Went for the blue corn tlacoyos stayed for the birria papusa! Great place to grab a simple but tasty dinner! I would definitely pop in again for a quick bite!

This is the most authentic Mexican.I've eaten in many years. Everything we got was very good. The beer was priced a little high, but I guess it is everywhere. Definitely recommend it and we'll go back.

This place is really good and authentic. Food arrived fast. Staff was friendly. They have a lot of unique options on the menu. It's also affordable. They deserve a much better rating.

Pupusas were amazing --they give you a side dish and a sauce so that each bite is flavorful. We ordered the quesadillas gus and the pollo guisado--The portions were huge, especially the pollo guisado, though the quesadillas with the fries/baked outer shell and all the works inside (chicken, lettuce, sour cream, spicy red salsa) were better than the pollo guisado, which apparently just tasted like regular chicken. They mixed up our receipts though the end result would be roughly the same anyway, and the servers were friendly though some speak limited English (they will bring someone who understands more English out if necessary). Atmosphere and lighting were both very cool!

FANTASTIC! I had the mixed fruit agua fresca, it was refreshing with bits of real fruit. Their chicken burrito was a nice size and absolutely delicious. I'll be back when I'm near by.

Ooof this right here is bomb. Never dissapoints. Woohoo, if I could give them an 100 stars, I would. Today I got the aguachile and plantain with lenchera... They forgot the lenchera but they were still good.

The pambazo with chorizo was so good, fluffy bread that's crispy grilled on the inner side and brushed with salsa on the outside. The red salsa is the best I've had in the Bay Area - the taste of guajillo chiles is really strong and it's also nice and spicy 🔥

I was craving some Latin American comfort food and this place fixed that right up. Great papusus, tamals, and tasty mole sauce. Good portions as well, see my photos. Service is a bit slow but friendly, it's just laid back. Will definitely come back for more papusus. Lots of options including breakfast.

The quesadillas Gus are delicious! And I like to order them with a hot chocolate abuelita. This place has handmade tortillas, and serious flavors. I guess the only setback is that they only accept cash, but I can live with that ;)

Decent “sit down” Mexican restaurant with a neighborhood taqueria feel and setting. They offer take out or dine in (server attended) service as well. The menu is large, with various Mexican and Central American dishes such as tacos, pupusas, and some other dishes I’ve never tried! Food quality is good (similar to a taqueria), service is fast, setting and customer service could be improved a bit. The owner was nice but some of the newer staff were a little cold. Also, I wonder if this place would be better as a counter order and sit down spot - rather than having servers. Otherwise, this is a good spot if you’re looking for a quick and easy lunch or dinner and want to be attended to - rather than ordering at a counter or getting take out. Food is good for the area. I’d chose this spot if I wanted something between a taqueria and an nicer sit down restaurant. It falls somewhere in between!

This place was awesome and they have a lot of options to choose from, Mexican food to Salvadorian food and the desert is good. Definitely will be back for more also the customer service was very nice and helpful.

We were in the area looking for a decent place to eat pupusas. The food was good and the service was friendly. The place is a little small and the location is crowded but we enjoyed our lunch here.

I would say the food was quite tasty but I think very overpriced. For 3 quesadillas and 1 corona I paid 27 dollars. Definitely too much. But also possible that they charged me more cause I’m not Latino American.

The food tasted good, however, 20 minutes after eating, I came to the conclusion that I got food poisoning from eating at this restaurant. No bueno!!

Pastor and asada tacos were flavorless and they overcharged me by $8. C'mon guys, you can do better!

Very bad service on the phone when they are busy . You need to have some one special for to go . Because they answer and put you on hold for more the 20 min. The to go is very important too .

Don’t go sit waiting for the waiter, just go straight to the bar to order. They didn’t even bother to let me know about it after waiting for 10 mins at the table. The guy who takes order doesn’t understand English. I asked for the rice and beans with burrito, but burrito came alone. Food is not hot, but warm. Very cold inside the restaurant. Music is too loud like at discoteque.

Food is completely over priced. I don’t mind paying for good food, but nothing here was amazing just blah. Chicken soup was 😬$18.00. The lady cashier was rude which sucks because the young man try hard to make sure the services was good. She ruined the experience. I won’t be back.
