Food was ok the service was fine
Hot and ready means already ready not wait 25 minutes
It's been about 3 years since I last ate Litte Caesars, and I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza tasted way better than I was expecting. Just two large pepperoni pizzas, two orders of original wings, and crazy bread. It's definitely better than Domino's! Good crust cooked just right. The location is small and inefficient at serving more than a few people at a time. Also, the parking is terrible due to a gym and an MMA studio down the street.
Every time I have gone into the store there are never any "hot and ready" pizzas like there should be. I've gone in various times of the day. Usually they only have some wings and breads available. There's always a 25 to 30 minute wait. The employees are always just kind of low energy seeming like they don't want to be there. Then when I got my food the dough was mushy and very thin. Not just one time... a few times. Keep hoping the food gets better, but hasn't yet.

What is up with this Italian Cheese Bread? The crust is separated from the bread. This shouldn’t have been sold like this.
Terrible management and terrible service. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the last several times I have done business here, it has been awful. There are never pizzas “hot and ready”, so the last two times I called my order in and they gave me a time frame to pick them up. After the allotted time, I showed up to pick my order up to find they have either lost my order, given the food to another customer, or just not made it. Employees and management are not apologetic at all and have a complete carefree attitude, as if they don’t care about the customer at all. I am done doing business here.
Stay with quality with My. Mike's or Round Table Pizza. Tonight was my first order with Little Caesars and obviously will be the last. I purchase two pizzas, one being a combo that came with a 2 ltr. Pepsi and bread sticks. Now I paid a total of $14.78 for delivery after convince fee, delivery fee, tip and taxes. So my $22 meal became $36. Upon the arrival the order was missing the bread sticks and Pepsi. The delivery guy said he would race back to get them and I told him it wasn't his fault and not to worry about it. He insisted so I told him I'll to pay him an additional $5. He called a few minutes later saying the store was closing and refused to wait for him. I called the business and spoke with a young female identifying herself as the manager. She said since I was missing those two items they would give it to me "for free" if I want to stop by the store tomorrow. We usually like our Pepsi and bread sticks WITH our pizza. I then explained since I paid for the items they are NOT FREE, I PAID FOR THEM. Plus what's the point of paying $16 extra for delivery when I have to go to the store to pick up my missing items. Fortunately I recorded all my calls and played it for the district office. They couldn't apologise enough and offered free food but if I ever complain about a business my first comment is I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE, it takes away from the complaint. Plus I definitely don't need anything for free. I'm due a call back tomorrow from the supervisor but I'm sure nothing will happen with the desperate demand for workers. That seems to be the problem all over the place : worker shortage, bad attitudes. Fortunately we live in Oakdale where almost all employees in town are just naturally friendly, excluding LITTLE CAESARS.
What’s the point in putting in an order ahead of time if your still going to have to wait 30 minutes... put in an order 5 hours before the pick up time... added 1 pizza an hour and half before the pick up time. Got to the place and was told it was still in the oven... nothing more frustrating then planing ahead for a party and having to be late because the order wasn’t ready on time... also watch people walk in and immediately out with “ready” pizzas... and to top it off they gave me half of the pizzas that were in the already ready oven #yougetwhatyoupayfor thanks for making me late to my sons birthday
Have gone here several times in the last couples months hoping for a different outcome but every time I’ve ordered a stuffed crust, the dough would just be raw. Cheese wouldn’t even be melted. At first you’ll think the stuffed cheese is melty, stringy, and stretchy but it’s just raw dough 🤢 Update: they put marinara on the Italian cheese bread (which was not requested at all)
very slow line and i got 14 dollars in change in all ones… then my food was stale
I show up at 1145am on a Saturday and there's no "hot-n-ready" food other than wings and 2 crazy breads. I asked the guy how long for a pizza and it's a 20 minute wait. He said he would get that out and give me the 2 crazy breads that have been sitting for God only knows how long....25 min later and the pizza was done and no fresh crazy bread.....I'm ordering Domino's next time....cheaper and better....oh and their app works unlike Little Ceasars.
A few years ago around 22 I ordered from here all the time was decent pizza for around 10$. This past year I don’t know what changed but I get consistently low quality food. Just yesterday I ordered an extra most best pizza which is supposed to have extra pepperoni. It had 1 pepperoni on most slices & it also came raw. The dough, & cheese were barely cooked. I was very upset. I threw it in the oven for 18 mins at 425. If I was gonna cook it myself I would’ve saved 8+ dollars & bought a frozen pizza from the store. Actually terrible experience. This similar situation is what made me stop eating lil Caesar’s the last time for about a year. I probably won’t ever order here again. I would much rather spend 30$ on mountain mikes, or even drive to Modesto to get this place called Nizzarios. Much higher quality pizza & always cooked perfect. I get this place is supposed to be a cheaper affordable option but still you gotta cook your pizzas at least. My experience seems to not be unique to me either. A lot of other reviews on here say similar things unfortunately. I didn’t get a picture of the pizza but if I ever do get it again I will def update. I hope the manager at lil Caesar’s or the franchise owner looks at this because honestly someone could get sick from them feeding people raw dough.
Ordered a deep dish got home the pizza was still raw dough took it back. And watched as the employees were touching there phones putting it in there pocket and continuing touching the dough. Then asked for the manager got the assistant manager who just touched the cashregister then went and touched the dough with out washing her hands. Got a refund asked for the manager to call me and no response. Corporate will be called .
I originally felt bad about my review and took it down, but then I saw the other reviews and realized that y'all just do this to people. pizza falling apart it was so greasy, and crazy bread looked like someone took their anger out on it by smashing them all together before serving it. let this be a lesson to anyone else: read the reviews first, don't get burned by chopped fast food pizza.
They didn’t cut my pizza. They forgot my sauce which whatever but still I paid for it. I don’t think my pizza was fresh either. The pizza sauce was soaked into the crust like it had been sitting there all day when I placed an online order for 7:30pm… this place is ran by young adults and teens who seriously don’t care about what they are sending out.

Tried the pepperoni crazy puffs today, ordered online and even tipped.. for burnt puffs! To the workers in the store. DO BETTER. Would you want to be served food thats not cooked well and nearly burnt. Customer service is non existent here!

The pizza could have had more cheese on it, it was burnt which made it difficult to eat, cause it was hard!!
