Jeremy's Ale House New York Reviews
This place rules, but when did they start charging a cover on Fridays after 10? Update - there is no cover there, someone tried to do it as a joke. Jeremy’s is the best!
I'm legitimately in LOVE with Jeremy's Ale House...The massive beers, the huge Fish'N'Chips, the perfectly prepared Mozzarella Sticks.... We were walking around the area and trying to find something to do before our flight back home, and happened across Jeremy's Ale House. It's clearly very divey inside, but also very expansive and spacious in the seating options. We easily found a table for ourselves and ordered some beers and food from the counter - it's a bit cheaper if you use cash, by the way! The beers are HUGE, so great value for your money. And like I said earlier, the Fish'N'Chips and he Mozzarella Sticks we ordered were both PERFECT. Pipin' Hot, massive portions, and perfectly delicious in every way you could possibly desire. From friendly bartenders, to great value...huge beers and portions of food....I've got no complaints at all! Jeremy's Ale House is a great dive bar with drinks and grub to chill at for a while!
This place is great. The owner made my friends and I feel like we've been coming there for years. The decor is original, the prices are very fair and the food is bangin. Dont miss out on this spot guys.
My Guy Milton is a great host. Make sure you ask for Milton. He will make sure that you are gd.
This establishment is, in the end, the home to which we are meant to return. Don’t understand their semi-annual phases of not letting anyone in. Jeremy’s, hear me— the inspired, promising youths of Pace University need you!
The theme is deceptive for how great the food is. It's 80's dive bar in appearance. Dark with graffiti and discarded bras all over. Lol. But the food is fresh and amazing. Particularly the Fish and Chips. I'll definitely return here.
Jeremy's Ale House: where the beers are HUGE, the cups are bigger, and bras hang from the ceiling. It's a dive bar with character (and questionable hygiene). You won't be disappointed. A lady was missing an eye so I took the star off. This was the only pub opened during Covid. So included photos from those glorious days
Great easy going bar. Very large food menu for the area and all surprisingly reasonably priced. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was excellent. It had two chicken cutlets slathered in buffalo sauce on really great hero bread. Loved the beer in the soup container. Great spot to grab some simple food and drinks. Will be frequenting more often. But if you want more of a home bar feel with super friendly staff just stick to fish market.
Fun place, albeit a self described 'dive bar'. Some elements come across as a little try-hard (bras hanging from the ceiling and beer in plastic cups), but it's actually quite well looked after. Tables were all clean and the staff were friendly. The beers are standard fare, but the prices are hard to argue with (everyone was ~$6 plus there are some crazy happy hour offers).
I prefer the menu at the Freeport, NY location, which has more variety. I really wish raw cherrystone clams on the half shell were on the menu… and a choice of fish such as mahi.
Can't rate the food because I didn't have any. I just stopped in for a beer and a Jameson. I got a kick out of the bras on the ceiling, it was different. It was very crowded but I managed to get a seat at the bar. The atmosphere seems like a small step up from a frat party. The price for the Heineken and Jameson wasn't bad for the area but more than I've paid at some other dive bars. It's a cool place to check out at The Seaport especially if you like a lively atmosphere.
