Since the remodel and the new employees the food is fresh everytime I've went in the morning. The 8$ munchie boxes are really good. The guy who greets me in the morning, he said his name was Ismael or Rafael, he's very nice communicates well and makes sure the order is correct. It's nice having that kind of service. Give that guy a raise :)
Well what could I say about Jack In The Box that probably hasn't been said already? This fast food icon has been been around for as long as I can remember. Fast food and drive thru. What isn't great about that? The menu covers burgers Fries, onion rings and my favorite tacos. Sodas to shakes, cheesecake and egg rolls and just about everything in between. Service is. . Well, good. Bring that up with Jack if you have a problem. I would go just for the tacos. If your out on the road and need a bite. Yep, Hit up Jack he's your man. Or clown or. . Well just say Good Job Jack!
My friend and I had just had THE WORST EXPERIENCE, before stopping for some food on our way back. I laughed at how there was NOTHING that could change how horrible our evening turned out. Then, we got to experience Jack at his VERY BEST!! Egg rolls...PERFECTION!! Tacos....again PERFECTION!! Leave to Jack to hit a home run!!
I went to this location a couple weeks ago late in the evening and the line was quite long and not really moving. After about 15 mins and cars starting to leave I called the location to make sure they were still open but no answer. On the website it read open 24 hrs so i decided to stay waiting. When we finally got to the ordering window I was told that they were closed and that the car in front of me was their last order for the night. I explained to the guy that I had been waiting patiently in the line for over 20 mins, including two cars behind me. I explained to the guy that I even tried calling to confirm their closing time and no answer. He immediately apologized and said that they were short staffed but that he would take care of us. Even though the line and wait was not a great experience, the fact that this guy wanted to make things right for the customer was amazing and well appreciated. When we got to the window I thought for a second that we were gonna be treated rudely for making them stay behind but it was the absolute opposite. We were greeted with big smiles and a wonderful attitude. Jack in the box you need more Xavier and Sam’s, exceptional workers! Thank you Xavier and Sam!!!!
The inside was closed when I went. But that being said you could still see in and it looked nice and clean.
I know people say Jack in the Box sells crummy food, but I absolutely love the taste of pretty much everything they sell. This Jack in the Box shut down for a very long time, and I'll tell you many people in town were waiting for it to reopen. You realize you miss a restaurant when they shut down and you can't order their food anymore. You can expect a long drive through line here sometimes, but most good restaurants have long lines. I think your typical experience at Jack In The Box will be the same at this location, but I personally am very happy that they are open again.
I decided to try the 3-piece egg rolls. I was expecting small (in length and width) egg rolls, but was surprised how large, crispy, hot, and full of cabbage, carrots and another vegetable they were filled with! Definitely rivals local Chinese restaurant egg rolls. JIB's Sweet and Sour Sauce was very good as well. A nice alternative to a hamburger or chicken burger; I will buy this appetizer again in the future. Total price of $5.73 was not bad.
Our local Jack-in-the-Box was part of a group that was closed for a long time last year because of a an ownership dispute. That finally got cleared up and then it was closed because of the covid-19. When it finally opened up for good the line was all the way around and out the street from the parking lot. I am pleased to report that they now have more employees who are better trained and the food today was quite good just like it used to be.
Food was great! They have breakfast all day and my kids love the breakfast menu. You can get two breakfast sandwiches for $4 right now! The variety and flavor are always great. We love the seasoned fries. They have kids meals and adult meals. They have an excellent cheese cake you buy by the slice. Very good flavor. The staff is excellent too. We will go back again.
One of the better fast food experiences we've had in a long time. Staff was polite and fast and the food was actually pretty good. Definitely would stop by again.
Drive threw was alot faster then I am used to....I travel alot so I use alot of drive threws...here at this one they were very quick and courteous...it was lunch time as well...ibhad the #1 sourdough jack...it was perfect....I will be back
Staff is friendly. After the very windy day the breakfast menu flew away from the ordering screen. I don’t know why they didn’t move the other sign there instead. Kind of made ordering breakfast challenging. Good size breakfast burrito hit the spot.

