The dunking donut chain here work fast and the servers are friendly. The place is clean and spacious. That's all I ask for when I go to a place to get coffee or breakfast in NYC. A clean location with friendly and fast service.

I believe this may be my favorite bakery/cafes in all of Queens. It certainly is the most beautiful and classy. I had a little more time to browse around because the young lady that was helping me told me a fresh batch of chocolate croissants would be out shortly. As I looked around she apologized for me having to wait, but I was happy to have to time to explore. She gave me a sample of the chocolate and cream croissant as well as a nutella filled cookie to help me pass the time. I picked up some various pastries - the chocolate tart, the raspberry tart and vanilla mille-feuille to bring to my family. Besides the items being beautiful, the packaging was down right elegant - gorgeous boxes and bag. It will make an impression if you bring anything from here on an occasion - I know mine did. My family couldn't stop raving about it or decide what they liked best. The raspberry tart edged out the others for me. Greek owned, with classically trained French culinary experience is a powerful combination. Get here now and experience it yourself!

We enjoyed the coffee , croissant and spinach/feta quiche. There is small seating area on the first floor. There is free WiFi.

The extremely kind baristas are thoughtful and humane, in addition to making great coffee. I saw them extending courtesy and care to everyone in the shop this morning. That's so rare. I'll make a point to come back to support this business for that alone.

This is the best coffee in the city. I order coffee here all the time (+1000 times) it has never disappointed me even once. The quality is always amazing, and the service is excellent 🤍

Cute little coffee shop with pastries! Was convenient for us to grab a quick coffee and pastry after taking a class at the Peloton studio. My chocolate croissant was still warm from the oven and the latte was strong and flavorful. Not much room if plan to eat there, but I assume most people just take their items to go

This is the second Arvaci location I’ve visited and love it too! Friendly barista, great coffee and pastries, free fast WiFi and upstairs seating. The place is small and cozy and very cute ☺️

We had a very nice cortado here. If you like your coffee strong, suggest getting double cortago! Very courteous and friendly staff. Savory crossaint was also great.

In a time where so many people where so many people head to corporate coffee shops, they should stop and and try Arvaci. The barista's took the time to help my wife order with her dairy allergy, helped me decide which delicious Ukrainian pastry to try (the Oreshki and the Pierogi were delicious) and they truly cared about our experience. Their shop is clean and and their service is prompt! By the time my wife sat down our coffees were ready! My wife said her ice coffee was amazing! My hot coffee was perfect! We will be back! Highly recommended!!! Slava Ukraini!!!

Very unassuming interior, but excellent service, and we all loved our coffees and food. The spinach feta croissant was fantastic, and we also loved the pierogi and savory pie. Not my favorite baklava, but will definitely come back for the savory pastries and coffees!

🌟 5 stars — a cozy spot for true coffee lovers! I stumbled upon Arvachi by chance, and it was love at first sip! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly, and the coffee is absolutely perfect. I ordered a latte, and the presentation was so beautiful I had to take a photo. They also offer amazing pastries — fresh, fragrant, and incredibly tasty (highly recommend the croissant!)🤍

Went here to work for a few hours. The person working was so friendly and attentive. The spinach and feta quiche was amazing and the iced latte was also delicious. It’s a great, quiet place to sit and get some work done. I also bought a blood orange juice they have in bottles which was amazing. Will definitely be back!

I went there to get breakfast. I wanted to try one of their latte that i saw on their IG. The barista was very nice and she told me it was their pumpkin spice latte, i didn't want it, kindly she advised me to get the caramel latte. I agreed, and she did her magic because, ohlawd this iced caramel latte was made with all her heart. It was flavory and delicious. Their pastries are pricey, but i will always choose good quality over price, and their quiche was delicious 😋 Definitely will go back when i am in the area✌🏽.

Nice place to stop in anytime for a sandwich, donut , coffee hot or iced. Staff very friendly. Working restroom . Plenty of seating, wifi and the AC is blasting. They even sell baskin Robbins ice cream. Nice spot to relax for a bit

A solid coffee stop with a straightforward espresso-based menu, and the flat white was smooth & balanced with just the right boost. The space is low key but snug, with a few tables and a cozy window nook.

Cute little coffee shop. Very local feel. I liked my drink and my sweet baked good. I would recommend if you are in the area and need a place for coffee. Sit at the front table or go to the second floor which has nice seating.

