The table was kind of dirty but I wasn’t going to eat there anyways so it’s chill. The young woman working at the counter was amazing. She was so kind and respectful. I could see how hard working she was as many customers came in at once.

New Popeyes on Steinway, great service and same great food! Place is clean and bathroom. Needs more people to buy at this location. 😃🤤🤯

Mgmt team, it’s is not ok to turn off TIP option for your workers. They are working hard, and doing great job, if we as a customers want to add TIP FOR THEY SERVICE it should be our choice not theirs. Please change that. It’s not coming out of your pocket.

I’ve never seen this kind of behavior before ! There was a cashier IRFAN (maybe) . He was brilliant and excellent. He was too fast and too responsible . His behavior impressed me . For this kind of behavior i Love popeyes 🖤

Contrary to another review, the manager lady cleans up quite often and she's very kind. Some of the teenagers tend to make said messes and they make them everywhere regardless of the establishment lol.

It was my first time and I was surprised by the speed, politeness and hospitality of the staff. I was served by two very friendly ladies. Very clean inside the cafe. I'll definitely come again.

I disagree with some of the comments here. I guess everyone has their own unique experiences. But I have been there for quite a few times now. I would rather say the food , the service and the atmosphere were pretty great. Yeah sometimes a store can be a little messy but it’s mostly because of the customers that are eating over there and sometimes it can be a little hard to maintain the cleanliness of the place .But every time I went there it was always clean. I have also seen them cleaning the place quite a few times. The staff members, the cashier everyone was really nice. And their service was pretty fast too. Got the correct order every single time.

Was late, I saw was open as I walked home from Steinway St..... Went in and got a bundle, thought might have been a little expensive but when compared to going to grocery store these days was actually a really good deal.

Waited for my fish sandwich a long time. The place is dirty. I had to wipe my own table with my wipes.

The food is always fresh and tastes good but they need to get it together for their mobile orders. They’ve messed up my grubhub orders over 3 times. They never provide straws for drinks or utensils (even after specifically being asked) and I’ve had multiple instances where I didn’t receive the sides I ordered. I also ordered the ghost pepper sandwich but they left out the ghost pepper sauce. Was really disappointed to say the least. The food is fine, but the carelessness about mobile orders is unacceptable.

I came in twice this week ordered th blackened chicken tenders both times tasted like rubber, I called spoke to AJ told me there’s nothing she can do because they always get prank calls?

The people out front just let orders pile up behind the counter, don’t call orders as they arrive from the kitchen. They don’t place mobile orders where they are designated to be picked up. Inattentive & inefficient on a good day.

Too messy, extra charge on the sauce and napkins and they demand your money

I asked for the 1/4 popcorn shrimp and 2 PC tenders, and I asked for tartar sauce. And they forgot both the tenders and tartar sauce................... like really?

Wow I stopped here for Lunch and I order online at 1pm for a pick up at 2pm . when I got there at 2:05 order wasn’t ready and the male worker today was super rude and not nice to the customer he wasn’t nice and doesn’t make you feel greeted I asked for the other young lady that see every time I spot by but she was busy and said he will help me. Take the bag of frozen shrimp out and show me that it came like that he said he doesn't make the food it gets delivered like that all he do is Fry it But everything is supposed to be freshly cooked. He didn't even care. I don't understand that never Will i ever eat there again. And I advise you not to either. Because they don't care about the community.