Im a regular at this location and im always so pleased by how polite and respectful the staff is. Tonight i headed over to pick up my sons mobile order and noticed the drive thru line wrapped around the building- lobby was also full. Despite this (and some unnecessarily irritated customers that were frustrated their 30 item orders werent finished in an instant) i still received promptness and respect from the staff. I believe the manager (?) was working expo/window/counter and he impressed me so much. Obviously in the weeds, he was so kind and was doing a stellar job leading the team. 100/10.
I usually wouldn't ever take the time to post about a fast food restaurant if everything is good, But I go to this location often and every time I do, especially late night, there's usually only maybe one or two workers running it all and they always do fantastic. Honestly huge hats off to everyone there. Might take a second to get through with 7 cars but they do great.
Had a wonderful experience on CHRISTMAS DAY! Super friendly and kind staff who definitely got the job done. Working on a holiday is noble on its own but these people made my day!
The employee that was working the drive-thru October 5th, 2023, around 1pm, was very good, he double checked my large order and made sure everything was correct. I haven't seen that in a long time, and it's refreshing to see someone take their job seriously. The food was good, and not a single thing was wrong with our order. Highly recommend for a quick bite!

Line for drive-thru is sometimes long, but it's worth the wait. There is a manager that has been there awhile, and one time late night craving got the best of me. I went and she was the only person there doing everything. Of course, I didn't know this until I got to the window, but she was so kind and still had a smile on her face. I completely appreciate her so much! Jack in The Box corporate... She definitely is a keeper and greatly needs a huge raise!!
Order # 480 on 7-29-22 at 8:09. This was absolutely the VERY best experience I have ever had at a Jack in The Box, ever. My order was kinda custom the way I like stuff and the way my wife does. Claudia made sure it was accurate and perfect. It was a to go order and thoroughly awesome. Claudia put her glasses on to make positive she input the order to the T. I will go back even more now. In a day where service has seemed to falter. This was an example of Claudia and the entire crew taking pride in their product. Thank you for an awesome meal..

Went inside on Christmas day, they were working so hard, it was incredibly busy but they were getting these orders out as fast as they could. AND they were laughing with other coworkers and joking around keeping the spirits up pushing each other through their shift. Incredible team working hard together on such a busy day for them. One of the best culinary experiences in New Braunfels. I ordered the tacos and jalapeno poppers. The jalapeno poppers were filled with something resembling cream cheese and then deep fried for flavor, texture and the obvious health benefits. Jalapeños are naturally green so this counts as a salad! The tacos were delicious even though the taste was similar to wet cat food in an envelope. There were a few shreds of lettuce tossed on top making it a healthy choice of pseudo food options. I washed all this delicious garbage down with a large Coca-Cola. The 19 tablespoons of sugar in the coke were balanced out by the aforementioned healthy options of salad shreds and green jalapeños. For such a large meal (4 “tacos” and 7 jalapeno poppers) I estimated my calorie intake to be zero since I ate it with my eyes closed. If you don’t see it, it don’t count. THANK YOU MR. BOX! I’ll be back tomorrow as soon as I blow out the rest of this diarrhea!
I ordered DoorDash from this location & whoever made my order was a REAL ONE!! Everything was hot, fresh & delicious. I asked for extra salt on my fries and they were deliciously salted.
Jack In The Box is a great place to get a good, quick meal. The front counter person was very friendly. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the menu, which always helps. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The restaurant was super clean, and all the employees I interacted with were great. I would definitely recommend this particular location if you are ever in New Braunfels.
A nice alternative to McDonalds. Nice selection of items. Chicken Teriyaki bowl was very tasty but tiny. Egg roll was better than those at most Chinese buffets. Love the Coke machine that allows you to mix flavors. One of the few places I can I uncaffeinated colas
Today my order was taken and sent out to me in a timely manner. I heard good communication between the employees. My only criticism is that it seemed the A/C was on. The store was uncomfortably cool. Boarding on cold. With the outside temp in the mid 40s, a warm interior would have been welcome.