Not helpful staff. The app doesn't support ordering single packets of condiments for hashbrowns, and yet they won't give a packet despite having those condiments because it's an 'add-on' for sandwiches. They don't know their own systems and I had to go without my normal condiments other stores provide as a result. They gave a bunch of attitude about it.

No French rolls at this location and no Chicken Tuna sandwich. This place is kosher. Place seems clean with an open layout. Great place to meet someone for a quick coffee and talk. Cashier is the same person preparing / touching your food with the same plastic gloves. This Dunkin' Donuts location is prime and all prices are a bit more expensive than other stores. I've been here during the week around 4 - 5 PM and Saturday around 5 - 6 PM and it's always empty or with very few people (1 to 3). The bagel options are also very limited. 3 stars in my opinion.

J
Jason S

This location is kind of "tired" looking. It's OK at best and a mediocre Dunkin location. You can definitely find better coffee and bagels in the neighborhood. They open at 6:00 am, which almost nobody else does, so it has that going for them.

***3 1/2 stars*** I've enjoyed my handful of visits to Arvaci, but you know what I didn't enjoy? The walk over there. Honestly, it's a big reason I'm probably not going back any time soon - the trek down 37th between 8th and 9th might literally be the most depressing, grossest stretch in NYC, which is saying something. I've never gone down it without seeing at least one person shooting up heroin right on the sidewalk, and most of the time it's closer to five people. It looks like there's a methadone clinic or something down the street closer to 8th Ave, so you have to walk past hordes of drug addicts. If you have the ability/time, I'd 100% recommend taking the long way and accessing this place via 9th Ave. Why no one is bothering to clean this section up is beyond me, and I feel bad for the tourists paying actual money to stay at one of the hotels on this block too. Live and learn. Arvaci itself is much more pleasant though (how could it not be? The metaphorical bar is in hell.). The only time I've seen more than one other customer in there was coincidentally on my most recent trip this past Thursday, which again, might have something to do with the location. That's to my benefit - I've never had to wait particularly long for anything here. Also great? The customer service is truly excellent and sets itself apart; I think coffee places in general get graded on a curve (people love their caffeine), but the baristas behind the counter are noticeably friendlier and personable than your average bear. There's one younger woman who's always been there on my visits who's honestly just super sweet, the kind of person who yells out goodbye as you're leaving, even if she's serving other customers. Huge selling point. I've stopped by probably three or four times now. I'm always on the look for edgy flavored hot lattes (yes, even in the midst of this crippling heat advisory) and I enjoy the strawberry latte here. Since the weekend was almost upon us, I thought as a special treat it would be nice to also order something to munch on. The proprietors, I believe, are Eastern European, so there are a few intriguing pastries/savory snacks available, highlighted by a variety of pierogis. On this particular visit, I ordered a potato pierogi and a chicken pierogi, which required roughly a 10-minute warmup before being provided. Decent. The chicken was a little dry and the middle of both pierogis was a little cold so this should be heated up for another minute or two, but otherwise was perfectly fine. My experience with pierogis is pretty limited but these were large compared to prior ones I've ingested - the two of them were more than enough for a lunchtime entree. The interior/vibe situation isn't ideal, and I think that matters with coffee places, unless it's a straight-up to-go situation. There are two tables in here, including a full-on booth by the window that's on an elevated platform. I chose to sit there while I waited for my pierogis, and the table was noticeably sticky and hadn't been cleaned. It's honestly a little drab in there and looks like they very recently moved in and are still trying to figure out where everything should go, and I think they've been here for over a year. When you order a coffee, there isn't room for them to leave it on the counter for you (so basically, no pick-up area), and they have to awkwardly place it on the extreme edge of the counter for you to get, which requires you to reach over the prep section with the sweeteners, etc. That's probably an easy-ish fix and something I'd recommend. They're already significantly behind the eight-ball (boy does that feel like a cringy pun) based on the neighborhood location, so if able, I'd try to compensate for that by making the actual business more comfortable and hospitable. There's a lot to like here, especially the service - I'm just not sure it's enough to compensate for the surrounding drug den and less-than-ideal interior space.

I came here after reading Google reviews. The coffee tasted good, but the default size is just 12 oz with only one shot of espresso. If you want to add another shot, you have to pay extra—so it ends up being more expensive than a large. The large comes with more milk and two shots by default, so I decided to order that but asked to have it in a smaller cup. They insisted they couldn’t do that, and I still don’t understand why. Also, the place felt really messy. The tables were sticky, things were scattered all over, and the whole space seemed unorganized. While the coffee was fine, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a date.

