I got the sesame seed chicken with pork fried rice combo plate. The price was great and the so were the portions.
BBQ Spare Ribs , egg roll and Pork Fried Rice Beef and Broccoli Pork lo Main Fried Dumplings Half Chicken Nice people Great food . Go !!
The Sesame Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup is delicious, the service so nice, and it is conveniently located among numerous errands such as haircare and laundromat. I had my food just on time while waiting for a load of laundry to finish. Tony was very nice.
Pretty good, not to greasy, the rice doesn't clump together the chicken is cooked well not to salty of fatty. And it pretty quick for pick up. I eat a very few Chinese take outs this is one of the real good ones.
Awe, man not sure if it was the cook but this food was bussin. Best Chinese food I've had in a long while! I ordered a half chicken with pork fried rice and it was delicious.
It's good Chinese food. I love that they used to be on 30th Street but now this is their only location so I walk the extra blocks to get their food. I recommend their food it's always good.
Great lunch spot with great staff and good food at decent prices
I ordered Delivery. Fast and so much food for the price! Very nice! I got the pineapple chicken. Super good. The delivery man was so nice too! Definitely getting this again. Thank you!
Delivery was fast and the food is fresh. I had their mooshu vegetable and garlic sauce with eggplant tofu, delicious.
100% recommend Profit! I think this is the best lo mein I’ve had in NYC. Definetly a hidden gem. 🥰
Had the orange chicken, the General tso’s and the wonton soup. BIG portions and reasonable prices. Food felt fresh and sat well - would come back!

This place is amazing. I can't stop eating it. My sister thought the fried rice had a strange taste and maybe she was right but their soup and chicken with garlic sauce is the best. The lunch combo isn't worth it, you're better off just getting this dish and soup separately.

The order-taker guy is very stern and doesnt smile at all, but other than that its a decent place to get some chinese food. I recommend the garlic chicken wings - I always get them 'not spicy'. Theyre my favorite dish from this place.
Profit II just opened a few days ago, about 10 blocks north of their sister location in Kips Bay. Along Second Ave in Murray Hill, we have plenty of Japanese, Thai and some Cantonese spots, but slim pickin's for Chinese. Prices here are very reasonable - chef's specials run $10-$14, combo platters are $8-$9, and quarts of the "usuals" are just a buck or two more than their pint-sized options (around $10-$11). I order my usual General Tso's chicken and was thankful for a decent amount of spice, something that seems like a lost art at places I've been to recently. All in all, a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
Good food, only complaint is that although our meal started off as expected, the fussiness level began to rise from unfussy to fussy. I would suggest to change the adjective unfussy to milidly-fussy.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Almost Too Good to Be True (Minus the Missing Mustard!) Profit Chinese Restaurant II is a hidden gem in the neighborhood, serving up some seriously delicious dishes. The chicken fried rice? Perfect—fluffy, flavorful, and not a greasy mess. The sesame chicken? A massive portion of crispy, all-white-meat goodness. The Szechuan chicken? Just the right level of heat to keep things exciting without requiring a fire extinguisher. The only reason I’m holding back that elusive fifth star? They forgot my spicy house mustard! A tragic oversight, but I’ll survive… barely. All jokes aside, this is a fantastic spot for quality Chinese food with generous portions. Highly recommended—just don’t forget to double-check your condiments!

I guess like many restaurants, it's hit or miss at times. Normally this place is a hit, and I looked forward to going back there. But tonight sadly the peas in the pork fried rice were undercooked and the beef and snow peas was chewy and tough. I think it's been better historically on weekdays. In my experience anyway. Still, pretty much always better than the other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. Except for maybe Profit 2 (a few blocks away). I just recently noticed that they don't give out fortune cookies anymore. Maybe they never have! But I miss them. My girlfriend doesn't like this dish because it's served with gravy, but I love the Pork Egg Foo Young here. Reheats really well, too which is good because she won't eat it and I'll have leftovers.
Consistently good and tasty Chinese food depending on what you order. I asked for some customization to my order which they did without any problem. Delivery arrived fast, well packed and the food was still hot.