Good food but always really slow at night. Sometimes waiting in drive thru for over 30 minutes. I'm not sure if it's because they are short staffed or just don't schedual enough people at night. Edit: I have been back twice since my post.. and the last time I went around 11pm after work and the employee of the month (aka the chair) was in the drive thru blocking it off. Not sure why.. the lights inside were on and cars were in the parking lot so employees must have been inside. And this time the line was wrapped around the building and going at a snail pace.
The food was delicious, it was too stuffy in the restaurant we ate in the car. Poor staff from front, one lady taking orders on drive through and walkins and the staff from kitchen kept messing up orders, it looked like a long day for her.
The food was good. However, they forgot my strawberry milkshake but I forgot to ask.I didn't pay for it so it's OK, partly my fault for not asking. I love Tacos from Jack and the box, and this time, I got really good egg rolls, crispy juice, oddly enough OMG 😲 and good-sized portions. I couldn't finish them. For fast food, no complaints.
I've lived in New Brfor almost 4 years and have eaten at this particular JITB many times. The workers (who are the face of the company) have been so wonderful and the food is typically good. Tonight, I had not one complaint about anything... except they didn't answer the phone when I tried to call and compliment them.
1st time I've eaten their food in years. Between them being shut down for remodeling and Covid. Their season curly fries still great. Now their tacos were never the best always on the skimpy side but like old drive in movie food, one would get accustomed to them. Sadly though it appears they went both directions with the economy....the price went up and the quality got poorer...way skimpier! New Braunfels location
Jack has great commercials, but the food is always just a little less than you expect. Not taste...quantity for your dollar. The burger looks substantial on the menu, but is actually the size of a kids burger anywhere else. I won't return to a Jack when I have equally priced options that provide substance.
I usually always have a very good experience at this location unfortunately the drive thru line took a very long time to get acknowledged then ask to be patient and was held for close to ten minutes before my order was taken. I get equipment difficulties but don't forget about the customer, if that was the problem. Sorry I couldn't be positive this time...
If your in a hurry and in a budget this is perfect, my recommendation will be the mini tacos banquet (15) with curly fries will fill you up nicely for less than 7 bucks…… breakfast plate is not bad specially if you running with the kids ,a great place? I don’t think so , is just a regular fast food restaurant that do better than Mc Donald and that’s a compliment

12/8/25 at 1:00 The place upon walking in is dirty floors sticky ceiling is falling apart only 3 employees working people coming in from drive thru say the order is wrong the charged is for a cole when we were getting a water got a full refund but still wanted our food it took 25 mins for our food looks like old fries in the tray didn't want to eat here but we are hungry like 10 people got served through the drive thru before us WORST SERVICE EVER
Had jack in the box for first time last year at a location 12 miles away and loved it!! Been there lots of times and always good and nice staff, unfortunately new braunfels one is not good. I was so excited to go there and staff seemed like they hated their jobs and when I got my food none of it was fresh and most was already cold. I’ll possibly try again but unfortunately I think this is gonna be just like all of its neighboring fast food restaurants. Staff that does not care and management they doesn’t care as well...
Drive through ordered. They sent us to parking lot to wait for the order and forgot about it. My husband had to go inside and they brought the order like 20 minutes later. They gave us the order incomplete!
As the ONLY Jack in NB, this place should be top notch. Honestly, the local crap BK is better. Shame on both of them. The employees run the store, not the manager. It's embarrassing. This Jack is so conveniently located right off 35 as well. Shame corporate doesn't come in and clean shop. The local DQ, which is right down the street, is a much better alternative.
