These guys are usually pretty good, but I still check my order EVERY time before I leave. They often forget condiments, utensils, even small sides such as cookies. Also, if you like the FLG sauce, it seems like they usually don't have any. The food will be fresh; just make sure it's all there!

Just recently went back to KFC after about 3 yrs of buying my chicken from El Pollo Loco. My 3 yrs doing business at EPL has been one disappointment after another (see my review of EPL). My 1st order back at KFC was a 9 pc leg & thigh, with two sides of potatoes and gravy, & four biscuits. Surprisingly, the chicken was far less greasy (better) than 3 yrs ago. the potatoes were bland (no change), gravy was good (no change) & my biscuits were already hard as rock (no change) after my 10 minute drive home. My total cost was approx $24, with a discount coupon, for the 9 piece chicken dinner (approx feeds 3 people). I am not ruling out driving to Popeyes in Vallejo, considering KFC & EPL are the only 2 options in Napa for fast food chicken.

I love the spicy wings but if I'm going to order 12 piece I should be able to get the combo

The biscuits were hard. The potpie was great. The chicken was dry. The bathroom needed a jackhammer. The dining room was in need of a deep cleaning. The mashed potatoes were hot and the coleslaw was cold.

Ordered a 4pc original combo, they gave me two pieces of chicken that tasted ok along with a dried chicken breast that tasted like mold and a wing that came from a miniature bird. A side of "sweet corn" that tasted like a corroded metal can. The 4 biscuits had uncooked flour in the middle.

Rude , negative vibe , cold food and some of the employees should be fired for how they represent KFC. Pick abother place to eat trust me

Why do the workers never seem to actually enjoy working here? I understand that fast food isn't the ideal job for most people, but at least put on a happy face for the guests! This indicates that management isn't fostering the proper morale among their employees. Happy employees lead to better customer experiences, and a lack of enthusiasm reflects poorly on the establishment. Management needs to create a positive work environment and motivating their workers. Otherwise this negative atmosphere will keep on affecting both staff and customers, ultimately ruining KFC's reputation

Completely unclean, and the food is absolutely greasy. I don't want to get a heart attack at 20. If the food was less greasy, and the meat was of higher quality, and the stores were actually clean, I'd consider giving it a 4-5 star review.

It was a terrible idea because I ate several bites of it before I discovered this clump of hair inside the gravy and potatoes. I have worked in the food industry and it isn’t difficult to follow rules like maintaining a clean food station, consistently sanitizing, and keeping your biological matter out of your customer’s meal. This showcases the lack of sanitation practices at Socol Napa’s KFC which is concerning when we are still struggling to overcome a pandemic. If you want a Famous Bowl, skip this KFC because they do not follow sanitation guidelines.

So disappointed that KFC no longer has the vegetarian nuggets (for me). My husband likes to get regular chicken, but we won't be stopping at KFC anymore because there is nothing for me to order. Even if it wasn't a money maker, having an option for spouses who don't eat chicken would create return business. We're out now, sorry.

I’ve been wanting to move out of Napa due to its lack of entertainment however I stayed due to its remarkable reach of kfc however when they closed down our second KFC for another Starbucks I was petrified, Will I truly need to travel across town to indulge myself of KFC? I wondered if life was worth living here; Other towns offer far more KFC locations, however this one doesn’t, I mourned my loss however this god forsaken town will never be the same after the loss of our second KFC, I’ll be packing my things and moving to LA…