Cheap, greasy, Chinese food. Which is how I like it. Only problem is the orders are incorrectly filled out a couple times. And the staff insists that you are in the wrong.
This lunchtime hot spot is good for quick, reasonably good Chinese food and cold soda and tea. The food is fine, the staff is efficient and the prices are reasonable.
Ordered sesame chicken off of grubhub and bought a regular dinner portion. 3 Stars because the chicken is exactly what you would expect for your everyday americanized "chinese" food, good but not great. The let down was that I paid close to 20 dollars after a 15% tip and dollar delivery fee and that was WITH a 20% discount.... The portion was small for that kind of price. Since they make it just as good as literally anywhere else I wouldn't recommend unless you're in the area and stop in for a fast lunch.
Good food but they dont listen, if you want a different rice several times ordered white rice and the kept given fried rice!!
I ordered delivery for lunch, the food was good and it was fast I’ll admit that. However, the man that does the delivery was super rude over a tip, I originally gave a $3 tip and according to him it was not enough, mind you Profit is not that far by bike (which he came in) 4 mins tops. This isn’t the first time the delivery guy put up a fight over a tip, he will get into a heated argument with you for more money. If you can, I suggest you go pick up your order in person.
Just had a dreadful experience with an order from this place. They delivered something that was ordered and paid on seamless, but insisted I paid cash. After showing the delivery person my receipt from seamless they left but then continued to ring me demanding i paid cash. I had to ring seamless to sort this out. Not pleasant.
Mediocre corn soup. Bad lo mein. Bad shrimp with cashew sauce. Sent shrimp roll instead of egg role. Sent one less extra sauce on the side. Most importantly, made the doordash driver wait 20+ mins. I called and they mumbled something and hung up.
It's not good. Like, the food isn't good. I've eaten at hundreds of Chinese places so I know what comes with it. For some reason the food here just doesn't taste good.
I recently ordered here and I can say that I was kind of disappointed. I expected better quality food for the price however I can’t complain for a rinky dink fast food place.
I had the urge for some General's chicken, this looked like it would do the job. But it was real bad. Bad for cheap Chinese food bad. The food just tasted stale, even though I ate it straight from the kitchen. Will not return.

Theyre busy. Anyone commenting on the staff being unfriendly is obviously missing the fact that these guys are very busy with takeout orders. Most of the places in this area are. The dumplings were actually okay. But I get the impression that the menu is hit or miss. For instance, the sesame chicken was mostly bread. Unless you're stuck in this neighborhood I can't see spending the time to find the five or six dishes they make the best. I totally understand given the location you're going to pay more. But if you have the option to wait until you're in an area that's more reasonable for better quality food you should probably hold out. The service was fine the guy was quick and to-the-point which some people may mistake for Bad Manners but I see that they're extremely busy. If this restaurant took the time to Source better quality food, they would see real profit...
Food is okay, prices are okay, but not enough staff in store. Everytime I go in, they are too busy. Then, order ahead by phine don't start making food until arrive. Simple, higher more staff. Boss sits in back, should focus on customers.