This isn't even about the food that comes out of here. They have the lobby locked from the front and for good reason. We were able to get in from the side entrance and did so because our 9 month old doesn't sit well in long drive thru lines. Inside is....bad, every single ceiling tile looks bloated and like it's about to fall. The drink machine didn't work and the vents all have suspicious black spots on them. After this visit we can tell money hasn't been out into the upkeep which concerns us about the quality of the food coming out and we will not be eating here again. Also our order came out wrong
Yup, that will probably be my last trip to JiB. The drive-thru wasn't busy, but it was slow. I ordered a Sourdough Jack sandwich and was fairly disappointed. The price for JUST the sandwich was $7.32. No fries, no drink. Just the sandwich. The bun looked and tasted like basic white sandwich bread. Barely toasted, like the might have walked by the toaster to make the sandwich. The meat and dressing were on point for the sandwich itself. But that is about the only positive I have to say about it. It's really depressing how far down our fast food chains have slid over that last several years. The quality has really bombed out. And where some companies made up for quality with quantity have fallen short of that mark as well..
This jack in the box usually takes longer than others whether there busy or not....
I haven't eaten at this location in a few months. The last visit I was told they had no tacos (mid morning). And their coke machine was out. So I went somewhere else. This week I decided to try again for breakfast (7:15 am), I pulled up to drive thru and there were 2 employees outside the back door on a smoke break. I sat at the menu waiting for my order to be taken and after a couple of minutes I saw the 2 employees go inside. Then the lights came on at the menu/speaker but, no one took my order. I sat there for just a few more minutes before I left since I still had to be to work on time and wanted to grab breakfast. I even checked online thinking maybe I was too early. But posted said open at 6 am. But, the lights weren't on until I was there for awhile.
The hours posted online and the hours that this place is actually open do not match. It's inconvenient and inconsiderate.
This is a very busy location. The inside is hot, perhaps about 80°. The cashier was trying to get people out as fast as he could, so mistakes were made on our order. It took about 15 minutes for our order to come out. Instead of saying it would be fixed, he argued with us then said ok. The cashier then also proceeded to be berated by the line cook for messing up the sandwich, in front of customers. It was a very awkward dinning experience. The food was ok, but spoiled by the atmosphere. We might come back, but only for the drive through.
This is by far got to be one of the worst experiences I've had so far dealing with a restaurant. Not only was the area we were sitting in about 80 degrees our food was a good 15 minutes late and when we got it they had made my order wrong. When I went up to ask for my order to be corrected I was questioned about it. Afterwards I heard people arguing with each other over the sandwich itself instead of just fixing it. All in all it was a terrible experience and I don't think I'm coming back to this establishment.
Worst Jack in the Box I ever ate at. You could at least have the in store counter open to pick up food ordered online. All of my food was cold. Still the worst. Not one car was there, but the inside was open.
I had ordered 2 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger meals. Both burgers had only one child sized patty and two strips of bacon on a child sized bun. This isn't a mistake it is a rip off plain and simple. Then to top it off, the listed phone number is disconnected. So there is no way to call and hold them accountable. I live on the other side of town and I am in no mood to drive all the way back in the rain. If you go here, make sure to check everything you order before driving away.
I went through and ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a fruit punch on my lunch break. When I got back to work to I opens my bag to eat my meal and boy was I disappointed. The double cheeseburger I ordered and was charged for had one patty that looked like it goes with a kids meal. On top of that my fries were mushy and cold, and they gave me a coke instead of the fruit punch I ordered. So I called the number on the receipt and the phone rang multiple time then it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it right back up. When I got off work I went up to the restaurant and they told me there was nothing that they could do. I called corporate where I wasn’t able to speak to anybody and had to leave a message on the answering machine. This was over a month ago and I still have not heard anything back. That is the last time I spend any money at this restaurant chain.
The lady in the drive through was rude for no reason came to window very rude from the start and I asked for an item that wasn’t in my bag and was treated so rude and unprofessional the lady at the window said she would get her manager in a way that let me know the manager would be just as rude and unprofessional as the worker, and I was right the manager came to window very rude opened window with the meanest face ready to attack me without hearing a word she has no customer service and had no gloves no hat no hairnet and told me to leave. I asked for her boss and she said she owned the place.

