointed frequent customer of this place. Ordered a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza and when I went to pick it up I noticed it said “medium pizza 13.50 / CBR 13.75” I thought maybe I was charged incorrectly so I asked for clarification. Was told it was $10 for the chicken alone to be added (this isn’t listed anywhere). So I thought, wow there must be a lot of chicken on this. When I checked, it looks like there’s maybe total two chicken tenders chopped up throughout the whole thing. I’m shocked. The chicken tenders when bought separately are $7 and some change so this seems wrong. Just warning others about this in case you were considering adding chicken, don’t!!!!!

Simple order. Pizza and cannoli. Paid for both. Used to be it was combined at check out. Ooops - now you need to know to pick it up in the soda cooler. Guy on the 2nd call made it sound like it was my fault. And then the cannoli was stale.

Such good pizza, full of grease I can't even eat it, and totally not good service.

Tried calling to ask for delivery today at 6:30pm today. The girl kept hanging up on us and not speaking in complete sentences (being short). I thought it was my reception so called off a phone with different service assuming her “customer service” was because she couldn’t hear me asking questions and talking to her and she said “I already told you this” started rambling off numbers and hung up again. Definitely don’t recommend going to this place if this is how you’ll be treated!! There’s a lovely place down the road that gave us amazing pie’s :)

Ordered my first and last sub from them today. Asked for onions, lettuce & mayo on hot turkey sub with provolone. Got one tiny sliver slice of an onion. The amount of turkey and lettuce is an insult. Don't waste your money. I'm 60 years old and I buy subs all over the area. All over Corning, Watkins Glen, etc. Ive NEVER SEEN A SKIMPY SUB! One TINY sliver of an onion and they call that "onions"!?! Lettuce is so skimpy and the amount of turkey is unreal! NEVER NEVER NEVER going back! SCAM
