I waited a very long time for my order which is not really a standard for a place like this where u go to get something to eat quickly. Also, when the cashier was giving me my cup for the drink instead of grabbing it from the outside he grabbed it from the inside with a bare hand after just handing out some cash and using the till which was disgusting.

We finally have a legit brand wings spot in Journal Square! This spot just opened up in Dec 2024, replacing the Taco Bell that was once there while retaining the same interior design. Although it is a "Go" location, mainly for pickup and delivery, there is indoor seating with about 4 tables inside for dine-in. There are only a few staff members at this location, so don't expect any waiter service. If you ever had Buffalo Wild Wings before, it's a chain, so the taste is standard across their restaurants. I tried a special pickup offer that included 4 orders of boneless wings with fries for $17. The Nashville hot sauce was the best and won over the original buffalo sauce in terms of heat. The sweet BBQ was good and the spicy garlic was just OK. The chicken pieces were a bit small but since the package came with 20 boneless wings, I was satisfied. The fries were good, they came in a large service and were seasoned lightly. The veggies on the side were very small services. Although they looked a bit dry, they tasted good. Using one box with unsecured walls inside to separate each set of wings made a bit of a mess. But at least the preparers got the order correctly. Overall, the food was solid and on par with the taste and quality you would expect from a to-go. Although they weren't the best wings I've had they are 4-star worthy; I'd surely order again as long as the price is reasonable.

I like bdubs but you can’t pass off food that was made hours ago. You’re asking for someone to get sick. Wrong order entirely and made 4 hours ago. Great job guys

Worst wing stop I ever been to. No one spoke proper English they messed up my order 2 times n then when I got the order it was disgusting. The people were rude and they never fixed my order correctly. No corn sold or nothing. There menu is trash also

The service was really bad. I just wanted to place my order, and the man who attended me was rude and discriminated against me because I didn’t understand English well. He’s not a native speaker either, and his English wasn’t very clear, but I understand that we should be considerate with people who don’t have the language as their first language. He simply ignored the order I was trying to make while attending to new customers picking up delivery orders. He was rude. I won’t eat here again. I feel that nothing justifies bad service when you’re the customer and the one paying for a product. I wasn’t doing anyone a favor.

I have been ordering delivery from here since it opened. The food and service quality were great the first few months, but lately that has really gone downhill. A few weeks ago they forgot half my order but were unable to give a refund, insisting I came to pick up the missing food despite me paying for delivery and not having a car. They barely put any sauce on the wings anymore, and today over half of the celery was rotten. I am done ordering from this location until it improves

Update 01.31.2025 Its official NO FAST FOOD HERE Everything takes 15 minutes One sandwich or one napkin Online order pick up is 10 minutes Avoid Friday and Saturday nights Not fast food. Long wait times. Friday Jan 03. 2025 1025pm I was the only one in there. Is 11 minutes wait for one sandwich normal ? The cashier took my order and dissapeared. The people making the food ignored me and focused on internet orders. The guy in the picture below is sabotaging this location. I received my sandwich only because the young lady mopping the floors helped me.