Waited 16 minutes behind two cars. Waited at the menu board till both cars had pulled out of line. No one asked to take my order till i pulled to the window. Then my order was taken. The onion rings were hot. The burger was dry and cold when i got it. No seasoning. WONT BE BACK!

Horrible very Horrible so I waited to order right now, I kept saying Hello and no answer so I drove to the window I saw window wide open and no one in site so I waited I was going to go around again I see 2 co workers sitting outside talking I said Hi are yall open he didn't respond other then have his hand up for me to wait so he can finish his conversation with his Co worker, they Continued to talk as if I wasn't even there, the lady that was sitting down got up and they both went inside with out saying a single word to me, I then pull around the window again to place a order and just so he could say we're close really??? I dont understand why do people work at places they don't want to be at ???why for a check with horrible rude Customer service. To the Management in charge of Jack in the Box hire some better workers please . This happen tonight 9-25-22 at 8:20 p.m . Will never go back there again .
Always slow for the drive through and inside. If you go make sure to set aside a extra 25 mins minimum to wait in line. Management can not even take responsibility for a messed up order. I love jack in the box but this one needs a big boost of motivation to get to some kind of standard.
I guess 1:30 a.m. is the new 2:00 a.m. On the website it says they close at 2:00 a.m. and when I arrived at 1:30 they were already shutting down and I was told I could not order by one of the staff members standing in the Drive-Thru window and waving his hand in front of his throat as to tell me they were no longer serving food. All the drive-thru lights were on and the inside lights were on as if they were still open. If you close at 1:30 you should post your hours as such. I can't say I've ever had a really good experience at this particular Jack in the box, usually every time I come here they get my order wrong. I most definitely will not consider coming back to this particular location
I accidentally over ordered an item on the app and was trying to talk to a worker about how to resolve the issue as best as possible. The guy was. Not helping at all and offered to give me less food for more money and basically said I was stuck. There needs to be more updates to the app to help eliminate issues.
Got the ultimate bacon cheeseburger #7. Didn't even come close to looking like the picture. Taste was bland. Three slices of bacon but no bacon Taste. Good sized party but I don't even want to know where it came from. Curly fries were good.
They claim to be open 24hrs. It's now 1:30 am and I just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and not one person came to the speaker. I drove up to the window and there were no visible employees. I called the phone number from the Jack in the Box website and a guy answered and said that all of the employees were stocking the freezer and their headsets don't work in there. I asked for the district managers phone number and he stated sorry, I don't know it. Won't be visiting this establishment any longer. This is the obvious reason behind the brand new restaurant closing already. Poor customer service.
These guys are so slow, and every time I have either ordered or picked up for Uber, their doors are never opened. I know they had some construction going on but they no longer do. They always have signs that say to go order only when you get off but when you go to open the door, all are locked. The closest door to the parking lot is always closed and does not even have a sign to use other doors. If they are going to lock all doors you would think they would put signs on all. On days when it rains it would save time and from getting wet!
The lady talking through the mic was being very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers correctly I understand if you’re having a bad night but that doesn’t mean you take it out on other people especially if no one threw attitude at you in the first place the lady she talked to before us she was being very rude to her very bad customer service all in all besides the sweet person at the actual window handing the food out knew how to talk and have a good positive mood and wasn’t being at all rude then the lady at the mic messed up on my order twice I really didn’t care the second time cause I didn’t want to go back and deal with her but the first time she messed up she came to the window with a ugly stare won’t be going back to this jack in the box and i came from out of town for a visit down here smh👎🏽👎🏽

Who the hell is doing the hiring at the Jack in the box on 46 in New Braunfels! One of the worst drive thru experiences I have ever had.. and these workers want higher pay! Learn some freaking respect and manners… the owner just lost over 80$ worth of what I was gonna order and probably has lost more due to this lack of decent employees! Never going here again.. owner needs to find out who was doing the drive thru orders at 1:20am and make sure they get them replaced .. it sounded like a female to me but more like those who are trying to sound manly..