The food they make is disgusting and the staff is unhygienic. There were bugs in the food.
Today I was at this fast food place and ordered fried chicken with rice and Pepsi to drink. They charged me $8.55 with tax and the girl who was working there called the order to be picked up. I went to pick up and asked for my Pepsi too and in the first place she denied me and said that I didn’t paid for Pepsi. I start explaining to her that I paid and ordered and she started screaming and I just told her that she cannot scream at customers. The service is terrible and for food I would give only one star. Never again eating from here .
If I can give them 0 stars, I would. First of all, when placing the order, the man on the other end of the phone kept saying "Oh my God!" You would think "oh my God" was a menu item. Secondly, they took an hour and a half to deliver the food & it was cold by the time it got here. Last but certainly not least, the delivery man kept trying to FORCE us to pay a tip after we waited nearly 2 hours for our food. The absolute worst experience I have ever had !!!!!
My order came soo late that I missed my lunch break. I was given a delivery estimate. I called 5 minutes after that to check on the status, the man who answered said that it was out for delivery. I am three minutes away, basically just across the street, I just didn't want to go out in the cold. Ten minutes later I'm still waiting, so I call again. The same man answers and said it's out for delivery. I comment that he said the same thing ten minutes ago and he began to yell at me that he doesn't care, this is his last day he's quitting anyway, and hung up on me. I called him back 5 times and each time he hung on on me saying to cancel the order he doesn't care. I asked to speak to the owner and he said well he's not here and hung up again. So here I am, working from 8:30am to 6:30pm with no food because of this jerk. Maybe I'll order here again when they hire nicer people.
Used to use them EVERY week for our company bought seamless order. Lately the food has gotten here late. Our order closes at 10am to be delivered at 12 noon. It is now 12:45 & no food yet. When I called the restaurant woman who answered said that there was no one in our office when they attempted delivery & no one answered the phone when delivery person called. NOT TRUE!!! It's a place of business - we were here. Well, Profit.... we have just taken you off of our order list. Please don't lie to customers that use you faithfully - it's bad customer service.
Bad Chinese restaurant, they never give any duck sauce or soy sauce. How do a person pay 10.00 for their food doesn't get any sauce in the bag at least one sauce. And they have different people working every day. And the cooks are very bad. I'm going to start bringing my food from home. Never again Pissed off.
The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. Very nasty and talk to you as if you are doing them a favor. As a paying customer I deserve respect as I make my order will not order from here again will also tell my friends I have many in my building and I will post this review on all food delivery sites. The food isn’t even good it use to be hasn’t been in a long time. I only order from here because it’s close but it’s not even worth it anymore. DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PATIENCE!!!!!
Highly unrecommended! The food is very greasy and lack of customer service was terrible ! There was no sauce the bag for any of our entrees. Furthermore, when we opened it, it was oily, old and inedible. Hands down the worst Chinese in the city. I will never order from here again. Stay away!!!!!
02/08/2019 Had the worst experience with this restaurant I order beef mei fun for delivery got the food without any beef called the place was told the delivery guy can not come back ,took back the food got my money back and will never go back because lack of courtesy and no sense of how to run a business they never apologize. Do not go to this place.
Just received my chicken lo mein.. and there was a metal piece of a wrap in it I have the pictures to prove it. Have picture as well call the restaurant and they try to deny it ° watch what you eat
Food was so dry that it was not edible. So I paid for a meal that I cannot eat
please explain to me how i order BBQ BONELESS SPARE RIBS AND GET DRY RIBS. everyone was nice but come on guys how is this possible when i specifically paid for bbq boneless ribs
this is my third and last attempt eating in this place. Very bad food, chicken fried rice without chicken. Beef noodles with noodles and a smidgen of beef. Total rip off. Pictures of today’s fried rice.
Ordered some shrimp with broccoli and found a piece of string that belongs to a mop head or something… disgusting…. Avoid
Just terrible . Never come here just terrible and horrible

Ordered three shrimp + brocolli dinners with garlic sauce. Got them home and they all tasted like vinegar and had to be thrown out. Reported it to the Manager and he said to call him to get replacement dishes the next time I was in the city. I called two weeks later and ordered the replacement dishes and was given three lunch size meals instead of the three dinner meals that I had to toss. I should have complained to Amex for full credit when it happened instead of expecting this restaurant to do the right thing.
I went in person to order some food, Service was horrible. Left me waiting. Kept answering phones. I just walked out worse. Service ever, and the place was dirty.
TERRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Waited OVER an hour for my food. These people will steal your money and leave you hungry. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SERIOUSLY. The absolute worst!!! I'm going to sue for my money back!!! Literally calling my lawyer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!