Cute shop, nice batista, but average espresso-based drink. Expected a bit of quality and distinction considering there is 1-2 coffee shop(s) on every block within a short walk. Quiche and pogaca (they call it perogi here) were refrigerator cold in the middle even after we requested for them to be warmed up when we placed the order . It feels like for "freshly baked" breakfast items at 0730, they should be at least room temp. Didn't enjoy that as much as anticipated.

I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ on 34th and Lexington for the past six years, almost five days a week, and today I left feeling really disappointed. Earlier this week I noticed a few new faces, but as the days went by, every familiar staff member was gone. I was told that the entire team quit, and it honestly made me sad. The last group of employees was always so friendly and welcoming, they made the place feel comfortable. It means a lot when you walk in and the staff knows your usual order without you having to explain it, and now I have to repeat everything to new people who still end up getting it wrong, which leaves me waiting all over again. I also heard before that Dunkin’ doesn’t promote the long-time workers, and instead brings in new people to be managers and supervisors. It’s disappointing to see good employees leave and lose that sense of connection. You know what’s crazy! I have the utopia bagel place right next to my building, I literally opened one door and walk through the other and I chose to support Dunkin, now I’m sad to see the staff go. 🥹

So I’m not sure of what’s going on with this Dunkin location, one day they are closed the next day they are opened with different staff I walked in this morning no one was wearing gloves using their bare hands on everything! So I just walked out!!

⭐ 1-Star Review ⭐ Dunkin’ Donuts — Never Again I went to this Dunkin’ with my boyfriend, and honestly… worst experience ever. I get that it was a training day for the staff, but the wait time was ridiculous. We were standing there forever just to place an order — nobody seemed to know what to do, and the manager who was training them definitely wasn’t helping. And speaking of the manager… while we were waiting, she kept eyeing my boyfriend and giving him these weird, lingering looks like she was interested in him. Super unprofessional and honestly just uncomfortable. Then when we finally did get our food? My bacon was completely burned — like dark, crunchy, inedible. Meanwhile my boyfriend’s order came out perfect. At that point, I was just over it. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here. I’d rather make my own food at home than deal with this mess again. 👎🍩🥓

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel was stale and there was just a light covering on 1 side of the bagel with cream cheese. An attendant was sweeping up the dirty floor on top of the customers. I only enjoyed the coffee. The bagel went to the garbage. You pay more and get less.

I’m very confused by this location. I placed an order on the app the night before for pick up in the morning. But when I arrived, I was treated as though I wasn’t in my right mind as the workers tried to tell me how I messed up in multiple ways. Even after looking at my order on the app, which showed the time and location for pick up (granted I was early, but I would have waited), they still tried to tell me how I was wrong. The best part was being told I didn’t hit the right button to submit the order, and yet somehow I was able to utilize the cancel order function. I’m just hoping I hit it before being charged. I definitely don’t need this kind of nonsense before the start of the day. If they are not interested in customer service or selling their product, then why do it? The thing that is truly confusing, I went around the block to another Dunkin and ordered what I needed for my meeting and they were happy to help.

M
Mei Lin Briyana

It seems like every time I got here they are always rushing which causes them to mess up orders. The amount of times I have ordered in person or even online they somehow seem to mess up my order every single time. I’ve never had a correct order without me having to say anything. Just today I was in a rush for work and they messed up my order and I got charged for something they didn’t even add. It’s getting ridiculous

This has happened TWICE now so I HAD to post this review. This store sells stale items. A few months ago I purchased a bagel from here and it turned out to be a bagel you would get from the coffee stands on the street, it CLEARLY wasn't a Dunkin bagel...another time I purchased 10 munchkins and when I opened th bag at work there were 7 not 10...then today I purchased a blueberry muffin and when I got to my desk and began eating it, it was dry and hard, like it had been there at least 2 days. I recommend everyone CHECK their purchase before leaving the store and request fresh items before paying

Only 2 workers on a busy weekday morning. Waited for over 30 minutes after ordering a simple coffee and never got it. A million other people standing there waiting. I walked out. Miserable experience. Never again.

As another customer mentioned below, the drinks here taste like warm milk. Very confident I can make a better cappuccino at home. The experience did not line up with the ratings.