Literally paid for food in the App and it didn’t go through in the app but I was charged. Showed the manager all the details of the payment in my Apple Pay wallet, date, time, (10 minutes before I’m talking to her) location, the exact total that I had in the app ready for checkout and she just said there’s nothing she can do. They took my money and gave me nothing.

Had to give a star because I can’t go further but your store clearly states that the dining room opens at 6 so why is it closed!? While the employees just sit around in it covering their faces because people want inside. I didn’t get my food because they would not open the door. Great job Gus!
Food was cold and the establishment was pretty poor. Felt bad having to keep going and asking employees for little things that were forgotten on their behalf like ketchup, lids, and the little Deadpool head promo but because there was none of these items up in front. I can understand the little promo item as that’s one per customer but it was still inconvenient to ask them about it after they had forgotten it when we had purchased the snack box.
The sad thing is that Jack in the Box used to be good. This was a far cry from it's former glory days. I ordered 2 Spicy chicken combos, tacos, and a breakfast jack. The sandwiches, fries, and tacos had a nasty taste. I came to the conclusion that the oil is bad. I can only assume it was the oil because they all had the same taste. It was rancid. The only thing half decent was the breakfast jack my wife ordered. I've told myself one too many times that the next time will be better. Nope, it won't.

I thought this Jack In The Box was good but now its not. whenever I order from door dash and I want a Bacon cheeseburger with NO ketchup, NO mustard and NO mayo. n I end up getting ketchup, mustard n mayo on my Bacon cheeseburger. I was mad as hell. the employee's need to do a better job, n the sodas they gave me nasty as hell.
Earlier tonight my boyfriend and I stopped by to order us food but had stopped to check to see if it was open considering it was the only fast food store that was open past hours as well as Christmas being over shortly after, we were greeted very rudely at the speaker by a lady, every time we placed an item she would say “We don’t have that item” and would whisper underneath her voice, after 6 mins of her telling us which items they didn’t have instead of informing us from the beginning, it took 13 minutes for absolutely nobody to show up and cash us out.we left after. as someone who has and still is working in fast food, it is so ridiculous to see such atrocious customer service. Won’t be coming back
They missed the burgers in the burger combo. Can’t make this up. Do not support JIB in this area, they’re all very slow and get every order wrong. It took 30 minutes to get my order at a fast food restaurant. The food was all sloppy and fries weren’t even filled full. If you respect your hard earned money, go someplace you will actually get your dollars worth. Food is disgusting. Edit - The generic “contact us at our generic help line”. Hilarious. If you’re reading this review it’s about time you start looking for another place unless you’re trying to be disappointed for your next meal.
Albert has the worst customer service I honestly ever experienced out of a fast food industry. I am as polite as can be when ordering because I know how stressful working in fast food industry can be but this morning when I went to this establishment he was extremely rude. With that sad , Thank you to management for hearing my concerns.
Came into the drive through at 10:50pm on 03/06/2021 there was no answer at the drive through menu at all, when pulling up to the window saw no one in the store but saw keys hanging near the fry or hot food area pulled to the store front and haven’t seen any workers or any thing. Very disappointing to have this kind of service in new braunfels
This location is awful! About 3 weeks I was on my hour lunch break from work, which is about 5 mins away, and I ordered food through the drive thru. It took forever! Plus they forgot some of my food. I had to keep asking for them to fix it. It was rather annoying. The worst part? I couldn't even enjoy it on my break because it took so long! I had to scarf it down on my way back to work. Will never go here again on break!
Waited over 30 mins in the drive thruwith only 2 cars in front of me!!! Horrible customer service from the lady taking my order to the man who took the payment! Even the manager was super rude. Then my order was not correct but since the inside is closed... I would have to wait another 30 mins to get corrected!!! I'm gonna call corporate in addition to leaving this review!! Absolute Worst Jack in the Box experience ever!!
