Fabulous crunchy yet yeasty and doughy pizza with just the right amount of exterior char. Can't wait to go back. Expensive, but worth it. The "pala" pizza is my favorite and as close as your going to get to "Italian" in the U.S.A.

If you want authentic Italian pizza look no further, this is the place to go! Delicious, fluffy pizza with the perfect crunch. I also tried their tiramisú which was on point. The interior is really nice and the staff is very friendly. I'm so happy to have found this place in NYC. Will definitely be back!

The pizza here is just phenomenal. I think this may be my new absolute favorite NY pizzeria. We had their Roman style rectangular pizza with several different toppings. This is a very crunchy style of pizza which is about half inch thick but very light and crispy. The crust was absolutely amazing, thanks to a very high hydration dough (I asked the server). It was airy, light, crunchy, salty. This may have been the best crust I’ve ever had. And the toppings were all excellent, from nduja and zucchini to the plain Margherita. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a date for two. We arrived around 5 pm with no reservation made but it is highly recommended to make a reservation beforehand since the place is always booked up. We ordered a pepperoni burrata spicy honey pizza and a Pepperoni pizza. The flavor of this pizza is fantastic the combination of crunchy and juice at the same time is overwhelming. I really liked the combination of ingredients I chose, also the tomato sauce feels so organic and natural. I really enjoyed my pizza. The service was also great. The place feels so cozy as well. I recommend trying this pizza.

We recently had our engagement party at Biga Bite and it was AMAZING -- not only was service quick, but the ambiance was PERFECT. Plus, the restaurant was so sweet about us bringing in a little decor to make the place the perfect vibe. Highly recommend coming with a big group for the 4 to 8 foot pizzas!

We came here after a comedy show nearby. The duck breast and butternut squash pizza was delicious. And we really liked the ambiance, and the wine.

This place is amazing.. The dough alone will have me coming back to NYC.. A simple Margarita Pizza but WOW. Light fluffy and a pinch of salt.. A great find just walking down the street and decided to stop glad we did.

Biga Bite is and must remain an Italian oasis in the heart of the Lower East Side. The ambience is classy, comfortable, and fun. The food is fresh, ingredients are fantastic, and the service is awesome. As a New Yorker who frequents many Italian spots, Biga Bite is one of the best. It is definitely the best regarding pizza.

Absolutely loved this place! A great place to celebrate my wife’s birthday with family and friends at dinnertime! Great food, selection of drinks and atmosphere all around! And the service was very attentive too! The owner was so kind! Their pizza was deeelicious, and hearty! (Loved that they brought out the pizza with lit birthday candles too!) They also had individual pizza options for a friend that has gluten-free restrictions, so it made her visit just as enjoyable! If you’re in town with a small or large group, and want to have fun with a 5-10’ long pizza, come on down to Biga Bite! You won’t be let down!

The staff were amazing - so responsive, helpful, accommodating, and nice; the food was delicious and so unique; and the atmosphere was great! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Biga Bite, for making my birthday celebration so joyful, special, and memorable 😁🎉

I'm Italian, and I finally found the best pizza in Manhattan after 2 years of living in New York. I don't want to just talk about the pizza, but also the vibes inside, guys is amazing it's like feeling in an Italian pizzeria. Giovanni and his staff are very attention to the smallest details, they know what the customer at the table wants, they manage to surprise you with different flavour in the pizza and all the ingredients are fresh. This is the perfect vibes for the perfect pizza place in NYC!!

This wonderful place with the best attention ever will offer you a different way to enjoy their delicious pizza. The house will also offer an excellent variety of italian wine. Kudos to the cheff!

The owner was there and very helpful and attentive. Sat at the bar with a glass of wine waiting for my family in a nice atmosphere. Portions are great and expensive but tastes good. Music was jamming that kids were dancing in their seats all through dinner. There is a disco ball and heard it turns into a dance club at night some nights.

Came in on a Friday evening with a friend and was welcomed immediately by a very friendly server. He then gave us menus and proceeded to explain how to order. Once our order was in, we received a bowl with salty fresh bread chunks. They were drool worthy and went really well with my glass of red wine (let's face it, red wine and fresh bread is all you really need in this life anyways). Finally, our pizza for 2 arrived, and it was an extremely generous portion for the price. There were definitely leftovers, and I ate until I created my very own food baby. The classic margarita pie was great , the only downside was that there wasn't any basil on the pie. There was some other leafy green instead. The other pie was the New York-ish , which turned out to be a fast favorite. The flavors were amazing, and the spicy honey was the perfect touch. Will be coming back sooner rather than later.

I visited Biga Bite on a Sunday for a late lunch with my girlfriend. The team was very friendly, seated us quickly, and taught us about the menu options. We ended up going for the prosciutto and burrata appetizer and two round pizzas. I really recommend the appetizer but everything was good. Great folks and a very chill spot.

What a fun place to stop for dinner! The pizza was so yummy, and so fun! We had a group of six and got the 6ft. PLENTY of pizza to go around. We tried 3 different sections and I personally think the best was the meat lovers. All around fun place to go with a big group for pizza!

