Dunkin' New York Reviews
I came on a Sunday afternoon. It was empty. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese and a donut. The cashier was polite and the food came out hot.
They are people-friendly with their customers. They have what you want. However, since they are so popular. They tend to run out fast. You will always have to make sure that you are able to get there at a reasonable time for the majority of their locations(like this one for example.) Aside from that the locations vary in size.
This Dunkin Donuts never surprises me when it comes to lazy service, dirty floors, and always being unsanitary. When I came to this Dunkin Donuts and got a spoon i found that the spoon was dirty as if it had been used before and the workers just left it there. Do not recommend
They had a problem with the scanner like the last four or five times I think you need a new scanner but the workers are good service was good. Disappointed about the app I called up because you guys didn't put points on and the guy almost didn't want to give it to me until I said I want to talk to the manager or his boss. And then he says oh I'll do it for a courtesy this time it's not my fault that you guys made a mistake not once but twice and usually a good promotion they'll probably give you a free donut or something nothing for Dunkin donuts as always
Location needs more employees during early morning hours. 1 employee doing mobile orders and in person customers is not enough. Even though employee was working as hard and fast as possible the wait time was still 30+ minutes which is unacceptable. This is a problem with ownership and not with the actual employee who was clearly overworked and overwhelmed with too many orders. I ended up leaving without my order because I couldn’t wait any longer.
It's 45 degrees outside, so I order a hot coffee. Does this look like a hot coffee? The label says hot coffee, but there's ice cubes. I understand that substitutions must be made from time to time for various reasons, but on this 40 degree day, who in their right mind substitute a hot coffee for one with ice cubes? The remedy should be to refund the customer, right? Unfortunately that wasn't an option either. The restaurant proactively refunded the hot coffee and charged me for one with ice cubes, generating a 1.13 refund. So now I'm locked out of that option. You think I can save this drink until the weather hits 80?!?!
Really rude every time I walk into this location they’re always so busy talking they get annoyed because they have to take the customers and stop their little conversations
Normally happy with this store but today I was sold a bagel with cream cheese and jelly on a hard what tasted like at least a day old. Or at least someone ordered it earlier in the day as this was at 1:10pm. My bagel hurt my teeth biting into it. I was so upset that I don’t want to go back. To top it off they didn’t give me a receipt for my meal if they would have I would have sent my opinion to the store directly.
Today there were four servers behind the counter and yet there was a long wait because they were helping customers one at a time, all the while socializing and laughing and joking with each other. They are clueless about customer service.
This place is great if you are looking for regular generic coffee. It doesn't fit the family or uniqueness of the city. It's a basic place to go too. Plus service at this one was not friendly. I usually like to get a smile & a goodmorning with my coffee not get it thrown at me as if I was worth nothing. I recommend not to come here.
Waited 15+ minutes to get my tiny wake up wrap and it had bacon I’d specifically asked to leave out.
I had been there and I purchased a donut and in dunkin app I saw that there is an offer going on purchase anything and get a drink free. I purchased a donut day before around evening and the girl was nice to and she gave me a free drink as per the offer without being asking but today I went over there in the morning and there was a different girl, I think she was the manager over there and she didn't gave me my free drink when I asked she said that no we have no offer going on, I showed her in dunkin app and she was like no you need to purchase drink and a donut will be free, I asked her to read and guess what she was unable to read english even she was unable to speak well I don't know how dunkin is hiring these kind of people, I have no problem with dunkin and there food but the service over here is awefulllllll
Came here today and asked for a Butter Pecan coffee. I received a different flavor which I believe was Pumpkin Spice. Told the lady and all she did was shake my cup and hand it back to me without trying to fix it. Slightly allergic to pumpkin so had to throw it out. The same lady kept looking at me when I was waiting to order and did nothing, just kept walking back and forth. Very disappointed.
Snowy night, walked to get a donut. The guy there kept scrolling down on his cell phone near the coffee machine and pretended I wasn't there. Just simply pretended not to see and hear me to get my order. What a waste of time.