So much for the fast in fast food. They skipped my order and took 20 mins to finally get my order
Stopped and grabbed 2 combos and an additional burger. I live about 10 min from the location. I got one curly fry and one regular. The regular fry was room temp and stale, but the real shocker were the FROZEN curly fries! Yes, still frozen, not cold but icy center. Haven't even touched the grilled chicken sandwich or burgers. How do you put still frozen fries in an order? I tried to call but after 8 attempts and the phone clearly being off the hook, I stopped trying. Not sure if this was a mistake, or if they were trying to be funny but it is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be returning.
This place amazes me, ever time something is jacked! First, hire people that can add 2 plus 2. Sorry, don't mean to be mean, but how long can you hire people that can't do their job? Oh, may the idea of customer service would be good. I keep having issues with this location, done, no more. I will go to Jack in the Box, but never that location. I've tried to be fair and understanding. But when I sit at the intercom for over 5 mins saying hello... nobody says anything. Then pull thru and oh look person at the window. Didn't want to waste my time anymore. Will not be back!!
Literally NEVER have a good experience here. Not sure why we keep fooling ourselves thinking maybe it gets better, about once a year we give it another shot and are reminded why we don't bother. Always takes 10-15 minutes for service and somehow the food is ICE COLD and made incorrectly. The food coming out of this establishment tastes like it was made with disdain and spite. Incredibly consistent location... in its abysmal quality and service, lol. They've managed to remain horrible across several years. Also, don't bother trying to resolve any complaints or issues. A couple years ago we placed an order online, arrived to the store to find literally no one working inside, asked for a refund and was not given one but told "come back and we'll remake it, tell the team (name of GM I can't remember) said we would" and the next day we tried that, the staff said they couldn't do that. Honestly, the joke is on us for giving this location another chance LOL. Stay away. The BK across the highway is better and that says A LOT.
I got in a fight with two ladies working the night shift because they didn’t understand that an order of tacos is two tacos and not just one. I put two orders in AND CLEARLY charged on the receipt so it equals 4 tacos. Not only they forgot to put them in my bag, when I went back they were arguing about how it was only two tacos. I know this seems silly but I’m pregnant and was really craving those damn tacos. Date was August 28th around 12!AM
Everything about this was absolutely horrible i waited 20 minutes in line just to get my food and then the lady on the speaker was already rude when I got the the window I could understand anything they were saying and I had two separate orders and they charged my card twice for the orders and not only that but the manager as I was asking for taco sauce she said “vamonos” so rude and then I get home and the order wasn’t even correct. I have a problem ever time I come here and just can’t comprehend why you work if you’re going to be so miserable to your customers. I’ve been working in the food industry for over 5 years and have never acted like this at my job. Do better jack in the box that service was horrible.
I get it, it’s not fine dining but at least take care of the place. Food service was slow, had to drag the table across the floor cause the ac vent was leaking, soda machine with no ice, no other drink choice but coke, air feels humid and stagnant inside the building. We stopped just cause it was next to the highway, so make sure you don’t make the same mistake and just keep driving to the next exit
Definitely will not return. So this is the second time with the same results with visits a month apart. I thought they might have improved a bit, guess I was wrong. Super long wait in the drive through with only 3 other cars in front of us. Took over 30 min for us to even be able to order and then another 15 min to get our food. In a drive through that’s not good. Of I could’ve gotten pt of line to leave I would have, but I was blocked from existing by a line of cars. The food was cold by the time we were served in the drive through, not even lukewarm. Sodas were flat . We had to stop at the gas station to get some drinks to replace the ones that came with our order. To top it all off, it didn’t even taste very good after reheating it in the microwave. Just not what it used to be. Especially for $12 a person. They used to be an excellent place to eat, gone down hill tremendously. We will definitely not be back.