Biga Bite is definitely the coolest pizza place in NYC!!! The B-Long (large groups pizza) is a must order!! It comes in 6’, 7’, 8’ or 10’ - such a show stopper and perfect for sharing with a group of friends!! You can choose different flavors for different sections! I recommend the NewYorkish and Fourmaggi!

Been here many times and my last visit was the best. We ordered half cacio e Pepe and half sempre bona (prosciutto, burrata, basil, and truffle). This pizza is amazing. Lighter than any pizza you've had. Stop in and tell them Bob's Pizza tour sent you.

First time at biga and I have to say that i am so glad that i chose to come here this evening. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the interior is very clean, cozy, and inviting. I have never been to italy but it felt like i was there dining at a friends home and yes i will be back for more! First came the burrata and prosciutto appetizer which came with 4 nice sized pieces of crispy italian bread with the evoo on the dough which made the bread glisten. This appetizer is a must have and is amazing. Next came a pala which was half diavola and half margherita and this was a gem, the ingredients super fresh and the crust so crisp and airy that you just want to use it to sleep on. Next pala was half fedeli and half diavola, omg a masterpiece on every level when it comes to creamy, salty, spicy, and a touch of sweetness. I am sad that biga is not closer to where i live but the train ride was so worth it. If you have not been here, get there... now!

If you've never had 24h proven pizza dough - have you really lived? The answer is no, and the second answer is easier cause now you can make up for it any time you want. Make your way to this new little gem at the corner of E Houston and Clinton Street and let your senses be inebriated. You'll smell the bready dough right away, followed by hearing the amazing sound of the crispy dough. And did I mention they cut all their cold cuts fresh? And you can tell, 100%. Do not skip out on their appetizers: their tartare (knife cut right before you order) is perfectly seasoned and oh so delicious - you'll want more. The affettati misti (charcuterie Board) has a selection of some of the most loved cold cuts in Italy: prosciutto crudo di San Daniele (my favorite as it's not as sweet as Prosciutto di Parma and not as salty as a Prosciutto toscano), Mortadella, Prosciutto cotto (italian ham), and spicy salami. Both are accompanied with delicious - and clearly homemade, focaccia, and served with extra virgin olive oil (both spicy and non spicy) on the side. We also ordered a pizza veneta: hand crushed tomatoes, fior di latte, spicy salami, italian ham, and mushrooms. It was so amazing - the dough was chewy and flavorful, and it was so full of toppings!!! We also ordered a pizza alla pala - Aka a longer pizza that you can choose to have with two different toppings: one half was the Sempre Bona: hand crushed tomatoes, fior di latte, burrata, prosciutto di San Daniele, sun dried tomatoes. Absolutely amazing as well - with a dough that was a dream. The other half was a spin on one of the pizza as it was served as focaccia instead as straight up pizza: Mortazza, Aka delicious fior di latte, mortadella, fresh burrata, roasted crushed pistachios, black sesame seeds, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. I would seriously just go back for this one. It's also very nostalgic for me cause a very classic afternoon snack is a "panino con la mortazza" which usually meant fresh focaccia with a fresh slice of mortadella aka "mortazza". Make sure to leave a little room for dessert - as they're all homemade! We tried the tiramisu, which was really delicious and perfectly balanced (in some places they add too much coffee or soak the savoiardi way too long), the crostata - the crust was buttery and crumbly, the jam a bit on the sweet side but would have perfectly paired with a nice espresso (which tbh is a perfect breakfast). They also had homemade torta caprese, which is simply a chocolate cake made with almond (or hazelnut sometimes) flour. So so good - and so light! I would definitely recommend you to go and trust me you'll go back for more!!! I know I'll be back there super soon!

A really nice food experience, made me remember why I love NYC restaurants. Service was great and kind, food tasted great. I think my only grievance was the price. A pizza for 7-8 people costs $240, which rounds out at $30 per person. I’d still most likely go back with a big group (seriously, the pizza takes up multiple tables and is segmented into different toppings), but with caution in terms of $$$.

Went here for a date night with my wife and had a great time! The vibe was definitely cool — hip music playing, a cozy but lively atmosphere, and overall a fun energy. We went with the pizza omakase, both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions, plus the wine pairings. Service was excellent — friendly and on point without being overbearing. The food was good, but if I'm being honest, it leaned a little gimmicky — more like fancy breadsticks with toppings than actual pizza. (And coming from NYC pizza snobs, that's saying something.) We were still hungry after the tasting menu, so we ended up ordering a pepperoni pie, which was probably the most traditional and satisfying thing we had all night. All in, with the wine pairings, the extra pie, and tip, the bill came out to $321 for two people — a bit steep for something that felt more playful than filling. Would we go back? Maybe for a fun night out when we're in the mood for something different — just with slightly more realistic expectations (and maybe a snack beforehand).

Great atmosphere and awesome service! Be careful when getting the table sized pizza. While they are very tasty, made with quality ingredients, the "price per section" is a bit steep. The other pizza options are more in line with what you would enjoy at other similar places.
